Hello,
My cibil report shows an account from kotak bank with number bf1p027874. When i disputed this since i never had any account/loa /relationship with kotak bank, i got message asking me to check with kotak bank.

Kotakbank - bf1p027874 does not belong to me no change - please get in touch with your credit institutions for the required correction.

Hence i kindly request kotak bank officials to fix this error and remove this entry from my cibil report.

Hello,
I have checked with customer care of kotak mahindra bank and they asked me to contact branch. When I went to branch and talked to the people there, I got a response saying the account number is a bajaj finance account number and that was when Kotak had tieup with bajaj finance and they can't do anything about it. What should I do now? CIBIL and kotak are not helping and damaged my credit score without my wrongdoing.

It's been 2 months since I filed complaint and I'm yet to receive any reply for kotak mahindra bank. Pathetic bank and pathetic customer care
Closed current account no [protected] but no refund amount which balance in my current account. Kindly provide the amount by cheaqe or dd.

    1) ivr of kotak not working properly. I am trying to call for last 15 days and unable to connect. Very pathetic service by such a reputed bank.
    2) credit card helpline is at below par. Unable to talk to any of executives on call. Everytime i call and about to connect, it just ended automatically.
    It is an irresponsible service by kotak. How can a bank credit card helpline is not working properly. I am trying to connect for last 15 days.
    3) they commited to reverse off charges from other branch nearest to my home. All i have to visit my branch but when i went there they were not even a mood to experience their customer. I was like where i came.
    Sorry kotak but disappointed a lot.

      I had opened a saving account in your aashiyana lucknow branch on 16-10-17 and complete a payment of 20000 for opening account but after opening account in my account showing zero balance. The amount should credited in account instantly because payment mode is online and that bank where that amount has to be debit that bank confirming the amount is debited from my account and credited in kotak bank account.         In year 2007 i was having salary account in abn amro bank and after some time i took one credit card. I used around 2-3 years and paid all the bills on time, one time it happens that i missed the payment and they put around rs-350/ penalty/interest etc.. I talked to there customer care and they take back that charge (I have the email copy) and i paid rest of the amount. After that i paid all the bills on time and after some time i called on there customer care ask for closure. They told me to pay the month due and cut the card and send to there head office after that they will close it. I did the same and they close the card. After 10 years when i am looking cibil score i found out the company me in black list. After so many calls i found the right person and send him the email communication which i already have with me. I send that 5-6 times in last 3-4 months but i did not get a single response from there side.
        From last one week some recovery guys are calling and not behaving properly.
        This is purely gunda gardi from the banks, can you please suggest the further actions which i can take as a responsible indian citizen.

            My saving account has been on hold after my salary was credited. This was done without my authorisation to bank to hold. I raise a complaint against kotak bank for holding my account. I need an immediate release of my account as soon as possible. How can they hold my salary without my authorisation. I work hard to earn my salary and now it has been put on hold.

              My saving account got closed by branch at its sole discretion without informing me nor after taking my approval. Though the account was in utmost healthy condition with zero deviation. I need to know why the account is closed, kindly be informed the account was opened solely for my home loan emi tracking under which money got credited from my salary account on regular basis and subsequent ach was made by the loan bank. This has cause me ambiguity for my life as i now have to look for this closed account also whenever i wish to track my loan emi, further this has cause mental stress and unnecessary loss of time from my routing office working, coordinating between the banks for new account open and getting ach on some newly open account.

