    I had bought a cell Karbonn A2+ in the month of july in 2013 from jamshedpur in the name of Eshani Sen. from the beginning the earphone point was not working. the charger was also not working so the charger was replaced by the service center, again the headphone point and the charger point was not working. the service center people said that it will take two months to repair.i had given it to KGN Services at Sakchi Jamshedpur on 13th December 2013. they mended it and returned to me in the end of last month. now the mobile is showing the same problem again also the charger pin has came out from the phone and with that the touch is also not working. my phone number is [protected]. you may call in this number for any further details. I urgently need your help because without phone its difficult to keep contact with people around me. thank you.

      Hi, I am Balbir Singh and I have purchased Karbonn Mobile handset A2+ model in June 2013. Its charging slot came out in the same month. Got repaired but again came out in 4-5 days. After repairing 3-4 times also it is not working properly. Now service center says its plate needs to be replaced which will cost arount 1800/-. It is in warranty period then why Karbonn Mobile people are doing like this. I am fed up after taking this mobile. Please help me by getting this handset replaced or giving me my money back.         My karbonn Titanium S5 mobile stopped working on day so i had given it for repair on 21st December 2013 in Karbonn service center(Global Telecomm, Bhandup Mumbai). I was assured to get the device back in 45 to 60 working days. But still i did not get it back. I only get the replay that it is given in the company and is not repaired yet. It is now more than 70 working days.

          I had purchased a Karbonn Mobile S5 Titanium Phone (IMEI1 [protected]) on 07 July 2013 from E-Zone (Pantaloons, Senapati Bapat Road), Pune. Within 2 months of very sparing usage, the phone developed problems and could not be charged. KarbonnMobiles.com has three service centers listed in Pune. The number for F-Tech Services (a service center of Karbonn) as listed on Karbonn website was not reachable. After trying to reach the service center in vain, I complained via the Karbonnmobiles.com website, but with no response. I could reach the service center via phone on one occasion but they mentioned that they will not accept any phones for a week since the complaints have reached a threshold. On another occasion when I visited the center, the center was closed due to Diwali festivities. Finally, on 16 November 2013, I managed to submit my phone for repair to F-Tech Service center via Job Sheet number KJASPMH1801113K13983. On inquiring after a few weeks, I was told that it has been sent to the Delhi service center for repairs. Repeated inquires to F-Tech in the month of December 2013 and January 2013 was in vain, and I was told that they have not heard back from the Delhi office. I was then asked to directly call the Delhi office[protected]. The call attendant acknowledged that the phone was being repaired but had no estimate on when it will be repaired. Subsequent phone calls for inquiries to[protected] and FTech did not help, On calling[protected], I was often put on hold and abruptly cut off multiple times a day. I then submitted an online complaint again on February 14th through the KarbonnMobiles.com website, with a warning that I would approach the consumer forum. I received a feedback from their agent on February 14th that the phone has already been dispatched. (Please see below) [protected] Dear Mr. Pillai, We have received your feedback regarding your concern. With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that your handset had already been dispatched from Delhi Head Office. We would also like to inform you that service center will contact you as they receive the handset For any assistance please feel freee to call us at [protected], our Customer Care toll-free number from Monday to Saturday (10am to 6pm). [protected] When I did not receive a call from F-Tech after 3 weeks, I inquired with them this morning (March 1, 2013) - however they have not received my handset yet. I again had to call Karbonn’s toll free number [protected] about the status of my phone. I was surprised on being told that my phone has not been dispatched and is still in their office. The whole experience of owning a Karbonn phone has been that of anguish. Coupled with substandard quality of the phone, I have also had to bear utter negligence of service. It has been more than 3.5 months that I have submitted my phone for repair and no one had the courtesy of informing me of a repair status or offering me a replacement. Having experienced this shoddy service, I would like a refund from Karbonn on the product, a compensation and also would request action from part of the authorities to ensure that consumers like me do not get affected by the negligent service again.             I have purchased karbonn A1+ phone online. After 7 months o[censored]se Its display became white. When i went to the service center to submit the phone they told it will take 25 days to repair. After 25 days When i called them, they told they had sent it to the head office kolkata to repair its mother board. But whenever I am calling them they are saying it will return with in 7 days. After 3 months I got the mobile, but the phone is defective.they have change my phone's camera touch screen, and display with a defective one. MODEL NO. KARBONN A1+ IMEI NO.               i have bought a tab st-8 in jun 13 in chandigarh. in jul it stopped working. i have approached authroised service center i.e. Gaurav communication sector 22. they have made it alright and they have reset the tab. where as its internal memory become zero. again i have approached the same center. after 20 days i got back the tab. now it started giving me new troubles. 1. poor wi-fi connectivity. 2. rear camera not working. 3. screen shaking. 4. batter chargning not taking place with charger only with USB. i have again approached the same centre. after 45 days i have received back the tab. but all in vain, nothing has been improved except charging. again after one week chargning was not u/s i have been told to approach another service center. i.e. future communicaiton at sector 41. i have deposited by tab at new service centre. thye have forwarded the tab to main service centre vide job card no. KJAPPB166214K2215 dated 15 feb 14. today i have received a call from service center that my tab came back from delhi with remarks RWR. pls advice what should i do next. since my purhcase 90% time it was in service centre. i must get the replacement of my tab. what i should do now. pls adivce immediatley. .. thanking you.

