Hi

This is in regards to the personal loan account i have with kotak mahindra bank. I have been trying to resolve this for a very long time now. 10th oct 2017 is my last installment date and i have paid all my previous emis.

My emis were getting auto deducted from my account with no issues. The issue started when i changed my job and asked the bank rep to get the ecs account changed. He took 2 cheques and got a ecs mandate form signed from me and advised me to maintain balance in my old account for 2 months. However fter 2 months as well ecs was not applied to my new account. Now for the last 3 years i have been paying installments to the bank person (Who comes late every time) and i have still been billed with ecs bounce charges and late charges (With no mistake of mine). I have intentions to pay and hence have been making payments for the past 3 years.

We had a mediation in court on 9th sept 2017 where in the date got extended to 9th oct 2017. Now today i was standing in the court trying to resolve this issue however i couldn't enter the court as i did not had any paperwork that we were supposed to meet again today in the court. I tried to call the customer service number which has been of no help in providing me with any contact number for the concerned person. Somehow they gave me a phone number for the legal head - [protected] who is not answering the phone as well.

I would also like to inform you that i am 8 months pregnant and because of this i am going through a lot of stress on a daily. I am willing to pay my loan and have been paying that but because of these issues i a going through a lot of mental and physical pressure. Today as well i was standing outside court for more than 1 hour trying to get in touch with someone but was of no use. It is getting difficult for me day by day to bear this torture.

Customer service team gave me[protected] &[protected] as the numbers for om-buds person out of which operator at 1st number said it was wrong number and hung up and no one is answering the second number. I will be paying my last emi due by tomorrow on my due date. Would request you to please help me get these charges reversed as i had intentions to pay and have paid all my emis.

I am writing it to you because i am in pain & need help. Pls dont ask me to visit branch as it has not helped me when i visited them on 8th sept. My medical condition does not allow me to travel now. I can get a medical document if required. If anything happens to me or my unborn child, it will be because of mental torture and harassment given to me by kotak mahindra bank.

Hoping for quick resolution on this.

    1. Kotak bank was zero balance account. Kotak bank committed to providing service of cash anywhere, i requested for cash in the month of december and no cash was provided by kotak employees.
    3. Bank did not come to campus to help give the cash when needed even though other banks were providing the service in campus.
    4. I had gone to the madhapur branch in the month of december for cash but it was not provided. I also told the bank to close the account but bank employee did not allow me to enter madhapur branch. Is this how ace customer is handled by the branch?
    5. I contacted the bank representative named sakshi at microsoft campus 3 in january that if you can't provide service then please close my account. She said that i do not have the closure form and will send the representative. She did not respond back.
    6. I contacted sachin dev paul in the month of june and he said, he will respond back and asked for time. Sachin did not respond back from last 4 months. Sachin has accepted today that it was a lapse from his side.
    7. Looking at the current state, i have been told that i have to maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back.
    8. Kotak bank sends sms for even rs 10/- transaction then why no sms was sent when money was deducted every month with the amount.
    9. Sachin told that m2 employee is not responsive therefore it happened before. I should talk to him. But after talking to him in june i conclude that he is also not responsive and after telling that he will revert back goes into sleep mode.
    10. If entire kotak bank employees open the account and go in sleep mode then why rs 5715 /-deducted from my account?

    First, you should learn to provide service to a customer then deducted charges.

    It is the responsibility of bank employee to accept the issue and refund my money deducted without any conditions.

        Facing problems with emi deduction so same was informed to maharajan and praveen from past four months till now they no responding and purposely disconnecting my call.
        Now my cibil is affected need explanation for the same.
        Islam approved loan without my confirmation and evn before depositing money in my bank told him not deposit just get incentives/commission this fellow did and due to which paymemt got delayed. My cibil got affected and called maharajan to tel same but even tbis fellow is not responding. I have proof for all what had said till now. I have emails recorded voice from december 2016.

Your debit card not delivered and contact nearest branch..... Please send my debit card through speed post... Please speed post have very good service... Bluedart is worst..

          I had opened a savings bank account with kotak bank due to my greedy thought of saving more rate of interest for 6% than my existing citibank savings bank account.

          Savings bank account was opened with kotak zero balance account on 27 march 2017 with a kotak bank associate m. Prakash (Employee id - 73902). Prakash had requested me to transfer rs.5000 /- for his incentive increment and informed me that i could withdraw this rs.5000 in next few days. Hence, i had transferred the rs.5000 for my new account opening using the url sent from kotak bank and done the payment via citrus payment gateway and the transaction was successful and the fund was debited from my citibank account.

          Rs.5000 transferred from my citibank account was not credited to kotak bank. When i inquired citibank they had clearly mentioned that the imps transaction was successful from their end and the same had confirmed the same via mail (Attachment 2 - mentions successful fund transfer from my citibank account).

          I had reported this since missing fund transfer to kotak bank, however, they had not provided any proper response related to it. I have been calling kotak bank customer care and reaching to kotak bank branch since april. However, there is no response provided on this. Kotak bank claims that the transaction was not received at their end. Hence, i had requested them to do a reconciliation on transactions done on march 27 imps incoming transactions, so that they can easily idemtify my missing transactions in any their suspense account, however, no actions were done since then.

          Kotak bank customer care had requested me to write a mail to and provided me the service request number # 1-[protected] for tracking purpose after highlighting this issue to public forum.

