Am taken a persinal lone from city finance ac no 15868426 the cthe ity finance merged in kotak mahindra bank and i settiled balane ammount one time to kotak mahindra bank 31/10/2015 amt 18524 throuh cheque

So i want to compansation for agent this matter lose of my money detail forwerd as soon (Supporting case document agenst bank of barodra in cibil case)
I want to immidetilty remove my name from cibl and all other letter also

    I have submitted all the document 6th month back and following up for the same regularly. I am not receiving my money back. They do provide the email address where no one give the reply for the mail. None of the company takes so long to give the pf money where here we are struggling to get own money. Please help!

    Hi this is prasad.i got a mail 10 days back regarding '0' balance account.so i applied for that and i got a cal from ur executive and set an appointment for meeting with local executive but still no one come to my place.i cal to ur customer care centre no use at all.worst service i ever had with banking.even though i am new customer no one cares
    I have done an upi transcation to my friend of an amount of 150 RS with transaction i'd[protected] how ever the transaction got failed but got an message from the bank saying transaction got processed and amount got debited from the account

        I didn't asked you to activate any scheme on my account, when i got a call from your person i just asked her to send a link to go through the link and understand the scheme. But then i got a message like your requested is processed. I didn't requested anything. You deducted 2049 rupees from my account. If i didn't get that amount back. I will shift to hdfc account. That is much better for me.

          Hi, i am having a personal loan with kotak mahindra bank (Crn no:[protected].
          As per the criteria i have completed 15 emi till now and now i want to close the personal loan. I simply called customer care before 2 week and asked for the same and they have taken a request and said you have to serve 15 days of notice period. Which was not at all mentioned anywhere in the provided documents while approval of loan.
          Still i waited for 15 days and visit to pune office to close the loan. But the executive in pune office said your request if not updated in the system, i asked her to check the call records also but she said you have to wait for 1-2 days and will get back to you on the same in next couple of days.
          Its now 4-5 days i am waiting but still i didnt got any response.
          Also they are asking customer to pay 5% of principle amount + gst for closing the loan.
          I am attaching photos of the document which i received from kotak. I didnt found the points which says i have to pay 5%+gst mentioned in any document. I would request kotak bank to please suggest me the document name of mail which they shared with me to find the mentioned point. I only got one page of welcome letter as well as payment schedule sheet.

          Kindly check the mail and documents which you sent me at the time of loan approval. Date: 07/03/2016, time 7.12 am.

          Please take this on priority and resolve as i have applied for home loan and my home loan is not getting processed because of this pl.

          Kotak bank dont have any customer care email id and the write to us portal dont work. Most of the time i am getting error on the same.

          Such type of services is not expect ablefrom ruputed bank like kotak.

                I have an account with kodak bank since 2010. It was a zero balance account. However, due to non transaction of salary, it has been converted to minimum balance account. I haven't receive any information from bank and no email, no phone call, no message. So, i would be closing this account with kodak mahindra and never recommend any one to open account with kodak mahindra.

                Worst services providing by you guys and never recomend to any one to open account in your branch

                  Hello,
                  I have a savings account in kotak mahindra bank and as of today "08/11/2017, rs. 2049 is deducted from my account for some service which i did not ask to start, i got to know about that only when i received a msg showing the ref no : [protected] for some service then i checked my account and rupees 2049 were deducted for some service and same ref no was displayed in debits&transactions.
                  If i dont get my money back in my account then i'll close my account and also ask my friends to not choose your bank as they are looking for a bank for their"sip"investments and previously i had recommended them kotak mahindra bank but now if my problem is not resolved then i'll ask them to look for some other sources.

                    It's been almost a month i have opened up a privy account with you guys i had given rs. 20000/- cheque which is already been debited from my brother on 18th oct 2017, but till date the amount is not been credited. So it's been more than 20 days you guys have debited our money more importantly because of that i couldn't apply for couple of ipo application.

                      Iam pretty dissatisfied with the s ervices of kotak as i have approached ajmer branch over 10 times for closure request of my sb a/c in the name of i. E.

