Kelvinator — selling defective fridge | |||
I have bought a kelvinator double door fridge from nandilath gmart koyilandy kerala.. After 2 months fridge started showing defects.. And we called the kelvinator office and they came and repaired.. Actually 3 times people came to repair.. Because first 2 persons could not repair it.. They could nt identify the real problem.. They said it is because of climate.. And we contacted the dealer nandilath to replace the defective product.. They didnt allowed.. Now after 1 year we are facing the same complaint.. Again 1 person came from kelvinator service dept.. He failed to repair.. 1 more person came he also failed to repair.. Now they are saying they want service charge without repairing.. What will we do now.. Does not have any idea.. Please help.. Water heater yesterday hot water coming power is there but not coming hot water. Kindly request check and service as soon as possible. My cell no.[protected].
