ticket closing without verify

Hi,
My request # sr#1-[protected] was closed without verifying whiter i got the paper or not. You staff just close the ticket sake of closing the number of the ticket. I need an email sent proof or if it was sent a hard copy via courier tracking number.

not reducing rate of interest of my housing loan

My self dr ajay c. Pardeshi has taken housing loan & improvement loan[protected] &[protected] since last 2 yrs. This loan was shifted from other bank as i was made convince about service of kotak bank is very good and well make me comfort with banking with kotak. But i am very much unsatisfied with the service from kotak, i had communicated for many time for getting kotak insurance certificate but i din't get proper response....

double charged of ecs bounce

It pains to intimate you that premium of my insurance was due and unfortunately ecs was bounced there after i managed and send a request to kotak insurance for redebit and and premium is cleared through ecs but kotak bank charged rs. 590/= then again i rececived a mail that your ecs of premium has been bounced and ensure sufficient fund in to your account.
Hence i approached to nearest branch and explaind whole episode. Branch employee...

fraud calls regarding barclay credit card

I, pradeep kumar jha receiving fraud calls from kotak mahindra bank about the outstanding amount against barclay credit card. They don't have any idea about my transaction with barclay card, but calling too many times.

Actually, i have made transaction of around rs. 11000 on nov-2007-8 through barclay credit card and made the payment. Somehow they have sent bill for late payment of rs. 1000/- but same has been closed on 2010...

net banking and imps issue

As on 23rd 4:30 i had transaction from bank of baroda to kotak in which i have transferred 1000rs but due to you technical issues i was unable to work on my application as the same the the amount has not been yet credited in my kotak bank. As your application message it had to be resolved by 24th sept 2017 at morning 7:30am but no its been hole day i am waiting for the money to come.

debit card wrong delivery

I had lost my debit card and requested for a new one. However, my newcard has been delivered to someone without my knowledge and pin has also been sent. This is highly unacceptable and there is no way i can contact your service center.
There is no email id also where i can send my problems and the one mentioned here in this forum is also not working.
This is highly disturbing and i need a quick redressal immediately....

Policy regarding account protection was activated without giving me complete information and no one in your complaint section is able to rectify this problem.
The are deducting some specific amount every month for which no information was provided to me.

credit card payment deducted two times

I am account holder of kodak bank with account number [protected]. I have deposit rs.10100 in my account to pay the kotak credit card. As soon as payment received bank already detected money from account already. Now bank seize my rest of amount.. This is ridiculous, if i am payment already how bank hold me amount.
