I had purchased Karbonn Smart Tab 9 from ezone, phonix market city Pune in Dec 2013. After using 1 month its stopped working. I visited the Viman Nagar Service Center and it took more than one month to get it repaired. They said they had changed the mother board of it. Again I started using it but since start its screen show lots of flicker while using in full bright mode. After using one month it again stopped working. This time i bring it to another Service center in Deccan because Viman Nagar serrvice center was no longer providing service for Karbonn. In deccan service center I mentioned issue of Screen and not starting the Tab. They found that its usb port soldering was broken so they fixed it in round 1 month. But they couldn't fix screen flickering issue. I bring back the Tab with only rectified USB port. After using 1 month it again stopped charging. Seems same issue came again. I wrote multiple emails to Karbonn but seems they don't bother about after sales services. Company like this fearing people to purchase Indian brands. How can people start purchasing Indian brands if companies like this are not able to produce quality products. I want to get my hard earned money back against this crap product(STAB 9). Let me know how to go about it.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I visited your approved servicing center in KOLHAPUR(Name.Siddhiinayak Mobile Services.G-4, Swanand Complex, Church Road, backside Prabhaker Plaza, Shahupuri) on 21.6.2014
    The service center personnel dint had this new model(A11* bought on flipkart.com) of karbonn in there list which made me visit twice in a day as they demanded for box of mobile.After submitting box they told they dint had this model in there list and hence cant take this Mobil for servicing until the mail from company arrives.
    The conduct of service center personnel was not good.They made me feel like buying a mobile from website is a crime.
    Also I need to ask karbonn that if you are not UPDATING you service center about new models then WHY YOU PUT IT ON SALE ON WEBSITES??
    The mobile had a problem of touch pad.I don't want to visit above servicing center again due to there conduct.
    I need to know what to do from you..

      I purchase a karbonn mobile on February month. It was giving problem. I submit it in service
      center which locate in Vijayawada, address is M & M Technologies, D.no.28-1-38, Eluru Road, Vijayawada-2, on[protected]. To day I spoke to service center they people told me that is was taken one more month.

      Already it was taken 15 days after 15 days they are told me it was taken one more month. I want my mobile back early at working condition. Please do the need full

        Hi, I purchased a *karbonn- A99* phone from flipkart on 14-May-2014, order id: OD[protected]. Now Its ear speaker is not working so I visited to customer service center of the Karbonn at Contact Person : [censored]ij Sharma Contact Number :[protected] Service Centre Address : Vill. Chaura Sadatpur, Sec-22, Noida, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh They refused to accept the mobile just because it is purchased from flipkart.com. I show them the original invoice along with the box of mobile. But again they refused. Then I called customer care no. of Karbonn on the no.[protected] and raised same issue, again they told me the same that all the karbonn mobiles purchased from Flipkart, their IMEI is not registered in the karbon's database. I have mailed the same issue on [protected]@jainaindia.com, [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com but got no response from their side. I just want to know if you are not providing service to the mobiles sold via flipokart then pls let me know via email i.e. in written because verbal statements may not be treated as a evidence in court as I am going to file a case in the consumer court against Flipkart. *PLS TAKE THIS ON PRIORITY* Thanks & Regards Nitin Chaudhary Contact- [protected]

          My Name is Gurpreet Singh I have buyed Karbonn A6 on 3/12/2013 from HIMANSHU TELECOM, SAMANA (DISTT.PATIALA) PUNJAB- 147101 He taken from me rs.5600 when the price is 4500. Now the handset doesn't work and. It doesnt starts. I have deposted the phone to Karbonn care centre on 24 May, 2014. The customer care centre called the problem "Dead Set". Sir From starting this phone doesnt works perfectly. The Job No. Of the phone is K-1036 . From last two months my phone was at Karbonn Delhi Service Centre but Nothing Happended. I am already waited too. I am waiting for complete replacement of the phone with all accessories because battery is dead without the handset.             I purchase my phone karbonn a 9* from Moga from Vicky telecom last year in augest. In feb 2014 my phone has just shut down. it was not working not displaying anything at all. so i came customer care centre in Ludhiana. and submit my mobile phone on 28/02/2014 . they said that i will take a month to recover the problem and it will go delhi head customer care centre. untill now there is no response from karbonn care centre Ludhiana. 5 months i have haired a good news about my phone. so please help me sir.