                      Closure request for the ac of mrs shanti devi mishra has been submitted by me to mr. Kamal kishor prajapati over 4 months earlier and closure request for the a/c shivani mishra has been submitted 2 months earlier.
                      Dear team can i please have a action on these requests as i am waiting since 4 months for the related concern. I have also approached branch manger mr. Ashish patni for the related concerns but no satisfactory answer was given by him. So you are requested to do the needful asap as i am not ready to bear any nmc charges for the same.

                        I have trinity account (811), which is a zero balance account. Still they levied charge of rs 413 for sept 2018 as amb (Non maintenance charge). Also
                        They charged rs 118 as net banking pin generation charge.

                        They had sent wrong dmat pin via courier. After repeated requests they resent the pin. They charged for it.

                            I am account holder of kotak mahindra bank
                            I have received a email on 2nd november regarding my credit card dues actually due date is 15/11/2017 and same put online on kotak mahindra bank vide interaction no 182161 on 3rd nov. 2017 (Attached). And same time also your customer care for the same. They have request to convert one transaction rs. 29998 on emi which i have done online on 26th oct. 2017 through email i have recieved but it has not happened hence it has done again.
                            I have deposited an amount on 6th nov. 2017 and latter found my saving account has lien by your bank on what basis/authority do not understand and due to that my ecs has got rejected. This will affect my cibil score and also have to pay extra charges.
                            I have again called customer care on 6th nov. 2107 and they have raised the service request no [protected] on 6th nov. 2017 to remove the lien from my saving account. I have received email on same day saying that it has resolved but actually it has not done.
                            This is second time i am email you for my grievances which is very pathetic and against the customer.
                            I need solution on urgent basis.

                            The bank has of his own withdrawn the amount from my saving account without my permission and due date is 15/11/2017. The bank grievance and service id is not working as email getting bounce and when I have contacted customer care they do not have authority to provide any solution to the customer and also don not have any person department detail to provide me for the contact. I am totally stuck and do not have any option to contact any authority to get solution but only to suffer.

                              Not understand this charges though i have paid all outstanding before the due date. Today i got sms that "nov-17 stmt for kotak credit card xxxx0152 has been generated. Due date 23-nov-17 min amt. Rs. 190. Total due rs. 590. Your e-statement has been sent to your email address registered with the bank. Visit https://www.kotak.com/ccstmt/nonlogincc/faces/jsp/nonLogin.jsp to pay your bills and check detailed statement." i checked statement saying its auto debit failure charges. Please look into it.

                                My name is taksh kumar lalit. I have requested to open kotak jr. Account for my kid. One guy mr. Piyush comes to my office & asking that you have to deposit 60000 for kotak jr. Account for first year. After submission of documents i received a message that your kotak life insurance has been opened. They have deducted 6000 inr from my account also. I have a account with kotak mahindra bank from last 9 years. Now thet are not refunding my money after so many followups.

                                  My salary account in this bank, and previous one year to problem at your end in atm in complete bhilwara city in only one or this atm 50%not working continously or this bank in cash depo. Machine is not available,

                                  So please 1st of all to my cash withdrawl through other bank to charges please return the our account. Or

                                    Few months ago, i opened a 811 acc. I mean zero balance acc. For my scholarship purpose as u know scholarship are little bit late and thts whyvi haven't access the account and deposits no money in the account i thought there ia no need of depositing money because its a zero balance acc. Bt after few months later message came that 531/- charged due to non - maintaining.. Why this is happened... At the time when ur executive came to open my acc. They neither told me the rule.. So this wrong... Thts why i am totally unsatisfied with ur policy thts why i am closing my acc.... Even ur customercare support is very late... So call me [protected]

                                      A lady is calling me since last one year, saying that she is calling from kotak mahindra bank and that i ran away with money taken against barclays credit card and that now they are collecting on behalf of them. I told them that i never had any credit card of barclays or any other bank. Name of the person they are looking for is same but details they are giving are not mine. I have explained them numerous times that i am not the one you are looking for but they are still calling.

                                      Now they took number from our blog and are calling other members too.

                                      I am going to file a complaint now if i get any more call from them.
