the phone has been got repaired three to four times. it is still not working and giving the same problem. the customer service centre has been sending it for repair to delhi from last three months but the phone is being sent back without any repair. i have used the phone for only one month and after one month it stopped working. the emi number of my phone is [protected] [protected]. i want an immediate solution for my problem....

Within 4 months, there was SIM error and I have given it for repair at their authorised service centre (Rudra Telecom, Vashi, Navi Mumbai) on 27th May, 2014, Days, weeks and now months have passed. Dear Sir, I purchsed karbon mobile from Wardha(MH) dated: 07/10/2013 job sheet no. KJASPMH082214K6837, but it started to gave problem then I have submitted it to service centre in wardha on 24/02/2014, still today i havent recieved it. Please reply me as early as possible otherwise I will go to the consumer forum . Its really a frustrating experience with your compony...If you couldnt provide service then why are you making committments......
