I had given my phone for repairing and even after a month they have only one reply saying that I have to wait further without any fixed date of solution. I had given my phone at Shankala Telecom in Gurgaon and the complaint number is KJASPHR 112 111 4K5 620 on the name of Chintan Siriya. I have spoken with Deepak Sharma and Rajat Arora from the Karbonn customer service and they had the audacity to cut my call when I asked them to make me speak with their senior. I want to file a complaint for customer harassment and unnecessary delay in repairing of my mobile.

Hi I had purchased the karbon mobile s5i titanium model in the month of April 2014, from Poorvika Mobiles, Chennai - 600 092. Mr. Moorthy Manager. IMEI NO. [protected] from the day one there had been one issue or the other. after two -three months, i had hell of lot of issues reg. charging, , Finally one day the phone became dead, it did'nt go any further after the initial home screen. On submitting the same to Poorvika authorised karbonn service centre on 11th Nov at 4.00pm Vide job sheet 111114P96440, was told that the replacement of board will be done and it would take 10 days to be returned back. After one week when enquired i was infomred by the same PMW care that its not 10 days and it would take nearly 30 days for it to be rectified and returned. Subsequently i informed the manager of the retail showroom, he had also promised to look into follow up and revert, and promised to get it before end of Nov. i.e last week of nov. Till date i have neither got the mobile or any proper update. When contacted Karbonn customer care, ref.the above imei no., Vide complaint no.31568, the customer service executive is totally helpless, states that there is no update w.r.t the above imei no.and he wants me to contact the local service station. you people are really making us run from pillar to post, to get back the mobile after duly serviced. in this high tech and his speed world, you need 30 days to replace the board, its horrible and pathetic customer service. i made a humongous mistake by opting for your brand, never ever will i go in for your brand nor recommend to any one in future your brand. its really terrifically horrible and pathetic, pathetic, poor service from your people hope this mail ensures that the follow up is done for the above imei no. and its sent back promptly within a day or two to the original owner. i m sanjay kumar, i had given my mobile (karbonn A9*) for repairing on 19 sepember in karbonn service center (308, hansh plaza ambedkar road near old bus stand pin-201001 ghaziabad ) but after 7 days the same problem occur in my mobile and the employees of service center have no respect that how to deal with costumer, when i gave my mobile at service center then i get my mobile after 45 days, and now my mobile is out of warrenty so tell me i have to pay for repairing and also i get my mobile after 45 days...

Dear Karboon Mobiles, I have purchased Karboon A9+ on May 2013 through online purchase but it was having mic problem so I submitted it to the service center. They have given me back without repair after 8 days.Then I went to another service center they told me to come after 10 days as mic was not available.I have used mobile for 11 months without mic.then I send for replacement to the company. It came back after 2 months with change mobile model A15+ without front camera. They change my mobile model without notice to me.After 3 months its display is dead and I am not having any warranty. So what to do now.I am having mental harassment since I have taken this mobile. hope you will reply.

i bought karbonn octane titanium on 20th oct 2014...aftr 2 days d back camera of phon doesnt wrk...i had switchd off d phon...thn aftr few tym it wrks proprly...then again 10 nov d back camera doesnt wrk...i wnt to service centre n they declared dat d camera of phon doesnt work...d camera of phon should b changed...i submit my phon since 17 nov..in service centre...and today is 26 nov...i dont get my phon...pls exchange my phon ...i need my phon...thnk u..

I bought Karbonn smart A27+ on august 25, 2014 through flipkart for my mom, but within 2 months o[censored]sage. The speakers started to crackle and click and the ring tone heard is really low.The touch screen has stopped working.Internet browser closes up all of a sudden with no reason. The manufacturer gave an year warranty but I guess it wont last till a year.The software and the touch screen of this mobile is the worst. Please help me over this problem.

