Respected sir,

I, paruchuri bhaskar the customer of kotak mahindra bank tried to draw rs.3000/- in india 1 atm centre (Location : sydapuram, nellore district, andhra pradesh) on sep'03, 2017 whereas i received only 600/- rupees but the amount of 3000/- got detected.
The issue has been forwarded to the bank but i had not been responded properly and also had been instructed to sort out it in any other way so i request you to look in to the issue and sort out it has soon as possible.

The Bank customer support team responded and shown to me CCTV footages but it was showing face images only not for the images of money transaction. I am not satisfied with the bank services because they should aware of about the complaint according to that they have to respond. when I was calling to customer care one of the customer care executive told me, "cctv footages came to branch so you can meet nearest branch, they can show cctv footages, so I went to my nearest Kotak Branch ( Kilpauk Branch ) there they checked my details, they said still we didn't received any cctv footages better you can meet at your mother Branch they may show. The next day I went to my mother branch T Nagar, again they checked my details they said still date we didn't received any cctv footages, then infront of them I called to the customer care then another customer care executive told me that sorry sir still we didn't received any cctv footages may be they given false information sorry sir like that he said, that means they didn't aware of nature of complaint. Because of them I am suffering to their services a lot. I am wasting my energy, money and time. This is one of the corporate bank provided very bad services. They don't want customer satisfaction but they need customers money for doing business and getting charges in different ways. ( in my personal life I didn't received credit card even though they collected annual charges, they hold my account, and When I was asking the bank person he said, when you pay the money then we can unhold your account. Finally I paid annual charges without using Credit card. It is worst service Bank. I am requesting you, provide me evidence for the successful transaction.

    Hopeless bank..
    Don’t ever invest in this bank.
    Highly uneducated staff and unfriendly team. The branch of kotak mahindra bank of kanpur, govind nagar branch is a hoax. All staff including manager is not fit for banking and supposedly from non banking background..

    Kotak don’t have online payment gateway. They do it through idbi bank. For which they take more than 34 hrs for tax payment challans

      I have used kotak credit card and i failed to pay emi for last 5 months due to financial crysis now i got calls from collection team to settle in 42000 and i was ready to pay 42000 my total outstanding is 66000 but now they are telling to pay me first 8000 then they will settle in 48000 i also paid 7000 last month so i don't want to pay 8000 i want to pay settle amount 42000 and i am asking for settlement letter to guys but they want to me to pay some amount monthly by monthy so please help me to this regards i arranged amount of 42000 to pay and full and final settlement.

        Hi,

        I am using 811 zero balance account i was told there are no maintenance charges.

        Now bank hold my 1297 inr due to cash deposite at branches i need to why there was such deduction prior notice to me also representative who collected the documents even bother to tell me about the charges for cash deposite.

        Also i called on customer and logged the complaint on 28th oct but nothing is been done ref no - sr#1-[protected] which is still pending for resolution.

        I therfore request you to who so ever is concerned to get the money refunded to the account and share further guideline to proceed ahead.

After this as on 25.10.17 bank deduct charges for rs - 5.90/- for this transaction whereas there is no bank charges are applicable on imps as per bank schdule.

            I have kotak mahindra jifi account since 2014 and i was never charged any hidden charges till may 2016.

            Later all of a sudden i see that multiple tbms charges were charged against my account and i did not even received a sms or transaction mail regarding the same. Today i was checking all my transaction history and i was unhappy to see that multiple tbms charges were there in my transaction without my knowledge, even they charged me db card charges around rs.228 /- in 2016 without my knowledge (They never charged me db charges till oct 2016 since 2014) i don't why they stared charging debit card annual charges all of a sudden.

            When i spoke with customer care sagar he said that for every transaction made out of kotak mahindra atm i will be charged tbms charge irrespective of financial/non-financial transaction they were charging minimum of rs. 28/- and cheating the customers without sending transaction charge mails or sms.

            Also when i asked sagar regarding rbi guidelines about 5 free transaction in any atm he said that he is not aware of it and also said that the jifi account guidelines says that for every atm transaction other than kotak mahindra i will be charge transaction charge. When i checked the latest jifi account details it does not saying anything which was conveyed by sagar from kotak customer care.             Below i attached a sample tbms charges which were charged against my account. I was trusting kotak blindly till today and i realised that they are not trustworthy and broke the standard rbi rules. They are definitely cheating customer and are eligible for ipc section 420.

