My self Suraj Bajaj, I purchase karbonn A29 from Mobile house Bill No. 6220.After using 14 days their is problem in handset, and i deposited handset to Harsehaj Commnunication Jalandhar, Who returned it after 3 months, to my agent Without receiving jobsheet and my Signature. due to politeness i returned the Job sheet to Harsehaj Commnunication Manager.
Again Problem in handset on[protected], Job Sheet No. KJASPPB170614K7710 So again i deposited Set for Repair, Finally on[protected], I Receive a Call That We sending Handset to Head office. After receiving call I Immediately visit to Service Centre. But At Service Centre Behaviour is Shocking Specially Reenu Mam(CCO), they say we are not able to provide any detail to u, But when i say i am going to Consumer Court against this then make me feel Embarssed in front of other Customer, I[censored] have any Doubt on my Words Then You Can Check Service Centre Video Clips and have all Proof relate to this.
So Finally, I Request to u take Action against this as Earlier as possible, And Being A Loyal Customer of Yours Company I Inform you Before Any Action, Hope so I will Get Reply from yours End very Soon, So i forward this Email To Service Centre as well as head office.
