not opened saving account

I have applied to open a saving a/c at kotak mahindra bank at preet vihar delhi branch. For this purpose a cheque of rs.1, 00, 000/- no.461662 payable at united bank of india issued by me in favour of kmbl sameer saxena. This cheque debited to my united bank a/c on dt 09/08/2017 but branch not opened my saving a/c. The branch manager and other staff not responding for the same. Crn[protected]. I had received milestone points for my credit card worth 10, 000 points. However i received a mail asking for card upgrade to which i agreed. Now my milestones points have been taken off and when queried they are telling that if you upgrade card it will be taken away. This was not mentioned in the mail that i got while upgrading.

cheating in the name of gst

I am holding a nre acc with kotak mahindra bank. While applying i told them that i dont need debit card since i am living outside india.in the application form also i didnt opt for db (Debit card). On july 31 they deducted rs 590 for debit card annual fee. When i contacted the customer care, they told that they will rebate the amount. After 2 days i got 500 back. non delivery of debit cards after 3 weeks

transaction failed but money got deducted. it's been more than 15 days

Hi. I was paying my bill through debit card. Three times transaction failed. After 15 minutes money got deducted. Shop keeper showed me his whole day transaction list. Even he dint receive, its been more than 15 days. Still i dint get my money back. The amount i should receive is rs.2010.

unfair amount deduction as debit card annual charges

Recently i have changed account into normal savings account from salary account.

Now bank deducted 885 rs as annual debit card charges? Why.
When my account was salaried account there is no charges after converting into normal account why there is deduction? This is totally unfair.

hidden charges

811 kotak account is says as zero balance and zero charges account. But there are plenty of hidden charges. Customer will get to know about debit card charges of 250+ tax. They will be charge smartly for cash deposits more that 10000 and internet banking pin generation. Sms alerts, cheque book and many more. Customare care is useless as they wont accept any complaints. Even if you go to the branch they are telling to check with customer care....
