I'm meet mr alpesh vyas im told him i'm plan to open savings account in ur bank so please guide me what is prossier to open new savings account. He told me please note ur mob no address executive contact to you. I'm told him i'm already come spend my time for visit so why ur go for executive but he refused my all argue. So i'm very disappointed about your bank staff mr alpesh vyas university branch rajkot

I got my appointment letter from kotak mahindra bank.But i think this is not real appointment and also they are asking for my joinning otherwise they will cancel my all process which is left .I am so worried about it .can anyone help me out from here .

    I, pradeep kumar jha receiving fraud calls from kotak mahindra bank about the outstanding amount against barclay credit card. They don't have any idea about my transaction with barclay card, but calling too many times.

    Actually, i have made transaction of around rs. 11000 on nov-2007-8 through barclay credit card and made the payment. Somehow they have sent bill for late payment of rs. 1000/- but same has been closed on 2010 with onilne payment of rs. 300/- through abn-amro bank which is also closed.

    Now, kotak mahindra bank has purchased the defaulter list from barclay where my name is also with him for the amount rs. 11000/- approx and calling me in regular interval from last one year.in the mean time no calls received from barclay. Only kotak mahindra bank calling me.

    Pls suggest.

      I applied for kotak credit card on 20/09/2017, and i uploaded my payslip in the portal, but i missed to update the contact address proof because at that time i was not having the document with me, as im living in rented house, and on 22/09/2017 i got a call regarding the cc verification, but today i checked the status of application it was rejected because they were not able to verify my address,, i was happy if credit card department team would have called me and asked to upload address documents or any other,, but without any notice they just rejected the card, and i was try to call customer care it was so annoying that there was no cc department to raise the voice and ask for a solution,, so this was the second time that my cc got rejected and i want a solution for this,, my application form no :[protected],, hope u people look into this.

        Hi,

        As on 23rd 4:30 i had transaction from bank of baroda to kotak in which i have transferred 1000rs but due to you technical issues i was unable to work on my application as the same the the amount has not been yet credited in my kotak bank. As your application message it had to be resolved by 24th sept 2017 at morning 7:30am but no its been hole day i am waiting for the money to come.

        Also your customer care number is not reachable.

        As the same have repeated several time but no one has been doing nothing from your end. If the same continues i have to go in some other bank so that i can be in safer side.

        Please kindly do solve my issue as soon as possible.

          I had lost my debit card and requested for a new one. However, my newcard has been delivered to someone without my knowledge and pin has also been sent. This is highly unacceptable and there is no way i can contact your service center.
          There is no email id also where i can send my problems and the one mentioned here in this forum is also not working.
          This is highly disturbing and i need a quick redressal immediately.

            A transaction of rs.12965.52 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx3103 at asurionwireless insurance on 23-sep-2017.
            A transaction of rs.24.11 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx3103 at the reef pet shop on 23-sep-2017
            Above three transaction happened yesterday without my knowledge. Card is very much with me. Neither i have provided pin nor otp.
            Kotak needs to revert those transaction.

              That call bank side only
              If salary is not credited for consecutive 3 months, the salary account will be converted in to a savings account.
              So, currently you have a Kotak Mahindra Saving Bank Account.

              You need to visit the bank home brance and ask them to close the account. They will provide you with the closure form, as the account must in negative due to non maintenance charges they may insist you to clear the same.

              Just an insight, be clear that you want to close the account and you won’t bear any charges pertaining to the said account. In all likeliness if the charges are in few thousands they will easily do the needful. Although if the charges are higher the bank manager might need to take certain approvals but the same can be done without you paying any charge for the same.

                Kotat bank charged me. I wanted to know reason of below charges.
                They are charging me tree times.

                They are telling zero balance maintenance.
                I must want to know about this issue.

                  Respected sir/mam,

                  I 'sidharth' a/c no. [protected]
                  Policy regarding account protection was activated without giving me complete information and no one in your complaint section is able to rectify this problem.
                  The are deducting some specific amount every month for which no information was provided to me.
                  Executive provided me information that the same policy is without any cost and you don't have to pay anything for the same at the time of policy activation.
                  And each time when i talk to a complaint executive they provide me some different information, which is not up to mark.
                  *some executive say that the policy is free of cost
                  *some say if the policy is started unintentionaly than the whole amount will be refunded
                  *some say half of the amount will be refunded.

                  The point is if any of the policy company start a policy for a costumer 'complete information should be provided'

                  And at the time of complaint no senior executive is provided to rectify the problem.

                  Note-1. Please provide a proper training program for the executive that 'how to explain policy plan to costumer'

                  2. Please check the staff quantity in your department so that costumer can convey their messages to some senior executive if junior executive are not having that much authorities.

                  3. Important one
                  Please provide complete information to the banks who are linked to your credit card policy scheme that if the don't know complete information they should not convey any of the incomplete information after which costumer goes into problem which can not be rectified by your firm.

                  * i want my money back which was deducted without my concern without giving me proper and complete information.

                  And for this if call audit is to be conducted than do the same, call should be audited so that your firm can take some serious step regarding your executives which are provided for resolving costumer complain with complete information.

                  Because it is your firm which is getting effected not the junior or senior executive who are deleivering such a incomplete information.

                  And due to this my emi is also effected just because your executive provided me wrong information.

