Very Poor After Sales Servie of Karbonn Mobiles !!! I had bought two Karbonn Mobile Handsets and I had problem in both the hand sets right from the beginning . I requested them to replace the handsets, they refused that it is beyond 7 days and can not be replaced . When I tried to find out their service center in Indore ( Madhya Pradesh ), I came to know that they do not have their own service center in Indore and they have outsourced it to Intex Mobile service center . When approached to the outsourced service center with the problem, I was told that this mobile can not be repaired here and will be sent to their HO and it will take 40 -45 days time . I did not have any choice as their tollfree number [protected] was also not responding . I wrote a mail to their customer support who, after 14-15 interactions on mail, confirmed that the cell phone has been repaired and I should collect it . as there was some technical difficulties, so i had submitted my handset in lucknow aakarsh service centre, its already three month now, when ever i enquire they says that still not recieved head office, how many more month should i wait, is it going to get in this life of hereafter

with reference to job sheet no-KJASPBI10914K10421, I want to state that my phone karbonn A8, was given to service centre.He took more than two months and gave me another mobile (karbonn A90) which was also a used phone. so i have retuned back to them.I am very sorry to say you that i have never seen these kind of services till now.


Therefore, i want to request you that please repair my mobile(as it is under warranty, or replace it to new one.
so please grant my grievance as soon as possible as i am facing problem without mobile and i will be always grateful to you.

Mobile problem. I give my mobile to service center at universal enterprises Pune my job sheet no KJASPMH422914K7836. I called for follow up around 7-8 time in day they not received phone when I go their office they told me they will call first time, then second day I called 4-5 time they not received phone then I go service center they tolled me that mobile have a lot of problem they are sending mobile to company it will come back after 20 days once come they call me. Also I have called customer care around 15-16 time not received, number busy again and again.

Dear Sir, I am highly disappointed with the service of your company. I orederd karbonn titannum s2 mobile online from flipcart last year 19/10/2013 order no od [protected] and imei no of handset [protected] / [protected] and now this handset is dead . Last 17 sep 2014 i went to service station of karbonn mobile in bhiwandi but executive tell me your imei no not found in system so they not ready to give me service or warrenty

I purchased Karbonn Titanium S5i online from ebay during March 2014. Phone is still in warranty. Its camera is not giving good picture despite claim of 8MP camera. (Picture is blurred and bad colors). While listening to a call, the screen changes and applications start opening on its own. Local Service centre says model S5i does not come in their system and they can't accept if for repair. How can I get it repaired.
