i want to know about my karbonn mobile A10, which is send to karbonn company by garg telecom, muradnagar, i want to know that where is my mobile.kya mobile ko aane me 1 mahine ka time lagta hai, tab tak customer kya karega.mujhe apna mobile use kiye hue 4 mahine ho gaye, kya yehi karbonn company ki policy hai.

my Jobsheet No.- KJASPUP1941013K930 AND purcchase date is 16/08/2013 DOA date is 12/12/2013 but till now shopkeeper did not give me the mobile. what should i. i am very frustated now. If i can not get my mobile till 20 jan 14, i am going to complaint in Consumer Court against karbonn company because i have all document which proove all true.

    I Satishbhai D.Makwana reside at Panvel Navi Mumbai. I purchase KARBONN A15 mobile dual sim on dated 16.03.2013 Its IMEI/ ESN [protected] & IMEI/ESN [protected]
    My Mobile is not working after purchase of two months approx. so I given for repair in Karbonn Mobile service center of Gajraj Mobile Shop at Panvel Navi mumbai. After two times of repair, my mobile was not working properly.
    Third times I given to repair Karbonn MOBILE service center of Raj Mobile Shoppe at Vashi Navi Mumbai on dated 10.10.2013 but till date it’s not repaired or not given me back.
    Now I contact for return my mobile from service center as above Raj Mobile Shoppe Vashi Navi Mumbai so many times its reply given to me that your mobile send to karbonn mobile company.
    When I contact for return my mobile from karbonn mobile company via customer care no.[protected] but he would not reply properly. And complain given by return email, he would reply me that we will see in the matter till date.
    So please investigate/ verify the matter and suitable solution/ revert my mobile money.

      Hi, My name is Nirmal James & my contact number is [protected], living in Bangalore, Jobsheet No: KJASPKT0381113K105. I have purchased the mobile, Karbonn A1 Star ([protected]) on 07.08.13 from Spice showroom at Marathahalli, Bangalore. From the second month I purchased the phone the out speaker of the mobile was not working, and in the 3rd month, I started to face troubles to charge my mobile. On 28.11.13 I was unable to charge my mobile completely, it drained and I gave it to Karbonn's authorized service center, Shrishti Services at Domlur. They said that, they have to change the entire mother board and it will take 20 days. From the day 1, I was unable to reach any employees of Karbonn via any of the numbers mentioned in their website. After 2 days one customer care representative answered the call and gave the concern person's number, but that concern person didn't even picked my call even a single time and he left the job i guess. Later the service center person Mr. Jithendar [protected], gave me the Karbon's after sales service Manager Mr. Rizwan ([protected]) number, who is newly appointed. I am speaking with him for the last 1 month regarding the updates and everytime he is telling some reasons like "I am in hospital", "I am driving", etc., Shrishti services sent my mobile to Delhi and it will take some more days. Whenever I called, they are asking one more week time to commit a delivery date of my mobile. And till now they are saying the same reasons and not updating me about the status even. I am working as a Business development Manager in a private concern and 95% of my work depends on mobile phone calls. Till date they are not giving me any updates on this, I wrote emails to them, called them but nothing use of it. Because of this problem, I have faced financial losses and time loss. Karbonn has to give me an explanation about what happened, they have to give my mobile back and also they have to detriment Rs. 50, 000 to me for putting me into all these troubles.         i sent my mobile to service for a minor problem of touch and they gave my phone back after 1 month and 20 days but the problem not resolved again i sent my phone there and they said it took 1 month to repair i agreed that but today it was 1 month and 17 days but whenever i call to them they replied it took 7-10 days more so please help me in this matter

