Dear team i am having personal loan with kotak bank which emi is pending from my side last 4 to 5 months i am having medical issue to my father already informed even though 3 people comes to my house and abusing to my family members
Ranjeet kushwaha [protected] and they are giving dhamki saying that they will abuse you this way only. And also making a noice at my home. Kehte hai aukat nahi hai tumhari....

The procedures of this bank are onerous and cumbrous. For instance if one forgets his cheque book and wishes to withdraw money one has to provide a proof of identity even when one is personally known to the personnel there
My pan and aadhar cards are in variants of my actual name. They have however been legally linked as well as linked in the records of the bank. And yet when called upon to have both the variants of my name reflected...

I've been asking many years to kotak customer executives to update the customer relationship manager who will be the poc for me.

So far it is not updated even i gave many complaints and the person is tagged to me who already left the company.

I'm not sure how kotak bank is managing/maintaining the customer information.

Customer relationship manager details need to update who is active asap....

Hi my name is sravan kumar reddy. Recently i think it's 20 days back i had got call from kotak mahindra bank sales person asked me like today we are having offer like they are no joining fees, no adding on card fee, no annual fee it's completely free sir and limit also 1.00.000 rupees

I had filed a request to activate net banking on my account sr#1-[protected]. On july 21, i receive a mail from kotak with subject "notification - service request no: 1-[protected]: fulfillment". Have been receiving calls from an agent named sachin dongre.. He has be use fake account on facebook.. Sending request to my wifes fb friends callin her female friends from facebook aftr tracking their numbers.. N askin then to call me for payments.. Lik wat the hell is this... He has even called my wife's institute wher she is studing... I mean common why is my wife being pulled into it she is not even aware of this... Why dont u guys take...

I dropped a cheque of hdfc bank for the payment of my kotak credit card on 21 july 2017 & my last date of payment is on 23 july 2017. But today when i ask from kotak credit card team, they said, we don’t received any cheque payment from my credit card. Its already 25 july 2017 & the late fee also considered by you on my credit card payment. Now you just tell me that its whom fault for the late payment.

I have this account for last 4 years, i left my job on november 2016 and since then i had more than rs 10000/- balance in my account. I had taken an loan for bolero camper in oct 2015, for 36 months.
I had been paying regular installments, sometimes late. I had cleared all emi's in march 2017 (Except late payment charges)

After that due to my bad financial condtions april & may emi were
Bounced/dishonoured by my bank but after that june and july emi were cleared, so only two emi were pending.

Then he started abusive on phone very badly and threatened me to pull out from hob "naukri se nikalwa dunga" and he talked in very bad manner on my wife mobile number. Please refer to your mail dated 19/07/2017. You have accepted that the card was returned back to you on 13th june 2016. Then how can you expect me to fulfill the condition for waiving of annual fee. As such the charges claimed by you are illegal. It appears that kmbl has invented a new source for inflating their profit.
