I am kotak mahindra salary account holder from last 2 years but i m not happy with your service.
I have lost my debit card 6 months ago, i have requested many times for new debit card through customer care and through walk in at home branch but i did not any proper guidance for same.
I requested them to deliver debit card at nearest kotak branch (Ram wadi, nagar road) but they told mi its not possible and it's against bank rule.
Many times i have visited my kotak home branch (Aundh, pune) but they are not ready to handover my debit card as they told me, card will deliver on my official address which is comer zone it park, yerwada but same is relocated to giga space it park, viman nagar. Every time they delivered my debit card on old address so i told them to handover card to me (Customer) only but they are not ready. I have requested for correspondence address change but same was not done. From last 8 months i am suffering with this pathetic service.
I hope i'll get proper solution of this problem. If this issue will not resolve within 8 days then i am going to close this account as your service is very bad and hopeless.

i opened my account and transfere 1000 rupees in account from hdfc card .money is debited from hdfc but it does not came in my account
