I HAD BOUGHT A KARBONN PHONE DATE- 5TH JULY DEALER - MY MOBILE (BHUJ, KUTCH ) IMEI - [protected] AFTER A MONTHS USE I FOUND A SPOT ON TOUCH SCREEN AND SO ON 16TH AUG I GAVE MY PHONE IN A SERVICE CENTER OF KARBONN-SHIV SHAKTI MOBILE FOR REPAIR . BUT THEY NOT ONLY NOT REPAIRED MY PHONE TILL 14TH OCTOBER (2 MONTHS ) BUT ALSO BROKE MY LCD SCREEN AND NOW THE MOBILE WAS NOT EVEN STARTING SO AFTER BEING FED UP OF VISITING ABOUT 20 TIMES AND MAKING MORE THAN 100 CALLS AND HEARING THAT THE MOBILE WOULD BE REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS (IN VAIN) I PRESURISED THEM TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE, THEY MADE ME TALK WITH THEIR AHMEDABAD HEAD MR HETAL SHAH (MOB [protected]). HE PROMISED MR THEN IF I PERSONALLY BROUGHT MY PHONE TO AHMEDABAD THEN HE WOULD REPAIR MY PHONE WITHIN A PHONE .SO I GAVE HIM THE PHONE ON 16TH OCTOBER AND HE PROMISED ME TO REPAIR MY PHONE WITHIN A WEEK. BUT EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK MOREOVER MR HETAL SHAH (THE HEAD OF KARBONN) WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE COURTSEY AND MANNERS TO TALK WITH A CUSTOMER HAS STOPPED RECEIVING MY CALLS MOREOVER WHEN I ASKED FOR A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF GIVING HIM THE PHONE HE SAID THAT IT WAS NO NEED FOR THAT SO IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 80 DAYS AND I M STILL WITHOUT MY PHONE SEEING THE SERVICE OF KARBONN, THE DISPLAY THAT THEY COULD NOT BRING PARTS IN 80 DAYS OTHER COMPANIES LIKE SAMSUNG AND SONY REPLACES IN A PERIOD OF 4-5 DAYS I HAVE DECIEDED TO SELL MY PHONE AS SOON AS I RECEIVE IT .MOREOVER DURING THE PEIOD THE THE PRICE OF PHONE HAS ALSO REDUCED I HERBY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PROPER ACTIONS AGAINST THE COMPANY AND ITS HEAD HETAL SHAH AND HELP ME IN GETTING MY PHONE BACK

    I purchased karbonn A15 on 26 march 2013(IMEI no. [protected]).After six months that is on 19 sep 2013 phone was dead and taken to karbonn authorized service center (sri sai communications, secunderabad). After one month they said " the phone was not in our service we cant do anything". I dint get what they said and all my tries are in vain. I have warranty of another six months, phone was completely dead which is to be replaced or make to work by the company or service providers. But they are still making me to roam arround the city. i attached service center receipt and my phone bill . i request you to help me in this regard . thanking you.

      I bought a Karbonn a50 From snapdeal.com and after one month I found that the back touch panel of my phone works automatically and when I took the phone to the karbonn authorized center in Bhagalpur, Bihar then they after seeing the fault of my mobile phone they declared it as out of warranty period even though it was in warranty period so I am fully unsatisfied with the product and the service of the karbonn mobilehttp://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/#

        i bought one karbonn a7+ from anmol watches &electronics (p) ltd. on27/11/2012. it was a defected piece i.e. the accelerometer was not working properly, when went to their service centre they told me its a manufacturing defect in all phones of this model. then it stopped working on[protected] and i got it serviced with jobsheet no. KJASPPB022313K3760. then again it stopped working on[protected] KJASPPB022613K4587 and i gave it to service centre for service on the same day and they told me that it will be sent to delhi for service and they kept my phone till[protected] which is almost 60days(in between that when i went to them again on[protected] they gave me another jobsheet no. KJASPPB022713K4). after that the same problem arised and my phone is still with them from[protected] with KJASPPB022913K5618 and on enquiring to them hard on[protected] they gave me another jobsheet no. KJASPPB0221013K5712 and still not telling me when will i gat my phone in the working condition. after so many problems when i asked for replacement they are refusing it and keepinmy phone also. please help me