We have recently bought a Karbonn Titanium Octane Mobile for my mother in law and it was non-functional since first day. As she was not aware of operating she took some time in putting the battery and switching it on, and meanwhile Snapdeal said the return policy is of 7 days only. We tried contacting the below numbers but they are always engaged and call was not going, request you to kindly help us in getting this issue fixed or replace the mobile set as it is not even getting switched on. We tried to approach your Karbonn Authorized center at Ongole where they say this mobile is manufactured outside Andhra Pradesh so they are not able to log the complaint in the Karbonn Portal. Not sure on how the mobiles are dependent on the state. Mobile related information and the communication is provided below for your reference in your communication. Not sure on how can they deliver a product which is totally non-functional, atleast there should be a proper response to the customer when the product is defective. The service centers say they dont have any other contact apart from the Karbonn portal which is wierd. Not sure on how come an IMEI number specific to state, so if the product is manufactured in Delhi, do the customer need to go to Delhi and get it repaired? I am totally frustrated in roaming around to multiple service centers atleast to see if anyone can take the complaint.

After two months display problem occurs. I took it to the nearby service centres as given in the service centre book list. But there were no service centres now. The service centre lists are...in hooghly, West Bengal..Joy enterprise..ph-[protected]/ [protected] and Tarama Enterprise...ph.-[protected]. I also go to the Burdwan district.. In West Bengal...Deepak Electronics ph.[protected] / [protected], Mukharjee telecom ph. [protected]/[protected]..But no where the service centre remains. I also go to Raj mobile in Burdwan..ph.[protected]. The Raj mobile said that the phone is not resistered in their computer data, but airtel network charged 3 times, each time three rupee for karbonn mobile registration. The karbonn customer care cut my phone whenever i tried to call them. They totally cheat me. My phone is now useless. Please help me.

I had sended my Karbon s 5 titanium to service centre on august-2014 as one perticular area of touch screen was not working at all.I got repaired phone on[protected] which was the last day of my warranty.On the day i got the phone touch screen was working but the very next day touch screen stopped working totally. I tried to formet the pnone but it was continuously showing message ENTRY QUEST DOWNLOAD. If i keep phone as it is then touch sceen starts working but after few hours it again stops working totally.

my phone model is a51, i see some problem in my phone then i have go to the service center and submit the phone, after some day i receive my phone and agen after some day my phone is get swicth of then it is not start, i take a phone and go to the service station but thay are not accept my phone, my phone chip is change i min not same IMEI no so pleeez tell me what i can do now sir

I have purchased KARBONN A29 BLACK mobile in the month of July. It is under warranty period. But my warranty service is paid due to the non registration of IEMI code. It was purchased from online shop. warranty card is also there. Even if I submit the warranty card and invoice bill, the service center collect cash form me. 1800 INR fo the touch screen repair. They told me Karbonn mobiles are not well known brand like samsung or nokia. So service charge should be needed even if it is under the warranty period. It is actually cheating. As well they did not give me the bill of service payment. That service center's name is as follows. Dear sir or Ma'm I Gave my mobile to karbonn Authorised service center The name of service center is karbonn mobiles( cell care)at D-30 2nd floor, old Patparganj Road, Opposite Jain Mandir, Delhi 110092, Made My Mobile in a worst condition.this mobile phone's screen was in damage condition.but my mobile was in the warranty period. although i have paid 1300 rupees for this damage but at this time they have frustrated to me. they are saying that they can not repair my mobile in a good manner. They cheated me. They charge from me for it's Touch but now its touch is not working properly.

I have handed over the cell to the said service centre staff on:[protected] . I was told to get back my cell after 15 days but I am sorry to say that till NOW . I have not got my cell from the said service centre of karbon, apart from it whenever I have tried to contact them, asking about my cell, they are neither cooperating me nor can able to say, about surety to give back my cell with rectifying the problem. its almost 30 days passed & have not got my cell. I have tried to talk with concerned authority of that service centre, but sorry to say either they disconnect the phone or talk with me in a harsh voice. I am requesting to your good self considering it as a priority one & rights of a consumer do kindly initiate necessary disciplinary action against the said service center, so that I can get back my cell with repair & the rights of a consumer can be saved. Requesting your prompt action soonest possible.