                Sir,

                Please find the series of event that happened to my bank account no [protected] and employees not responding since december 2016.
                1. Kotak bank provided zero balance account at microsoft employee with a lot of commitment and i was maintaining 11 lakhs rupees.
                2. Kotak bank committed to providing service of cash anywhere, i requested for cash in the month of december and no cash was provided by kotak employees. Now customer care says, it was due to demonetization.
                3. Kotak bank employee didn’t even come to microsoft campus to help give the cash when needed even though other banks were providing the service in campus. I had to transfer my money to a bank who provide cash instead of waiting.
                4. I reached madhapur branch in the month of december for cash but it was not provided. I also told the bank to close the account but bank employee did not even allow to enter the madhapur branch. Is this how ace customer is handled by the branch? Now bank customer care says, it was because of demonetization.
                5. I contacted the bank representative named sakshi at microsoft campus 3 in january that if you can't provide service then please close my account. She said that i do not have the closure form and will send the representative. She did not respond back till date.
                6. I contacted sachindev paul in the month of june to close the account and he said will send information on an email, he will respond back and asked for time. Sachin did not respond back from last 4 months. Sachin has already accepted that it was a lapse from his side. Please check the email sent as evidence below.
                7. Looking at the current state, i have been told that i must maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back.
                8. Sachindev paul also told that m2 employee is not responsive therefore it happened. I should talk to him. But after talking to him in june i conclude that he is also not responsive and after telling that he will revert he goes into sleep mode.
                9. If entire kotak bank employees open the account and go in sleep mode, then why rs 6000 /-deducted from my account?
                10. As per customer care, due to demonization, the bank could not provide basic services then how did they deduct money as amc charges based on ace features.
                The question still unanswered and all bank employees do not respond:
                1. Kotak bank sends sms for even rs 10/- transaction then why no sms was sent when money was deducted every month with the amount.
                2. Why do kotak bank employees not respond back to the customer?
                3. What is the bank type opened by the bank? When will the customer be informed?
                4. Why didn’t kotak bank inform the customer that balance is less than the minimum?
                5. Why must i maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back whereas employees are responsible for nonresponsive?
                6. What is the role of relationship manager when he takes request and forgets?
                7. How should the customer know kotak bank employee is m2 or not?
                8. Is customer servicing is done by remaining silent by bank?
                9. When all the alerts online are set, which alert is missing from my side?
                Consider the above scenarios and demonetization, please refund my deducted charges with interest. The bank should also pay mental harassment charges for this cause. Please provide a penalty of rs 25, 000/- for causing mental agony and harassment.in case bank does not respond and take corrective action immediately, they will be liable for payment of rs 2 lakhs per month as mental harassment charges.

                  I am having salary account with kotak. I have taken a pl and i am payng regularly basis from 2015 but last one month i could not pay bcz of health problem.

                  Now i have paid all the pending emi's but they have not remove my hold fund.. I have already inform to customer care also but no positive response..

                  Very bad service so i am going to close my salary account..

                      Bank executive told me no balance maintenance charge for this account...
                      But i had charged in august months 531 rs and in september also same 531rs non maintenance charges...

                        My husband has taken credit card with the bank. And from last 4 months he has left me with my children. I am just in survival condition and bank agents pressuring me to clear dues. They have not given the loan or cc to me. So how can the bank give pressure to me. Even today they abuse me on call.                         I'm using kotak credit card more than a 4 months ago. Paying the bill before the due date but they added the charges of auto debit failure. Rs 500+Rs 96 for gst
                        Two times I complain about the same. They return the amount two times when I complain about this.

                          I have given the cheque of 50k to kotak mahindra bank on 28 july and cheque date was 6 august of amount 50000
                          In which this cheque got dishorned. And then i told them to link ny cc account wity my saving account so that i can easily transfer the money but they have not done this... And if i don't will to pay kotak cc amount then how can iinvest 60k in kotak
                          And sip too
                          You can even check out the bank statement from the last 5 year i don't think there is any cheque return in my account

                          I am requestand my kotak bank bazaar to take action on this bcoz they are not allowing me to pay money (Kotak)
                          Apart from this on the requesr of bank staff i have purchased investment ot 60 k and sip too

                          i continuously follow up for this issue and people whom i contacted is Yogesh Rana then he told me to follow up with Ayushi Walia and problem is still pending yet after that i asked to give her senior contact and started follow up with him (Robin).
                          and im calling him and his not responding.
                          there is no seriousness for customer.
                          I never seen such kind of Bank ever.

                            I have a car policy from kotak mahindra general insurance company, but they denied to give me car claim many time i have given him call as, well as mail, i have complet all the required document, my policy no we write this with regards to your complaint received through irdai token number[protected] and claim number [protected] under policy number [protected]

                            We would like to inform you that your claim was registered with us on september 10, 2017 and as per process, the survey was conducted on september 20, 2017 upon presentation of vehicle in the workshop.

