Hi, I am from Chennai recently (3 months back) i bought Karbonn A5s model from Universal Mobiles Parry's branch, with in 10 days I got sensor problem I took to the Universal Mobiles but they told me with in 7 day they can replace but it was 10th day so they cant help me and asked me to take to service center, then same day I took Karbonn service center in T-Nagar they just reset the mobile and gave back to me with in 10 mins and stating problem rectified, but same day I got the same issue. How many times I can go to service center for same issue. And I completely dissatisfied with the Karbonn mobiles and Karbonn service center.I am still facing the same issue. If some one really can help me Pls call me at [protected].

    Hi Sir I bought a Karbon-A10 Mobile on 17/Sep/2014 from Sangeetha mobiles Bangalore . From day 1 onwards it is having a neetwork issue and also the dual sim cards issue. I did not use the mobile at all .I had called the onsite and given the mobile for servicing on 23/Sep/2014 . The bill No/Requessst No from Onsite is (98304). The onsite had deposited the mobile to the Karbon servie center on 24/Sep/2014. From then onwards every week I am getting different response from the service center . Initially they said there is some software issue and so they said the mobile will be repaired in one week i.e on 3/Oct/2014 . When I called them on 2/Oct/2014 they said like it will take more time and they again said like the mobile will get repaired and delivered on 11/Oct/2014, but again they said it will be delivered on 16/Oct/2014 and now they are again saying like it will be delivered on 22/Oct/2014. I am really not sure whether the mobile will be repaired and delivered to me again. The below response is the last message that I got it from the Onsite Note :Please note your handset is still under repair as the spare part is still not arranged from Karbonn head office. The Details of the service center are given below SC Name: M/s.United TelelinksBlr ltd, KARBONN HYD Contact Details:[protected] SC Job Sheet #: 8535 Due Date: 10/22/2014 Note : I tried reaching the above service center(The contact no.given above ) but not at all getting any response from them and moreover no one is picking up the call. I tried almost 10 times to the above contact number but there is no response at all. I am really worried and not sure how to proceed further. Please help me in raising complaint against the same .

            I am Vikas Kushwaha from Lucknow . I had buyied Karbonn A27+ mobile from Flipkart on 1- 03-2014 . After 2 or 3 days of delivery it started showing a problem of auto switchoff . I deposited my mobile to Karbonn service center- Aks Care Located at :- A-11, Siddharth House, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. They return it after 2 days saying that the problem is solved. But next day again the problem reappears so I visited the service center again . and for same problem I visited service center 6 times . Last time I visited Service center they said that the main problem is in the Battery So they Deposited my Battery for Replacement on 22nd August 2014 and said that it will be replaced in a week . The week has turned into Month but my phone is without battery . Till now they have not given me replaced battery. They always give a excuse that the battery is not send by Karbonn Head Office

              i have submitted my mobile set to Carbon service center soc-22, mugal canal, karnal. date 15/09/2014. JOB SHEET NO. KJASPHR056914K14438. i was asked to recieve this with in 9 to 10 days, but when visit on confirmed date, then again given to me post date.Now approx 1 month has been passed, but not confirming what time i could recieve my set.Plz arrange this same day otherwise replace with another set.

                Dear team, I purchased Karbon Mobile A 26, IMEI No. : [protected]. From the date of purchase till date i had got it repaired thrice from your service centre. This time my phone, as it was still in warranty, was sent to company as on 09/09/2014, Job sheet no. : KJASPDL116914K6110 by Harkishan Gallery and services, Janakpuri, New Delhi. Till date, it is now more than a month a, i have not received the same. I had visited the service centre many times and every time, i get the answer that it has been sent to company and they have no other update. Pls. confirm by what time shall i receive the same or return my money back. It is the most annoying factor at the moment and i just can't waste my time on it. Regards Sachin Kukreja

