    Very unsatisfied from the service of kotak. Not able to find even any branch near to wardha and not able to deactivate account. And they are saving low maintanance balance are applicable. First rise your network. How is possible to go more than 100kms to deactivate account and wasting whole 1 day.
    I want to close account.
    There should be service provide to apply online request for deactivation of account. If i had salary account and currently i'm no longer member of the organization. Why should i use this account. An how is possible to more than 1000kms to go for homebranch for this kind of requests.

      Iam satish few days ago i opened a kotak811 account through mobile app, later got it converted into edge account in a branch visit. Accout opening has been done on through bio-metric with kotak executive mangala (Emp. Code 96330) on[protected]. She requested to deposit rs10000 for account opaning in kotak using url recived in my mobile from kotak. Fund transfer has been done successfully throught cirtus payment gateway and rs10000 has been debited from my existing uco bank debit card, but money not credited my kotak bank account. I had reached the kotak branch in basaveshvaranagar and explained the issue however they were not in an position to help me out with the issue. Requst your help to resole this issue, and credit back my rs10000 to my kotak account

        Hey kotak team, i have never received any credit card from kotak mahindra but your bank keeps sending billing message to me. Could you either please stop sending me mail/messages regarding the due or send the actual credit card? Your ivr option doesn't even let us communicate with your customer service executive. Please revert to the message or stop spamming my message box.

        Documents for investment account submitted on 21 st October 2017. Still no response. Further there is no proper reply on enquiry. I have enquired twice at kotak mahindra kalyan branch at santoshi mata road. The staff are simply procrastinating. I felt like I am at a government office ! I want to open my investment account immediately Please help
        Surprised to see that even without acceptance of kotak credit card application that was sent to me on mail, Card have been issued on my name. Furthermore card was not received but SMS of due amount got on mobile.

        1. How card can be activated even if it is not received.
        2. False information given by credit card sales executive that there will be no charges for the card.

          I tried login in to www.kotak.com website from all platforms-chrome, ie,.. Etc but cannot login. All giving information as website unable to reach. I very regularly face this issue because of which iam never able to make any online transactions. Iam tired of this. I initially though of it as my internet connection issue or my laptop issues. But it was not, as i googled and found out that many customers are facing this similar issues.

          I hope my above matter will be rectified soon. Else i might be forced to switch my bank account.

            Hi i am vikas kumar. I have tried to add 1000 rs to amazon in amazon money wallet on 13th nov but transaction failed due to some reason and money got deducted from the account. I have waited for 5 working days to get the refund but i didnt receive it yet. I have contacted amazon too but they are saying that we havent receive anything and asked me to contact bank. I dont know who is at fault here kotak or amazon, but here consumer (Myself) is suffering the problem. I have attached the screenshot for the same.

              My name is mandar mandavkar, my contact no is [protected]. I am having kotak bank credit card my card no: [protected]. I am using this card since last 11 months, i have no payment due on card till date, from this month kotak customer care calling daily 8-10 times asking for making a payment toward card my bill due date is every month of 23rd. 3-4 times i had told them i will pay the amount on 24-25 due to some issue, even after they call & ask the same question again and again. I had paid all my credit card bills on time if i didnt able to paid on time, i had paid it with interest. Why again these people call & harass consumer, who paying bills on time.

                Something is wrong in credit department to check my banking, i have already submit my both copy - hard copy and password protected copy of bank as well.
                But still department is saying that they are fake.
                I have already running my 3 loans,
                Axis bank - personal loan (13 month)
                Capital first - personal loan (4 months)
                Icici bank - car loan (14 months)
                Not even a single bounced case ever held on me.
                Which they can check on my statement as well.
                If i am a fraud person than why my civil and all emi is on perfect mode.
                Just only because i am having need today and department in the end of all procedure when the time came to disburse my amount is decline and saying he is fraud - i don't think so that bank department want to give money.
                A man who has already 3 running loan from more than year and civil is perfect - bank department is saying that i am fraud.
                Really didn't except this from kotak bank.
                No issue - i am in real estate and i have many contacts in all field.
                I will definitely try in my whole life that not even a single person go for kotak.
                Not for loan and not for a. C as well.
                I will never suggest anyone for kotak and definitely this msg copy will send to your kotak higher level mail and in market and all over social media. So everyone should know that how kotak is saying civil, loan perfect and owned house man a fraud.

                  I have requested a cheque book on 3rd of november 2017 and by then they sometimes tell me it went to the old address, although i specifically told them that i want them to deliver it to the branch.
                  Speaking to the customer care on a several ocassions talking to supervisors like naveen from noida and rajni from bangalore. Naveen was a # and he never called me back giving a assurance that he will call me back and rajni was helpful and the last updated she told me tht my cheque will be there in the brancin half an hour and she told me on 17th november 2017 at around 6.30 and when i called my branch they said nothing came. And again i called customer care and i wanted to talk to rajni but they said she will call me back.
                  I dont understand do i have to face such issues just for a single cheque book. I told them i am facing huge issues but noboday cares which is really upset. Please help me ny crn is 63324080

                    A lady is calling me since 15th november, and using slang languages and continuously ringing and ringing. And when i received call, she started again the same issue that someone has taken a barclay bank on[protected] and there is an pending amount which is not associated with me. I am not aware of anything. I have told her many times. But she called again and again and user slang languages.

