I have purchased the item through online on 29/May/2013. After having problem with this, I have given the item to the Company Authorized Service Center on 12/Aug/2013 for Warranty repair. From then onwards, they are not repairing the item & making false promises. The job sheet no. is 559.

I have contacted with the company at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com. But, instead of proving me any concrete solution, they are just directing to other places (another phone no, email id etc), from where I am not getting any response (like phone is not working, no reply from mail id etc.).
