Hope you will go through my complaint and understand my problem. Need your help and intervention here.
My name is Naveen and I bought a Karbonn Handset (Titanium S5) from Pahuja Mobiles, Shop No. 31-32, Nehru Market, Maharaja Agarsain Chowk, Gurgaon for on 8th September 2013 for Rs. 10, 500.
The EMEI number of my handset is [protected].
The handset has problems in it right from the beginning but I was not that must bothered about that because I was at least, using it. But after using it for almost 30-45 days its touch started having problem and the Menu Launcher completely failed to support.
I gave it to one of the Karbonn Service Centre in Gurgaon (Shankla Telecom, Gurgaon, nearby Iffco Chowk) to be fixed and repaired on 6 November 2013. My job sheet number is KJASPHR112.
When I gave to the Karbonn Service centre, I asked them how long it will take to be fixed and repaired. They said hardly it will take 15-20 days at maximum. And now it’s been more than a month and still I am clueless about the exact status of my phone. When I call them up to know the status of the same, they talk so rudely and give no positive responses. I have visited the Service Centre so many times to take my phone back but every time they tell me that my phone is with Company (Karbonn Mobiles, Okhla, Delhi) to be fixed. I have been continuously and relentlessly following them up to get my phone back, but still no use. I have put in complaint in the Company’s Official website to get my phone back but no positive response. Nobody takes the responsibility. I have got the contact number of the company (Okhla, Delhi) and Service Centre (Gurgaon). Most of the time their phones are engaged, if hardly their bells ring they don’t even pick up calls, if they pick up call they are also clueless about the status of my phone that when I will get it back. No positive responses from them. I am really sick with all this follow ups and chase ups with them.
It’s really pathetic and disgusting that I have to chase for my own handset for which I have paid my hard earned income.
I am still left with no phone and no clue. Visiting them many times has cost me a lot which is being borne by me only.
I am really repenting on my decision of buying a Karbonn Handset. I have very high level of expectations from you. You are the only hope of getting my phone back. I hope you will react and take it as serious as if it’s your own phone and you have to get it back now. Below are their contact details, hope you will not disappoint me help me out of this fiasco.
