I have bought Karbonn Tablet . THe WIFI range has reduced to 3 feet and there was a spot visible on the display. The produt was under warranty. i had submitted the product to the servie center on 24th Dec 2013 . I have returned the product in 1st week of April 2014 After 3.5 month I received the Tablet. I Product is still the same. No range improvement and display has the spot. This was verify by the service center and acknowledgement mail was given to me. I had no choice but to buy another product for daily used. i had bought karbonn for 7000 and after giving it . I had spent 1000 rs to travel to Service center multiple times. Since I without the tablet . I had to buy another tablet ... rs 10000. In all I am in the loss of 18k -20 k because of Karbonn bad service.

    DOA is prepared by company but service center executive refuse to provide cell phone without its box.cell phone which was subbmit from 3 months on service centre. but when i go to take it again they replace it with a 2nd cell phone of same model which was in bad condition & paste imei slip of my cell phone on that 2nd cell phone, & refuse to provide me a right piece. model was karbonn a1+ & imei no-was [protected] & [protected]. so please make a solution.

      Dear Sir, last year I purchased one A1+ mobile from a local shop.But on the same day when I carried that mobile I found it is a defective piece as the software being hanged and earplug point was loosed.So next day I complaint to shopkeeper regarding this but he replied that it can't be replaced but can be repaired after a long argument.Then I submitted the handset and they gave me return after 16 days and saying that they have changed the master board of handset and now it s ok.By mistake I accepted the same but after using one month the handest again behaved like previous problem again I submitted for further action but after few days they only replied that customer care service center could not repair the same only they uploaded the software.So personally I used to visit the service center for the same problem atleast 4 to 5 times but at last when they returned me the handset it found that handset is totally damaged and they were replying that company scanned the handset and it was found that it is damaged by me not to be serviced in warranty period.I'm really helpless now please I need your help as early as possible.The handset is in warranty period and now its unusable.

        my jobsheet no is: KJASPMH286114K7443 model no. Karbonn A25 There is a Lots of problems I'm facing, battery back up is worst, phone getting electric current, took too much time to charge (5hrs), speaker quality is so stupid. contact person are so arrogant, Mr.Shetty:[protected] mr. Vyankatesh: [protected] [protected] [protected] from last 3months my phone is in service center, so what will i do, any suggestion??? i wanna take legal action, plz help me.

          I had a problem with the LCD display of my Carbon Mobile Model A5* When I approached BG Telecom, Pune (authorized service center for Karbonn Mobiles), they had investigated and said that the LCD panel needs to be changed. During several follow ups with BG telecom they mentioned that Karbonn Mobiles Sent Touch panel on 29th Mar and they did not received yet. I was submitted mobile on 11th March'14 and it’s been one month mobile is not repaired. The service center I had given my phone is.               I had purchased a Karbonn A27+ Mobile from Homeshop18 on 16/11/13. From 18/03/14, I had experienced problem in hearing of sound in the mobile. To rectify the defect, I have contacted M/s. Faiz Mobile Communication, Dhampur, Distt. Bijnor and deposited the mobile at their Service Centre for repair and taken job sheet from him. After next day, when I contacted him, he told me that LCD of mobile is out of order and order for new LCD has been sent. After receipt of LCD in 3-4 days, mobile will be repaired. I would request to M/s. Karbonn Mobiles to replace this defective mobile with new one immediately.               I had purchased a Karbonn opium N9 on December 2014, at Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. After 5 months, there was some white lines appeard in the screen. But we can't to cleared the lines, to rectify the defect we contacted the karbonn mobile showroom ( Where we purchased the mobile). They told me to contact the Sun rise mobile service centre, Maries Corner, Thanjavur at Tamilnadu, and then I have contacted them and deposited my mobile phone Karbonn Opium N9 for repair and got the bill on 14th November 2015 and They told me that, after 20 days you will come and collect the mobile, but till date, (85 days) they never repaired the mobile, and they were telling the same story " the parts have not come", " the parts have not come" again and again. Finally, they returned the mobile phone without repaired, the reason is the parts not suit with karbonn mobile, what is this? Hello karbonn mobile service centre, Why did you do this kind of fradulent job? This is the Genuine of your karbonn company? Why do you cheating the people? we were very tired and in more tension about this bad service provided by the karbonn service centre, I will add my image of service bill in two days.                     My Karbonn A15 cell phone which was in warranty period was facing some software issue and was not getting on and thus I gave it to the Service centre in Mumbai, Borivali on 08th February 2014. (Batch number: KJASPMH344214K18456). The service centre people are telling lies time and again and extending the time period. I feel theseguys are showing the worst standards of service in an apt competitive market. Its been approx 2 months now, and I have not received my phone back (replaced).