                  The first executive named neha whome i requested to cancel my policy haven't did the same for which the information was given by another executive whome i have called just to verify the complaint e-mail id which is [protected]@cptindia.com
                  And if i haven't asked for it than the policy was remained activated as no cancellation request have been entered by the execuitive whose name was neha.

                  Please take some serious steps regarding the same.

                  Respected sir/mam,
                  I got a reply from kotak mahindra bank customer support about the activation of the credit card protection policy and for that charge was made on 10th sept 2017.
                  But my conversation with the executive was on mid of august and the activation of the policy was made in sept. And because of which i was not able to know about the charges of the policy as niether the executive told me about the charges of the policy as he said me that it is free of cost and niether the kotak bank staff as i had payed my first emi installment by going myself to the kotak bank branch lok vihar where i asked that after the first installment how much i have to pay further for the remaining emi.
                  But niether the bank staff told me that such kind of policy is activated on my card.

                  Note:
                  *And if the policy was started at that time when first time i have talked to the executive in starting of august than why they have delayed for the activation of the policy for a month.
                  * And when i have asked the bank staff about the emi and any other further charges that i have to pay, than why not they told me about the activation of the policy.
                  *kotak mahindra bank had never provided me any of the information that i should know and they had not started the policy at the time, and they have charged money for it after more than a month which they have told me that it is free of cost.

                  So please take some serious steps toward the same.

                    The customer care helpline [protected]. The automated phone call for card holder verification is so pathetic and very hard to use. I do as per the automated call ask us to do. But i could never get into a call through it. The developers who built it must punished for screwing customers time and building up such a pathetic automated system. Seriously fed up with kotak. I dont know why the ppin or pin or mpin which is asked to be entered. I had tried all of them and it still says invalid ppin. How can both of my mobile banking pin and ppin i have entered could be wrong. I used the same for transaction this morning for fuel.

                        Regarding chennai neuroscience research trust account, i have problems with the bank.in spite of producing necessary documents regarding the account, and details of the signatories on the letterhead of the trust, the account has been blocked and is not operational for the past few days. The reason that is revealed is that the adhaar card copy that i produced has the front page with my name, full address, photo and adhaar number, but the reverse of the adhaar card i did not include. I have misplaced the original adhaar card and still searching for the same. Although i have submitted the front page of the adhaar card to few of my other banks, they have not insisted on the reverse page at all.
                        The behavior of your bank has put me in difficulty for the past few days and several payments from this account are pending.
                        In view of this problem, i do not desire to continue my association with the bank and therefore instructing them to close the account if the account is not made operational by 25 sep 2017.

                          I am account holder of kodak bank with account number [protected]. I have deposit rs.10100 in my account to pay the kotak credit card. As soon as payment received bank already detected money from account already. Now bank seize my rest of amount.. This is ridiculous, if i am payment already how bank hold me amount. Please look into this immediately and release my money.

                            My credit card has been used in an unauthorized way and i did not got any otp even on my number request you to please check on urgent basis and block my card and please call me on my registered mobile no [protected]and i tried to call on your customer care number but call is not going through and really dissapointed with your security services. I request you to take immediate action on the unauthorised purchased made through my credit card i. E [protected].

                            I) transaction of rs 7900 has been made on kotak credit card xx3165 on 20.09.2017 at 7.20pm

                            I am very much disappointed with your services provided by kotak bank... Please take immediate action against the fraudalent purchased made through my credit card... I will not make the payment and please treat this matter as on urgent basis...

                              I have applied for delight platinum credit card. I have received a message from your side in which application reference no. Is mentioned.
                              While checking online status of application by application reference no.[protected], it is saying not approved.

                              When i told these things to customer support officer who filled my application. His behavior was not good and totally unmannered.

                                  This is to inform you that my name is dipak jadhav, i am being pressurized by kotak banks recovery agency numerous time to pay sum of outstanding of barkley credit card. Now recovery agency team telling me they have sent me court notice, but diddnt get even single notice.

                                  As per them the amount had been used by me through a credit card of barkley bank. As so many times it had been informed them via e-mail/phone about the some fraudulent tracsection was there, thats why i was hold the payment/dues of barkley credit card on 2010. There after barkleys credit card not responded me that time. Now a days i getting call from kotak bank to pay the dues about 15-16k. Even i don't know the card no, where it has been used. Despite my refusal they are creating tremendous pressure and calling relentlessly to pay the same. Due to this dispute neither i am getting any credit card of kotak bank nor loan. It has been effected on my cibil score. These are the few telephone no from where i am getting threatening calls [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                  If its related to barkley credit card [it was having with me on till 2010- i was blocked it due to fraud/dispute transection on it, so i was hold the payment till my dispute not resolved].

                                  So, it is my humble request to resolve my issue at the earliest or suggest to redressal the grievance.

                                      Kotak has charged non-maintenance charges of over rs 4600 in my account. These were charges not for the present month, but for one year back when the account was zero. According to rbi regulations, they are not supposed to charge non-maintenance charges for accounts that have reached zero.

                                      After complaining to the bank, they want to visit their branch. I have visited their branch three times in the last 6 months.

                                      A customer has more important things to do than visit their branch.

                                      I lost my insta kit at the date of opening account...I don't know debit card number any thing else... I know only CRN.No and account number...please block my old debit card and I want debit card and passbook to my account