              i have approached authorised customer service center i.e. gaurav communication and no use they have not repaired my tab fully. after two months they have returned back with out repair and advised to approach another service center and i have visited future communicaiton and they have forwaded my tab to main service center vide job card No.LJASPPB166214K2215 dated 15 Feb 14.
              Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I have purchased Karbonn smart tab 8 2.5 months back after some days it started hanging so badly and after that it stucked on karbonn screen (it became dead) so i submitted my tablet in karbonn service centre they said they will fix in one week and after one week they said it will take one month so after one month i call them they said it will take one more month they will give me tablet on mid febraury but now it the end of feb still haven't got my tablet back worst unskilled pathethic workers worst service centre what should i do?

I gifted my wife Karbon S5 as this was best phones in september 2013.But it was a big crime committed by me trusting brand like KARbon.The phone spoiled in December, camera started malfunctioning, network issue, Call dropping, Had to talk on speaker phone as sound was not audible. We gave the phone to service center in november 1st week and received it on 3rd week stating that camera was fixed and there was operating system issue so they have upgraded the os. My wife did not check it and trusted on the service center engineer, After coming back home we were so annoyed the motion sensor was not working, phone was unresponsive after 24 hrs o[censored]ptime. and in later stages it was having all the problems as mentioned during the first call.we went back to service center and they said it will take 90 days for the mother board to be replaced as it needs to send the piece to delhi. Now I am wondering if delhi is located on earth or Saturn that it will take 90 days for them to return back my phone. What about my warranty, I have lost my 90 days plus 2 weeks ealier .My wife is with out phone and it indirectly spoiled relation between us as due to communication gap.my child was admitted in the hospital and we could not reach my wife because o[censored]navailablitiy of mobile phone.I have to buy her a new Nokia phone as I could not let me family suffer for Unavailability of karbon mobile. My recommendation to all the users please dont buy karbon phones as they have a patetic service reponse. As when the phone was purchased there was no terms and condition stating about 90 days tenure for phone repair. If Its going to take 90 days for repair then customer should be provided the standby phone.As his work and committement are hamperred beacuse of the rotten shet phone created by karbon.                     The handset Karbonn Smart A1 Star was purchased on 23July 13.
                    Within three months it developed problems and the handset
                    was given to Karbonn service centre at salem on 30/10/2013
                    for repairs under warranty.
                    After more than 45 days the salem service centre informed me
                    that the handset cannot be repaired and said they cannot do
                    anything further in the matter. They asked me to take up
                    the matter with Karbonn customer support.
                    I wrote to their customer support and also spoke personaly
                    over phone to their Services Manager Mr.Jeevithan during the
                    second week of December 2013. I kept calling him every three
                    days and he kept on assuring me that the replacement handset
                    has been approved and the salem service centre will call me
                    in this regard. When I enquired with the salem service centre
                    they said they are not aware of any such developments.
                    Now, when I call Mr.Jeevithan on his mobile [protected], he
                    does not attend the call and messages me that he will call back.
                    But he never calls. Karbonn customer support is not replying
                    in spite of my reminders. Nobody is able to give me the contact
                    details of the higher officials to whom I can escalate the
                    matter. I must have written to Karbonn company atleast twenty
                    times and must have called the services manager atlest 50 times
                    but nothing seems to have brought a resolution.
                    Kindly help me. You can use the following details for reference.

                      My Karbonn ST9 Tab has gone faulty for 2 time . 1) For first time when adapter was faulty they took 2 months to give me replacement. My Tab was down during that time . 2) Now display has gone faulty . I handed over to Pune service center on 12/11/13. They are yet to resolve this issue saying replacement part/display has not arrived yet. 2 days back when i called them they said we received 3 days back and that was faulty / non compatible. I think they will take another 3 months to replace the faulty part . I am very much frustrated as 5 months out of first 14 month my ST9 Tab remained faulty . Now i don't want to buy any product to Karbonn and if possible i want my money back and get reed of Karbonn . Attached purchase and service center receipt for reference

                      Karbonn mobiles have no guaranty on there motherboard, or there firmware. As while using any time it gets reboot. Apps automatically delete, phonebook gets corrupted.

                      I gave my A15 for repair till date not received.

                      Service center are useless, went to 4-5 service center they unable to repair.
                      for service center warranty card doesn't matter, they charged even in warranty period.

