[Resolved] Kenstar — Delivered defect cooler to me | |||||
Hi, customer complaint: Initial problem 1) Cooler is not taking power and 2) after technician came, power was on but Fan was not running I purchased this Kenstar ICE cooler with remote in Bajaj electronics(Maddenaguda-Hyderabad) on 3rd March with 10, 200/-. I opened the product on 18th March and it was not working due to Manufacturing defects of the product. I raised a complaint (HYD[protected]) and technician came to my home and he checked the product and told manufacturing defects available in this product I asked for replacement(new cooler). they told we will not give replacement and we will replace the parts. I called many times them and they are not lifting the calls and talked with rash. Both Kenstar and Bajaj electronics not providing solution Bajaj electronics people delivered defect product and they are not giving replacement.