                            Please note that the driving license submitted for claim processing had expired on june 6, 2017. Accordingly, attached letter dated september 26, 2017 has been sent to you asking for the requirement to enable decision on the claim.                                 I want to complaint against kotak mahindra bank, its been 1 yr i am receiving call regarding the recovery of loan, which is in name of my tenant mr rai juneja, west delhi. Kotak bank executives are using abusive language and continuously mentally disturbing me. If the loan is not in my name, why i have been receiving call. What kind of ethics does the bank poses.

                                I would request the bank to give their franchise banks a legal ethics to contact the right person and at right time. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable for me and i would definitely take a legal action against the bank if i receive a call again.

                                Pls take a action asap, as now my tolerance has increased to a high. How long should i tolerate their abusive and ill manner.

                                  I contacted [protected] before 5 days... But c.care executive told to wait for some other days without no proper reason. I asked them that I got sms as "ur application is under process, please give us time for 15days. But now totally 25days completed. still now no response". They informed that Please wait for again few days, verification dept will contact you like that. But no one contacted me. so please provide me clear status of my application.

                                      I have kotak bank platinum league credit card. I redeemed 5000 reward points and get easyrewards 1000 points. I couldnt use the voucher. After i sent a mail, kotak rep. Called and informed that as such i am eligible for 2500 points. However, she wasn't sure and hence she wanted to confirm with her senior as to why i got less points.

                                      On the customer care no, there is no option to speak with the executive. As i had salary account with kotak, i connect with one employee and asked him to lodge by complaint.

                                      Thereafter, i got a call from customer care. The executive apologised and admitted that there was some error in putting it online that the customers are eligible for 2500 easyrewardz points and that internal guidelines provide for only 1000 points.

                                      I decided to close the account without much argument. However, when i went to easyrewardz site, i realised that though they issued be jabong voucher, i couldn't use the same, as jabong was no more issuing such vouchers.

                                      I was shocked that neither kotak nor easyrewardz is taking any responsibility.

                                      They misrepresent to the customer on the website and do not intend to honour the promises shown on the screen.

                                      There is a blatant deficiency in service.

                                      There is no customer care direct no. Where you can speak with representative. Hence, the customer is at mercy of no one and has to live with whatever is offered to him/ her.

                                      Even easyrewardz is displaying products which they are not able to sell and making fool of the customers. I even paid rs.210 in order to buy the coupon of jabong, as the easyrewardz points were not sufficient to get the voucher.

                                      Now the executive is requesting me to take amazon voucher instead of jabong.

                                      This kind of behaviour is not expected from a prestigious institution like kotak bank.

                                      In my kotak 811 acc biometric for full kyc does not work. I have faced this issue from 6 months when i had open Kotak 811 account. I had gone many times at various branch in jamnagar for solve this issue but till now its not solved. Issue is that OTP not arrives for full kyc othet all otp and other messages i receive at same no.

                                        To whomsoever it may concern,

                                        I had raised a complaint on 6 august, 2017. The complaint id for the same is 1-[protected].

                                        The issue was as under:

                                        My bank account got debited twice for an online transaction, the amount for the same was rs. 7, 500 on 5th august, 2017.

                                        I had raised a complaint and i was told the same would be resolved within 30 days. A few weeks later i was told to raise a charge back form at the nearest kotak branch. I raised a charge back form at the magarpatta branch. The representative at the branch told me my account would get credited within 7 working days.

                                        I called the customer care again after a few weeks and the representative told me it takes 45 days from submission of the charge back form. I was ensured my account would credited latest by 9 october, 2017.

                                        Today is 12th october and i called customer care again. They told the complaint has been closed. However, my account has not been credited by the said amount, neither the same is reflecting in the system with your representative.

                                        I have been on hold for the past 10 minutes trying to connect to the super visor would can assist me.

                                        I am a highly aggrieved customer and all your representatives seem to be providing me false promises.

                                        For kotak, 7500 might be a very insignificant account, but for a common man like me, it matters.

                                        I have been aggrieved for no fault of mine.

                                        My sincere and humble request that you look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                        Your customer care over the phone has been of no help at all.