          Since then i have not received any update on this service request. I have been consistently writing back to kotak, however they have never responded back to my mails.

          Kotak bank does not have any courtesy to revert back to its customer and never bothered to revert back on his missing transaction. This is one of the worst ever banking experience to me with kotak.

            My name is sujeet and my crn number is[protected].
            I was using the cc of kotak and their employee called me and said if i will pay the amt on same say the overdue charges will not be marked and i paid the amt on same day.
            But they charged me in the bill and i launch the complaint but they took lot time and they total charged me 21k and i received the reversal letter but they are not giving me the reversal and due to this issue my cibil getting down and they disconnect my call 100+ times instead of resolve my issue
            They took my money and they hit my cibil score and now they are taking reset
            They deduct my saving and adjust the amt in cc when i stop saving then they have again done the fraud even kotak ceo is also not responding the mails

                Hi,
                This is wali ahmad. I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank.
                1) i didn't apply for credit card ever but credit card sent by the bank. Now i am trying to to cancel but they are not doing the cancelation. Visited to branch, branch staff told me that it will cancel by customer care only not from branch. I called many times to customer care but after picking the phone when i explained the matter they always cut the phone without taking request.
                Very bad experience with kotak.

                2) not able to transfer money using kotak app.
                I have complained to branch and customer care many times but there is no resolution as of now.

                When i visited to branch staff, they have given me email id to send the issue with screen shot. Same i have sent to provided email but there is no response so far, even no acknowledgment after many reminder on mail.

                Very very bad service of kotak ever seen with other bank.

                  I have transferred rs 10000 (Ten thousand rupees) to my kotak bank account without any intimation the bank holds my entire money as lien balance, during emergency they have done this to me, and im desperately need that money
                  I have written several emails but there is no response
                  And they have sent a mail regarding demat account and asking for charges, but i dnt have any demat account, even i dnt know trading, my branch is with virukambakkam and they say my demat account was opened in mylapore, how they are opening account without my knowledge, if someone reads this complaint guide me to file a case against this issue both lien balance and demat account problem

                    Coming to the point, i want to know who had asked for the credit card, i never applied for it and after you yourself sending it to me, you are charging extra money and interest for non payment.                       I have dropped two cheques as on 25.09.17 and one cheque as on 02.10.17 at nanpura surat atm drop box. While asking to watchman, he said all three cheques have been collected by majuragate branch as on 03.02.2017 yet the cheques have not been cleared.

                      It s a matter of service and i heard that kotak is best for service...

                        I an holding the credit card of kotak bank, aqua visa.
                        I was travelling abroad in september 2017, and received e mails (4), for
                        Transactions on my card, though i didnt use it anywhere in september 2017.
                        With great difficulty, i could contact their customer care officer and informed about the same on same day. I cancelled my card with immediate effect and as per the instructions, filed customer complaint copy vide email. They assured me to reverse the transactions and i need not have to pay for the same. However to my surprise, they send me the statement in which they show one transaction for which i have to pay. I took up the matter with the branch of a bank, but they are unable to convey. I am trying to reach them of phone or mail, but not reachable, as mail returned back and on phone, officer is not available.
                        I can send you the further details if required.

                          I got call from unknown number that is jio number[[protected]] and he said calling from kotak mahidra bank and he started asking me my debit card numbers and exper date and cvv number a after that asking OTP code

                            Unknown person was withdraw money from atm from kolkata location even if i am staying in maharashtra and still debit card with me. I have received withdrawal message and checked the balance in my account and money was deducted from my account. Could you please help me on this.

                              I am staying abroad and visited kotak mahindra bank in 2015 to open nri account. Representative there told me that they will open nro and nre account and i was never told that i need to keep minimum balance in each. I am using nro account and have balance in that as well but don't have forex to send to nre account. Now after 6 months they are telling me that if i don't keep minimum balance in nre account than i will be penalize and if i close these account then also i will be penalize. I never expected this from reputed bank like kotak mahindra.

                                Your personal loan ac no. [protected] with fullerton india credit co. Ltd. Is transferred to kotak mahindra bank. Update your kyc details with the bank. For queries call[protected].
                                But as per my knowledge there is no loan on my name & also i called on above said number and they confirm me that this loan is not on my name. So delete the same from my account & update with the concerned persons account.
                                My mobile no is [protected] so call me on said number in case of any issues.
                                Also i would like to suggest that before mentioning mobile number ur concerned staff should confirm first whether number belongs to that person or someone else number has been updated in ur records.
                                Due to above it may be possible that bank will deduct loan amount from. My account so be active in this case

                                  Dear team,

                                  This is to inform you that we have opened silk account in your bank.

                                  At the time of account opening it has been informed me that there is nothing any annual charge and you will get rs.150/- per month cash back if we shop rs.5000/- every month... On minimum 20000 maintaining account... And we did so...

                                  But your bank has been deducted annual charges rs.295/- and i am not getting cash of rs.150/- which we have shop at first month of account opening..

                                  Now i am visiting of your bank since one month for my cash back money and annual charges but all the bank staffs (Mr. Rajnish, mr. Sameer ahmad and mr. Ashish) rudely behaving and ignoring to resolve.. They have also taken my mobile no almost one month back... Was saying that will get back to you shortly will resolution but i have never ever recveived any call from them...

                                  Why you dont have customer care e mail id for customer help... Service. [protected]@kotak.com, this id is fake id or disabled...
