We understand the concern shared by you with regards to Non-Maintenance charges levied to your account.
We would like to inform you that Salary accounts are opened with a “Zero balance” balance feature on a condition of continues salary credits on monthly basis.
In-case if the salary is not being credited for two continuous months, then “Zero Balance” feature is revoked and the account attracts “non-maintenance of balance” charges.
As per your account type i.e. Aspira salary account, an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of Rs. 25, 000 needs to be maintained on daily basis from the month the salary is not credited.
This communication is sent in statement of accounts on the registered email address, besides a separate email is sent informing to maintain the required average monthly balance following RBI guideline.

Note charges levied are as per old general schedule of features and charges, where in you had to maintain Rs. 25, 000 as per the AMB if there were no salary credits in your account.
As per the revised general schedule of features and charges w.e.f April 1st, 2017 in case salary is not sighted or product AMB not maintained for 2 consecutive months, the account shall be converted to Corporate Salary EDGE Account and General Schedule of features and Charges for Corporate Salary EDGE Account shall be applicable.
Hence, as per revised general schedule of features and charges w.e.f April 1st, 2017 you need to maintain Rs 10, 000 as AMB if there are no salary credit in your account.
