i purchased karbonn octane plus online on 17 june 2014 for 16490 and it did fall from hand and the lcd was broken i gave it to karbonn service center on 5 august 2014 but they did not replace my mobile screen till now low quality handset they do not answer just go on postpone the date it is been 80 days now please help me

    Dear Sir, I have bought a Karbonn octane mobile from Big bazar(Kukatpally, Hyderabad)[ IMIE1:[protected] AND IMEI2:[protected]]. After 5 days o[censored]se it is not working. Harddisk has crashed 8 to 10 times. I met service center at secundrabad and go it serviced for hard disk failure thru KJASPAP1381014K1304. It has failed to serve it's purpose once again it is not rebooting . I want to know why I have bought this mobile. Already spent some 2 days in getting it repaired. Can Karbonn mobile can take the responsibility in taking the ownership of this failure and do the needful arrangement of picking the phone from my home and doing the appropriate damage control. If not then please advice me what I should do to get the things right.your customer care number is also not accessible at 10:15 am on 24th Oct. Please suggest me wayforward. Rakesh M# [protected].

    Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Till now I have not recieved a call from Karbonn Mobile team based on this complain. I have visited the Karbonn Mobile Service center at Secundrabad once agian and given him my mobile for futher investigations and Submissions to Karbonn Mobile team. The next service request is KJASPAP1381014K1350. I hope they will take the needful steps in getting me a better mobile or respect the professionalism in handling the issue ASAP.
    Mobile was bought on 12th Oct till 24th Oct it has failed to meet the basic requiement itself.

      My mobile was hang not once but so many times even batterywas getting too heated while charging, sending video to other mobile, speakingwith someone, playing games. I have purchase karbonn A35 ON 2-11-13, since wheni purchased it i was facing some problem, sometime this sometime that, finallyin month of august i gave it for repair at ulhasnagar service center, they gaveme back in 3 days but then also problem was not solved, Again i gave it for repair because problem was not solvedand same problem i was facing so again i went at service center so they told methey need 40 days to repair it as they will send it to company, I don't thing i need to tell you what is mean of 40 days, itis almost impossible to live without mobile that also for 40 days then also isaid ok it must be your policy. Even now also i am facing problem, my someapplication are not opening i don't know what is going on in your company, weare having warranty then also we have to suffer then what is value of warranty. waiting for your reply.         Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Deepak Marathe. My mobiles IMEI no. [protected] & [protected]. I have given for servicing on[protected] in karbonn authorised service centre Vinayak Telecom (Dadar west Mumbai) and I have not got till yet. The problem was the phone was hanging too much and phone going auto recovery mode automatically and many other small problems. The service center told me that some part of phone circuit was damaged and phone was send to company for repairing. and when went there to collect my phone they told me the phone was repaired and received from the company but they are not able to find the phone in there office. They told me they will find it and informed me as soon possible. But then after I went the service center four times. But every time they are not able to find the phone. The staff of service center is not behaving properly. They have not any manners to how talk with customer. I am now frustrated with this. I just want my phone back as soon as possible.           I purchased a Karbonn Titanium S5 phone on 10 Dec. 2013. Soon it started giving me trouble. I visited the Nirman Vihar, Delhi Service Center with d complaint on 16 Aug. 2014 where I was told that d handset had to be sent to d factory for replacing its mother board and it will take a month to get it repaired. After receiving d call from the factory, I went to d said service centre on 18 Sept. 2014 where I was given an old and more defective swapped handset that bore totally different IMEI Nos. My repeated complaints at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com fell on deaf ears and every time I was assured of redressal and asked to visit d service center to collect d phone, another swapped phone was offered as a substitute to my original phone. I fail to understand why I am not given back my original phone. I suspect that the company might have sold that phone to yet another buyer. That is why they are offering me swapped old repaired and yet defective phones. This is a fraud played with d customers. I want my original fully repaired phone bearing IMEI 1No.[protected] and IMEI 2No.[protected] back or else I be paid the cost thereof, i.e. Rs. 11500.             My karbonn titanium s5 plus mobile has been deposited at date 13/09/2014 because the proximity sensor was faulty. Hence it been above 1 month and I haven't received my mobile. The customer care executive told me that the mobile will be return in 15 days. After 21 days I called him he says that the company has not provided me proper services.and service center owner told me he never back my mobile. Now after one month he is not even answering my calls.               my karbonn A52 mobile has been deposited at date 13/09/2014 because the touch panel was faulty. Hence it been above 1 month and I haven't received my mobile.                     I have purchased Karbonn S1 on 19/05/2014 from Satyam Electronics Jaipur its display was quite blurr which i have noticed latter but gradually its sensor failed due to which calls cannto be disconnected I have submitted my mobile at aditya infotech at Space Cinema jaipur an authorised service center of Karbonn on Date-04/10/2014 as i have been posted at udaipur district, where i have been told to wait for minimum one month which is terribly long and not genuine time. I have called to customer care of karbonn but person on other end behaved rudely and disconnected my call I have no other mean to lodge my complaint kindly help me to get back my hand set/replaced as already 14 days time passed and it is affecting my job very badly.

                      I bought my phone karbonn titanium s9 in mobile store at thanjavur but my mobile having a problem in volume button so I search more than 8 service centers they told they are not responsible to service this mobile but they are authorised dealer to service karbonn mobile so I don't know what I can do now whatever I think that I won't buy anykarbonn mobile any more in my life

                          I purchase a Mobile phone Karbonn A52 (Black) on dated 10/08/2014 from “ Mobile Shoppee”, Gill Road, Ludhiana. From the very first day, I found ECO sound in speaker and the same issue shared with the seller and seller WASHED his HANDS very politely and given wonderful advise to see the Service center of Karbonn. I went to the company Service center at Minerva Complex, Nr. Choura Bazar, Ludhiana. They took my mobile on dated 10/08/2014 and promised to return by 25/08/2014. Now as on today dtd. 15/10/2014, after countless visits to the service center no updating is made to me. I am very much dishearten with the seller and service center of the company. The service center staff always say” we have no updation” and when I asked to Meet Mr. Baljeet Singh who is heading the service center the same not happened. Sir, Now the time have come for your intervention and settle all the things. I want my Mobile well functional as early as possible.                               I have Karbonn titanium octane plus. 16/10/14 I receive online update for new software version. So I download to my mobile. But i have some problem from this version. 1. There is no home screen setting. 2. I cant set my home screen. 3. I can't stop wallpaper scrolling. I don't like this. Pls cure my problem. Or send me a old version.

                                    my phone karbonn a9* was under warranty period. it had many problems{low battery back up, usb not supported in desktop, automatic switch off switch on, charger disconnects automatically) so i gave it to the service center for repair.they said in about 25 days you will receive your phone .i had given my phone on[protected]; but now about one and a half months had passed and i have still not received my phone. i request to help me in receiving my phone as early as possible.
