    Respected Sir/Madam, I’m facing lot of problem with the Karbonn Mobile (A5Star) IMEI Number-[protected] which I have bought on (23rd Aug 2013). On .i.e. after 1.5 months the screen started flickering which I got rectified from the service center. But again after (7th Aug 2014) same problem occurred, I submit handset to customer care but after 40 days still problem not resolve. I tried to call the customer[protected] care to inform them about the problem but didn't get any kind response from them. I even emailed them hoping to get any response but still the same issue no replies till date. I’m facing a very hard to get the mobile rectified & really shocked to know this is the way you are treating a customer who is facing difficulties to get in touch with a customer care agent. If this is the kind of service you are providing to me, It is indeed very bad to inform you that customer care agents don’t even have courtesy to reply to call or mails which are sent to them.

      I Have purchase new Karbonn s5 plus mobile on 17 May 2014 sencer problem in my mobile this problem is not solved I am submitted my mobile in consumer care in 5 time at Rewari but my problem is not solved but after repairing my mobile same problem here this problem is not solved. my mobile problem is after call cut didnt swith on display .please I request solve my mobile problem

        I have karbonn rear camera problem. Actually when i snap there is one black dot coming in pictures of rear camera every time. Front camera and other screen working fine. I have tried to reach everywhere for the same. but no one can handle the issue. After sales service is very poor. The poorest one in indian market. I can not find rear camera parts from anywhere. Every mobile shops denied to repair the same as parts is not available. Dont buy the Karbonn mobiles as it hurts u after few months and nobody is there to listen to you. Help line of karbonn is always busy, u never get connected to it. I think its just voice mail that all lines are busy. I have now decided to move to consumer court and file a complaint.

          Dear Sir/Mam, I am Vinay Lives in Delhi. I had purchase a Karbonn A-51 Mobile Phone (IMEI No 1:[protected]; IMEI No 2: [protected]; Dated: 7/08/2014 from Dehi. After few days I have facing problem on my mobile phone network. Then I went Dated 01.09.14 to Karbonn Service Centre, uttam nagar. My JOB Card No.: KJASPDL082914K19134, Dated: 01.09.14 On the day Customer Care Executive had submitted my mobile on his service centre and given me a Job Card, as per him need to contact after 15 days. When I contact him at 15.09.14 they told me to contact at after 10 Days. . Now I am feed up regarding this kind of mentally harassment and peace of mind because I can’t receive any satisfaction from the Karbonn Service Centre. Several times I meet with CCE they are excusing and need time of one week every time.             I have Karbonn A30 mobile. The battery of my phone is not working. So, I raised a replacement request at Service Center but till now I did not receive the battery. It has been more than 6 months since I am waiting for the battery. The service center replied me that the company does not have the battery in stock. Now, what should I do with the phone as it is a junk for me now? I purchased the phone around 1.5 years ago. The phone of 10, 000 rupees cost is not functional for more than 6 months.

            warranty not honoured

            Sir, I have bought a mobile in october 2014. Company has given warranty of 1years . But warranty is not ownered by them, when from last week cellphone is not displaying anything. They demanded for money.

                respected sir, i had buy karbon a12+ from flipkart few month ago(4 month). after using 1 month my phone is not working properly . i shown my phone to karbon gallery they told we will take 3 month to resolve your problem.but they call me after one month n told me we can not able reapair your phone n give new one n better version but they give me karbon a99 star which is cheaper then my and not having flash feature now they told me pleaze adjust what we give n they giving me some stupied reason. n they are not giving me proper feed back to me.

                  Dear sir, i have purchased karboon mobile handset model no A2+ on 25/09/13 the mobile handset is having many problems such as downloading, auto switch off, auto hanging, etc.i have given it for repair at karboon service station in my city but no use.the karboon customer care people are not ready to talk to us properly.as want my mobile to get repair within the warranty period.my warranty is expiring on 25/09/14.so please do the needful.

