sir, i bought karbonn titanium x online from amazon imei no-[protected] on 7th may, 2014. after one month the phone started not recognizing sim card so i gave it to authorized service centre of karbonn at hazaribagh (A.D. communications ph no- [protected]) they told that it would take 20 days time but they returned me my phone after 2 months and they replaced it with imei no- [protected] which was a old and defected piece as its screen was autostarting and working on its own... so i again gave it to service center and they are taking again a long time... so please do something. the phone spent more time in service centre than with me... please replace my phone...

    I have brought karbonn A10 mobile . Touchscreen of my phone was not working from feb, i've complainted in Rajajinagar in feb, but they couldnot do it till july, so i complainted again in Marathahalli in august for which till now they haven't returned it back. IMEI NO. [protected] please see that i get my mobile as fast as possible.

            Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Manish soni. My mobiles IMEI no. [protected]& [protected]. I have given for servicing on[protected] in karbonn authorised service centre mobile galaxy (bhagat singh road, hansi, hisar, haryana) and I have not got till yet. The problem was the phone was its display was auto clear, hanging too much and phone going auto recovery mode automatically and many other small problems. The service center told me that some part of phone circuit was damaged and phone was send to company for repairing. and when went there to collect my phone they told me the phone was repaired and received from the company but they are not able to find the phone in there office. They told me they will find it and informed me as soon possible. But then after I went the service center four times. But every time they are not able to find the phone. The staff of service center is not behaving properly. They have not any manners to how talk with customer. I am now frustrated with this. I just want my phone back as soon as possible.                 Dear Sir, I have handed over My captioned karbonn mobile to Kaiser Electronic i.e. authorised karbonnn service centre on 26.07.2014 for replacement of touch panel as my mobile is covered under warranty period. Now on 26.10.2014, its more than 3 moths was gone but till date my issue was not resolve. karbonn mobiles having very bad aftersales service. they are giving 1 yr warranty and for more than 3 months my mobile was with them.                     I had purchased a karbonn A1+champ phone from Sangeetha Mobiles Ltd . after using the phone for 2 days the display has got lines on it, the phone was neither dropped nor has any kind of damage on it . the mobile phone was purchased on 22/oct/2014 and went to service center in Gangavathi dist Koppal .Karbonn service center representative was so arrogant i did not even continue the conversation, when asked for replacement phone was told that its 8th day and would not be able to give than and would take a week or two to get the display corrected . The arrogance and the way i was handled indicated the commitment that the company has to solve these kind of problems .. I had lost my phone and thats the reason opted for this phone .. one cannot imagine to run business without phone for week or two ..

                      Respected sir, i purchased carbon A11+ set in February. But after 3 months i got problem in this set. so i submitted set in service centre for repair. they repaired set and return me after 20 days. but after 3 hours i got same problem in set that is 'auto on off''. so i request to company to replace set or refund my money but they told me we will repaire this and next time you will not face same problem . so i submit set again in service centre and they sent my set in company to repair and return me after 3 months. but problem not solved. problem was same. so i call in customer care and say to refund money because i have lost 5 months in repair but company are not able to repair.. i am also loosing warranty period so refund money. i am not satisfied with your service. and i submitted 3rd time my set in company. but company says we will only repair the set. we will not refund money. you can go any where either consumer court or do fir against company.if you get more and more same problem we repair it till warranty period but will not refund money. my jobsheet no- kjaspmh2961014k12094 Emi no- [protected] it is request to you please help me to refund my money because this problem of set is the basic problem and company is not able to provide service. i have already lost my 5 months in this complaint. i have been mentally, physically, financially harassed by company for the last five months. abdul shaikh-[protected] satendra.[protected]@gmail.com

                        Dear Sir / Madam, I've purchased handset Karbonn Titanium S9 (Pearl White) on dated 06/06/2014 by online from Snapdeal.com. my karbone S9 mobile not proper working & automatic on - off problem. I am facing this problem last 40 to 45 days.and for that I have given my mobile to karbonn service center at Bhayandar east Varda Vinayak Services. on 16/09/2014. it has been a 35 days they have returned my phone.                             Purchased mobile from Sangeetha vide bill no SI/CMH/19815 14/02/14. With in 3 months developed problem and given to Indiranagar Service Center. The complaint is no incoming volume. After taking 5 long days they returned duly repaired. Again on 16/9/14 Ringer is not working. Given to Global mobile service center ( Karbonn autherised service center at Marathahalli). when contacted in person on 8/10/14 the service center people informed can not repair under warranty since water logged. This is for ur kind information the phone was never water logged by me. Since it is developed 2 nd time problem the set itself is bad set. When i asked the set back ur service center people brought the set in bad condition and it is fully dismantled. When i asked the set to return back in the given condition they are failed to do so. I informed to rectify and return and call me. So far i am not recd the set back from Service center. Since the set is defective i urge to refund rs. 8000/- or to give new set as it is under warranty and it is not water logged.

                              i buy a karbonn titanium S5 mobile nov 2013 after use 4 month device dead then i submit this device for your jank puri service center bug fix after 3 month after using 1 month device again dead i again submit device to jank puri service center he fix device bug agin 1 month he gave me a new device but after using 3 month again device again dead tell me what i do device not complete 1 year properly please fix my problem

                                my name is tushar pandey i am from lucknow my karbon titanium s5 plus there was a fault in screen i have gave a mobile to karbon authorized service armam mobiles near sikandarabagh chauraha center 1 october 2014 till 2 momths passed but they do not reparied my phone always they told that there was a order for screen so kindly you take strict action on them and delivered my phone back to me.

                                  Dear helpdesk, I've purchased handset -Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus (Pearl White) on dated 12th-April-2014 by online from Flipcart.com . This is 3rd time I've submitted my mobile at your Nagpur service center for mobile display problem and I would like inform you that this same problem continue from starting of purchase also from starting to till time I am facing low sound during mobile communication, when same was discussed with your Nagpur service center they confirm that this is common problem with every KARBONN Titanium S5 Plus model. Now again I've submitted my mobile for repair at Nagpur service center and Nagpur team confirm that it will take 25-30 day's to repair this mobile. Now I am fed-up this kind of warranty service, as per my observation there is production defect in my KARBONN mobile-Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus (Pearl White) . AS I mention mobile display problem and sound low problem continue from purchasing date to till time in my KARBONN set.                                     My name is Nikita Shelar. I am very unsatisfied with karbonn phone. I purchased Karbonn titanium phone on 18th April 2014. And from 5th August 2014 it is with service centre. We are getting no response from then. Every time I called up them i got answer like please called tomorrow or next week. Pathetic service i ever got from karbonn. My job sheet No. KJASPMH286814K9685. IMEI No. [protected].

                                    i have purchased a new karbonn kc110 handset on 6/10/2013. i found that its sound quality is very poor. i talk to mobile shop and service center but they refuse to change the handset.

Within warrenty period I gave it to Karbonn authorised service centre on 04 july 2014. My job sheet no. is KJASPRJ098714K11100. No response from Karbonn after my repeated quiries. On 14 oct 2014 my service centre told that ur tablet cannot be repaired so company is giving new phone Karbonn A30. I agreed for that but still it does not moved out of company. I have shown enough patience from last 3.5 month. Kindly do guide me or take my matter to Karbonn. Thank u
