Sir, I have ordered for new battery of our Karbonn Smart Mobile A-99 to having IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] to M/s Anuragni Electronics, Sector-27, Noida and M/s [censored]ij Telecom, Sector-22, Noida (both service center of Karbonn Mobile) on 27.06.2014 but computerised job sheet issued on 26.07.2014 by [censored]ij Telecom (above mobile battery is not available in open market) I have also many time calling and also 20-30 mailing to Karbonn Mobile service center & company but company has not been provided our mobile battery till date. Battery geting disturb when charging
my karbonn machone titanium s310 not giving good bettry backup. If i charge my phone for 3hr thn it will work for 4-5hr
Hi Team,

What's the problem with your batteries. I think all the lowest grade materials are used by karbonn. Battery never lasts for a full day even for karbonn titanium x, one of the best phones from karbonn. I have changed my battery one time, and then for some display problem, company replaced my phone after keeping my older one for 3 months. So in february I got a new phone from karbonn, but it's worse than older one, after 2 months only, it's battery is totally gone, that it hardly lasts for 40-45 minutes, even if my battery is 100% charged.
I purchased karbonn a52+ before 6 months from flipkart. Now I have a problem its battery has been oversized. It shutdown automatically only in 2-3 minutes. I want to know what can I do. In my city I m not able to buy new battery of it. It is not available here. Please help me as more as you can.

    the phone has been got repaired three to four times. it is still not working and giving the same problem. the customer service centre has been sending it for repair to delhi from last three months but the phone is being sent back without any repair. i have used the phone for only one month and after one month it stopped working. the emi number of my phone is [protected] [protected]. i want an immediate solution for my problem.

      I have purchased a mobile form flipkart vide order ID OD[protected] {{ KARBONN T S9(pearl white) }} I have faced some problem in mobile & after discussed with filpkart customer care, gave it to Karbonn customer care Silvassa(mobile [protected]) on 28/06/2014, then 02/07/14 received a call from mentioned number & confirmed me that---- I will receive my phone back within 20 day, because the phone has gone to E3 level for mother board problem. After 20 day several time follow up with (mentioned number) silvassa office no body has taken care about this. 1. Silvassa office confirmed "mobile parts not available" 2. In repair mode. 3. Ready for delivery on 04/08/14 and collect it form Silvassa care unit. 4. When I visited office on 06/08/14 & confirmed me Phone has gone to wrong address and they will call me at 6 pm on same day to receive the mobile. 5 When I called at 6pm ( mobile [protected]) this phone was switched off.         Dear sir, I bought a Karboon mobile phone priced 4700/- in December 2013, it malfunctioned in may 2014 so it is still under warranty. I went to a nearest authorised service centre at Yamuna vihar Delhi. Previously they told me that as your phone is under warranty we will charge you a sum of 750 rupees for service charge and it will be returned after 2 months. I agreed to their conditions. When I went there after two months they are forcing me to give 1850/- rupees in lieu of services sighting a code word mentioned on the receipt ( self made receipt ). I was forced to pay a sum of 1250 which is not justified at all. It was not about money but of principles and values Apart from this your service is also very poor. Before this episode my Internal phone memory was 4 GB which is now reduced to only 2 GB after this episode . I suspect a foul play as i received the phone in open condition. Sir they are operating at their on will and thus leading to a bad name for your company and product, i talked to other customer also they are also aggrieved due to this problem. I will provide you the necessary document and proofs as and when required Kindly look into the matter and save your organisations name and fame. I hope you will look into the matter with desired seriousness and promptness and will resolve my grievance at the initial level itself thus saving our precious time.           Hi consumer court forum, I have purchased karbonn titanium s2 on[protected] with IMEI no. [protected] which got faulty on[protected] i went to karbonn mobile authorised service center in bhubaneswar, orissa center, gave them my handset they told my handset has motherboard problem, will rectify my set in a week but i have called them sevral times but no reply giving excuse that your phone is in kolkata service centre, the corresponding executive i have called several times form kolkata and i am getting a answer from them that he is not in office and so on it has been 3 1/2 months my handset is with them with no further intentions to give it to me back plz help me, find out solutions for this problem... i have submitted my phone to Smart Services, SCR 15/E, Bapugi Nagar, Bhubaneswar .After visiting and calling them several times i have told them that i am going for a consumer case and they guys telling like nothing will happen .How sure they are!!! The Service Center gave me a JOB ID 0406J1214 and promised to repair the phone within 10 days. Today it has been almost 80days and I am still waiting for my phone. In Last 60days, I have visited the service center 7 times but it seems there is no one to listen. Customer care phone number as well as Service center number always remains busy / switched off. All efforts to connect with Service center as well as Customer care just lead to frustration only.                   I have given my A21 handset to the service centre ( MAX COM )which is in thane on 29th May 2014. It is now over 2 months that i have not yet received my Handset. I had given it for a motherboard replacement. Also getting a run around every time i visit the service centre.

                        Sir I had purchase a Karbonn Titanium S9 mobile phone on 30th January 2014. Within 4 months, there was SIM error and I have given it for repair at their authorised service centre (Rudra Telecom, Vashi, Navi Mumbai) on 27th May, 2014, Days, weeks and now months have passed. They are neither giving back my mobile nor reporting the excact problem / status. I havebeen in touch with them through emails. But only the usual reply for the delay stating 'we apologise for inconvenience' but no concrete action has been taken. Please guide me as to how to get my mobile repaired and back. Presently I have also got transferred and unable to go often to the service centre for queries. I have been facing a lot of trouble without a proper phone.

                          Hi!! This is my 3rd phone with Karbonn and as usual it seems I again wasted my money in buying your company's phone. My second phone a9+ did not work even after roaming around to your service center a couple of time.. Recently again I took the dare of buying a new phone and that too expensive one thinking that this time no problem would appear as it is pretty expensive one comparatively to the previous phones with good configuration but same thing happened and now it is lying with your service center again..I am about to file a complaint soon in consumer court as it has not only wasted my money a couple of times but also the time, dissatisfaction and trauma it has given to me in past few months..                               I purchased Karbonn A15 on 02/05/2013 and it was dead in January 2014. I had given it Karbonn Service Center at Dombivli on 25/01/2014, Job Sheet Number KJASPMH434114K1460, IMEI No. [protected] and [protected]. They forwarded it at their Head Office for servicing. But till date I did not received my Mobile or any call regarding the status of the servicing or when I will get back it. I am very much upset with the after sales service, the Karbonn Company is providing to their customer, as it was too much late. I want the final date when I should get my mobile.

                              I followed up with service center. After that they send the mail to company. Alos, I mailed my complaint to company regarding the issues. And after a week I got the replacement for my old dead mobile.