                Dear Sir, I am P. Saravanan, chennai . I purchased mobile from poorvika mobiles, karbonn S1 titanium. Invoice dated 22/9/2013, IMEI [protected], invoice no: - 009216 and it in under warranty. on 1/ june/2014 I had a issue of touch is not responsive and I given to service on 5/june/2014 to job sheet id:-0614pmw74094. M/s. PMW cares, door no:- 8/2 first floor, bharathi nagar, 2nd street, No 32A, north usman road, tnagar, Chennai. They conveyed me that within 15 days it will get rectified and returned so I contacted[protected]M/s. PMW cares on18/June/2014 and they are saying it will take another 15days which is not at all acceptable and poor response from the customer service persons, and not a proper answer I am getting from that person. To motivate the Indian product we are purchasing but this kind of service centres due to poor service and response they are forcing us to go for other products. Outcome:- 1.) I need the mobile on time after service (with in 15days from the date of service call booking). 2.) If it is extended to 30days I need the warranty extension period. 3.) Poor response from your authorize service centre and there behaviour is not good by M/s. PMW cares. 4.) Demotivating the customers to purchase the Karbonn mobiles Need a immediate reply on the above said issue and action on the M/s. PMW cares. 39days crossed still i am receiving the mobile and poor response from M/s. Karbonn and m/s. PMW cares. Regards, P. Saravanan [protected]

There was some problem in my phone’s touch Screen.Due to this I had submit my phone to service center (harisree mobile service, Paravur Town Rd, Paravur, kollam, Kerala 691301, India )in 13 june 2014, they promises me to give it back in 14 days but when I visit again they said to come next week. which takes 15 more days.when i call service centre no.[protected] they said to me my phone is ready.when i visit again they said to me my phone is not ready.after july 9 2014 i revisit again then they give back my phone with more problem and said to me they can't repair my phone.. Please do the needful

                  This complaint is regarding the poor service fa cities provided by the "certified" KARRBON Authorized service centers. ( I have been to this so called certified Karrbon service centre in Vee Dee Techno Service Govind Nagar Kanpur for repair of 1 of my Karrbon A34HD. The staff out there do not attend the customer properly.Most of them knew nothing about phones and used inappropriate language while dealing with the customer. They don't even have the basic etiquette to deal with a customer. my phones had some hardware problems. And just because they were in warranty period, they said it would take them 30 days' time to get them repaired from the company. They weren't even ready to listen to any of the customers' problems, leave alone providing with a backup phone.We have had karrbon phones till date, but we have totally lost our faith in KARRBON since that day.

                  I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the mentioned service centre. Also, i am mentioning my phones' imei and service order numbers.kindly, update me on the time it would take to get them repaired.It has almost been 3 Month's since i gave those phones for repair and I need them very badly.

