Dear Sir,
I have buy tab A 34 HD from Reliance digital Ambiance mall Gurgaon at 22nd march 2014 and next day when i attached charger for charged but in 10 to 15 min mobile make noise, cracked and dead or burned during charging on point of tab and very hot during in that these happens on Sunday 23rd March 2014 and suddenly I called on your customer care but it was closed.
When I visited again 24th March on reliance digital with my problem they denied without listening anything.
Please look into this matter. Company customer care, relaince digital (Mobile shop), karbonn service center is not ready to listen anything.
They demanding complete money again for the faulty Tab.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Today i have visited many times in Ambiance mall Gurgaon 122002.
When i have called on customer care and discuss with Ryan he suggested
to visit the Brand service center (Shop No. LG 8, Devi Palace, Opp.
Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon-122001) they said display damaged
we cannot diagnose without charge and very rude during discussion.
They are not ready to discuss with you.
Then i called on reliance rescue (Dayanand complex old Gurgaon) from
there Manager has been response positively and called on Karbonn
service center (Shop No. LG 8, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi
Road, Gurgaon).
After interrupting of manager they are ready to check the mobile and
confirmed the main board has been damaged by short circuit that is the
actual reason but we can't afford anything the total cost for
repairing the tab approx. Rs 5000.
Again i called on Reliance customer care and log the complaint
(Complaint no CN[protected] for Reliance digital they responded please
visit again in reliance Digital(Ambiance Mall Gurgaon) and deposit.
They discussed with Karbonn service center and denied very rudely.
Note :-
* Suppose that is there any miss happening donned by your tab that
time who will be responsible Karbonn or Reliance Digital Gurgaon.
* Reliance digital CRM manager suggested to file the complaint in
Consumer court.
Please reply ASAP after that I will take any decision
