Hello, I had bought a Karbonn A5 smartphone from flipkart.com in November 2012 and in august some problem arises with the second sim card and the phone usually hangs. So, I had been to the service center in jalandhar, Punjab and file my complaint as the phone is in warranty period. They took my phone and tell me to come after on week. After one week I again visited the service center and the gave my phone and told me to check it if the problem is resolved or not. I checked and the problem was not resolved.So, I told them and they said that they have to send the phone to the company.Then I asked them how many days will it take for the company to repair my phone. They said only 20-25 days. Then I said OK send it to the company as 20-25 days does not matter much. But it's around 2 months and still I have not got my phone. After one month I visited the service center, first they tried to find my mobile and when they are not able to find my mobile they said that it will take another month. A few days ago I called them and asked about my phone, they kept me in hold for around 20 mins and at last they said that we will tell you later when we find it. Now from 2 to 3 day I tried to call them but they don't pick up my phone and don't reply. During my visit to the service center I noticed that the people working in the service center are not at all loyal to their customers. They keep on disconnecting the phone when some one called them for any complaint So, Kindly help me to get my phone from the company or the service center.

    Name: Mahesh Thadani Contact number:[protected] Job sheet no: KJASPRJ152713K193 I bought Karbonn S5titenium handset from flipkart by using my friend’s credit card (Praksh Ahuja) on[protected], on[protected] touchpad of my handset and charger has stopped working. I had visited nearest Karbonn mobile service center (Omega Netsys Pvt.Ltd, Gopalpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan) on[protected]. After doing all the trouble shooting on my handset, service in-charge(Subhash-[protected]) had asked me to drop my handset and charger at service center and had committed me 15days time for repairing of my handset. Since then I am continuously doing follow-up with them and visiting to your service center on every alternate day but till date have not received my handset and charger. I am extremely disappointed with their services and response of their service in-charge (Subhash and Yashvant-[protected]), they are unable to solve my problem and now they have stopped responding to my call.

i had given my karbonn titanium s5 in the service center since it is having lots of issues on 22 july 2013, since two and a half month i m going regularly to service center but they didnt give any detail about my phone.
Whenever i go they say it had gone to delhi for repair..
Nt giving any detail when it will come..

        i have purchase this mobile 2 and 3 months ago but i have not get any coverage of the idea company in this mobile i can not work with internet etc. i have complained many time to idea company but they send their servey team and they found many time that there was problem in my mobile S5 Titenium. So, I request to you please take this set and give me another or refund my money otherwise i take a legally action against company in consumer forum.

          Respected sir,
          I have bought a karbonn A1+ in april. In august i have encountered a problem of restart in my phone.I took it to service centre of karbonn. They told me that it took 20days for repairing. I have contacted them after a month.They told me to call after 2 days. They are repeating the sama thing since today. I will never buy a karbonn phone again. I fed up with this much irritating sevice from service centre at trivanrum

              I submitted my Karbonn A15 handset to their authorized service centre at Dwarka Mor, New Delhi on 16th August 2013. But there is no update about the current status of the handset. They are telling that it is sent to company for repairing. I talked to Karbonn customer care, and they said yes they had the handset but they do not know when will they return as it is in reparing process. I emailed to the Karbonn support team but they too have the same answer. Also my set was serviced by them for the same problem in April 2013. That time too they had taken more than a month to return it back. From then on it was continuously showing the same problem. As the handset is in warranty period, they are just killing the warranty time.So their sole intention is to kill my warranty time. Please take some action. I am unable to communicate with my clients, and so I have great loss financially. Disputed Amount: 15000

                I PURCHASE A KARBONN MOBILE A 15 ONLY 2 MONTHS ITS DOING PROBLEMS AND I SUBMIT A MOBILE IN SERVICE CENTER 30 DAYS HAS GONE BUT TILL NOW MY MOBILE NOT REPAIRED AND I AM CONTACTING IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT ALSO THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. IT IS LOUSY BRAND IN MOBILE. SO I SUGGEST TO ALL DON'T PURCHASE THIS BRAND'S MOBILE.

                    ear Team I brought a KARBONN handset TITANIUM S5 ( IMEI-1-[protected])billed on dated May 12, 2013 and within 2 month the touch the got faulty. I submitted the same to the the Services Center on July 24, 2013 at BATHINDA kept the handset for a week (7 days), after their R & D at their local end the problem was yet the same and they forwarded the handset to your DELHI team. It has already crossed 64 days but I haven't received any update for the same. I am suffering alot and still there is no time line for the same. Their simple replies are WE ARE CHECKING THE SAME, WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER, but no proper status. They are totally misguiding and harassing me. I havn't used the handset for 64 days but it is at Service centres. Still they aren't willing to give a new one as I had used it for 73 days and for more than 64 days its with them. Please support for the same. Your kind intervene is required. Waiting for your fruitful reply. Rohit Prabhakar

                      i hv bought my handset on 9/6/13 and since then the handset has an issue of voice clarity. i have tried to reach the company helpline on the phone on cust service no . for around 100 times bt the number seems to be busy always. i hv also reached the service center but they failed to provide me solution. second time when i submitted the hands to the service station they hv now claimed thst the handset shud go to the company for nrepairing and will take 40-50 days to come back. the voice of my handset doesnt reach clearly to the person to whom the call is made. Request your help to get this resolved.

