Sir i have to open account in online. Your excutive contact me on phone call. They said to your agent will contact directly on[protected]. But no one can contact me. What can i do sir. I wan to open an account urjently i your bank, because i have an some personal work. Will you can't give any information i have to oppen an account in another bank. So please contact me as early possible.

    Hi my name is sravan kumar reddy. Recently i think it's 20 days back i had got call from kotak mahindra bank sales person asked me like today we are having offer like they are no joining fees, no adding on card fee, no annual fee it's completely free sir and limit also 1.00.000 rupees

    After applying for it submitted proofs and got credit card, i have actived the credit card then it shows like balance is around 1800rs how can i pay without using why do they need to make fraud statement and make customers credit card

    As of now i don't need that credit card i want to cancel it without any charges please sort these out bcoz 1800 is more for anyone for one false statement of sales person i need to pay 1800rs its for one week expenses

    Please i don't want these credit card bcoz they are charging me and i don't want bcoz they kotak salesman had made false statement

    I am attaching his called data time period and my due credit card amount til now i did use it i want to cancel that credit card for salesperson fraud statements and making them to take credit cards

      I had filed a request to activate net banking on my account sr#1-[protected]. On july 21, i receive a mail from kotak with subject "notification - service request no: 1-[protected]: fulfillment". The email did not contain any information whether the request was granted or rejected. Later on july 22 i receive a mail from priyanka (No. [protected]@kotak.com) stating that "we trust that as per your conversation with our branch/phone banking officer your query has been addressed with the necessary action.". Still no information whether the request was granted or not. Assuming the request was fulfilled, i thought my net banking was active and tried to log into my account today. While logging in, i receive the following message "your net banking access is blocked. Please call up our 24hrs customer contact centre for further assistance.[channelblock]". Please refer to the attached image for the reference.

      Now i have filed written complaint in the branch, filed complaint with customer care twice, filed a complaint via email and received two emails related to fulfillment of my request. Now i am completely unaware of what to do to get access to net banking.

        I got a salary account got msg will be activated within 24hrs the crn number wth ph number trying to login but saying ph number is not registered with ph number kindly tell me if my account is active or no because i can't let my salary go on hold kindly check n reply y my crn number is not registered as it is been more than 24hrs becoz having a bad issue wth this

          Have been receiving calls from an agent named sachin dongre.. He has be use fake account on facebook.. Sending request to my wifes fb friends callin her female friends from facebook aftr tracking their numbers.. N askin then to call me for payments.. Lik wat the hell is this... He has even called my wife's institute wher she is studing... I mean common why is my wife being pulled into it she is not even aware of this... Why dont u guys take an action... He was so freaking rude over the call.. He even stated he would walk into her institute n show us... What the hwll is this what typ of client consultation is this.. Its freaking us out.. We had to literally apologies to peopl not needed

            I dropped a cheque of hdfc bank for the payment of my kotak credit card on 21 july 2017 & my last date of payment is on 23 july 2017. But today when i ask from kotak credit card team, they said, we don’t received any cheque payment from my credit card. Its already 25 july 2017 & the late fee also considered by you on my credit card payment. Now you just tell me that its whom fault for the late payment.
            If you check my credit card details since from starting, i never charged for late payment.
            Now i just want to know that who is the real culprit for late payment.

            Iam just waiting for your reply.

              To add to my agony, immediately after posting this complaint regarding money looting of kotak mahindra bank. Please check complain link

              I received an unsecured and unauthorised email from [protected]@gmail.com with kotak mahindra bank as its subject line. The email has no authorised logo or any kind of authentication of kotak mahindra bank.

              The fraudulent email asks me to share front scan copy of my debit/credit card and my current account statement (Which contains an important element i. E crn number)

              I am very clear that i am not supposed to share my atm card or any other bank details other than my account number. As per my knowledge this last 4 digit of my a/c number is enough to help the bank get my money back.

              Please help me get my refund (If they give) in a secured way. I am ready for any other kind of authentication as per rbi guidelines as the customer of kotak mahindra bank like my pan or aadhar, and likely to share only my a/c number to an authorised kotak bank personel only. Nothing else other than this!!!