                    And all the time she mentioned that she is calling from kotak mahindra.

                    Please take care with this. This is complete harassment cases.

                        Hi, my name is rakesh das from mumbai. I am getting a call from 15/11/2017 from kotak mahindra bank stating they have overtaken citi finance bank and i took a loan in 2004 and now i have to pay. I said i never took a loan on that period as i was b.com last year student at that time. I confirmed with them as either it was education loan or personal loan. They said it is personal loan and they are not concern whether i was student or any non working person that time. I asked about more details to send at email address. But they told me to come at there place. They have all the details. I don't know how come they have all the details.

                        I am stunned at first they way they speak. I have also tried my best to make them understand that i never took any loan at that period infact no one from my family. Maybe they have done any mistake. But they don't want to listen.

                        Can anyone let me know what should be done at this case?

                          I have paid a mobile bill from 811 app of rupees 890 on 15th of november. It is still not reached to the vodafone. Please take this on higher priority and confirm that payment or return that payment whatsoever is possible for you.

                          There is no official e-mail id for complaint as it seems this is a fake bank!

                              no cibil update even after full payment of loan

                              I had taken loan from citicorp finance around 10-12 years back and made full payment to the agent who is used to come and collect the money from us. I had kept all the payment receipts for 10+ years then destroyed them as it was now of no use to me.                                 My brother yester day got message 65700 has been debited from ur credit card.. He immediately block his credit card how could its possible without otp generate amount is debited.in his kotak mahindra credit card. There is no kol no email no otp amount has been debited... That's means kotak mahindra bank in insecure... Hackers easily hack ny customers account. M so scared he filed a complain and take step what bank authority give instruction.. Only 1 rply they will take time of 45 days. Will he get money back or have to pay a fraud hackers transaction. We r from poor family... Plz kotak authority plz secure ur credit card for customer

                                  I had taken abn amro credit card in 2005. I have used approx 20, 000 amount. I had changed my phone number. I missed to pay the amount and there was no cimmunication. I wanted to take loan in 2015 and that is when i got to know that my cibil score has come down because of not paying abn amro credit card. I had financial crisis so ouldnt pay in 2015. Now i wanto pay and improve my cibil score. I approached kotak bank but they ask for some rca number or some document which i dont have. I only have credit card number. Please help. I just want to repay the amount so that cibil score improves. I dont know what to do and whom to approach.

                                    Kotak mahindra bank bullying its customers to update aadhaar even though the deadline for the same min 45 days to 135 days away as there is a talk of the deadline being extended

                                    I made a request from the chembur branch of kotak mahindra bank to update my passbook status. Service request no - 1-[protected] on 9th nov 2017
                                    I got a mail from their back office saying that the service request was rejected, they did not give any reason!!! On 14th nov 2017
                                    On contacting the branch on 17th nov 2017 they told me that the service request was rejected as the aadhar was not updated.
                                    The request was made again from the branch service request no - 1-[protected] again i got an email saying the service request has been rejected.
                                    They have not provided any reason.

                                    Aadhar deadline is 31st dec 2017 as per the banks
                                    As per newspaper reports there is talk that the date will be extended to 31st mar 2018

                                    So how can kotak mahindra bank not process my service request if the aadhaar is not updated.

                                    This is pure bulling and is illegal on the part of kotak mahindra bank.

                                      Hello,

                                      My name is dilip kumar and i hold an spln loan account number 59945180 with your bank.

                                      Last year, i got a call from one of your telemarketers who offered a personal loan saying that it didn’t come with foreclosure charges or any other hidden charges. Convinced that it was a good offer from a well-established bank, i opened an account and got approval for a loan of rs. 10 lakhs.

                                      Soon after, i received a loan confirmation email from rengaraaj. [protected]@kotak.com which said that there would be a 5%+st foreclosure charge to the loan account. I was confused, so i called mr. Rengaraaj sivakumar, deputy manager for salaried personal loan at kandanchavadi branch. He clarified that the foreclosure charge was not applicable if i closed the account after one year of the account opening date. He was also nice enough to offer his help if i ever encountered any problem with my account.

                                      When i recently reached out to the bank branch in regards to close my account, i was told that mr. Rengaraaj is no longer a banker at kotak mahindra. This news put me in an insecure position since he had promised to be personally available for me to sort out any issues with my banking experience.

                                      I am closing all my bank accounts including the one in kotak mahindra bank because i am leaving india in two weeks time. I recently visited your bank branch in egmore to close the account. But one of your bankers (Miss ashwini, employee code: 03627) said that i can’t close the account without clearing the 5% foreclosure charges - which comes out to a whopping rs. 50, 000! I had a long conversation with her that ended without a conclusion, but she agreed to escalate and expedite my issue. I’ve included the request number at the end of this email.

                                      I had absolutely no trouble closing a few other accounts that i had with banks as reputed as yours. But i’m really getting frustrated with the amount of time and effort it’s taking me to close my account with your bank. I am reaching out to you hoping that you can help me resolve this issue without any further hassle. I have high esteem for your bank and i genuinely hope that you can help me close my loan account so that i can peacefully move on with my life outside india.
