Dear Sir, With due respect I had given my Karbon mobile A19 for repair/replacement on 29 Nov 14 at Dwarka Mor Service station vide complaint No. KJASPDL0821114K22319 dated 29 Nov 14, which was purchased online in month of Oct 14 itself. The phone has hanged up and not getting switched on. I had contacted service station many times from the date of submitting the mobile. But they are not giving proper response to my complaint and unable to repair/replace the Karbon Mobile till to date. As I do have very good image of Karbon mobile but this type of response from the representative of Karbon company will break the trust. Therefore kindly do the needful at the earliest. waiting in anticipation for ur favourable reply P Prabakaran

    In December 2014, I bought Karbonn A99i for my wife. The mobile had all its letters jumbled up. If keyed in Q some other alphabet would come and so on. I called up Reliance Digital in Sahakarnagar, Bangalore from where I had purchased the same. They told me I had to get in touch with the Karbonn customer care. I called up Karbonn customer care, they directed me to some service centre in Domlur which is far away from my place. They gave me another so called service centre in Rajajinagar. I called them up half a dozen times and they were so customer unfriendly (pick the call and not answer; pick the call and talk to some one else; pick the call and talk rudely). The service centre is called one touch or something. I went there and there is no system in place... it is like a Kirana shop where you have to hustle your way to get attention. I saw it all and came back without giving the handset... because I expected poor quality service after all my journey to that place. There was no proper response. I told myself to hell with this mobile... MORAL OF THE EPISODE: BUY CHEAP; EXPECT CHEAP SERVICE

Please help me to get my mobile back. I m reaally frusteted now with Karbon Mobile Services. It is a worst type of services peovided by satelkite electronics and Karboin Mobile Compnay.

      hi i m mahendra jain . my mobile 3/1/2015 i was submitted my karbon S5 plush* mobile on kolhapur dist center ( IMEI no [protected], job no - kjaspmh258115k16883) only flash light problam, but after 1 and half month i couldn't got my mobile back. everytime i called, the gave the reply it will take another 5 day mor, so can u please let me know when and how i will get my mobile back

        Dear Sir, I purchased Karbonn S9 mobile 06.03.2014. The mobile details are as follows: IMEI/ESN 1: [protected] IMEI/ESN 2: [protected]. The mobile is under warranty and given to Kaiser Electronics, Unit 20, Sitaram Bldg, , A Block, Above Peekay Wines, Crawford Market, Dr D.N. Road, Mumbai 400001, Tel:[protected]. The mobile is given for attending its camera problem on 08.12.14 to Kaisar Electronics. It is almost 1 month and during every follow up they are saying they are yet to get the part (Camera). I believe the camera comes from Banaglore and it should not take such a long time. I would request you to kindly make my phone available as early as possible. Regards, Rajesh Dhuppe

            I have purchased karbonn titanium s2 mobile. there was the charging problem and 3 months before gave to karbonn authorised service center at Diya solution velachery chennai. But still not yet get back my mobile. Karbonn moible service are very poor and products are poor. So don't buy karbonn mobiles.

              hello...my name is pranay kumar. i bought karbonn titanium s9 on 27feb 2014 .on 16/10/2014 i gave my cell for servicing.. they said to me phone goes companay for servicing wait 20-30 days but till now i havent recieved my phone. when i call costomer care each n every time they says me sir please your phones under the technical team ..wait 7 days more ...jabb bhi cl kro unlogo ko 7 dinn hi lgte h bolte m...abb 2months n 12 days ho gaye he..plzzz do some favourable response to me...

                Karbonn Mobiles - service centre not repair my phone Hi, I am dilip, I Purchased karbonn A50S mobile in September 05 2014 through flipkart . The phone is not working as I expected, After one month phone is really dead and not charging also so I gave it for servicing. After 1 day service center people told me that my phone charging connector is fault and they can repair it. After 2 days they said that my phone is working but when i charging that phone in their shop its not charging and and phone is not start. So they sent it to company on date 27.11.2014 and told me to wait 20 days for repair. After 3 weeks I just went to service center to check what is the update, they told me that they sent it to company and company return the phone with out repair reason is they say WATER DAMAGE NOT REPAIR and return my phone without repair on date 26.12.2014 and say if i need any update contact customer care. But one thing when I give my phone at service centre first time they did not say me about water damage problem and change connecter and also say battery problem and after max 40 days they say it is a water damage. i think the people who working in customer care are in service centre was not diagnosed and not able to repair my phone. i need a same new mobile. so please help for my problem .The name of the company service center is NAJ mobiles . i attached the bill the service centre given to me.

                Par abhi tal mobile repair nahi hua jo mere pass hi hai
                Sir agar aap ko agar koi proof chahiye to mere pass nellore service centre ke person ki mere se jo baat hui thi wo recorded hai agar aap chaho to main de sakta hu .par meri complaint solve honi chahiye
                Pehle bola ki connecter gaya aur usko repair kiya phir on nahi hua to bolte hai ki water gaya
                So plz solve my problem plz

