Whenever i go they say it had gone to delhi for repair..

i have purchase this mobile 2 and 3 months ago but i have not get any coverage of the idea company in this mobile i can not work with internet etc. i have complained many time to idea company but they send their servey team and they found many time that there was problem in my mobile S5 Titenium. So, I request to you please take this set and give me another or refund my money otherwise i take a legally action against company in consumer forum....

The service of karbonn service center is very much of low category of service. Asansol>kolkata is no. 1 failed service center of mobiles. I had given 2 mobiles of karbonn a7 & a7+ for 1………repair of reciever 2……software update & bt problem. But there is no solution by kolkata service center o[censored]TL more than 20 days.