              This is to inform you that, on[protected], i, abhilash kumar had booked a ticket with transaction id - ([protected]) from ltt to ppta by online payment through kotak mahindra bank (Debit card method) for which i hadn't got the confirmation message of booking. So i had cancelled the ticket for which i had already paid. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account but i haven't got the amount in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is punjab national bank.

              Now it is showing that refund has been initiated with i. D.-no. ([protected]), but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. Kindly have a look at this matter for which i will be grateful to you.

              TBMS charged of Rs. 118 on my kotak 811 account which was said to be an zero balance account through all the advertisements and bank officials when opening an account. Now they are not keeping their words. Very unhappy with it. Attaching screen shot of above issue.

              This is to inform you that, on[protected], i, Thirukumaran.R had booked a ticket with transaction id - ([protected]) & transaction id-([protected]) from VM to NCJ by online payment through kotak mahindra bank (Debit card method-Indian bank) for which i had got the confirmation message of booking. After that i had cancelled the both tickets for which i had already paid. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account but i haven't got the amount in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is Indian Bank.

              Now it is showing in IRCTC website that the amount was refunded with Cancellation/Refund ID for both tickets are ([protected]) & ([protected]) dated 2.04.2018, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. Kindly have a look at this matter for which i will be grateful to you.

                Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 20 october 2017 but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. 10 days have passed but i have not received the refund.

                Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.

                  I am a existing customer. I am not able to login and the website does not give any options to contact the customer service. The number i got from google[protected] goes in circles with no option to talk to representative. Trying different things from the past two hours... Next time i go to the bank physically i am sure to close the account so that i do not have to deal with them. The contact us link is a fake and it takes to a static logout page.. The email id got from net service. [protected]@kotak.com is disabled and hence not monitored. Not sure how to contact them.

                  If there is a customer service number or email id please update it on the page.

                  Not sure how they are still in business.

                    I had already raised service request no. Sr#1-[protected] in may 2017. There were 3 fraud transactions in may 2017 for transactions at radissonblu.com

                    17/05/2017 - rs.6772
                    23/05/2017 - rs. 7653
                    25/05/2017 rs. 6722

                    In all these there was no otp request generated or email or sms that a transaction was made. When i checked the statement i saw these. I made complaint and was given a new credit card no.

                    I checked the site radissonblu and tried to make booking. The site is totally insecure. Anyone knowing just the credit card no can make a booking. There is no name, no otp, no correct expiry, no cvv needed. So its very easy to book hotels in this site. However as a securing measure kotak should have generated an otp or cvv. Nothing happened. I made a transaction with old credit card which is now invalid and that to with incorrect expiry date and it went thru. Screenshots attached.

                    After some filing dispute i was told that the ruling went in favour of merchant (Radisson). Why should i have to pay for security failure of kotak.

                      I am chirag jain and had an account with kotak bank. Today, it has been found that my existing urbane credit card got upgraded some time back, though i never received any message for the dispatch of the new card, nor i received the card ever.

                      I've not even received any activation code/pin on the registered mobile number. Now i got to know that the new card is misused somewhere for the fraudulent withdrawal of 10000 and 2000 on 26th october, 2017. This is an epitome of pathetic service, where a card never received to the receiver and charged fraudulently.

                      Though i've sent a cardholder dispute form to the kotak bank. It's really frustrating, how can bank guys can activate a card without the owner context, without any message and get the never delivered card charged fraudulently. Now i'm bearing the hassle. I want the refund as soon as possible along with complete detail on how this fraud happened, and how could you guys activated a new card without any otp/verification message and who actually got this card.

                        One staff of ranchi branch always say to come tomorrow for any work and always give several excuse for not doing work on the same day and remain busy in her personal mobile thus taking her salary as free. The customers are not useless to visit your branch several times for any single work repeatdly.in this type of arrogant behavior from your staff the customers will be compelled to quit your bank by closing their acctt. Including my self.

