    Dear Sir / Madam, Purchased Karbon Mobile model No. A1(+) on 09th June' 2013 and after 2 months o[censored]se, seen one DOT on the Mobile screen and started spreading the same through the screen and was not able to see the screen completely. Approched Tehnocrafttechnologies. Kalyan and they are insisting that the same is a damage and does not come in to warantee and they have indicated the charges for the same as Rs. 950/- for the change of LCD. Such damage can not happend since the same was used with proper protection cover. You are requested to look in to the matter and replace / rempair the same without any charges.       Hi, I bought karbonn A5 in December 2012 (Rs. 5290) after reading below feature on karbonn mobile’s website. “Now store as much as possible on a 32 GB external memory card. The key feature of A5 is that applications can be installed and stored directly into the memory card.” Above is mentioned that key feature of A5 is that application directly can be installed on memory card, after reading this feature I brought the mobile, but only movable application can be installed on memory card. This phone has only approx. 200MB internal memory.Very few application can be installed on this mobile, this is unusable due to this false commitment of Karbonn Moble. After my escalation Karbonn mobile changed below memory details on Karbonn mobile’s website, they they denied to return the phone and refund my money. “Now store as much data as possible on a 32 GB external memory card.” Please look into it Atul from Karbonn Mobile’s support team, worked on this.         Karbonn is a brand which just dump the third class quality phones outsourced from China in India without giving any proper service to the unfortunate customers who have fallen in your high quality advertisements. I am one of an unfortunate customer who bought an A9+ handset (IMEI # [protected]) in June 2013. On 9th July 2013 I had to submit the handset due to poor battery back, poor network & poor camera images. The hand set was returned to me after 15 days without doing any repairing work (even they haven't done anything in the software as all the data were intact when I received back the handset). Then I have written to your company and according to their advise, the handset has been submitted once again to the same service center in Janakpuri (New Delhi) on 3rd of this month. Today is 31st August, the handset is yet to be returned and I have been trying to contact their local office, service center and even their Corporate office in Bangalore on[protected] none of them bothered to attend customer calls. Once accidentilly their corporate office picked my call, but the attender immediately handged up when I started narrating my ordeal. My repeated attempt to call their toll free number [protected] also yield any result. My advise is to ban such companies and their products and I advise all my readers not to buy Karbonn products as it will be a trap and wastage of your hard earned money.

          I brought the new karbbon a9+ mobile online from spice online retail pvt.ltd. on13 july 2013, the mobile have so much problems from starting & now the mobile is not working when i went to service center he to 15 days & hand over like that only & told me that the mobile imei no. is not vali du not get the service kindly help me out [protected]

            I was sent my mobile 3 times in months to customer care. but my problem is not solved. and they never responed or don't take any serious step to repair my mobile. i sent many mails to company but they never reply me. i ask them that tell me if mobile is not repair then ask me so i buy new. but no reply. and the near customer care has no contact number.

              Dear sir, Ihad purchased K 60 karbonn mobile, just after purchase its touch screen was not working, hence It was given for repairy to local service center Mahalaxmi Electronics, shop no 14, Bhimsing market, Station road, Jalgaon, maharashtra.he sent mobile to main service centre, after one month I got mobile back but with same problem. hence again it was given to same shop, he tried to find out locally availability of new mobile but same k 60 was not available with any shop at jalgaon, hence it was resent to main service center by him for repairy on 18 / 07/ 2013, but till date we could not get our mobile back from him, Mahalaxmi Electronics is saying that he can,t do any thing , when it will come from company we will inform you. hand set k 60 no. is [protected] 8654, kindly do the needful urgently. get it repaired or send new hand set as touch screen problem was obsered immidately after purchase, as well as once it was repaired but was not working hence was sent back again. sir it is now more than two months over still I am not getting my hand set.               company should care for all complaints, & respond immidately people are very important who complain.pl. note one satisfied customer will talk good abou company to four persons, but one dissatisfied customer will talk bad about company to 13 persons
              pl. upgrade your customer care centre as so many such complaints are still pending with you.

              yesterday also we went to mahalaxmi electronics, bhimsing market, Jalgaon, and showed him complaint raised by mr. A.P.Choudhari, but he is taking it so casually & saying if company is not responding then what I can do ? more over he is saying that complaints of june are still not resolved by company.now the option to customer is to go to consumer court by giving him & to the company notice, .such an atitude of service center of a renound company can not be justified.

