Hi, I am S.A.Shameemuddin, Purchased karbonn A16 mobile in june 07 2014. The phone is not working as I expected, After few months phone is really embarrassing me I couldn’t even use, it automatically working. so I gave it for servicing. After 1 day service center people told me that my phone mother board and touch got damaged and they can’t repair it. So they sent it to company and told me to wait 25 days for repair. After 3 weeks I just went to service center to check what is the update, they told me that they sent it to company and if i need any update contact customer care. Atlast after 50 daya they return my phone to me with the same problem, i think the people who working in customer care was not sent my phone to the company. so i give my phone again to the same serivce centre . Now they told me wait again for 25 days we will sent the mobile to the company once more. totaly nearly 60 days up, atleast they have not given some mobile to use for temporary purpose also. Whenever i called the service centre, they always said wait for 1 more week. i need a same new mobile. so please help for my problem .The name of the men who is working in the customer care is vinoth . i attached the bill the service centre given to me. The date i was given my mobile is october 26 2014

    Dear Sir, With due respect I had given my Karbon mobile A19 for repair/replacement on 29 Nov 14 at Dwarka Mor Service station vide complaint No. KJASPDL0821114K22319 dated 29 Nov 14, which was purchased online in month of Nov 14 itself. The phone has hanged up and not getting switched on. I had contacted service station many times from the date of submitting the mobile. But they are not giving proper response to my complaint and unable to repair/replace the Karbon Mobile till to date. As I do have very good image of Karbon mobile but this type of response from the representative of Karbon company will break the trust. Therefore kindly do the needful at the earliest. waiting in anticipation for ur favourable reply P Prabakaran

      Hi Sir, I had purchased a Karbonn Mobile Phone S9 on 10th March 2014 from Amazon.in (serial number IMEI -[protected]).it’s gift to my wife from my end. Now I realize it’s biggest mystic I have done. Mobile have so many issue after 6 month some time it’s restart and Display disappear after some time of Switching on the Phone. Mobile is hitting like hitter in cold. I have given it to The Service Center at Shri Sai Telecom & Laptop. Pune Maharashtra. After 10 days It’s come back with some more problem after they give me back my mobile it’s have issue re booting mobile in 10 min of booting. And wifi is not working and same display issue and power button also not working. Then I have given again to the same service center and as per them thy will send it to the karbonn central service center and as per them it’s take 0 to 60 days’ time. I am not able to understand how it’s possible you can take almost 2 month from warranty time to repair. User not able use the product which is paid by user. I have call to the call center and all time I get same answer out technical team is working on it and we will provide the same as soon as possible after one month also I have the same answer. Now I am fed-up and writing this mail to the service center and consumer court. I thing if any problem thy have thy can give new mobile and resole there issue with this handset rather than thy use my warranty Time in to the repair this faulty handset. I am not able to understand how any company will take this much time to response customer or taking this much time to repair any mobile which is their own product. I am also working in the IT where we are providing solutions to end user and where we are taking care of in the less time we can resolve issue. And it’s apply for all company who provide to service end user. I am looking for action is taken ASAP. Name : Kaushal Vyas.         PLEASE SOVE PROBLEM OF Job sheet no:- KJASPMH2121014K22318, More than 3 moths i suffer the bad expericence my newly purchased karbonn A29 mobile has given to service centre due to some display issue.I have visited, calling & mailing more than 50times of to the service centre at Nasik, but every time got very poor response from them & still not getting clarity of my cell phone, when it given back...!!! Please look matter personal & resolve it as aryl possible...

          I HAVE PURCHASED KARBONN TITANIUM OCTANE FROM AMAZON.IN AND IT WAS DELIEVERED TO MY DOORSTEP ON 23 OCTOBER 2014 . AFTER USING IT FOR A DAY, I NOTICED THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN HANDSET AND SCREEN WAS POPPING UP MESSAGE "SYSTEM WAS CRASHED ". I DID NOT CONSIDER IT SERIOUSLY AND I THOUGHT AFTER UPDATING IT, PROBLEM WOULD BE RESOLVED BUT STILL PERTAINED SO I MADE A CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT FINALLY I GOT CHANCE ON 2nd NOV 2014 AND THEY ADVISED ME TO VISIT SERVICE CENTER AND I FOLLOWED THE SAME INSTRUCTION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO WARANTY FOR ONLINE PURCAHSING AND I AGAIN HAVE WORDS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND THIS TIME THEY ASSURED ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD TALK TO RESPECTIVE SERVICE CENTER EXECUTIVE AND FINALLY I GOT A CALL FROM SERVICE AND NOW THEY WERE READY TO CONSIDER MY CASE ...             Dear Madam, Product Model Karbonn Titanium S5IMEI No. : [protected]Problem : Wifi not working In In reference to the above Karbonn S5 mobile problem i had given the mobile for repair at service center at Kaiser Electronics dt. 11.09.2014 Jobsheet No. KJASMH190914K13513 the service center had not repaired my mobile till date and when i am trying to reach them there is no response from the service center and it has been three months my mobile lying with service center. So, I would like to know the confirm date when my issue will be solved. if the issue is the going to take more time than i want replacement. Its very difficult now a days without mobile, so i want stand by mobile and i also want extended warranty for the mobile as my mobile is with your service centre for more than three month. for your reference

