Now your Karbonn company breck the all bad records to full all people and now this is payble for you because you know very well but again i explain you below. I had bought Karbonn mobile s5 from Alfa shop (vileparle)dt.of 04.05.2013 then after next month this mobile tough screen is not working then i had submitted this mobile in Infinity service center .Then they repaired this mobile and given me after 35 days .Then again after 15 dayes this tough screen not working then 2nd time i had subbmitted this mobile this service center & this mobile had send to Delhi head office service center .Please read below story carefully what they have done in 2nd time ... As per Infinity service center(borivali) people has commited me on Thursday (12.12.2013) got my mobile, then yesterday i went in this service center but there picture is very diffrent they told me that your mobile received in service center on Wensday ( 11.12.2013) but again there have problem so we return this mobile in Delhi service center, so again 20 days your mobile is keep in your custody . First after repairing again how you send faulty mobile in infinity center and secondly they are not show me this faulty mobile and in my absence how they are sent this mobile to you without my check .Already i wait for this 2 months . Already i have wait for this mobile 2 to 3 month then i m happy because the infinity center people commited me to give this moible but as per above they gain fool me so now i dont want to my mobile i want my my mobile amount return on urgent basis other wise replace new my mobile in 4 to 5 days .And i am not belive on karbone company and in some time nobody belive on your company.

    I purchased karbon st9 tab, for 8 months it worked properly.after 8 month there was touch problem company gave a certificate to replace it with new one but now there is not a single st9 tab available. Now shopkeeper wants the tab to replace it with another tab which has smaller display size and it doesnt have the features of st9, like facility of attching pen drive and large display as st9 has. While purchasing company promises to replace the tab but once u purchased its customers problem then company makes excuses.

      Hello Sir/ Madam, JOB SHEET NO - KJASPMH3741113K4563 This tablet was given for service in Nov-2013. Still the Karbonn mobile service center ( Bhandup-Mumbai) are not able to tell me that when this be repaired and delivered back to me. Can you please check what is wrong with this tablet and let me know the delivery time? Note: If you can not fix the tablet then, can i avail a replacement for the same? Thanks & Regards

        Dear Sir, Hope you will go through my complaint and understand my problem. Need your help and intervention here. My name is Naveen and I bought a Karbonn Handset (Titanium S5) from Pahuja Mobiles, Shop No. 31-32, Nehru Market, Maharaja Agarsain Chowk, Gurgaon for on 8th September 2013 for Rs. 10, 500. The EMEI number of my handset is [protected]. The handset has problems in it right from the beginning but I was not that must bothered about that because I was at least, using it. But after using it for almost 30-45 days its touch started having problem and the Menu Launcher completely failed to support. I gave it to one of the Karbonn Service Centre in Gurgaon (Shankla Telecom, Gurgaon, nearby Iffco Chowk) to be fixed and repaired on 6 November 2013. My job sheet number is KJASPHR112. When I gave to the Karbonn Service centre, I asked them how long it will take to be fixed and repaired. They said hardly it will take 15-20 days at maximum. And now it’s been more than a month and still I am clueless about the exact status of my phone. When I call them up to know the status of the same, they talk so rudely and give no positive responses. I have visited the Service Centre so many times to take my phone back but every time they tell me that my phone is with Company (Karbonn Mobiles, Okhla, Delhi) to be fixed. I have been continuously and relentlessly following them up to get my phone back, but still no use. I have put in complaint in the Company’s Official website to get my phone back but no positive response. Nobody takes the responsibility. I have got the contact number of the company (Okhla, Delhi) and Service Centre (Gurgaon). Most of the time their phones are engaged, if hardly their bells ring they don’t even pick up calls, if they pick up call they are also clueless about the status of my phone that when I will get it back. No positive responses from them. I am really sick with all this follow ups and chase ups with them. It’s really pathetic and disgusting that I have to chase for my own handset for which I have paid my hard earned income. I am still left with no phone and no clue. Visiting them many times has cost me a lot which is being borne by me only. I am really repenting on my decision of buying a Karbonn Handset. I have very high level of expectations from you. You are the only hope of getting my phone back. I hope you will react and take it as serious as if it’s your own phone and you have to get it back now.           I got new Karbonn phone on 13 March 2013 1) and got some problem with in one month so I gave it to service center they took my Phone for more than 2 month and returned me with temporary arrangement. 2) after 2 month again same problem occurred. so they took more than 20 days and returned me. I hardly used 40 total days from the day of purchasing... and rest days it is in service center. I don't want to say more about quality and service about service centers (reliable service center Akurdi, they are non technical and unprofessional people) every time when I got my phone it was just temporary arrangements. even sometime the took phone for 15 days return by telling check and let us know where it is working or not. I have to tell them where to check and which part is not working. talking to customer like H**L No proper system for token and all.. all arrangements are to showoff. start cleaning office after 10:30 or 11 30 OC ( hours or more) and I am not Only VICTIM. imei:- [protected] Karbon A25 #[protected] problems: display not working some time. on off button problem no charging( it took 12+ hours for 4% charging and within 1 min it get discharge) I changed cable and charging point too. kindly check and let me know is there any chances to get my phone back soon. Now they are saying we don't have any update about your phone.

