Hi consumer court forum,
I have purchased karbonn titanium s2 on[protected] with IMEI no. [protected] which got faulty on[protected] i went to karbonn mobile authorised service center in bhubaneswar, orissa center, gave them my handset they told my handset has motherboard problem, will rectify my set in a week but i have called them sevral times but no reply giving excuse that your phone is in kolkata service centre, the corresponding executive i have called several times form kolkata and i am getting a answer from them that he is not in office and so on it has been 3 1/2 months my handset is with them with no further intentions to give it to me back plz help me, find out solutions for this problem...
i have submitted my phone to Smart Services, SCR 15/E, Bapugi Nagar, Bhubaneswar .After visiting and calling them several times i have told them that i am going for a consumer case and they guys telling like nothing will happen .How sure they are!!!
The Service Center gave me a JOB ID 0406J1214 and promised to repair the phone within 10 days. Today it has been almost 80days and I am still waiting for my phone.
In Last 60days, I have visited the service center 7 times but it seems there is no one to listen. Customer care phone number as well as Service center number always remains busy / switched off. All efforts to connect with Service center as well as Customer care just lead to frustration only.
If it is real consumer court forum then show some strict action on this freeking stupid company...Please let me know on progress.

What's the problem with your batteries. I think all the lowest grade materials are used by karbonn. Battery never lasts for a full day even for karbonn titanium x, one of the best phones from karbonn. I have changed my battery one time, and then for some display problem, company replaced my phone after keeping my older one for 3 months. So in february I got a new phone from karbonn, but it's worse than older one, after 2 months only, it's battery is totally gone, that it hardly lasts for 40-45 minutes, even if my battery is 100% charged.