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased Model A1+ on 18/07/2013 and while i receive the product itself there was a problem in the battery and i got it replaced nearly after 3/4 weeks. After that my mobile phone was hanging so many times and getting switched off. So i have given my mobile for service in SPACE Technologies, TIRUPUR on[protected] and the Job CARD no is :T424J137 and i have got the info from them there is problem in the board so they have sent it to the company for service.It is nearly 3 months gone by and still i have not got my mobile back after repair. I am checking regularly with the service centre and they are saying that the mobile is in the company for board replacement and will get it back in a week time (ALWAYS they are saying this) Pl check with them and advise when i can get my mobile back and as i am facing this probelm only in 4 months from the date of my purchase will they replace the mobile with another new one Thanks and Best Regards, Suresh

                            I had ordered Karbonn ST8 tablet (IMEI No. ST[protected]) from saholic.com which was delivered on 5th March 2013.It was working properly till it showed Wi-Fi detection problem after two days of Wi-Fi usage. I had given the tablet to Karbonn Authorized service centre Infinity Care, Borivali (west) on 19th Aug 2013. I was conveyed by service person that the tablet needs to be sent to Delhi office and it will take approx. one and a half month for repair. Job sheet (no.KJASPMH344813K9262) After that despite visiting service center multiple times, I was not given any proper answer about status of the tablet. I was told on 27th Nov 2013 that the tablet's touch screen was damaged during this period when it was with the service center hence further time will be required. To be precise, the problem of tablet was only detection of Wi-Fi for which it was given to service center. The rest of the working conditions of tablet were perfectly fine and it was damaged during its custody at Borivali service centre. On 4th Dec 2013, they showed me another tablet (IMEI No.ST[protected]) of same model as instead of my tablet and told me that it was my repaired tablet. It is not acceptable to me at all to agree to second hand tablet as replacement. I wanted them to refund amount Rs. 6300 which was original price of tablet with 12% interest as a compensation for mishandling and loss of my gadget. I had sent them letter two times regarding this issue by registered post and also trying to contact them by mail and call but I still not received any response.

                              After some days later I noticed battery backup of the mobile was too low.It gave the backup in running condition 1:30to2hours.So I contucted to Mobi Care( a authorised service center of Karbonn Mobile) on 01/11/2013 .
                              The ASC Incharge adviced me to give the mobile to ASC for a week to repair. I did as his suggestion(I gave the mobile without backcover, and Battery to Mobi Care ).After a week I contucted to Mobi Care but they told me that they sent it to the Karbonn Mobile compay, and it will take some days.After this when I have contucted them they repeted the same word.I have not got the mobile till now.
                              So I request you that help me to get the mobile in good condition or its cost(rs-6190) within 10 days.

                                I have purchased karboon cell model no -A-21, IMEI NO:-[protected] IMEI NO:-[protected], in march 2013, After that due to some problem i have submitted my phone to authorised service center as it was in warranty period on 4/12/2013. to Chauhan communication, 308 hans plaza ghaziabad, my job sheet number is KJASPUP3281213K3844.nobody is ready to give any information about my mobile and they gave me okhala service center number and there i talked to them, They dont know how to talk with customer and they were using false language, now kindly reply from where i can get information about my cellphone and it is really worst experience with KARBOON Mobile.

I have tried multiple time customer care number and went to service center in gugaon near raj cinema. i have bill copy i showed them and asked for service but they are not repairing my mobile. They are asking for mobile box but i am not having mobile box . I am having original bill copy . i have bought this mobile from flip kart. I have submitted it to Karbonn Service Center (OMEGA NETSYS PVT. LTD. GOPALPURA, JAIPUR ) and got aftr 2 days .Now Karbonn Service Center (OMEGA NETSYS PVT. LTD. GOPALPURA, JAIPUR ) is saying that we will send it to company.I am irritated about Karbonn Service. Please take an action and contact me if more details required.                                       My complaint

                                      I purchased titanium s - 2 phone on 19/08/13. Due to hanged problem i send phone to karbonn service center on 28/12/13, job sheet no. Kjaspdl - 0421213k7988 and they assured me to give me phone after full service within 7 days. But till now they are nor contacting me and nor giving me exact assurance about time which they will take in service. They are only making me fool by giving e - mail answer that it is under process. And their customer care nos. Are always no reply. Please help me because without my phone i am facing too - much problems regarding my business.                                         My A29 has serious WiFi issues. This is given for service at service center in pune (Job sheet no KJASPMH422114K1115). The technician says that the mobile needs to sent to Delhi and may take 3-4 months. He is not ready to give this in writing and do not attend phone calls at the given number. The service at the service center is horrible and people are rude to customers. Please issue me a replacement A29 or similar mobile at earliest. Regards, Dr. Rahul Nandurdikar