                          Kotak mahindra bank, branch in anna salai is very worst branch i ever seen. I have one credit card for past 6months after 6th month again one credit card came for my address, i gone direct to anna salai kotak bank why one more credit card came for my address there the assistant branch manager did not gave me response to what i said, then i said ok sir no problem please deactivate my account of kotak bank. I said i no more need to keep account on kotak bank, assistant branch manager he said ok i will deactivate on 07/09/2017, but still they did not deactivate my account till now today date 27/10/2017. And they again sending message to keep minimum balance, or you will be charged for not keeping balance. What is this? It's getting irritating me,
                          So please take action i don't want any more katak bank relationship.

                              Dear sir (S),

                              We have following accounts with sector 8, chandigarh branch

                              M/s hindustan distributors account no.[protected]

                              M/s vista plastech account no.[protected]

                              Bank's staff/officer is biased with us (Don't know why) and blocked our limit without any intimation and dishonoured our cheques.

                              After blocking our limit, our both accounts were debited on 27.02.2017 with rs. 14, 375 each, on account of renewal charges while our limit was not renewed

                              Our repeated requests and reminders for refund of renewal charges were to no avail.

                              On intervention of rbi, bank had refunded rs. 6250 to both account on 31.8.2017 and again rs 6250 on 4.10.2017

                              Still rs.1875 are remained with bank in each account. Which has not been refunded inspite of our repeated requests and reminders.

                              Bank had issued no dues certificate on 30.05.2017 and released our collateral security long back i. E. On 06.06.2017.

                              We are astonished to know that bank has again deducted rs. 4167 from our each accounts on 06.10.2017 without any intimation to us. After 8 months from the date of blocking our limit arbitrarily, deduction from our account is totally illegal

                              So, we request you to please get us rs. 1875 +1875 (Balance from amount debited on 27.2.17 and rs. 4167 + 4167 (Debited on 6.10.2017). Totaling to rs. 12, 084 plus interest refunded at the earliest

                                Account no.[protected] two months back i have purchased a product from amazon and returned it back but the refund amount is still not refunded im my bank account. I used kotak mahindra bank atm shaheen bagh, jamia nagar, new delhi-25, date-18/09/2017 when i entered card and get pin and select cash withdrawal then select saving after print don"t print will be hancked and my money not receive but money withdrawal in account. Amount is 9000inr. Ticket no-[protected]. Please take a action as soon as possible and give my money back in my account.

                                    Myself guru prasad kotak credit card holder from last 1 year i dont know how to explain about my issue with kotak bank facing from last 10 months my credit card limit was 1500/- where i have received excess bill of 20, 000/- on march-17 immediately called to customer care and enquired about excess bill they have informed me that including tax late payment chargers bill is 20, 000/-. After all this i received call from collection team and service they given option to close the card informed me to make payment of 14000/- where i was very much interested to continue the card requested them to convert the bill for 6 emi as same from collection team got emi letter to make payment of 19728/- in 6 emis as they informed and emi letter says i have cleared all my bill on 25th of september-17 itself but customer care executive is informing me now that card cant be unblocked. Where i have all the call recordings and written communication
                                    Received from bank after making payment card will be unblocked i have attached the proof and if required will share u call recordings and everything for confirmation i received

                                    Credit card no :[protected]

                                    Note: i have marked trai in this mail if my card not unblocked i will go with legal
                                    Escalation and will escalate on social media will case file in consumer court

                                    Find the attachments of written proof and i have call recordings also
                                    Please help me on same to unblock the card

                                      Hi my self rohith one of the customer o[censored]r bank. Ur bank manager said that my account is a salary and zero balance account. So, you no need to maintain any balance in the account. Thn why the hell did you deducted money of 708 from my account by saying tbms charges. What the hell is this. And it is not the first time u charged me. I[censored] won't refund my money back i will complaint on your trustful kotak mahindra bank in customers court about cheating and robbing the customers. Give me an immediate reply.

                                        I am using kotak bank. Today first time they deducted tbms of rs 23.60 three times total amt rs 70 from my account on 25/10/2017 and i tried to call customer care but even the customer care number is also not connecting. Bms charges are applied in my account without prior information. Without any email message they have deducted the above mentioned amount.
                                        Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
