Karbonn Mobiles — Defective handset was sold to me

I am extremely dissatified by the karbonn titanium s15 4gb handset and the service provided. Since last 5 months the handset is more with the service centre rather than with me. I am in extreme trauma since i have purchased this product. I have to sacrifice with my personal data whenever i submit the mobile to service centre.

I had purchase karbonn titanium s15 4gb.. From snapdeal (Order no [protected]) on 30/5/15. I was unable to return the handset during 7 days return policy as i was out of town. Post that i contact both karbonn service centre and snapdeal but neither of them replaced the product.

The handset is continuously giving me trouble. This is the 5th time i have given my mobile in the service centre universal enterprize pune. Address : narayan peth 580, shop no.7, shree saishwar app., near ramanbagh chowk, pune, pune, maharashtra. Currently also my mobile is with them and i am trying to call them but there is no answer from them, job sheet no kjaspmh4221015kr14717. Recently i have submitted it on 31 oct 2015 and they still not returned it to me.

The initial problem was
• battery drains out very fast.
• contact from phone book disappears
• unable to change the ringtone.
• heard bursting sound.
• hanged up on more than 2 occasions.
• the voice of the opposite party during the call is not clear.
