I applied for kotak credit card on 20/09/2017, and i uploaded my payslip in the portal, but i missed to update the contact address proof because at that time i was not having the document with me, as im living in rented house, and on 22/09/2017 i got a call regarding the cc verification, but today i checked the status of application it was rejected because they were not able to verify my address,, i was happy if credit card department team would have called me and asked to upload address documents or any other,, but without any notice they just rejected the card, and i was try to call customer care it was so annoying that there was no cc department to raise the voice and ask for a solution,, so this was the second time that my cc got rejected and i want a solution for this,, my application form no :[protected],, hope u people look into this.