I had purchased Karbonn mobile model No.A-20 mobile from Welcome Mobile Shop, Shaktinagar, Mundra Kutch On 13/04/2014 but I never satisfied to use this mobile instead of spend my valuable money the mentally harass problem in the battery of mobile not working properly. When I am charging battery it took minimum 6 hours to charge fully and using period of it is maximum an hour. I saw my mobile to the shop owner where I purchase my mobile and they send my mobile to you work shop located at mundra but unfortunately they could not solve out the problem and now they sent my mobile to Ahmadabad.                       My name is Swati Negi and my email id is swati.[protected]@gmail.com. I have submitted my karbonn titanium S5+ mobile to karbonn service about one month ago. Till date i did not received any positive feedback from them. I tried to contact their customer care as well as via email but every time they responded that its in process and we will update you accordingly but after completion of one month i haven't received my phone. The issue was just its camera was not working apart from that everything was working fine. I don't think its took that much of time to fix it. It makes a hell without mobile phone.

                      Question is why they are taking so much time to give my phone back. Everytime they just revert me with a mail that your request is under process. It looks look a parrot script whatever i wrote they has to reply with the same script. It's over a month I submitted my phone and continuosly i wrote them an email but dint get satisfactory response. My humble request to return my handset at the earliest.

                      I Have purchased a Karbann A1* mobile from Univercell Ramapuram Branch on 20th
                      May 2014. Since 3rd month of purchase mobile started giving problems(Speaker
                      problem & frequent restarting). At one point of time mobile got switched
                      off never get on after that. I Met the Univercell Ramapuram Branch Executive and given it for service on 10th
                      Sep 2014. Initially they informed that you will get a call
                      from service centre once it repaired in a weeks time. I haven't got any call
                      from service centre, I called them after a weeks time then they informed that
                      it will take 10 to 15 days so please call after that window period. Once the 15
                      days over I called them on 27th Sep 2014. They Executive
                      informed that still it is in process and provided Some contact details(Ravi [protected]) to call the Service centre itself and
                      check the status. When I called him, he informed that the process is not yet
                      started because we cannot cover the under warranty, service will be done only
                      upon chargeable basis. I Enquired further why should i pay for it when i have not made any kind of damage to the mobile, And also
                      why are you bringing this concern to me now after i follow up with you,
                      why didn't you inform all these details in few days when you got for service,
                      and you kept the mobile without done anything for 15 days. The guy who spoken
                      to me just said simple if you want any more details please call Jai ([protected]) he will assist you. I called Jai as well, he said that he's busy and call after
                      sometimes for twice later on he didn't pick the calls. I got frustrated with
                      the service and stopped following with those guys and left them to take their
                      own time to repair that. Later on i received a call on 5th
                      of October from service centre stating the same that it will be chargeable, i agreed for that and asked them to do the service quickly,
                      but they said if it is repaired you will get a call from service centre maximum
                      in a weeks time. I didn't got any call from anyone, I Called the showroom again
                      and asked on 21st Oct for the status. They said that it is still in process
                      only we cannot check the status on this now please call after few days. This
                      makes me think about to escalate these kind of third class service.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />


                      It is highly frustrating me a lot. Don't know to whom should i complaint or escalate on this. I don't see any one is
                      taking care about the customer problems and they are only curious about selling
                      product but not try to maintain their standard, once the product is sold they
                      just got beneficiary and not try to make the customer benefit. I Felt very
                      clearly that i done 2 mistakes in the past. One is that i bought a new mobile from Univercell who doesn't
                      have credibility of maintaining the customers relationship by making this sure
                      which is came to their notice. Second mistake is that i bought the mobile from
                      third class Karbann Brand, who is not making a quality products and
                      made the their pockets only filled but not the customers satisfaction. These
                      things made a mind set of not to believe the new growing companies and to buy
                      only Quality products from the branded companies.


                      Please guide me how to take it forward...
                      I have karboon A12+.i have submitted it to 3rd nov.2014 to service center due to some problem but after 70 days has passed i donot get my repair handset.whenever i call to their customer care no.they only say your phone is under consideration, sorry it take some more time etc.the customer service provided by karboon mobile is very poor.i have already spent more than 50 rs.balance to contact them because they cut their toll free lines.In this much time i repair my phone to any private repairing shop.
                      Kindly try to provide my handset as soon as possible.I also attach recipt.
                      i gave my phone for lcd problem on 30 days back still the service center peoples we didnt receive the display from company. what this company peoples are doing the god only knows.plz dont ever buy this damn company product clearly they are cheating the public...