                I purchased Karbonn A7+ Mobile on 27 Oct. 2013, but in June it started giving me Network and Booting Problem.on 17 June 2013 said mobile is Sent to repair at Karbonn Mobile service center Thane. Job sheet Code number is KJASPMH214613K4027 . Now Two months are over but its not yet repaired. Daily I am calling to the service center and they are not resolving it. I have sent mail on [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com and [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com, but not proper feedback.


                Its really surprising that Its takes more that 2 Months to repair any mobile Phone.I requrest them to refund my amount or to provide me alternative. but no one is responding.

                Please help me in this.

                  on 27/07/2013 i gave my karbonn A7+ mobile to service in msn communication which is located in jaynagar bangaluru. on 28/07/2013 they gave me a status that my mobile will be proper with in six days but when i went after 6th day they said me that come next day i went 4 days and on 16/08/2013 they are saying me that it will take still 1 week when i qutioned them they absued me and said go it will take still 2 week . so i am requesting you that plz help me

                    Hi, I am Ashok Kumar. I had purchased Karbonn A18 smart phone last year. Somehow its display was broken in July. I paid rs 2300 and got the new one but they did not fixed it properly. I complained about it and told me not to able to fix properly and asked that it will be to company. I submitted my phone on 26 July and still there is no response. I emailed to karbonn mobile and they just replying it is under process. There is no tantative date. I am fed up and planning to file it to consumer courst. I would be thankfull to you if you can help me.

                      karbonn S5 mobile screen get crashed. buttons on the main screen middle button does not working. service centre not solve any issues. they told me its software issues. my phone is not working now. karbonn mobile toll free no is fake. it not working. last 15 days I try to contact on toll free number and I get only message that out of coverage area and user is busy.                       Karbonn Mobiles — Software not working

                      Software PC suite given on karbonn mobile website is not working. The website is not updated, most of the section given in website is not working like online query submission, download options etc.
                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased A11+ Karbonn mobile from a shop in Kanpur District on 17 Oct. 2013. This phone worked properly only 3 months. I found this phone mostly hanged. I handed over this phone for repairing to DKG Software and Solution, Somdutt Plaza in Kanpur district on 9th april 2014. Around 2.6 months have been passed but phone is not repaired. The service of Karbon mobile is not good, we can say clearly no body is not listening my problem. I have talked many persons of Karbonn mobile co. and service centre, but they are not giving attention at all. This company sell ony mobile it has not responsibility of repairing.

There is some defect in my phone as all games i installed from play store are working in absurd manner. I took my phone to karbonn service center in jaipur ,they installed the phone software again but still the problem exist.I demanded the replacemnet of my phone from the shop owner but he was not ready to replace at first and afterwards he told me that it will take 1.5 months to replace the phone giving me absurd reasons that this process takes times.                           I bought a Karbonn Mobile, model no. A15 on 19th day of march 2013 but I am not satisfied with that handset because within a period of 4 months I faced a lot of problem with that handset.First time problem occured within a month after a date of purchase.I submitted the handset on 13th day of april 2013 in Karbonn service centre (Jobsheet no.-KJASPWB002413K481) with a problem on network and automatically rebooting twice or more in a day.I got back the handset after 20 days i.e. on 3rd day of may 2013.After servicing many more problems occurred in handset such as virus detected in sms service;sound system became very poor during call,audio,vedio;daily rebooting of handset twice or more in a day as before;etc and many more problem and finally the handset is dead.I had already submitted the handset in Karbonn service centre on 28th day of june (Jobsheet no.-KJASPWB002613K717) yet i havn't got my handset back, already more than a month passed.i want my money(Rs.5600) to be refunded so that i can purchase a better handset with the same amount.I have used the cell for approx. 1 month in proper condition and rest of the time the handset was either in service centre or was not in satisfactionery condition to be used.

                          Mobile Handset — Defective Handset

                          I m Using Sony Ericsson J 105i , Please go through the Workorder Number :- SE10OKH10957 , Last time when I HAd Escalated the matter to you guys, Only Mr. Sachin saxena , from SE was every time on his Toes to help me out i can't forget that that time , he was the one and only person , who help me out and i continue to have faith on SE. Last time the Issue got Resolve as S312 was Swapped with SE j105i , no doubt the phone is working fine , no issue with phone , Let me Calrify the issues currently im facing with J 105i
                          Issue :-
                          1. The charger Terminal is not working fine.
                          2. UsB cable dosen't Detect my Phone ,
                          3. The same Issue is with my earphone to.

                          Now When i reached Sony Office In Sec:- 17-18 , Oppsite Airforce Station , Gurgoan , they Didn't Took my hand Set , They told me to Go to RT outsource Offce Once Again as They will change my Charger and well as Data Cable ,

                          May I Ask you why ?