                    Sir I have a Karbon Mobile No.A6 which is not charging properly. I went to Karban Service Center, Cabin No.5, top floor, S.C.O.No.1104, Sector 22-D, Chandigarh on 17 June 2014 and discuss with Mr. Mandeep (Land No [protected]) about the problem. He took my mobile and said to me that he will sent the mobile to company and it will take atleast two weeks. After while when I visit to him he show me the mobile which charging 30% the battery and i took the mobile and came back to home at night. On the very next morning i saw my battery back up was again dead and mobile not working almost in dead position. I again contact to Mr. Mandeep and show him the mobile then he told me that you keep you mobile here and i will solve the problem on my level. It was the day of 1.7.2014 after 2 days i call him then he told me that it will take one more day. After one day i call him but he did not pick my call. After again and again i had to call him many time but the result was same. I visit him many time but he always says that wait your mobile will be repair soon... Sir I live in Mohali and it is very difficult to me to visit the Mobile shop daily. It is huge suffering me and mental harassment for me. Now Mr Mandeep did not give any response and my mobile is still dead. My almost business depends on mobile and i m handicap without mobile. It is great loss to me.                       Dear sir,
                      I have a Karbonn Titanium S5 plus(white), after three months of my purchase there came a problem in the phone, its 3g network stopped working. It worked fine on 2g but 3g service was not supported. I took it to service center (N.D Traders, Model town, delhi) on 30 May. (job sheet no. KJASPDL102514K8423)
                      It took approx. 35 days to get my phone repaired, and then what I saw is my phone was swapped with another phone which had some dents on its body and was black in color, the executive said it came from company, the company has swapped your phone, my phone was in brand new condition but I thought its ok at least i am getting my phone back. But when i checked the phone there was the same problem in the phone, its 3g was also not working.
                      I don't know what the company has repaired in my phone!
                      Then i had to resubmit the phone to get it repaired again.
                      Is this the way how Karbonn do business with its customers?
                      sell product and then forget about its service?

                      My only request is that repair my phone as soon as possible or if you are swapping the phone again please match the condition of my phone and your swapped phone.

                        My name is abhjeet, I have a phone Karbonn S5 with IMEI NO- [protected]. There was some problem in my phone’s touch Screen (half touch is not working).Due to this I had submit my phone to service center (AMBE Electronic sector 18 Noida )in 1 Feb 2014, they promises me to give it back in 15 days but when I visit again they said your phone need to be repair in head office which takes 15 more days gave customer care contact number [protected] for info. On march 2nd week when I call at customer care number they said we receive you phone in head office in 6th of march so it required 15-18 days more After 20 day I call at customer care no, and I got reply due to unavailability of parts it takes 10 more day but they will defiantly dispatch my phone, after 10 days I call again and got same reply. Now it have been almost 6 month has been passed but I did not get the phone when I call today at customers care no he said it takes some more time. Please do the needful

                        it had problems of low battery back up, automatic switch off switch on, charger disconnects automatically
                        So i gave it to the service center for repair. They said in about 30 days you will receive your phone .i
                        I had given my phone on 7-8-2014; but now about two and a half months had passed and i have still not received my phone.
                        karbonn company and its service centre really disappoint me..
                        What to do please give me guidence

                          Sir, I purchased online Karbonn Titanium X mobile (17-June-2014)From Shop18.com after receiving this piece there was so many issues in handset, As given features and quality is not in this handset, I raised the complaints against this defects to Shop18, They suggest me to contact with service center, I handed over this set to service center dated[protected] for DOA but still they are not providing me DOA for replace / Refund amount ; I requested them so many times but they are ignoring my calls .                           Sir, I purchased online Karbonn Titanium X mobile (17-June-2014)From HomeShop18.com after receiving this piece there was so many issues like Camera quality is very poor as given specification of handset it is not match, FHD not supporting, display graphics poor, handset very warm when charging etc..., As given features and quality is not in this handset, I raised the complaints against this defects to HomeShop18(request no .#504181, #504155), They suggested me to contact with service center, I handed over this set to service center dated[protected] for DOA but still they are not providing me DOA for replacement of set or Refund amount ; I requested them so many times but they are ignoring my calls or saying we'll let you know tomorrow, . but still they are not providing DOA or not replacement or refund . Please help me on this issue and what should i have to do against such situation.