                  Hii, I, Navendu Narain, had bought Karbonn tablet having Model No s/n A37HD[protected] and imie number [protected] in the month of january 2014 . Soon after purchase in the month of May the tablet got battery problem. After full charging it runs hardly for half an hour. it wont charge while the table is on. So always have to charge it after switching if off. I am wondering since June for service center details from where I can get it checked . But I am unable to find it out I have called all these following numbers . Most of the numbers are switch off or else it says busy. I cant understand how can a number is busy 24x7. [protected] [protected] [protected] Than I got the mail id [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com and sent them the mail as follows As per our discussion so far from sep 15 to oct 21. I would like to refer following point. 1) I have deposited tablet on 18th sep 2014 at karol bagh service center GODSONS ENTERPRISES phone number [protected]. 2) Same day over phone your executive assured me that once i deposit the table and send him the invoice of deposite he will take personal care and will resolve the matter at the earliest. 3) Since 17th sep till now 4:14pm 28th oct. I have naver got any phone call or email from your side regarding the tablet status. Only I am chasing the status. 4)You still not know when will be the matter get resolved. 5) You are still sending mail to coperate and have patience but what is the definition of cooperation and patience for a customer. As like this mail i have 57 mail which i exchanged with the company but i never got any call from there side. As per company norms it took minimum 7 maximum 60 days to rectify the problem but in my case it takes 3 and half month. I have suffered alot since i purchased this tablet . I want new karbonn tablet along with full warrenty as compensation of the pain i suffered. The tablet is still lying at karbonn service center GODSONS ENTERPRISES. My maid id it [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] I am suffered alot as i have told you in earlier mail also.

It is the one worst purchasing done by me in my life.No battery back up, take even a day for 100% charging.I visited Cell Hut Crystal Chauk Amritsar Authorized service center two times, but no joy.                                 i was given my handset karbonn mobile for mice reparing under warranty to our local service centre appu' mobile care on dt 11/11/2014, but i am not receive my phone till date, i am regularly visit to them they tolled to call tool free no. and after i calling toll free, came to know that my mobile is despatched on dt 22/11/2014, but not reached yet to local service centre. what i do now?

                                I rinku yadav had purchased a Karbonn S1 on 15th sep 2013. I faced some problem in my phones touch pad . I submitted my phone in the Karbonn authorised service centre ( smart mobile ) gurgaon on 7th August 2014. i have registered a complaint of my phone in the service centre Job Sheet No - KJASPHR090814K13640 Karbonn S1. The service centre is not at all responsible answering to any of my questions. They told me that my phone is been sent to the company. I am not aware of any thing where is my phone is right now. I am fed up of all this and now I am not interested in that phone. I want a new phone with extended warranty, and I have even called in the company many a times. my phone is been kept in the company for last 6 months. I hope you'll will take necessary action .

                                I have Purchase a Karbonn Octane on 29 of Sept 2014 my handset got a problem incoming voice is not clear IMI no is [protected] service center taken my handset on 29th of Jan 2015 they told me your handset will be send to company service center today is 30th March 2015 total 2month completed but I did not received my handset when I called up to the customer care they did not give me feed back about my handset when I go service center they told me you speak to the customer care is it karboon service I thing this is my very big mistake for purchase the karboon i never recommended to purchase the karbonn mobile

                                  Hello Sir/Mam I have purchased a Karbonn A12+ Phone in January 2014 online from Flipkart Shopping. After 7 Months Mobile Battery was Damaged (Swallow). I thought the issue may be wrong charging or some battery problem and I purchase a new Battery online from Banglore because the Mobile Battery was not available in my City or nearest about. After 2 Months new purchased Battery is also Damaged (Swallow). Now I do not have enough money to purchase one more battery or take any risk. Sir I Call to Customer Care and told the entire problem. They gave me address of Karbonn Service Centre in my City (Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh). The people of repairing centre are not interested to look into the matter as they told that this is mumbai based Handset and we look only delhi based Handset. I again call to customer care and they told me call back within 48 hrs. but 3 days have spent and there is no call from customer care. Please tell me why you didn't tell me about this factor while I was purchasing Mobile Phone of Karbonn. I have visited Karbonn service Centre many Times and now Iam tired from all this.                                     On (April, 2013) I bought a (Karbonn A2) mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem. The phone hangs after every few minutes. Out of control (apps running automatically). Screen remains black (phone calls and other things are working). Need to charge it at least twice or thrice a day. Charging pin fault. These are the few issues. But still many more. I seriously regret buying it. The Sale of Goods Act, 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (Repaired/Replace) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the days. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully Balaji D

After a long period yesturday they are giving me handset with display and touchpad crack i.e broken and they are saying that it has come from the company and it is given to you as it is. how should i must take this handset with broken. so its my request to you that i want my handset fully repaired within tow days or i shall go leagly for care centre and company. I will be waiting for your reply and oblise Thank you Yours Faithfully Shankar Vidhate

                                        I Mr. Chetan Jagnade had purchased a Karbonn A29 on 9th June 2014. I faced some problem in my phones touch pad . I submitted my phone in the Karbonn authorised service centre ( Kaiser Electronics ) my vicinity on 16th August 2014. I got my phone after three months on 19th October 2014, But there was no improvement in my phone. I again submitted my phone the very next day 20th October 2014.I have registered a complaint of my phone in the service centre Job Sheet No - KJASPMH1901014K14230 Karbonn A29. The service centre is not at all responsible answering to any of my questions. They are not giving me any assured date to receive my phone. They told me that my phone is been sent to the company. I am not aware of any thing where is my phone is right now. I am fed up of all this and now I am not interested in that phone. I want a new phone with extended warranty, and I have even called in the company many a times. Already my phone is been kept in the service centre for last 6 months. I hope you'll will take necessary action and fast as possible or i will surely register a complaint against you'll in the consumer court. I wont warn you'll here after. Hope you will take necessary action regarding this and handover me a new cell phone with extended warranty.
