I am suffering to get my reissued credit card from last two months. Twice i placed the request to reissue the card and deliver it on my new address. After telling and giving the message to the customer care representative its not properly delivering to next person. From last 20th aug, i was called to customer care people and explain everything that time they didn’t even informed me about anything regarding address or they can’t give it to another person. They were keeping me on hold and after call was disconnecting. I was requested for the manager to speak with manager is never available in the branch to speak to client. Sometime customer care representative is disconnecting the call in half discussion only. I am even sending mails and getting auto and framed reply bank from bank officers. On 15thsept i called 3 times and representative disconnected the call and twice i got the message thank you for calling kotak mahindra bank. All false commitment kotak mahindra is giving to the client.
In last month of july, i request to change my address and provided them my aadhar card copy and i revised the mail that my address is changed after that whenever i am calling bank they are reconfirming with the same address which is newly updated and the credit card they are sending on my old address where i am not staying and not even working there. I was requested for the representative to handover the card to my mother as i am on business trip still the message has not been passed to courier person. If they can’t not handover to other person they should inform me on the same time but they said yes, they can deliver to the person present their upon delivery. On 15th sept i called to courier person and he is saying he did not received any message for the bank and he cannot deliver to anyone other than me. I called 3 times today on 17th sept and reprentative do not have any information they are connecting me to manager and manager is not available to pick the call was holding the call 15 min each time.

It was my great experience working with kotak mahindra. Please block my all the request for credit card and bank account i don’t want to keep the relation with false bank when they cannot deliver proper services to their client.

    Hi,

    I wanted to update my phone number for my existing kotak salary account. I called to customer care center after trying many failed attempts on net banking. Executive tried to make me understand the steps but i was getting some different error as per her. So she suggested me to visit the branch.
    I went to branch for the same but their people were so unprofessional and not willing to take my request and making the excuse that printer was not working.
    I don't understand why they don't have any alternate for such a particular problem. How could they deny to take the request if the user is coming from far place? But somehow an agent took the request and informed me that this will update within 24 hours but now its been 4days but still my number is not updated.

      I transferred the money from Kotak bank to SBI bank on Sept6 11 pm via NEFT, but today it is Sept15, but still, the amount has not been credited in the receiving end. I wish to be credited in receiving end as soon as possible. I have contacted the customer care in Kotak bank. They told me it will be resolved in 2-3 days about a week ago. But still, they have not resolved the issue. I don't know where the money has gone, it is neither in Kotak bank account nor in SBI bank account. Plz, fix this issue... I want the money in SBI bank, not Kotak.

          I booked a train ticket in irctc through paytm gateway using my kotak online banking on 8th aug 2017.
          I cancelled this ticket on same day.
          Recently i checked my irctc account, there it is showing rs.650/- refunded, but i have not credited that amount in kotak bank account.

            After repeated mails on closure of the account you still haven't done the same. Close my accouny and stop sending mails for non-payment of o/s amounts. The account is not operative since almost an year now. Maybe more than that. The company is impossible to reach through your customer service number. You don't reply to mails and then send all mails regarding payments. You check the balance. I have been charged more that what i owe unnecessarily. Close my account. I dont want to continue woth kotak anymore. Its worst with customer service.

                I oredered one product for rs 39999 then i cancelled that order and i got messages from kotak bank like your amount 39999 has been refunded and my limit is also loaded as fully. But daily i got message as your purchase of 39999 has been converted to emi like that and for thos mnth sept my outstanding is 60rs only but its showing 649rs. I dissappointed so much like this service. I am very genuine to bank but bank is not lyk tat to our customers

                  My name is syed murtuza holding urbane credit card since june 2016

                  I would like to bring to your notice that without my knowledge your organisation has changed my credit card from urbane credit card to departmental credit card and i have been charged 1499+taxes

                  Attached is the screen shot of new card for your reference

                  I never gave any request to your organisation for change of card then how dare to change my card and charge me for that without any prior notice

                  I'm being a loyal customer and no dues no late payment no over limit usage ashamed to have this service

                  Very very and very pathetic i would say

                  I gave request to enhance my credit limit to 50k or 60k plus but it was given as 40k only

                  You have not accepted my request but without any request you changed card and charged me

                  Who the hell your organisation think they are and who is that bloody # charged me

                  I don't have any words to say but i'm really very very frustrated since i seen this email that my card had been charged 1499+taxes

                  Please note the reason for writing to all of you is i'm not concerned about money but my concern is how your lower levels are working to steal money from loyal customers and getting a bad name to your organisation which is very well known now a days when it comes to banking sector. Your lower level is spoiling the name of kotak and it will effect your organisation and it's image in market

                  I am not going to pay anything for change of card now and you should not charge me any annual fee for same further
                  If you want to give me a different card then you should not charge me for that since their is no request for same from my end

                  Let that departmental card arrive at my door step and i will use it very happily

                  Refund my money back 1499+taxes asap
                  If you know the meaning of asap then please do that and for your kind information please be informed that i'm going to tag this article in facebook twitter and in all banks pages of social media to show how your staff is working to steal money

                    Could please tell after deactivating the 811 kotak account is says as zero balance and zero charges account. But there are plenty of hidden charges. Customer will get to know about debit card charges of 250+ tax. They will be charge smartly for cash deposits more that 10000 and har tarah ka chehre lag rahe hai jab bhi account me aata hai har baar koi na koi chehre kat jate hai my account in closed plz halp me contact na [protected]

                            I was in a need o[censored]rgent cheque book. I open a services request for new cheque book which will take 8 working days to deliver but the detail which was provided was old one when open a account and i was out of india for 2 years. However i wanted some urgent cheque so visited near by branch office. But they refuse to give some emergency cheque.                               I have kotak mahindra bank jifi account. Yesterday i got a message like i lost 427.75rs from. Account and mentioned like cash deposit chrg. Dont know for what reason like this heavy transcation amount taking through. I tried to call customer care and there is no response. Fed up with kotak service.. If i ask for refund the amount. They will send a 500pages of pdf for reading and understanding bank policies.
                              Please do the needful things and get my amount back to account. Am running out of money

                                      After paying all the remaining bills, i applied for closure of my credit card about couple of months ago. I got notification through email that my card has been closed but now your bank is saying that there are some bills remaining on my card and it is not closed.
                                      I talked to the customer relationship officer and applied for the cancellation of all the charges.
                                      From that day i am not able to contact any customer care number, i think they have blocked me so that i will not be able to contact them and they will apply more charges to me.

                                      Simply putting forward cancel my credit card instead of generating bills on the card which expired on 05/2016.

                                        My vpa is [protected]@kotak, i hade transfered 3000 rs to vap [protected]@hdfcbank on 8th sep 2017 (Upi ref no[protected].

                                        The above mentioned amount was debited form my account but the transfer request failed and the money wasn't credited.

                                        In the kotak app the transaction status is failed, but i received an sms saying that the amount has been credited which hasn't happened.

                                        Request you to look into this problem and grant my refund. If there is any other details that i need to provide you kindly let me know.
                                        Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