                          Is there is no coordination b/w Sony Ericsson Team . When the head Set was Swapped it was Confirmed that Each and every thingh will remain the same just you have to return the handset, and Now , the Gurgoan , Team is refusing to have the things Settle Down ,

                          One Another Issue is there Where in I Have lost my Bill of Sony Ericsson , which was purchased from Noida Sector 18 , Now please Suggest me how Should I proceed ahead With all the thinghs .
                          Few Question which i want to Ask from Head of Customer Service Of Sony Ericesson and I would be highly Oblige to if any one can revert me on this ,
                          1. This is The Kind Of Customer Support you guys Provide to you customer . and put board out Side every SE service center That We are delght our custmer . I was Comming all the Way from manesar for this issue . is This is way to teart you Customer.
                          2.Last time Sachin saxena , Who Handelled by Issue , was i think only Person who under stand there customer very well, apart from him no one else can understand wht customer Service Is , Cann't you guys hire guys like Sachin Saxena , in your Industry?
                          3.If the Team of Gurgoan is true ? That my Charger , USB cable & earphone is to be repalced then why the Hell the same Was not replaced when the henad Set Was Replaced.
                          4. I have lost The Box of S 312 along with the Bill , but I have all the accessories of the same with me. , now Please suggest what Should i do, as it is Necessay to have Bill When ever b are going to Service Center, for any repair work.

                          Let me Remind you customer Service doesn't Mean that to solve Issue, Its all about the way you Handel your customer and what the best you can provide to your customer to retain him in Your n/w, I am too froma Service industry , We have never Treated our Customer like the way Sony Ericsson treats . Or pull out the borad from your Service Centres That you guys are Customer orientated is This is the Way of Customer Orentation , But i really Sorry to say , you guys so have any Service Level for your Customers, Every time , Sony Ericssion wants there customer should Request them for each and every thingh So , i am Requesting SE team , that I am feedup by visiting SE service center Again and again . I would Request you to Please escalate the matter to the top Management , or please let me know the Email id of then so That i can escalate the matter to them . Please Treat The Matter as an Urgent issue , If the Issue is not able to resolve from your End , Pelase let me know the 2nd Level escalation .

                          Finally now GGN Service Center had taken my Hanset on 26th June 2010 , But till date not Return my Hanset I have logged Compaint for the same , teh Same Compaint had been closed w/o any consent of mine , as per the CCE they told me that this is There way of working , CCE's are So Rude , they Disconnected my Calls , really a pthatic SERVICE

                          I have got the handset back after doing all the repair work but again my handset went done,

                          In a year of 12 months 7 or 8 times my handset went down . if a warranty period is for 1 year and handset is going down for 7 or 8 times and service center takes to repair the same for 8 or 8 odd days, how

                          much time a customer will use the handset. and will you guys will be extendenting my warranty period .

                          I have few request please look into this .

                          1. Since this Handset SE -j105 is one of the defective handset . Please replace the same with any other handset aviable


                          2. If you are unable to process the 1st request then please provide me in written that i won't have to visit service center & if i am visiting service center again the same handset would be repaired in a day

                          or two .

                          3. If you are unable to process both the 2 request then please extend my warranty period for each and every day the handset would be in service center .

                          3 months before I have taken a mobile phone, model no.                           the handset was purchased on 2nd Jan 2015 and its not functioning at all ...it is as good as i have wasted my hard earned money ...please provide me the replacement of the Handset at the earliest.. the technicians at AVL have not been able to fix the problem and everyday i am spending 150 rs on Auto fare and my precious time.Initially they assured me of replacement but now even that is a distant possibility, there is some technical issue with the handset.

                            I purchased a Karbonn Tornado Tab 7 (IMEI : ST[protected]) on 30th Jan 2013 from Nehru Place, New Delhi. At present, the tab is completely dead. I brought it to servicing center “Cell Services” at Tuglakabad Extn., New Delhi on 02/07/2013. I was told, the warranty needs to be updated it requires at least 3 days of time.

                            After 20 days i contacted Karbon Office at Okhla and was told it takes around 15 days or more to service the complaint.

                            Today (5th August, 2013), after a month i left my tab at "Cell Service", I called them again and was told that it takes one to two months to get the complaint serviced.

                            I've also tried to contact Karbonn in Emails, which contains only assurances and nothing.

                            I'll highly appreciate if some action can be taken through the forum to get my product serviced or any other means by which i can approach.

