Kotak mahindra bank — undue harassment from credit card department

Dear sir, i am not a customer of kotak mahindra bank but i am receiving regular calls from few person who claims he is the employee of kotak mahindra bank. His name is mr. Dipak and mr vikram. He regularly calls from the number [protected] and my son, daughter and my husband and tries to mentally harass me and my family members. He called us from different numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) on behalf of kotak mahindra bank.
He called me on my number from [protected]- 18th september between 1:13 to 1:15pm - 5 times then i had to block this number, post that he called from [protected]- 2 times at 3:15pm. Today 21/8/2017 they again called from this number [protected] at around 10am and once again threatened me, the guy by the name deepak told me that he will spoil my reputation. Infact he said “tumahri izaate uchal du gay”. I am working in a reputed education school in gurgaon and today they even called a parent from my school, a lady and threatened her to pay 5lac as i have given her name as the guarantor. Please tell me which bank in the country gives a credit card or a loan just on the basis of name and number and not without signature and confirmation? The same he did with my colleague’s too. It is frightening how come they’re hacking all our contacts and even the one’s whom we have no connection with.
Today evening they even called my son’s colleague and told her that my son has taken a loan and she has to pay as she is a guarantor. They have been threatening various people and telling altogether a different story to each one of them.
They have been calling and regularly unprofessional in their conversation and has called me "chor" (Thief) again and again. He was threatening me, my husband, my daughter and my son to damage our reputation and to my surprise after lodging a fir 0152 on 19th sep’17 they are still calling us, and our colleagues using abusive language and threatening us.
He even told to harm my daughter and son. He had all our numbers, names and where about. This is cybercrime and shall soon be taken strict action against.
But my concern is that why should anyone have the right to call, abuse and threaten a lady and her family. It’s is height of harassment, i am so scared that i had to send my son with my daughter to her college every day. We are afraid of losing our jobs, they’ve been calling random people and threatening them as well. I and my son are only earning members in the family. My husband is very ill and my daughter is studying. We live in rented apartment. If we lose our jobs, there would be no way out. What a ridicule kotak mahindra has made of the banking system in the country? They does not understand the basic banking laws and honorable suprema court laws!
Dear sir, i request you to look into the matter immediately and stop their employee from harassing me.
Sir, i am very afraid for my kids’ life and security. They have ruined our reputation totally in the last 4 days. It’s my humble request that kindly take quick action for our safety. If anything happens to us kotak mahindra bank is to be blamed for the same.
Hence, i request you to take quick actions against the same.

Kotak Mahindra Bank — UNDUE HARASSMENT FROM CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT

Dear Sir, I am NOT a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank BUT I am receiving regular calls from few person who claims he is the employee of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK. His name is Mr. Dipak and Mr Vikram.     I have started filling online nti bank account form from 26th july 2017. After making some mistake and getting guidelines from your executive i have completed and send complete form and all relevant required documents by courier to kotak mahindra bank which has been received by one mr. Sharad on 1st of august 2017. After that despite of sending so many mails i am getting a reply from your executive that he has not received my documents, when i told him that dhl has already delivered my documents on 1st august 2017. Since that time he has one plain answer that he is trying to find my documents. Can you please look in to this matter and instruct the relevant person to expedite my application and do the needful?

I tried to contact credit card department customer department to report about this but it is not going to connect to them. I am getting 4 to 5 calls everyday they are really using very bad language.

          I have been using this credit card science 3 years paid in time but this time 5 days delayed and the amount is just 1000/- even though they are trying to make me mad

            This company is nothing but a fraud organization. I got a call from them for an interview for a post called unit manager. I appeared in the interview and got selected. The name of the interviewer was shiven shah, and this guy is pretty famous in that office. Due to some problems i could not join the company for 1 month. Now, shiven shah knew that my father is a chief manager in central bank of india. So may be he though that he could take advantage of it. One day he called me and said that there was a senior position post called direct company partner and for that i just have to sell their policy worth 1.2 lakh rupees and for that i would get 60k as incentives+ salary+ bonus for recruiting others. I was like ok, not a big issue for me. Later i went to his office to know the detail of that job profile, but then he said that policy worth rs.1.8 lakhs had to be sold to join as a partner. I was like, ok still not a big deal for me. So i discussed the issue with my father and he wanted to purchase the policy. So i just called shiven and told him to speak to my father as he is interested to invest and wanted to know the policy detail. When shiven spoke to my father he told him that he had to purchase a policy of minimum 2 lakh rupees and then only i would be able to join as a partner. From that time we started getting doubt about the company. So my dad said to him that because of some reasons he would not be able to pay the whole amount together, so he would pay only rs.50, 000 first, then after a few days he would pay rest of the amount. Actually he wanted to see whether they were providing right informations related to the policy or not. Shiven kept pressurising me to convince my dad to invest the whole amount together but i said it would not be possible. So one day i went to their office with the cheque of 50k and the policy form filled up by my father. They started the policy entry procedure on that day. On that day, around 9'o clock in the night shiven called me and said one more signature of my father was needed on the form. I asked him why he needed it, because i took his sign on the form wherever it was required. He said, "no there is one more page and his signature is required on that, so can i come to your home to take his sign". I said ok. Shiven had sent a boy named rajdeep, another employee of that branch. He came to my house with the forms, but when he was taking out the form from his bag, by mistake he took out another form with that and there was a signature on that form which was similar to my father's signature. We noticed it and asked him about it. He said that it had been done by them. So we called shiven and told him to explain. He said it was 8'o clock in the night and one more signature was required so he himself had done that fake signature on the form. My father and i told him many things for such an irresponsible activity.in the next morning my father got an e-mail informing about the purchasing of the policy. Now again another problem was occurred. Before doing the policy entry shiven had said that it was going to be a single premium policy, but the e-mail clearly stated that he had sold an endowment policy where one has to pay a premium of 2 lakh rupees every year for continuous 10 years for a policy which itself is a 2 lakh rupees policy. My father went to his own office and immediately stopped the payment of the cheque of 50k that i had given to shiven shah. And luckily they could not cheat us.