                      I had a touch problem in my titanium s1. I gave it to bapunagar servic centre at ahmedabad bt I hav not yet got response from them n even they are resonding poperly

I have submitted my Karbonn S9 titanium (under warranty- Date of purchased-09/03/2014) on[protected] to karnal karbonn service center, as phone was swich off during charging and not able to on. The job sheet no is KJASPHR056814K13607. The service center people ensure me that i will get it back after replacement or repair with in 4 weeks. But sadly i have to inform you that after 7 weeks gone i am not even know the status of my phone. Every time when i call to your center they ask i will get it by next week.                               after sale service is bad I had given my mobile for repairing on[protected] in the Karbonn mobile service centre in kalyan(W) my display was not working uptill now they had not return the cell phone they are giving reason that company had not sended the display. every time they are giving same reason now iwill directly complain to the consumer court about the after sale service about the karbonn mobile

                                I purchased Model No S2 from Telephone Shoppee, Tilak Road, Pune on 20th Oct 2013. After 9 months working, Connector has occurred problem of charging the mobile. For this, we had given to Shree Mobile Services, Patil plaza, Mitramandal Chowk, Swargate, Pune - in July 2014 and still it is not repaired. After so many times follow ups with them, it is informed that, the mobile was sent to Mumbai for repairing purpose and now, told that, motherborad has the problem and it was sent to company. In the warrenty period, it is happening this type of service from Service center and we have no option to wait. MOBILE IEMI No [protected]Please give me free replacement of the mobile or return the payment of the mobile.

                                  Sir, I have purchased a karbonn mobile set(MODEL NO-K36+) on dated 22nd.May, 2014 at TARANG ELECTRO, BHAGALPUR(BIHAR).But a problem regarding charging socket has detected for last two weeks.I have reached with my faulty hand set on 22nd. Sept, 2014 at your service centre situated in super market, Bhagalpur because set is in warranty period.My complaint booked and said by staff your set will be deliver tomorrow.But when i went to receive my set on 23rd Sept, 2014, delivery date will be extend for 2-3 days.But when I asked strictly, delivery date will be extend for 30-45 days.During this period the behave and language of staff are very rude.After that I have received my faulty handset.I am very woeful and disappointed after this event.Now, where did i go.Plz help me sir.                                     i have purchased karbonn s5 model.it completed a only 11 month and then it is automatically dead.so i have submitted my mobile in our service center in aurangabad canought place in gitai mobile service center but after a long period i cant got a my mobile.so plz give me the my ok tested mobile.follwing are the my mobile specification.

                                      Karbonn Service Center at Dombiwali DENIED me any service :(. Seems like it's a FRAUD. PATHETIC experience. They are asking me to visit a service center which is 2 hours from my home while this one is hardly 5 minutes and in the same city. Also for the service they provided me for my Karbonn A50s purchased on 21 Jul 2014, they charged me and many times more than market price. They should have given it FREE but they charged me 200 bucks for a service of 20 or 30 INR. REALLY FRUSTRATING. ASHAMED of buying Karbonn product, was a BIG MISTAKE

                                      I don’t understand how a service center can DENY service for their own product. Either Service Center should be closed or the company itself. It’s NOTHING but a FRAUD, playing with CUSTOMERS, ONLY interested in selling products with nothing but a SHOW-OFF and once they
                                      get their money, they leave customer to DIE

                                      A combination of Flipkart, his Vendor WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd, and mainly Karbonn Mobile and it's service Center is a chain of FRAUD. I feel so much CHEATED :( by all of them as a CHAIN. Whichever way, they are just interested in LOOTing people.

                                        i purchased a karbon phone in month of may-2014 which became dead in july 2014<only in two months>.i carried it to karbonnklinic-om electronics, nagpur for repairing.i submitted it on 1-8-2014 for repairing but i have not get it return even two months has completed.