                              I, Ch Raghupathi took a brand new Karbonn A21 mobile from shopping.indiatimes.com on 18.10.2012. It was very much good till June13. And from then it started giving prob. It is not getting charged. then i took it to Authorised service centre by name Prime Tech Services. He has checked the mobile n gave it back but the problem not solved. Again i went back to the service centre and as checked with the service centre come to know that problem in its mother board and it will be sent to Karbonn company for replacement. I submitted my mobile with invoice on 26.06.2013 and he said it will take nearly 20 days of time to get it done. After 20 days when i called to the service centre, no reply from them, they dont answer the call some times. On 03.08.2013 i got my mobile back from the service center with a new mother board as per the confirmation from that service centre executive. But when i kept for charging, it is not getting charged. Again i call to the service centre, they said we have sent to the company & they have done the needful. But my problem is not solved. I dont know whether the service centre people have forwarded my mobile to the company or not?.. I want to proceed legally on the above issue. I want to put a complaint on Prime Tech Services & Karbonn Mobiles.

I'm repairing nearly 5 times same charging complaint in srikakulam Karon show room. again today occurred in same problem and added a new problem mobile not grasp my voice properly... pl z ban this company otherwise take serious action. .

                              Facing same problem for A9+. Gadguru service center in borivali has kept the mobile for one month & now seems to have misplaced it.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I had purchased the new Karbonn A6 mobile (IMEI NO. [protected]) on dated 1st July, 2013 from Amritsar by paying Rs. 5600(Bill Attached). On dated[protected], the mobile stopped working. Next day on[protected], I approached the customer care, jalandhar & they repaired the mobile & gave back on[protected]. Again, on[protected], mobile was giving multiple problems & again I got it repaired. On[protected], its signal & sound stopped working again & I again contacted the customer care, jalandhar on[protected]Job Sheet attached). I am disappointed as well as shocked with such a poor response of the mobile over such a short period of 25 days.

                                Now, I am completely irritated. So, kindly look into the matter personally and instruct the concerned to refund my payment of Rs. 5600 at the earliest because I am facing mental harassment which cannot be calculated in terms of money during these days.

                                Hoping for the positive response from your good office at earliest.

                                  dear all,
                                  I bought a karbonn a30 mobile handset on jan 17 2013 from ebay.
                                  But due some problem with this handset it is submitted to Lucknow service center- Babua Fone center,[protected] on may 15,2013.
                                  but they registered my complaint on may 25,2013 and send this handset to their head office in New Delhi,
                                  On June 20, 2013 after 1 month and 5 days, this set is returned me after repairing it but when i checked, it is same as i submitted to service center, the problem is same as in the beginning, the poor service from karbonn mobile.
                                  Then I again submitted it to the service center and an Authorized person named Mahendra told me on phone that it can be solved in the next 10 days but it will not be done.
                                  It is returned me on 13 july 2013 but a new problem has occurred that handset has network problem,
                                  handset headset jack is repaired but it network problem has introduced and it is again submitted on 17 july 2013 to the service center

                                  so plz solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can get my handset quickly,

                                    I purchase karbonn mobile k440 from mathura but from next week this mobile create problem. Service center deposit my mobile for further service in delhi on 8 June, they give me a jobsheet number KJASPUP 176613K2108. But upto today means[protected] they are continuously saying that mobile is in service in delhi. This is to much that a simple mobile cannot be repaired from last pone and half month form your company. please do your best and contact me asap, if really your comaplay do not loose the faith of their consumers

                                      I purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 on 25th April 2013, I faced lot of problem with its touch pad with in two days & cell was getting switched off continuously. I gave it to service center, they replaced it with new cell after 15 days. Starting one week it was working good, after that again i am facing same problem. Karbonn company producing defect cell. All customer facing same problem, even my friend having same problem. Please if Karbonn cell have defect please don't supply to market. Rs 12000 cell I couldn't use single week properly. Please rectify my defect Karbonn cell.

                                        I submitted the Karbonn mobile to the DKG Karbonn Mobile service Centre Civil Lines Somdatt plaza 3rd Floor,Kanpur on 3rd July 2013.they sent the Mobile By the Courier to the Karbonn Mobile Company Okhala Ind.Area Phase1 New Delhi on 3rd July 2013.I asked to the customer care centre about my mobile they said we have not received your Mobile.
                                        I have no idea where is my mobile Please help to solve the problem because both has said that you have to wait for the mobile repairing.10 days has been pass out for waiting their reply.the details of the Karbonn Mobile is EMEI NO.[protected],[protected] Model Name Karbonn A2+
