Karbonn Mobiles — Phone not repaired by service centre even after two months | |||||
Date: 12th may 2016 To, The chairman and directors, Karbonn mobiles I am extremely disappointed with the quality of karbonn mobiles and even more disappointed with the karbonn service centres, I had purchased a karbonn moghul titanium handset in jan 2016 which suddenly went dead after two months without any actual damage or impact to the same. Further, the said phone was surrendered by me at the karbonn service centre in kalyan for repairs on 12th march 2016. Its been more than two months and i am yet to get my phone back. The customer service representatives as well as the service centre persons just keep fooling around asking you to wait for ten days. When you check again after ten days, they will again ask you to wait for another ten days. This cycle never ends. I understand that my phone is yet to be repaired as required spare parts probably ic is not available with karbonn. Please note that i cannot wait for eternity for karbonn to source the spare part. In case karbonn is not able to source the spare part, then they should simply replace the same with a new handset. I have already been through lot of mental harassment and agony on account of the same. The products are of pathetic quality and the service is even more pathetic. You are requested to kindly arrange to repair my handset or replace the same with a new handset on priority failing which i will be forced to approach the consumer court.
