sir, i bought karbonn titanium x online from amazon imei no-[protected] on 7th may, 2014. after one month the phone started not recognizing sim card so i gave it to authorized service centre of karbonn at hazaribagh (A.D. communications ph no- [protected]) they told that it would take 20 days time but they returned me my phone after 2 months and they replaced it with imei no- [protected] which was a old and defected piece as its screen...

Touchscreen of my phone was not working from feb, i've complainted in Rajajinagar in feb, but they couldnot do it till july, so i complainted again in Marathahalli in august for which till now they haven't returned it back.