                        Hi, I had bought a Karbonn A5 Starlast month, After 15 days of proper working the Touch had developed some problems ( menu opens/closes automatically, Keypad open up suddenly and automatically..etc etc). ook it to a Service Center of Karbonn in Delhi and they said that the Touchscreen has some problem and needs replacement. So as the set being new and in warranty period I submitted the set for the part replacement.. But it has been 16 days from now.. the replacement of the part is still not possible and the set is also not with me... We can understand that it may be a fault of the touchscreen because electronic elements can any time go rouge.. But what about the bad service rather so late service of Karbonn.. 16 days still no progress..!!! My Job sheet no is KJASPDL096913K888

                          I HAVE GIVEN MY KARBONN A15 MOBILE FOR SERVICE ON 10/8/2013 IN ALLIED ELECTRONICS AUTHORIZED KARBONN SERVICE CENTER IN SALEM, TAMILNADU WITH JOB SHEET NO 20843, THEY PROMISED TO RETURN THE MOBILE IN ONE MONTH, BUT WHEN WE ASKED FOR MOBILE AFTER ONE MONTH, THEY DIDN'T RESPOND PROPERLY AND DENIED TO GIVE THE MOBILE BACK, I THINKING OF TAKING THE ISSUE TO CONSUMER COURT, IF NOT GIVEN PROPER RESPONSE, SO BEFORE THAT PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RETURN MY MOBILE AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE IRRESPONSIVE STAFF AND SHOWROOM.                           i bought a9+ on 30/06/2013 after 40 days it has heating and sudden discharging problem so i have submitted my mobile to their service center at haldwani (uttrakhand) on 11/08/2013.they promised to give it back in one month, now they are not responding properly.and nobody knows what is the present situation.i think now i have to register complain in consumer court if they didn't give my mobile back with in one week.imei no.-[protected]

                              The service of karbonn service center is very much of low category of service. Asansol>kolkata is no. 1 failed service center of mobiles. I had given 2 mobiles of karbonn a7 & a7+ for 1………repair of reciever 2……software update & bt problem. But there is no solution by kolkata service center o[censored]TL more than 20 days. They failed to service &provide parts to there branch of , asansol. If there is any solution than contact me.... Sushil kumar singh [protected] [protected] I warned people not to buy karbonn products for there bad services. They only harashed people

                                I am Tony Lobo living at Ghatkopar East,Mumbai. Had purchased a Cell, Karbonn A15 in June 2013 having warranty of 1 year. However the cell snapped due to some software problem. I was told to go the Authorised Service centre at Dream Mall, Bhandup. They directed me to GN Technologies in the same premises. Made 3 visits to GN Technologies but could not get my cell repaired. Moreover the staff at GN Technologies were very rude and replies curt, with music being played loud and made me feel as if I was an to buy a Karbonn product. The phones are never answered inspite of numerous attempts. I am now directed by Dream Mall Office to go to authorised centre at Vikroli (E). Here too inspite of numerous call no phones are answered. With such service I wonder if can get my Cell repaired during its warranty. IS ANYBODY FROM KARBONN LISTENING.

                                I am an soldier serving in Indian Air Force. I purchased a mobile (Karbonn A 27 Ratina) from Jammu on 11 Mar 13. After 04 Months My mobile ha some problem and I visited at my nearest Service centre on 27 Jul 13 they checked it and told it can not be repaired here in Jammu we had to send it to Delhi For rectification . Since that day today is 30 Aug 13. Two months had passed and I am clue less where my mobile is and when I will get it back .When I asked Jammu Service centre they are telling it is in Delhi I had written around 15 to Sixteen mail to karbonn support their answer is always:-
                                "With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that the complaint is under process. We will get back to you with the exact status as early as possible."
                                We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                I gave them some suggestions also

                                Sir if that mobile is beyond repairable than

                                (i) Give me a new mobile

                                (ii) Give us your companies coupon of same rate of mobile so I can add

                                some money and purchase another mobile of your company. eg S5 etc

                                This options i gave. They could talk to their senior

                                Sir tell me what to do ? Please advice

                                  Karbonn Mobiles is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have bought my phone in January 2013. After using it for 2 months it stopped working completely and then I went to a service centre. That service centre refused to service it saying they do not service phones sold from Bangalore (even though it is a national warranty). So I went to another service centre and gave it there on May 18th. They people at their service centres are also very arrogant. They took 2 months to service it and the same day I got it back it still gave me problems. I have been using it since end July with these problems and Karbonn never answers calls or replies to emails. After making consumers aware of their poor service and very badly run service centres in dilapidated buildings, they blocked me from their Facebook page. I have been harassed a lot by this company and want some justice. I want my money back. Please help. I have lost a good amount of money (Rs. 8250) and have been facing problems since I bought this phone. I am not willing to give the phone to the service centre again as I do not have a spare phone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

                                    I purchased a Karbonn S5 on 13th may 2013. After few months i got some issue with the phone so i submitted it to one of the registered service center of Karbonn named Kar Theme at Ramesh Nagar on 17th Aug 2013 and now it's 11 Sep 2013 and i didn't get my phone back. I call the service center they never pick my calls.I have mail to Karbonn as well and I'm only getting a revert that phone is under process ans they will get back to me ASAP. Please help.

                                      sir, i aninda mondal purchase a karbonn "k-phone I" mobile on 10/07/2013 with IMEI NO:[protected] . Unfortunately the phone is not working after some days(within one month). I give it my phone to service center for sevicing on 02/08/2013 with Complain No:KA[protected]. Now i request to service center to return my phone but they are not bothering at all.

After having problem with this, I have given the item to the Company Authorized Service Center on 12/Aug/2013 for Warranty repair. From then onwards, they are not repairing the item & making false promises. The job sheet no. is 559. The Service Center Address: Global Mobile Service Center, #114, Sri Rama Complex, 2nd Floor, Marathahalli, Bangalore 560097, Ph:[protected], Mob: [protected]. I have contacted with the company at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com. But, instead of proving me any concrete solution, they are just directing to other places (another phone no, email id etc), from where I am not getting any response (like phone is not working, no reply from mail id etc.).
