This morning, this car was overtaking every vehicle and was harrasing people on the road.in spite of no vehicle being ahead... It purposely slowed down and didn't let anyone move. I have maintained 60, 000 rs in my salary account but 1400 rs got deducted from my account by saying non maintenance charges. I asked for reversal but not credited anything. Near about 3 months before i had lost my debit card somewhere. I requested for block my card and re issue my debit card and send it to my office or permanent address.

I had been employed with kingsmen fairtech pvt ltd in mohan cooperative industrial area, delhi in sept 2014. My corporate salary account with number [protected] was opened with kotak mahindra nearby area branch.

However every year during the month of july especially i receive abusive calls fromkotak reps stating that there is a amount pending. I have forwarded the issue to kotak managemengt but to no avail. Hi, I took Loan from kotak of rs 1L and i paid for 6 months and due to some financial crisis im failed to pay the amount. now bank is sending mails to my company HR and other departments in my company.

Will the bank has right to send emails to HR, did they are going against rule.

Kindly help me in this regard, will i have right to sue on bank for doing this ?

I opened a salary account with kotak mahindra bank in the month of february. I applied for a credit card from the same bank in the month of june. Suddenly one day i received a mail and message from kotak mahindra bank saying "as per your request, we have changed the preference of your email id [protected]@gmail.com for your crn : xx5496".

Then i haven't received any mail from the bank, later i tried...

I have made the transaction on 7th may 2017 for rs 1487 but they wrongly made the transaction of rupees 4753rs, after the transaction made (4753) they said that the transaction is cancelled from our side and money get back into your account and than they made the correct transaction of rupees 1487rs.

On Saturday 30.06.2017 I have withdrawn Rs 200 from ATM and there was Rs 10700 on my account but after that transaction I got message that my balance is Rs 9213.11 there was short of around Rs 1400 without any intimation and also I'm not able to see any deduction in my statement for that amount.

Guys Please dont use "Kotak Mahindra Bank" CREDIT CARD, in that they will give you online credit limit & cash withdrawal limit, but i[censored] withdraw the cash they will charge 300/- for using credit card..even i[censored] withdraw 100/- they will be charing 300/- i am very much disappointed with their service like looting people. i have faced this so manyy times that 300/- have been debited but later i came to know the fact that they were charging for...