          I have purchased karbonn Titanium S 5 worth Rs 11990 from Snapdeal.com date of purchase was 02-may-2013 Within 3 months i dont know the screen got broken I went to karbonn clinic care Lalwani & co located in Azadpur they said that since the touch screen is broken this is not covered under warranty and this item has to be bought, Somehow I purchased the Touch Display by paying Rs 4200. After 2 months, i noticed that the said screen has stopped working i e touch was not responding I again went to the same clinic but the store was no more the authorised service centre. I went to ND traders located near Gujrawala town to replace the said display.They said that they have replaced the display in warranty after few days i noticed that screen which was affixed through glue in to the panel was coming out. I went to the same clinic but all in vain. They were not looking into this matter and unfortunately screen got scrapped again. I went to customer care to replace my touch display in warranty the company refused to change the touch display instead they demanded 4900 for the said Display. Comapny has supplied me downgraded material Why I'll pay again?? Ie also 4900 (for the first time i paid 4200) and The mobile prices has also gone down 9560 is the current price. Kindly replace the screen after one month also despite regularly visiting the customer care the screen has not provided They are saying the company has not sent the material. How will they provide then??I tried calling Karbonn customer 100 of times but they never pick up the phone. I have 12000 Rs for the said mobile The company can't cheat the customers by giving downgraded material IMEI NO WAS [protected]

              I had purchase karbonn A21 on 27/12/2012 (In Dehradun), after 3, 4 month its starts problem in speaker and restart problem, finally i submitted my mobile in service center on 14/08/2013, They asked me to return back within 20 to 25days,
              but till yet i didnt recieved my mobile, i visited many times in service center, they always misguide me on that.

                I have purchased a karbonn titanium s5 on 17/08/13 from Spectacular Media Marketing Private Limited Bangalore Karnataka. It is still in warranty period and its screen got broken(without falling off).the company is not ready to change the screen and is asking rs5000 for it which is too much. KARBONN IS A CHEAT AND USELESS COMPANY NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

                my name is dayanand lokhande and I bought a karbonn a12+ from flipkart on 12/12/2013 whose imei no. is [protected] after some days on 2/1/2014 the phone automatically restarted and stucked on bootogo I brought it to your karbonn's Mira roads service center four genius mobiles in mumbai.they said we don't have its software so we have to send it to Delhi and it will take about to three months to return.
                again after a month later on 6/2/201 I called them for enquiry they said they haven't sent my phone to Delhi they were waiting for verification and they will send it to Delhi that day onwards. again after 4 days I called them to know if they had sent it or not they started giving rubbish answers and said it will take 4 months from that day.
                after 1 month on 6/32014 when I went to that service center they said they had sent it through manual courier shree anjani courier and its number is 48795623 .
                when I checked it the information was false. I email their customer support team they are also not responding. I think karbonns service center people have stolen my phone.
                plz help me out.

                  I had bought a Karbonn ST-10 tablet in Jan ’13. Within 4 months of purchase it began to have display issues. Wen I first took it to a karbonn authorized service center back in June, they said the display was spoilt and needed replacement, which would be done in couple of days once they receive spare display. For the next 3 months they promised me every single day that it would me done by the next day – false promises. After helplessly requesting, arguing, asserting for swifter resolution, towards august end i was promised a device replacement due to unavailability of spares. Further 2 months on, i’m still awaiting resolution. During these last 4 n half months, I’ve made a million calls and dozen trips to service center (on couple of occasions they acted hooliganistic, and even got physical, pushing and threatening my friend and me, on my last visit. Service center name: Telelogic communications, at jalahalli cross); another hundred calls and emails to karbonn customer support which eventually got escalated to a person named Jeevithan who mentioned he was the head of karbonn operations for South India, who apologized and assured the entire device replacement within 2 days (since my device was lying at the service center for beyond 2 months); registered complaint with CFBP (Council for Fair Business Practices) as well as Akosha. All time, effort, and pain in vain. Now my device warranty is almost coming to an end. While I’ve considered buying a new tablet and suing them for compensation, i’m skeptical about how soon that will end. I neither have time nor money for lengthy court cases. More importantly, i’d bought it for mum who’s restricted to a bed due to multiple ailments and hence have been fighting for early resolution for this long, not having known it would d go on till now. As my last resort I will now propagate this issue across every possible media/ forum/ platform / community until I get the required attention and resolution that’s been long overdue. Simultaneously, I intend to initiate court proceedings against Karbonn. Now I wont rest until this is categorically settled, especially with my mother’s sentiment involved. Request u to help solve this matter and take action against Karbonn so that no one else has to go thru such trouble.