              Please refund my money back in an authorised and authenticated way.

                Hello sir,

                My name arpita biswas. I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank a/c no - xxxxxxxx. I have this account for last 4 years, i left my job on november 2016 and since then i had more than rs 10000/- balance in my account. Yesterday all of a sudden i received a message from kotak mahindra bank stating deduction of rs 1080 from my account without any kind of prior intimation.

                1) when the salary account was opened i was told that it will be a 0 balance account (So how the non maintenance charge was deducted)

                2) secondly my account balance shows amount deducted rs 531 for non maintenance on may 17 and again rs 531 for non maintenance on june 2017

                To clarify you i will give you a summary of my transactions:

                I had around rs 11000 left in my account in month of may 2017. On that same month i had withdrawn rs 9930, and after few days rs 11000 was again deposited back into my account on may 2017

                After that no big amount was withdrawn by me and rs 11000 was continuously maintained till date.

                So how come again in june 2017 rs 531 deducted??? A big question!!!

                What kind of a bank is kotak mahindra, that they charge deductions wrongfully??? That too without any prior intimation

                Is this not some kind of a scam going on???

                I want my hard earned money back or else i will have to close my account and say good bye to kotak forever.

                  Sir,

                  I had taken an loan for bolero camper in oct 2015, for 36 months.
                  I had been paying regular installments, sometimes late. I had cleared all emi's in march 2017 (Except late payment charges)

                  After that due to my bad financial condtions april & may emi were
                  Bounced/dishonoured by my bank but after that june and july emi were cleared, so only two emi were pending.

                  Kotak mahindra bank executive mr. Girish called on 12/7/2017 for payment and was told by us that it will be cleared by this month end, but instead of settlement he started abusing and passed personal comments to us and threatened if payment is not made immediately he will sieze the vehicle and make us cry and run to him within one week, which he did. (Audio recording available with us how your officers talk to customers).

                  No writing communication was sent to us till 22/7/2017, instead our letter for releasing the vehicle reached him in 3 days, their letter had not reached us in 10 days.

                  On 18/7/2017, the outstanding emi were also paid, but their demand is to
                  Clear full loan amount, even when 14 installments are pending as per
                  Agreement. They are threatening to auction the vehicle if full amount is
                  Not paid in 7 days.

                  Sir this vehicle is seized intentionally to harass us, we request you to please help us release our vehicle and we assure that in future all payments will be done regularly.

                  Below is the copy which we mail to them daily but no reply is given.

                  Sir,

                  In reference to loan account no. Tfe3328473, it has been 10 days your recovery agents have siezed the vehicle.

                  We have already paid two emi which were due but till today no letter has been received by us for outstanding amount.

                  Sir, our letter dated 13/7/2017 sent by rpad received by you on 18/7/2017, then
                  How come your letter dated 12/7/2017 sent by rpad is still not received by us.

                  Even after daily communication you are not replying to us, which shows you are least bothered about the matter and are intentionaly harassing us.

                  Sir we are facing financial loss due to your seizure of our vehicle that to without any prior notice.

                  We request you to immediately solve the matter and reply to us or our financial loss has to be borne by you.

                    He called me that you have taken loan from city financial and now merged in kotak mahindra.
                    Then he started abusive on phone very badly and threatened me to pull out from hob "naukri se nikalwa dunga" and he talked in very bad manner on my wife mobile number. Day by day he started to make a call in my office on landline number and disturbing to staff. Office i just joined in the month if may. I was not in job from the last 9 to 10 months & got a very heavy financial problems in my family. Also i got a road accident 20 days back and plastered in my left hand. He told me very heavy amount for settlement, i already told him i can't pay this much but he started again calls and making pressure on me. He also told me thief and treated very badly on phone.

                        I have a salary account mahindra bank with account number ([protected]). I left the job in april 2017. No salary credited from three months.
                        But
                        I deposited 30000 into the account every month. But few days back they deducted 1416 for the months of may and june as well (As nmc (Non maintenance charges). While opening the account it was told that it's a zero balance account, then how would u deduct the money without intimation.
                        Kindly look after the issue and i want my money to be credited back.