                    We have givn Karbonn S9 for repairing at their ASC at Panipat on Aug 9, 2014. But till not moblie has not been returned to us. So many follo up has been done with ASC as well as customer. This is very disappointing that even customer care is not bothered to respond to the mails. Moreover no body is picking up t their customer care toll free no. As the company is not respondiing and has not given mobile back to us in working condtion. We will have to go to consumer forum for refund of the price of the mobile along with harassment charges of Rs 200000.00 & for our financial loss as the Karbonn has not returned our mobile even after more than 1 month

After some months I have facing problem on my mobile phone it was restarting automatically. Then I went Dated 26.06.2014 to Karbonn Service Centre, Anuragni Electronics, Atta Market, Sec-27, Noida. My JOB Card No.: KJASPUP422614K802, ASP Code: KJASPUP422, Dated: 26.06.2014 On the day Customer Care Executive had submitted my mobile on his service centre and given me a Job Card, as per him need to contact after 15 days. When I contact him at 11.07.2014 they told me to contact at after one week. When I went there 21.07.2014 they also need a time of one week. Now I had visited Several weeks on Karbonn Service Centre. In my every visit they need time of 7-10 days. Now I am feed up regarding this kind of mentally harassment and peace of mind because I can’t receive any satisfaction from the Karbonn Service Centre.                         Had submitted my Karbon Tab A37HD for warranty repairs to authorised repair agency M/S Raj Mobiles, Vashi, Navi Mumbai vide Job Sheet no. KJASPMH286714K9198 on 24th July, 2014. Have still not got back the repaired tab despite repeated follow up. They keep telling the tab has been sent to company for repairs.

                              I had gave my phone A90 Black colour to the customer service centre Chhabra Telecom in Alwar many times. The mobile has stayed in the customer service center more then to me still I face phase problem every month. About one and a half month ago my mobile became dead so I gave it to customer service center and they kept my mobile and the battery claiming to return me in 3 days. So after 4 days I went to them they said one month as the mobile has gone to head office. Now when I went to receive my mobile they returned me a old white coloured mobile and claiming that the set has come from their head office and even not returning the battery. The company is really making a fool of their loyal customers. They even not gave me a job sheet so I cannot tell the no.

                                  i have given my cell for repair karbonn A25 which is under warranty at virar karbonn klinic, ali plaza its been more than two months and still i have not got my cell each time i go over there and i dont get my cell . the person who is incharge over there (Prem Rathod-mob:[protected])just say u will get by tomorrow but i dont get it. an on top of it he being rude to us...dont know wath to do .pls help me i need my cell back.

                                    Dear sir, My name is Dr Rakesh Jain & had purchased your company Mobile Model No S1 Titanum as on 03/08/2013 in Jaipur. I had approached to retail seller to replace the battery as this is in warrenty period, but he had not cooperated. Then I had approached to your service centre situated in Jaipur as on 18.08.2014 situated in " Omega Pvt Ltd" J-2 Himmant Nagar, Gopalpura Mod, Tonk Road, opp Manav Ashram Jaipur Contact No[protected]/ 2705386, and requested for purchase of New battery. Employee at Omega Pvt Ltd had registered demand of battery (online) with snaps of inner side of back cover and tell me that it shall delivered within 10 or 12 days. Ref of registration given by employee is "KJASPRJ152814K3857 Dated 18.8.2014. Now, since last seven days no one is picking phone at your Omega Pvt Ltd . Today I have reached their and requested for status of new battery, they replied that we are not answerable for your battery, if we received, will informed otherwise through it in dust bin because this model is now no more with company. Sir, please answer me that who shall be responsible for arranging the battery, and if company "Karboon" is not responsible then what at "Omega Pvt Ltd" said was correct to through this piece in dust bin. Please check this Omega Pvt Ltd and also suggest the way to get new battery at once.

                                      I had purchased a Karbonn Octane Plus from Snap Deal website on 14th July 2014 and after using this mobile for less than 20 days it started giving problem. Snap deal give 7 day replacement guarantee so they can not replace my mobile. I gave this mobile to Karbonn Service center in west patel nagar, new delhi. I submitted this mobile to service center on 7th August 2014. I didn’t even used this phone for 30 days. Now its been more than a month that I’m waiting for this mobile to get it repaired and return but I have not yet received it. Service Center people are saying that it has gone to karbonn company and they will repair and send it back.