            subject: yet not serviced my phone taking to time from karbon service
            centre MORE THEN 25 days

            I purchased karbon A5* in 20/08/13 after one month it have so many
            problems came touch is not working properly means at vertical
            position like at time of sleeping if i use phone then touch does't
            working and another issue is when i called someone it screen
            completely goes black . I gave it service center in Delhi Ncr but the
            problem have still in it . The center staff told me it will goes to
            company and i gave that phone to service center now it have more then
            25 days and i didn't received my phone . so sir/ma'am please request

              Sir I had purchased a Karbonn A18 mobile phone from Flipkart.com on 8 October, 2012 ( Order ID : OD[protected] ) and due to overheating of phone, I approached Karbonn Care, Thodupuzha, Kerala on 26 April, 2013 (Work order no. KA[protected] ). The repair details confirm that PCCB was faulty but it was sent back to me. I sent it again to service centre coming back repairing the current issue but with more faults like 1. Sim card detected but can't make calls. (I've tried other sim cards and other sim slot) 2. Touch not working properly. I have lost my important personal details, business contacts as well as data because of the phone damage. Moreover, I gave the phone to service centre on 26 April, 2013 and I got it back only on 9 September, 2013, with new faults for which I have to send it again but warranty expired while it was with your service centre. I have tried contacting through Karbonn website's 'contact us' form to register a complaint but I got no reply. So, I'm sending this again to notify you again regarding the same failing to which I'm planning to move to the consumer court. Thank You

                I have brought a brand new Karbonn A-6, and within 15 days o[censored]sing it, I had some problems facing in the touch Screen and when I contacted the Warranty service provider they refused to provide me warranty for the same saying that the mobile I have brought is from Bangalore and cannot be provide with service in Mumbai..

                  My Karboon Mobile Stoped working with in a month of purchse (Purchse Date :-7th of Aug 2013 ) I have submited the Mobile to the Authorised service center on 4th of Sep 2013, it was told that it will take upto 20days to repair the Same But now its nearly 3months i am taking the Followup of the same throught mails and Calls, but no proper answer is given on Mail and the Given mobile no of the service center is switch off or When answered the Persion Sailesh Talks Rudely.                     my karbonn A 27 handset i submitted battery at service center on 17th sep 2013 for battery exchange under warranty. they bluffed me about 1 month to replace. again after 1 month when warranty expires they told me exchange is not possible. when i contacted upper level they created mannual job sheet to exchange battery. i also give them option battery on purchege price at 16th oct 2012. but till now they bluffed every week. my handset is dead since last 3 months after using 4 months.

                      I Rita Saigal bought Karbonn A7* from karbonn retailer 2 months ago and its charging jack became non functional on 45th day from my purchase I went to karbonn customer care on that day and somehow they fixed the issue and I had to wait for 2 days to get the issue fixed and the repair center didn't give me any standby, so the purpose of buying the phone was defeated.I paid the repair centre Rs 300 though it was in warranty. After paying them the money it became again non functional on 2nd day from getting it repaired and then i again went to the centre and told them the issue of charging they told me tracks are broken and this is not covered in warranty and it is not in their hand to repair it and after arguing with officials they gave me in written that they cant fix the issue so THE PURPOSE OF BUYING THE PHONE IS DEFEATED ...So i request karbonn officials to sought out my problem and give me the new piece of phone asap... otherwise we have to take legal action...

                        Am Alto from tirunelveli I bought a KARBONN TITANIUM S1 on 17th sep 2013 at Mumbai . i was facing a problem that during stand by mode my mobile is getting restart .my mobile getting problem within 10 days . and i have given my mobile to NEW WORLD karbonn service center at (nagercovil) Tamil Nadu karbonn service center on 15th oct 2013 for warranty clime but still there is no response from that center they are saying that mobile have send to delhi for warranty .1 month over still i didnt get any info about my mobile, mostly the warranty clime will be done within 10 day but karbonn service center is not responding properly .yet I didnt resive my phone

                          I purchased a karbonn mobile on the date 30-04-13 than after some days the phone is switched off or dead and cannot re-start.then i went to karbonn mobile service center and given to her to repair on 8-10-13. then he gives me a receipt job sheet no.                           Back camera Misrepresented

                          I bought Karbonn titanium octane in dec 2014. It was told that it has 13 MP back camera. But now I found that its camera is up to 6MP only on full view. This is a cheating.