                    Hi, I had bought a Karbonn KC620 last year December'12 from Bhubaneswar & after that 05 times software problem & twice Display problelm (including this) Its in warranty. i take it to a Service Center of Karbonn in Ranchi and they said that the display screen has some problem and needs replacement. So as the set in warranty period I submitted the set for the part replacement.. But it has been a month from now.. the replacement of the part is still not possible and the set is also not with me... .. what about the bad service rather so late service of Karbonn.. still no progress..!!! My Job sheet/receipt no is 213 but before that i submitted this in ranchi, in another service centre but after 18 days it says now new service center has opened so pl provide my job sheet & go shyama enterprises new service centre. in this service center now its 16 days but still its not sure when i'll get my handset back. pl help.

                      I am highly disappointed with the post sales services offered by the Karbonn Mobiles through its centres/francise. I purchased a Karbonn A21 on Feb-22nd'2013(IMEI 1:[protected]). All was working fine until June'13. Within 4 months the phone showed problems. it restarts at any moment, not switching on for long. --Ok this might be accepted as technical glitch. The worst was yet to come. After tough time, i was able to locate Service Center in Pune: F-Tech Services, Shivaji Nagar, Pune From July until Oct'13 i visited the services atleast 10 times but to the garvity of inefficited service centres employees, each time they had some or the other reason to avoid accepting the phone for repairing. Some of the wonderful reasons given by service centre -They had enough number of phones for the day-the reason was give me more than couple of times---do they expect me to stand in front of queue right at dawn -The centre was closed for more than a week in September/October--- reason cited the company in noida had not yet got back with the phones sent for repair. -To add to these they had number of holidays--probably more than even the govt empployees. Today too, the phone number provided on the site of Kaustubh Rupesh Bhosale is switched off(its 12 noon) and i just dont want to get direcly to their place without calling them. To unapologetic, inefficient employees of the Service Centre, i just cant bear to hear another excuse from these guys. ===Today 10/21/2013 So its another waste of time for me at the F-Tech Services. Today after spending more than 2 hrs at their service center, i came to know there is hardware problem and that would need 2 months to get rectified. ...are you guys kidding me? Am i such fool or have so many phones that i can give to these useless guys my phone and wait for ***2 months*** to get the issue resolved. Moreover when the F-Tech Services are getting closed off and on. Its again that they are not going to accept any phone for a week. Puja, Sarita and Nilesh are some of the worst guys that you can have in customer service. I too is in customer service...and know the importance of how to deal with customers. These guys dont know the basic of customer service. Puja for instance had my phone from the technical team for about half an hr but refused to provide feedback..saying 'phone nahi aaya hai abhi' and constantly chit-chatting with other colleagues. Sarita, despite my several requests that i want to talk to their supervisor refused to entertain...let alone entertain she appeared to have gone deaf. Another gentleman...came out and told me that there are other service centers as well for me to approach... as if i have got no other work but to rush from one service center to another. I am unable to understand that if Karbonn is in the business of providing good phones/services or fooling people around. I want immediate redressal of the complaint... either you escalate this immediately or request your manager/senior to immediately call me. Just to let you know that F-Tech's contact number([protected]) is switched off and Karbonn's toll free always busy.

                        Respected Sir, I was purchase handset of Karbonn Titanium S5 on the date of 4th Aug 2013. After 1 week my handset have some hardware problem, so that I have submit my handset to service center, Nagpur on the date of 18th Sept 2013. I was called to the head office and I ask about the duration of repairing of fault handset and they said that if you submit your handset today then it will be repair in 15 days, Now it almost 1 month has pass and still they always saying that "the handset is under process".                           I have purchased a karbonn mobile of model A50 on 30th august 2013 in Vizag.Few days ago, I had problems with the touch screen. I approached the service centre named SRI SAINATH ENTERPRISES, situated in maddilapalem, vizag.They promised me that they would return the mobile after a week but it has been more than two weeeks and they haven't set that right till now.
                          Meanwhile I approched them three times travelling 20 kms all the way from steel plant to the service centre and still there is no progress from their side.I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the service being offered.
                          I request you to consider the problems being faced by the costumers.Either provide the costumers with products that have a long life or with efficient costumer care centres who at least bother to look into the costumer's problems.I'm looking forward for your early response.

