Hi, I am from Chennai recently (3 months back) i bought Karbonn A5s model from Universal Mobiles Parry's branch, with in 10 days I got sensor problem I took to the Universal Mobiles but they told me with in 7 day they can replace but it was 10th day so they cant help me and asked me to take to service center, then same day I took Karbonn service center in T-Nagar they just reset the mobile and gave back to me with in 10 mins and stating problem...

I am Vikas Kushwaha from Lucknow . I had buyied Karbonn A27+ mobile from Flipkart on 1- 03-2014 . After 2 or 3 days of delivery it started showing a problem of auto switchoff . I deposited my mobile to Karbonn service center- Aks Care Located at :- A-11, Siddharth House, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. They return it after 2 days saying that the problem is solved.
