While taking the personal loan Kotak loan execute said 0% is pre closure charges and 0.75% is the processing fee. after i approved loan they deducted 2% is the processing fee instead of 0.75% afterward i raised the complain to kotak service desk, then revert the remaining amount after long struggle.

Now i am planing to close the Personal loan after 1 year, so i called to customer care, they said 5% is pre coloser charages.i...

credit card payment collection calls before due date

My due date for making due payment is on 05-aug-17. However the kotak bank collection executives has started calling me from 8 days before the due date and they don't have the manners to talk to their customers. Also i have the recordings but its not getting attached.

Request you to please solve the same and stop this calls. These calls are mentally harassing and torturing to customers.

why auto debit service is active on my credit card??

I have been charged for auto debit failure several times.. This is not fair to activate this type of service and deduct thousand of rupees from my credit card.

By date 02/08/2017, i was charged 1180 inr just because of the auto debit facility which i didn't even request to activate yet.

I am not paying to any auto debit charge from now on. I have already paid thousands...

I have kotak urbane credit card for which, 5435 bill was due for july month due to be paid on or before 2nd aug. I made payment on 2nd aug morning as per screenshot. But after 4-5 hours in evening i received alert that auto debit is failed. unlawful charging of renewal of credit card which was never received by me

credit card fees and collection abuse

Please do not ever ever get this company's credit card. They have so many hidden fees that was not disclosed to me when i signed up. Plus they call you 10 times a day to remind you to pay the due amount before the deadline. auto debit failure fee

I am using kotak credit card by paying yearly maintenance fee of 500rs and on top of this kotak bank is charging me 500rs on my credit card bill from past 3 months as auto debit failure fee.

Why kotak bank is not letting users to know these kind charges? If they charging like this then why need to pay 500rs as yearly as most all other company giving credit card for free. Quetion arises why i need to use kotak credit card?...

The procedures of this bank are onerous and cumbrous. For instance if one forgets his cheque book and wishes to withdraw money one has to provide a proof of identity even when one is personally known to the personnel there