                          I am life advisor from march 2017 for kotak life insurance after passing irda exam.
                          I was committed commission of 24% by kotak jayanagar bangalore branch near ashoka pillar executives that commission will be paid in cycles every month. I did ask several times if they pay commissions when policy holder and advisor is the same person, went a head investing 62 k per annum premium for family life policy in march 2017.in may i approached executive kotak about due commission, he reverted kotak is holding fmy commission for further nop as the policy holder and advisor is the same. When asked if he had told before, i would have taken in others name, he does not reply.
                          This is very bad push and i got pushed now begging for release of commission.

                          Kotak bank issues me a new card with 45K limit but not able to use the card when contacted CCC informed that the new card is linked with the previous card so the total combined limit will be 45K, why should i pay charges for the several cards associated to a single primary card

                            I got a mail from ms swati kapoor naming that my profile from shine had been selected for the bank operations manager profile i need to get registered for that paying 1650 i got registered and got a mail regarding the telephonic interview with date and time. The telephonic interview had been scheduled on 22nd may 2017 i had attended the interview it was done by mr uday singh kotak. After two days i got a feed back form and confirmation mail from the email with domain [protected]@kotak.com. Then a relationship manager named abhijeet singh had taken my joining responsibilities and asked me to pay (4500+5638) for certificate verification and itm registration fee. I paid the money and got letter of confirmation and offer letter. After receiving offer letter he asked (Abhijeet singh) me to pay 56000 in two installments but i refused to pay that convincing him telling my family problmes, then got a mail from [protected]@kotak.com stating that the process had been delayed because of the delay from my side. It was given in that mail that my joining is scheduled on 24th july at gujarat for hr round. I asked him to change the interview location since it takes me around 32 hours to travel there. After two days he answered my call and told me to go to chennai (Job location) for hr round i came to chennai before the date of interview and called him around 100 times he then answered once and told me because of gst changes he was struck in the meeting and hr norms had been revised and told me to go back to my home town. Then i searched his phone number for availability then found in just dial reviews that his number belongs to an consultancy named employer group of india, delhi. He told me that again hr contacts me on monday for sure.

                              Kotak executive had claimed to settle the amount rs 6000 is to be paid but after doing the payment they refused to give me the settlement letter saying that additional 2000 is to be paid which i refused and now they are saying that the amount of interest has reached rs.10000 and also my record on the cibil records have being affected because of this. Inspite of being ready to do the settlement not one of the kotak executives guided me to the right authority and now are insisting to pay rs.10000 with no fault of mine. After several failed attempts i am forced to write on this board. Looking forward for some final and reasonable settlement and closure of this issue.

                                  Please refer to your mail dated 19/07/2017. You have accepted that the card was returned back to you on 13th june 2016. Then how can you expect me to fulfill the condition for waiving of annual fee. As such the charges claimed by you are illegal. It appears that kmbl has invented a new source for inflating their profit.                                     This morning, this car was overtaking every vehicle and was harrasing people on the road.in spite of no vehicle being ahead... It purposely slowed down and didn't let anyone move. Almost hit our car and harassed me for a good 20 mins on road. Strict action must be taken against such rogue reckless drivers asap.                                       In kolkatta salt lake bank there is a staff name ishita nandy she cheated with me she take my sign in all blank forms after that without my knowledge and my permission she processe 2 health insurance after then when i ask how its happen with me she told her freind doing that and that time is really a very bad time for me becoz my daughter ruprekha chatterji she's not well for after that for my husband i got my money back becoz he also in a insurance company he fight for me.. There all staff they know all but when i'm alone no body help me when my husband came they will agree they r wrong..

                                        I have maintained 60, 000 rs in my salary account but 1400 rs got deducted from my account by saying non maintenance charges. I asked for reversal but not credited anything. I asked to close the account at-least but they are not closing. I transferred my money to other bank account. Please close the bank account immediately or credit the deducted money. How can the bank deduct money even though i am maintaining 60k bucks in my account?? I did not receive any messages also. Close the credit card also immediately.