              I have applied to open a saving a/c at kotak mahindra bank at preet vihar delhi branch. For this purpose a cheque of rs.1, 00, 000/- no.461662 payable at united bank of india issued by me in favour of kmbl sameer saxena. This cheque debited to my united bank a/c on dt 09/08/2017 but branch not opened my saving a/c. The branch manager and other staff not responding for the same. If my saving a/c can not be opened than kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                Crn[protected]. I had received milestone points for my credit card worth 10, 000 points. However i received a mail asking for card upgrade to which i agreed. Now my milestones points have been taken off and when queried they are telling that if you upgrade card it will be taken away. This was not mentioned in the mail that i got while upgrading.
                Later when i asked them to give back my points, a customer care executive named hiran promised me that in another 20 days i will get my points back and there is no response from her yet, its been more than 25 days now.
                I need valid justification regarding this issue.

                  I am holding a nre acc with kotak mahindra bank. While applying i told them that i dont need debit card since i am living outside india.in the application form also i didnt opt for db (Debit card). On july 31 they deducted rs 590 for debit card annual fee. When i contacted the customer care, they told that they will rebate the amount. After 2 days i got 500 back. Again i contacted the customer care, they told me that rs 90 is gst they cant rebate that amount. I need to go and ask in the branch. I tried explaining him but he keeps on tell the same thing.
                  At last he told he will take a complaint and someone from the branch will contact me. 3 days later i got a mail from a bank manager. I explained him all the details to him and i got the below response.

                  Dear customer

                  Greetings for the day…!!!

                  As for as the new government rule called gst, doesn’t allow bank to repay the service tax which is already paid because since it is paid to the government directly. So only we were able to reverse only the actual amount charged by the bank.

                  Sorry for the inconvenience occurred.

                  Any other service, please feel free contact us.

                  I know few shops are cheating in the name of gst. Even banks like kotak mahindra is also cheating in the name of gst.
                  How can someone been taxed (Gst) for the service/product for which they didnt ask/used.

                    Hi sir/madam,

                    I use to have a kotak mahindra card with crn 76521510. However i was not convinced with the billing tansparency and have closed account by clearing all the dues.

                    After clearing all the dues i have even blocked my card. Now even after repeated request they are not willing to close my accounts.

                    Suddenly now after 3 months closing and cancelling a card, i am getting a statement for the back for due amount.

                    I have tried to contact customer care, but they keep on transferring to there manager.

                    Look foward to your response and if you could suggest what possible legal action can i take.

                      My first bank acount was with kotak opened by my frist employer. I was happy to be banking with such a bank until now.

                      I am sadened to bring to your notice that kotak's been highly undependable these days! I am going overseas hence i had applied for a upgraded visa platina card begining of the month and i havent recieved it till date. I have a flight on 18 and i am leaving my home town on 17.

                      I waited and waited, i was assured that it will reach me in time.

                      Well i cant postpone my trip so i approached axis with the problem they were very accomodating and arranged for all requirements for a safe journey.

                      I was also planning on changing my account type to nre/nro but given the tough circumstances the kotak has put me into, i frankly feel like withdrawing althogether and closing my bank account with kotak.

                      I cannot even imagine what would i do without card for my expenses!

                      Highly irresponsible!

                        Hi. I was paying my bill through debit card. Three times transaction failed. After 15 minutes money got deducted. Shop keeper showed me his whole day transaction list. Even he dint receive, its been more than 15 days. Still i dint get my money back. The amount i should receive is rs.2010.

                        I will add my transaction screen shot. Please take an action immediately and return back my money by end of day.

                        I am trying to mail but the service is down from 1 week. Very poor customer service.
                        Hope you will sort out this issue and return my money back by end of day.

                              My cust id : 42639440 & debit card ending with xx8662.

                              Recently i have changed account into normal savings account from salary account.

                              Now bank deducted 885 rs as annual debit card charges? Why.
                              When my account was salaried account there is no charges after converting into normal account why there is deduction? This is totally unfair.