          Dear Sir, Bad service experience with Karbonn mobile. This is Abhishake Sharma have purchased the Karbonn mobile A6 on 10/09/2013 (bill is attached for your reference) for my wife as birthday gift. i have purchased the Karbonn mobile A6 (Sr. no. TEMA[protected]. after few days of purchasing i was facing some problem as software which i have download from play store it directly download to phone memory and move to SD card, saved contact no. not visible some time and charging problem. On 19/10/2013 i visited to reliable enterprises Shop No. 12/12 A, Jai Ganesh vision, Below suvrnayug sahakari bank, Akurdi, Pune-411035 for the problems, they have checked my handset and told to me that there is problem with data cable and phone, you have to replace the data cable and handset has to be format. I have agree on the same, on the spot i handover the data cable (service slip attached) and because i have some data in my handset so i have not handover the handset. After some time i visit the service center for data cable they told me that cable not recd form company now. again after some time i visit for the same they told me that you have to bring your phone for the data cable i explain that i have not bring the phone now but i have service slip, they told me that they cannot give my data cable because you have to bring your handset but they are treating me as a bagger which demand any kindness from his side. I came back home without the data cable with lots of nervousness and disappointment. On (13/12/2013) i came back to service center for my data cable with my handset, i received my data cable and explain the handset problem to service center staff but they refused to accept my handset for repair, they told to me that my handset have not warranty slip, i explained to service center staff you have opened my handset at my last visit. they are not I attached BILL COPY, Sr. no and IMEI no. phone pic and service center slip for your reference.                 My karbonn mobile model A1+ which IMEI No1. [protected] & [protected] had minor problem in ON/OFF, i gave my mobile to service center at Balaji Infocare (Mathura) pin 281001 on 02/12/2013, service center employees gave me TAT for 1 Months but now he is saying that your mobile will be repaired in 2 months and we have dispatched your mobile to our company so now our company will send your mobile after get repaired. Employees are not sure about the mobile till when my mobile will be delivered to me. So i request you to take some action on that and help me to get my mobile delivered. Thanking you. I went to local service center on dated[protected] at Gorakhpur (UP), he checked and confirmed that this problem will be not repairable or rectify on same day you have to submit here your handset. so I submitted my handset on same to local service desk. It's 20 days have been pass out but still I have not received my handset or any positive answer and efforts. I was choose it for good performance, service & support, I was never expect this kind of support by "Karbonn Team". I don't want to expend good money for other phone. I am coordinating with local service desk regarding my handset status, and got update that I am working on that you have to wait another week.                             i purchased a phone karbonn titanium si online from indiatimes shopping on 9th of oct 2013, and got it delivered nearly after one month.as soon as i unpacked it and inserted the sim, charged it, but no use even after full charging the network was not detected.and also i found some pics in the gallery of the phone taken some were around september, so must be an used mobile and returned by someone, so icalled the indiatimes shopping but they blindly told me to contact karbonn, then i contacted karbonn customer care after many calls i finally got them .but they also told me to go to the nearest service centre, so i went to the nearest service centre located near domlur in bangalore on[[protected]}, they told me it will take 15 days.but i am still waiting [4-1-201] more tahbn one and month.now they are telling it will take another one week .god knows when, lot of harrasment ]

                              Dear Sir/Madam, last year i took 2 Karbonn TAB ST9 and within Warranty period display was not working. I gave it to service center in Vikhroli. Its almost 3 month I dint got my TAB back. Service center people always telling that they dint got the spear touch pad from Delhi Karbonn factory. and i am not the only person is suffering from this service there is lots of people who got the same answer from karbonn service center.                                     I purchased the karbonn mobile model S5 in month September dated 08/09/2013. In last month i got some problem in its charging socket.Some time it charging, sometime it not works & one day the mobile totally dead. So i went to nearest service center situated at shanticomplex & asked them for repairing. The person told me that it will take 3 month time for repairing.I asked him why this much time needed for small repairing & unto 3 months what i do?. within 3 month how i got problem & i request him either repair this handset soon or change this.But he was not giving any attention to my request.And lastly i repaired my mobile socket from private mobile repairing shops.From all this it feels, never buy karbonn company product. there is worst service & there product also.

                                      Hi Sir, I have purchaged Karbonn A6 and after one month there is battery backup issue(unable to store charging). I have submitted it to Karbonn Service Center(Shankla Telecom, Sukhrali, Gurgaon) and got my moble after 50 days from Service Center in same condition(unable to store charging).Now Karbonn Service Center(Shankla Telecom, Sukhrali, Gurgaon) is saying that we will send it again to company.I am much irretate about Karbonn Service.                                         i had bought a new cell of Karbon A2+ in the month of july. since that time the earphone point was giving a problem. then the charged was not working. when i took it to the service center, they replaced it. but now again the charger point of cell is not working and also the earphone point. i have given it to the service center but they are saying that they will return it after two months which is not a matter of joke. what should i do all this two months? shall i sit without a cell? they should either replace it or should provide me temporary cell. or should return my cell as soon as possible.