                              I had purchased Karbonn titanium s2 Mobile Model, IMEI No. [protected] & IMEI No. [protected] on 17th nov 2013, with warranty period of 1 Year. On 08 may 2014 I found that there was no response from phone and it was submitted at Call Care (Also Known as Karbonn Clinic), D-30, Nirman Vihar, Shakarpur Contact No.[protected] Job Sheet No.KJASPDL108514K9605, ASP Code: KJASPDL108, it was under warranty and reported as Dead Handset in their record. But, after continuous follow up, and 51 Days past, I have not received my phone back till date. When I visited their service center on 26th Oct 2014, their service center employee Mr Gaurav told me that phone has been sent to centralized service center of Karbonn Mobile for repairing and they are not able to provide the current status. They provided me your toll free no. [protected], to call, but no one is picking this phone. Again I visited their store on 26th june 2014, they provided me email Id’s [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com & [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com to send mail. On 28th june 2014, Till date I had no reply from their side from anyone .

                                I have bought a mobile from naptol.com vide order no.6892382 dated 8th august-13 but now my mobile A-30 touch screen is not working.I went to authorised service station but they refused to repair or replace my handset and demanded rupees 3043/-while it is in warranty period. please help me.

                                  Dear Support Team, This is Gaurav Kapoor from Rohini Delhi. My spouse had purchased Karbonn S5 from a shop called "Cell Store" G-74, Aggarwal city plaza, Manglam place, Rohini, Sector-3 Delhi. The IMEI No. for this cell is- [protected]. I am really very disappointed and mind it if i am so harsh on using my words, it is really pathetic after sale service network your company has. Starting from my first interaction with your service center called Dakshya International Services situated at Sai Baba Chowk sector-7 & 8 dividing road, Rohini, Delhi. Under the job sheet no. KJASPDL114114K289 if you go through your records this phone was submitted on[protected] and at that time it was misused by one of your service center employee where I had to lodge a police complaint but the things were hide by this service center and he also apologize for the same and I took my complaint back. Luckily after 2 and half month I got this phone back and in a very bad condition. Forget about this now the phone is again submitted on[protected] under a new job sheet no. KJASPDL114514K1533 as the same problem of overheating has come up again and when i asked them why it is taking more than a month time to repair it, I got an answer that the availability of mother board is not there. Do you really think that a company like Karbonn takes more than a month's time to change a mother board. It is really shocking for me as a customer. Your service center is giving such reasons like there is a shortage of Mother board in the company that's why its taking so much time. I am really fed up with the experience i have till now from your company and the so called service centers. Now please reply by when I will get my phone back. Gaurav Kapoor M-[protected].

                                    My name is Phaneendra Reddy from visakhapatnam, I purchased a new karbonn A16 mobile on 01/11/2013 in universal mobile show room, Gajuwaka, Andhra Pradesh. But i found a problem in touch of mobile on 07/04/2014 and contacted your service center on 08/04/2014. very next day they called me and told even though the mobile is under warranty it doesn't covers for touch and told me to pay 1800 RS for touch Repair. Even though i am ready to pay the amount i didn't get my mobile back till date. I already called them several times but they telling after repair they will call.

                                    till date i contacted several times to service center, but it is wonder to me to rectify touch problem a service center can take months of time.

                                    soon".After purchase i used my mobile for only 5 months and from 4th april 2014 to till date it is
                                    in service center only.Most of the warranty period i am losing in service center only with out using
                                    it

                                    i gave my mobile karbon A10 for repairing before 3 months @[protected].still service center doesn't repair my phone.and when i go for asking that my mobile is repaired then they always said come after 15 days.and also said we don't have any parts.so we doesn't repair your mobile.and wheni go for asking that is my mobile repaired then they misbehavior with us and use rough langauge.

                                      i had karbonn titanium s5. My mobile suddenly switch off after that i hardly submitted my mobile service team my mobile since 1 month @karbonn head office they not give me solution always give me one reply wait 10 days. i dont understand when will 10 days over

                                        I have purchase Karbonn company phone on[protected]. Now it is in under warranty. it's IMEI no. is [protected]. I went 3 service center in surat but no anybody ready to take my phone. in last i give it to your new service center k.k.enterprise in surat.it is also not ready to take it but i request him to take so he take but he says if possible i do otherwise i not repair it.how i suggest other for your company mobile?really your service is very poor. one service center taken it but today it return & says we are not give service for this phone.