                      Dear Sir, I have buy tab A 34 HD from Reliance digital Ambiance mall Gurgaon at 22nd march 2014 and next day when i attached charger for charged but in 10 to 15 min mobile make noise, cracked and dead or burned during charging on point of tab and very hot during in that these happens on Sunday 23rd March 2014 and suddenly I called on your customer care but it was closed. When I visited again 24th March on reliance digital with my problem they denied without listening anything. Please look into this matter.                         I bought my Karbonn Titanium S1 on 21st Nov 2013, the display of my phone was gone on 1st feb 2014, and i submitted my phone on the same date at karbonn mobile service centre in thane east kopri. Till date my phone is not being serviced.now I am very irritated with the service centre, I don't want my mobile, I want my total money back of my phone cost. Pls revert back ASAP.                           I puchased mobile Karbonn A2+(IMEI No: [protected] & [protected]) on dated 22/1/2014. But from date 15/03/2014, I am facing problem of Battery back up. I viseited in your authorised service centre "Reliable Enterprises" located at Akurdi, Pune.
                          I have feedback from that my mobile need to send company (Karbonn).
                          How its possible send mobile after only 2 months . Please give me new mobile at the earliest.

                            i have a Karbonn phone model no A15 .i sent it for repair to Karbonn company via Dhir electronics auth service centre for karbonn with receipt no A2029 dated[protected] .He neither picks up the phone [protected] & [protected] nor returns the mobile.he says i can not say when your phone will be ready.kindly help on 22 march he picked up phone and told your phone is ok but when we reached there he said still it is faulty it will go to Delhi and said he is not sure when he will return mobile

                              I had purchased karbonn Titanium S2 ( White ) cell phone through Flipkart.com on 02/11/2013 after 1 & 1/2 months cell phone given charging problem (Battery not charged ) So i had given my cell phone Karbonn Titanium S2 for repairing on 06/01/2014 to Karbonn authorised service centre i.e M/s Global Telecom. at Bhandup. As informed by local service centre, my cell phone has been dispatched to Karbonn service centre at Noida. At that time they had informed me it will get repaired within 40-60 working days but till date it has not been repaired. Even after taking continuous follow up with them i m not getting any revert/status about my cell phone. As mobile with me for only 1 & half month after that it is with Karbonn only. Hence my sincere request you to refund my money or replace new cell phone with upgraded version.

                                Hi, my name is faizan shaikh. I had bought a karbonn a9+ handset om 18/05/2013. From the first day i was experiencing problem with the handset and i had to submit it to the customer care many number of times. But this time they had crossed the limits. They have taken my phone since 12/12/2013 and they are not returning it back. Neither they are extending my warranty period nor they are returning my phone back.

                                  I have purchased a Karbonn TAB ST8 nodel in the month of september,
                                  right after 2 months it stopped working, since


                                  then it has been with
                                  service center @ Jail road and no replacement has been made, though service
                                  center has raised the request for replacement, every time i visit, they say
                                  it is under process. This is harsement and I would like them to return my money
                                  or replace my TAB with new one.

                                    I had purchased on Karbonn make 9" tablet model ST9 marvel on 20.10.2012(ST[protected]). Within the first year itself i faced some problem with this tablet with regarding to touch screen malfunctioning. It was given to service center and they returned it after 15-20 days, but the problem is not completely gone. this was happened in the month of august 2013. Again after facing similar complaint that I could not operate the tool bar, I had approached the Karbonn service center at hyderabad M/s Sri sai communications, located at MG Road, Secunderabad. I had handed over the tablet on 16.12.2013 ( Customer receipt no. 10543). Since then i am regularly contacting service center for its repairing, But to my dismay they are keep on telling that please wait for another 10-15 days. I don't know how many days it may still required to make it right. I am now contacting you to make an arrangement for quick repair of my tablet. If no information received from you within next seven days, i will move consumer court for not providing service assistance and making inferior quality product and thereby making problems to customers Finally one thing, i've seen lot of complaints about your products in you web site. What the hell are you doing for rectification of these defects. Instead of doing betterment in production karbonn is investing in sponsoring cricket matches.

                                      i give my mobile to service my cell is not working.
                                      After 2 month they give my cell but its not working till now ..
                                      the service centre of karbonn again send my mobile to company at Delhi
                                      after than mobile warranty is over.
                                      They said company give you another mobile but this time they also said mobile is send to again Delhi.
                                      Meanwhile approximate 6month is over but my mobile still is on their service.
                                      what can I do?

                                        Dear Sir This is Shivaji Rao Chavan, working as a chemistry lecturer in Sri Chaitanya College, Kurnool and I have purchased a Karbonn Tab, in one of their out let naming Big C, in Kurnool, located at Abdullah Khan Estate, on 15/08/2012, (that is exactly one year four months back) having enough faith on your brand image . Right now from its purchase the device is not properly functioning and I have approached their out let several times and the persons who are taking care of that out let could not solve my problem and finally they have concluded that it is dead and cannot not be repaired and they are advising me go to the Karbonn Service Station, in Kurnool, which is always closed . They are saying that warranty is got over. I am ready to pay the service charges. In order to purchase the device I spent Rs. 6, 900/- This is very difficult to digest such a loss for a middle class person like me.