              sir i have purchased KARBONN A99 ON 25/11/14 and i got a led light dimming problem on 10/11/2014. i submiited the mobile on 11/12/2014 and today is 14/12/2014 and there is no response from the service centre about the correction of phone. they only said that there is no IMEI approvation from the company side. i am facing problem due to mobile because i have only that one mobile. please take this in charge and accept this compain.

                Dear Team: I have purchased Karbonn A6 on 25th of May 2013 from Ezone, Amanora Park Town Center, Pune. Suddenly, I started facing with blank screen problem and mobile phone gets heated.I have contacted nearest service center BG Telecom, Pune on 19th of Feb 2014. They gave me one service job sheet and asked me to contact them within 3-4 days. Today, when i have called them I was informed that there is some PBC related issue which is a hardware and Service Center needs to send my mobile to Delhi Office for repair and all process will take not less than 2 to 2.5 months. He also provided me toll free number of Karbonn Corporate office located in Delhi and Bangalore. I had tried many times to contact a customer care representative for a quick solution but unfortunately no response from all nos.[protected], [protected],[protected]. I had tried many times to contact a representative but no response. Call was not answered and it got disconnected. Suddenly, I am able to speak with one of the representative at[protected] number and he also told me the same thing that whole process of repairing will take not less than 2 months which is actually a pathetic things. I asked him to provide me Nodal Desk number or to transfer the call to senior personnel who can better understand that being without a mobile phone is impossible or better Karbonn can change my handset because no guarantee of service and products even after repair, but he told me bluntly that he will not transfer the call to manager and disconnected the call.This type of service and behavior of a customer care representative is actually weird and shameless. I need a quick solution on this and would like to have revert on mail at time.My mobile underwent repair twice but still not working.                   I had purchased a Karbonn Titanium X phone - IMEI No is [protected], and unfortunately happened to face the irresponsible customer care (hyderabad) and the Karbonn service authorities, I submitted my phone on 1 November 2014 and yet not received my phone back(13 December 2014), they still say it will take 10 more days (which means this month end i.e 60 days approx.)... When they can't keep up with their words why do they promise 30 days repair policy . these people are the worst to deal with ... this is the problem when u trust these kind of brands

                    I am pained to write that I am an unfortunate buyer of Karbonn Titanium S-5 Plus mobile having purchased it from Homeshop18 on 21.03.2014. It has IEMI No. [protected]. On 11.11.2014, i.e. a month back, I handed over the mobile to Karbonn's authorized service center M/S Vinayak Enterprises, Cottage No. 31, Shop No. 1, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. Since then it has been a nightmarish experience. Despite visiting the office of M/S Vinayak Enterprises, the mobile has not been returned. Every time different pretext is made. Lately, it has been stated that the IEMI number is not updated into its record by the company Karbonn. If that is show, then is it a customer’s fault? It has been disclosed that the instrument has not been sent to the company for service. To add insult to the injury, the behaviour of the representative of M/S Vinayak Enterprises manning the front desk is obnoxious and anti-customer. When the instrument was delivered on 11.11.2014 to M/S Vinayak Enterprises the original invoice was shown and a copy was delivered to them. IEMI number has also been mentioned by M/S Vinayak Enterprises in its Job Sheet. This is indeed a very sorry state of affairs. I have already brought the matter to the notice of Karbonn e by furnishing the details on its site but in vain. KARBONN SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE THINGS AND DELIVER MY PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION IMMEDIATELY ELSE I SHALL BE CONSTRAINED TO INITIATE LEGAL ACTION FOR DAMAGES ETC.

                      sir, i bought karbonn titanium x online from amazon imei no-[protected] on 7th may, 2014. after one month the phone started not recognizing sim card so i gave it to authorized service centre of karbonn at hazaribagh (A.D. communications ph no- [protected]) they told that it would take 20 days time but they returned me my phone after 2 months and they replaced it with imei no- [protected] which was a old and defected piece as its screen was autostarting and working on its own... so i again gave it to service center and they are taking again a long time... its now more than 1month 20 days... so please replace my phone or give me some other set of karbonn with same value around 20, 000... the phone spent more time (around 4months) in service centre than with me...