I LOCATED COMPANY SERVICE CENTER AT BHANDUP MUMBAI AND APPROACHED THEM ON 10.8.2013. THEY HAVE TAKEN FOR REPAIRS. I FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESULT. EVERY TIME I AM GIVEN REPLY AS SOME PARTS ARE AWAITED FROM DELHI OFFICE/GODOWN. I HAVE NOTICED MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME SHOUTING THERE FOR INORDINATE DELAY AND WITHOUT ANY RESULT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY. IT SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM SELLING ITS PRODUCT THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL LIKE FLIPKART.                               I brought Karbonn smart Phone Model S5 Titanium on 23rd June`2013 from BHATIA`S Mobile shop from Vapi, Valasd-dt, Gujrat, below are the details Bhatia`s Bill # 361 Mobile model - S5 Titanium IMEI # [protected] Mobile price - Rs.12, 200/- Complaint : 1.At the time of mobile purchase mobile shop gave assurance regarding service center/ facility which is located in vapi, if any concern suppose to contact them and get it done vapi only, but I entered on 2`Oct`2013 with my below complaints against smart phone their given fixed time line of 15 days from service login date. a) Heating b) Hanging c) Touch screen not functioning at particular area 2. Today I enquired with mobile shop further and they said as per job sheet # KA13A95212922 twenty more days required to complete my service. 3. I am totally unhappy with Karbonn service as well Mobile shop commitment. already passed 10 days and twenty more days ie, total 30 days required for Karbonn service, I don`t thing really they required 30 days for servicing .Please advise them to provide alternative mobile for customer usage till that time. 4. No customer will allow 30 days without mobile in hand, Specially I so struggled my official communication and loosing my confident level day by day due to disturbance of my mobile I brought Secondly Karbonn company allow to sell it number o[censored]nits based on their service facility, if not enough facility please recommend to stop to sell.                                   sir I have bought karbonn titanium s5 handset for my business purpose on date 17/05/2013. after a week my handset have a low net work problem. I think that service provider signal problem but after 3 months this problem convert in to major network problem . My handset have no any signal then I went to service center at reyan market, jawala nagar, shahbad road, rampur-244901 uttar pradesh they tell me after check my handset that network IC IS WEAK and handset will be send to company office (okhla industrial area delhi) . And you receive your hand set with in 20 days. After 10 days I think that I contact directly customer support service karbonn mobile. I mailed to [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com and written my problems in describe. They reply me that complaint under process and contact me short. But after a week no any response then I mail again but they reply that complaint still under process contact me short. After a weak no response but I received same reply. I try to contact on company mobile and customer care number but never received. I am very upset after buy karbonn mobile.                                       i purchased karbonn a15 mobile from flipkart in feb2013. the instrument was not running good and having problems with it.So i submited it to karbonn service center at "DIVY TELE SERVICES SURAT". and since last one month after many time enquiry they answering the same your phone is in compony, it will take time. even mailer response is also worst and takes 5-6 days to acknowledge the mail.

                                      09 september 2013 handset submittion
                                      10 september 2013 face to face enqiry at service center saying enquire again on friday
                                      11 september 2013 annoying response on enquiring on call
                                      13 september 2013 mailing compalint to [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com
                                      18 september 2013 acknowledge mail or receipt from karbonn
                                      26 september 2013 mail saying my mobile is at main service center delhi
                                      26 september 2013 i mailed them for quick action and respone

                                      still now they didn't respond the mail and when calling to service center same answer "phone is sent to compony, it will take time"
                                      even toll free no.[protected] is saying busy all times.

                                      now i want to file complaint against it and want my money back.

                                      Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Not getting any proper response from Karbonn Mobiles even after mailing 20 times their response is same saying:" Your Complaint is Under Process. We are in contact of concern department. We will get back to you as early as possible”
                                      There is no any progress detail related to handset.

                                        Dear karbonn team, i purchased karbonn mobile A7 about 2 years ago. after 14 months o[censored]se, battery completely failed. the performance of battery was poor from the beginning and i find ur company's battery the worst in my experience.total charging time was about 6o to 80 minutes. but the backup was only for 3 hours if music was played. without music, wifi off and all battery conserving means applied, backup was only for a day or so. i deposited battery in service center in sonauli. it has been 8 to 10 months since i have ordered for battery. but i have been told that company is deaf to my complaints. the battery is not available and i have a dead set just reminding me of the bitterness to the behavoor of company. please listen to my complaints and give life to my dead set. sooner is better because i would regret less for loss of money. Please dont keep me in false hopes of your generosity if you cannot promise it from your customer and well wisher ...
                                        very worst experience from karbonn.
                                        from now i will not purchase any karbonn product.