                              I want my money to be refunded and this card should be cancelled.

                                I have payed my CC Bill through webpay on 10th august.. but till now i didn't get any conformation message... I have contacted customer service they said like it will take 3 days time for payment.. but today 3rd day still i didn't get any mail.. & 12th august is my due of CC bill payment.. I have tried to track my transaction status but it showing ( Please enter a valid Transaction ID )

                                  I had a kotak mahindra credit card and i lost it so i called their customer care executive and blocked it and i told him clearly that i don't want new card so don't re-issue it. But after few days i got a message that your credit is issued but i refused that i never applied for new card so i will not accept it. My previous outstanding was 0. But now i am getting messages regularly that you card outstanding bill is this much. When again i called that customer care executive that he is saying this is a bill for your new card. I asked that where is my new card. He said it's with bank only because they didn't able to deliver it.

                                  So my question is that my old card's outstanding was zero. I didn't applied for new card and that card is with bank only.
                                  So why these illiterate customer care guys are saying that this is your new card bill.

                                    I have tried to pay my BSES RAJDHANI bill from kotak 811 app using bharat QR code on 18th July and 29th July but both time transaction failed but money deducted from bank account now the story of customer care
                                    24 July complaint has been taken with reference no. 1-[protected]
                                    28 July complaint closed please take merchant proof for transaction failure
                                    31 July sir give me few minutes I will call back
                                    2nd august (new person) sir it will take 2 days for me to understand your concern
                                    4th August original first person sir provide me proof for both transactions I will revert in two days time
                                    4th August refund for one transaction has been credited but not clear for which transaction
                                    5th August transaction closed
                                    8th August sir I have taken your complaint will revert to you.
                                    10th August sir one of those transaction was successful but we can't tell you which transaction and we are not even clear about for which transaction refund has been given to you we can't help anymore contact nearest branch

                                    ###### this is an online account so if you can't help on simple issues of reversal of transaction you should close the bank.
                                    I am adding screenshots of transaction so that others don't lose their money.

                                      Im Armugham Palani I have taken a new credit card no. [protected] CRN NO.[protected] days back and I did not use it even once so soon I got a message that I should pay around Rs1768.82 so I given complaint regarding this to customer care complaint no- 1-[protected] this is for cancellation one more is Reversal of the Amount
                                      -complaint no 1-[protected] so customer care told they will call me till now id didnt get a call due date is[protected]
                                      so please cancel my card then block ths card

                                        I am very disappointed with the grievance faced recently with kotak mahindra bank,
                                        Bhaveshwar lane, ghatkopar (E)

                                        On 20/jully/2017 i inquired about the account opening for saving account with demat accout, they said bring ₹20000 cheque and documents

                                        So i walked in to open an a/c with my sister
                                        As many of my friends refers
                                        An filled a bank form for opening account
                                        On 21/jully /2017
                                        They told it will get activate in 5 days.
                                        And i provided the documents and cheque
                                        They needed.
                                        Then they said that they need higher amount of cheque while opening new a/c
                                        And they were insist to make higher cheque so, we were like ok make it ₹50, 000.
                                        But then too they were not happy.
                                        They were like not only ₹50, 000 more than that. Than my sister beside me told the staff that she told me that there is no such thing like taking more money from client blah blah they dont ask for more money. Then they gone to asked their senior about the same and then submitted the cheque and said the account opening kit will get delivered to the first holder address

                                        27/7/17 then waiting for the day account opening bt nothing happened on that day
                                        28/7/17 waiting for the courier from bank bt nothing happend
                                        29/7/17 no response till
                                        31/7/17 same nothing came
                                        On 1/8/17 i called bank staff that i still i haven't received any kit yet. And what i was shocked from the reply from the another side.
                                        They said we have just applied today for your account opening, your account will get open in next 4days.
                                        Is these what kotak serve clients?

                                        Waiting for 4 more days then called again on
                                        5/8/17 asked them what happend madam?
                                        In reply: 2 more days

                                        7/8/17
                                        I called: what happened madam?
                                        Staff:it will get delivered today itself
                                        Superior have send the mail
                                        Me:no mail received
                                        Staff:it will get deliveredsoon
                                        No response whole day

                                        8/8/17
                                        I called: what happened madam?
                                        Staff:it will get delivered today itself
                                        Me: no mail received
                                        Staff:ill had talked with the supervisor it
                                        Willl soon delivered
                                        Again no response whole day

                                        9/8/17
                                        I called: what happened madam?
                                        Staff:it will get delivered today itself
                                        It is computer generated mail
                                        Again & again same thing
                                        No response whole day

                                        Its 20 days since i applied for opening
                                        Account bt still i can't
                                        1) so at last when it would start my account?
                                        2) how many more days they are going to fool us?
                                        3) who will going to pay me for the loss?
                                        4) these how kotak make money by fooling people?
                                        5) kotak is responsible for wasting my time
                                        6) why kotak insists us to give more & more money at opening?
                                        Please help me out of these