                        Dear friend, I took karbonn phone A25 5900 INR, 10 month ago within 3 month battery gone. I went service center in rajaji nagar person name called prashanth he took 300 inr within warranty period and he given one battery service look line public toilet so dirty and not even 35 square feet Room. Within 5 month again battery as well display gone and I went again same service center Prashanth person told why you taken karbonn go with good brand like samsung and he not at bother my concern and after he told your some issue pls contact main office and then finally phone became dead. I lost INR 5900. Pls do no purchase mobile phone.

                          MY PHONE HAD A PROBLEM WHERE THE OPPOSITE PERSON COULDNT HERE MY VOICE, WE GAVE THE HANDSET TO THE KARBONN SERVICE CENTRE IN ANDHERI EAST ON 07/11/2014, THEY SAID YOU WILL GET YOUR MOBILE IN 10 WORKING DAYS, NOW ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND THEY ARE SAYING THEY STILL NEED 15 MORE DAYS. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER GIVEN. I WANT MY PHONE BACK IN WORKING CONDITION IN 3 DAYS OR I NEED A NEW PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION. BECAUSE OF YOU FAULTY INSTRUMENT I AM ALREADY LOSING ON MY WORK AND IT IS AFFECTING A LOT ON MY BUSINESS. I NEED MY PHONE IN 3 DAYS, I AM NOT READY TO WAIT FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET MY PHONE THRU A HORRIBLE COMPANY WHO CANNOT PROVIDE BASIC AND PROMPT SERVICE.                             We gave our mobile Karbonn A50s for service at T Nagar, North Usman Road, Near Nandhi statue on Oct 27. We were told that it will take one week to get it repaired. So we waited. But after one month also we did not receive it. Whenever we ask, we got an answer like we did not receive the parts. So once we receive it we will give the mobile. Finally on December 4 my father went directly to the shop and asked about the mobile. At that time they told it is repaired now and they gave a very old Karbonn A51s model with lot of scratches to my father. Since my father does not know about the mobile we had, he got it and came home. When we noticed that it is not our mobile we went to the shop and asked, why they gave some other mobile. They did not answer anything for that and they gave us another new A51s model. But we asked for our mobile which is a A50s. They told that mobile is not there. This is a new version. Please use this. When we brought that mobile home, after one hour the touch stopped working. I am really surprised how could be a famous brand service center can be like this. I am not going to leave this issue as it is. I need proper response for this issue. Please take the necessary action.

                              i had purchased new karbonn titnium s1 plus from Chandigarh the after 5 days display gone blank, and now i have given this mobile to my nearest service center(detail in the attachment) to repair the same from last 2 months, but it is still not repaired .and in future i will never prefer myself or anyone to karbonn smartphones. Please solve the same as fast as possible rather i have to go consumer court taking Karbonn warranty no claim issue very poor service.

                                  I have purchased karbonn titanium x phone from snap deal. after few days I found problem in rare camera, after approching service centre several times now they says they are unable to repair this problem and you aply for replacement, for replacement when i have aksed to snapdeal they asked me for DOA letter from service centre, service centre says they will only issue a letter when i submit my phone at service centre, snapdeal syas you must contain your phone at the time of replacement delivery of phone.. so please tell me what i have to do now..

                                    i have purchased carbon a12 star mobile before 04 months and now it is switching off again and again while showing battery 50 and 70%. I have viseted carbon service centre at sitaram building in craft market at mumbai they have told me that it is purchased on line and we do not have registred this model with us and we do not have spare parts of this model.then I have asked them to do with payments then they checked the mobile and take 170 Rs from me and from second day it is having the same problem. please registr my complain and take is as a legal notice and please guide me on mob.no. [protected] or [protected]. Hopping for cooperation, thanks

                                        Dear sir, I have brought a karbon tab9 from a karbon dealer in trivandrum kerala and with in few months its dead, i have given it to nearest karbon care service centre on date 12/06/2013 (karbon care mass tower, opp. sub jail, attakulangara manacaudp.o tvm, kerala, india KSP CODE:KUASPKR038L536) till now iam getting no response from them they are keep telling it will be replaced because its on warranty, sometimes the customer care number is switched off is this the reputation of a well known company awaiting your earliest action.