                            In an accident touch of my Karbonn Titanium S5 is broken but LCD Screen is ok. when i went to Karbonn Service centre in Sector 22, Chandigarh. The representative say, touch panel is available along with LCD screen only which cost arround Rs.5000/-. Karbonn is trying to force sale LCD screen with Touch Panel. Where touch panel is available in the open market around Rs.600/- to Rs.700/-. Then why Karbonn Mobile is not ready to provide it. Regards, Vishal Babbar M-[protected]

                              I purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 on September 19 2013. The handset I received was faulty, after contacting customer care I submitted it to service center on 6/ 10/2013. I didn’t receive any information from them. I even send them a legal notice on 26th of October. It’s almost 45 days that I haven’t received my handset and any information on that. Karbonn is a pathetic company and their customer service and products are worst. They don’t just believe in money making and never thinks about delivering quality. I recommend everyone not to go for karbonn. It’s a total wastage of money. Vinay +91 [protected]

                                i Azhar Sayyed, had purchased karbonn titanium s5 for rs 12100 on 1/06/13. my invoice no is:171792. and since purchased this phone had issues of touch panel, after 3 months touch panel started misbehaving. i gave this phone for service at vashi center (Raj shoppe) on 10/10/2013. my job sheet no is: KJASPMH2861013K3771. its been more than a month yet my phone hasn't been repaired. i am very annoyed with this type of service response. as mentioned in company's bill details i want to claim the value i have paid to buy this phone.

                                It's very sad to hear this but I agree to your this point that they have very pathetic service. I know one of my friend had purchased A-11 for somewhere around INR 10, 000/- and within a week he got some motherboard problem in the handset so he approached the dealer from where they asked him to go to SM Enterprises at Inderlok. There they said guarantee of the handset is already expired and he has to pay for the repair after a long conversations they agree to repair the handset with no additional cost. His slip no. was 54 from SM Enterprises, they handed over him this slip and said after a week he can collect the handset.

                                Finally last week he got his handset back after 2 months 10 days, when we asked them that we are going to consumer court and about to file a complaint against them, then they took action and handed over him repaired handset which still not working properly.

                                Best of luck for your case and it's kind of suggestion for everyone not to go for Karbon mobile.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'aM, I have Purchased Karbonn Mobile ( A1+) on 24/07/2013 . After one week, That Mobile switched off automatically. it did not switch after pressing the button. so I removed battery and inserted then it was switched on. After one day I went to servicing center. they did format and gave it to me. but after one day same thing happened. then again I went to ask. they said to take this mobile to another servicing center which is very far from my home. as per their recommendation I went to F-Tech Services, ddress: Office No-101, 1st floor, Nanasaheb Pasalkar bhavan, Opp. S.S.P.M.S School, Court Road, Shaivaji Nagar, Pune Pune-411005 and gave it. they told to come after 10 days. I went after 10 days and collected but same thing happened after 1 day. again I went and complained. they said that mobile is having problem with display so the same has to be replaced. I said ok to replace and gave my mobile. after 10 days, I went to collect my mobile. again same thing is happening. Now I called Karbonn Contact Numbers :[protected],[protected], [protected] +91-[protected], Some numbers are ringing not picking & some numbers got switched off. Please suggest us to whom should i contact.

                                      i bought karbonn A12 mobile on 15/7/2013 by infibeam.com. Last month i have faced display problem.so i had given my phone for reparing to Unique techno services, Baroda karbonn service center on 21/9/2013 (sis mobiles, job sheet no:K648, service center contact:[protected], 02, Vadodara, Gujarat)..they told me we inform status within 2 days and repaired within next 10 days, but so far my phone is not received after repairing and also there is no satisfactory reply from either service agnet or from karbonn customar care despite my constant remindars.                                         Respected Sir, I gave my mobile for Repairing at Sri Sainadh Enterpraises under warranty conditions at visakhapatnam but they said that they sent it to the company and from the company they said that my phone has been physically internally damaged (motherboard damaged) by falling of my phone from my hands but that's not true...i had just kept it for charging at midnight around 12-1 and removed it from charging at 6-7 am morning how can i damage it physically + internally ??? and it took around 30 days to get my phone from the karbonn service center...the only promblem is that it is not switiching on that's it...my phone details are given below: Purchase Date: 4th February 2013 Purchased from: Reliance Digital Retail Ltd., CMR Central, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - 530013 Model No. : Karbonn A9+ IMEI No. : [protected] / [protected] Order No. : [protected] My Name : Ushinor Dutta Brand : Karbonn Cost of the Product : Rs.8399 My Mobile Number : [protected] / [protected] Your's Faithfull Ushinor Dutta
