Hi,

Today i called customer care number [protected] and i waited till 39 min (Which cost me around 54 rs) for your representative to receive the call but now one responded to that call. I had some queries for which i called you.
This is very disappointing to see that a very good bank with a very bad customer support. So i hope that i will be able to see some improvements in near future as i have really liked some good ideas the bank is showing.
If i see no improvement then i will have to quit this bank. I hope i will never face this kind of situation in near future.

    The below message i wrote to kotak mahindra bank today

    This is in reference to my credit card no 4147-xxxx-xxxx-4324. I intend to bring in your kind notice that i was settled my cc on dated 13/04/2016 for amount of rs 75000/- with telephonic conversation and i was paid 5200/- on same date as per representative required for 1st installment of the card settlement.

    Thereafter every month i was paid monthly installment to kotak bank amount of rs 5k to 6k as per the representative demanding before the date of bank closing.in the meanwhile after few month i've received the hard copy of settlement letter with 6 month tenure.

    Finally i was completely paid my all dues in the form of cash rs 75000/- until april 2017 with excess amount rs 2700/- paid due to representative demand for misc. Bank charges on card (Total amount paid 77700/- as per cc statement)

    Last wednesday i got a call from your other kotak representative name mr. Vinayak[protected] with threats and abuse language and according to him the total amount received out of the dues is 69000/- and demanding rs 6000/- more if i'll fail to pay they can cancel my settlement letter and claim over the total outstanding on card of rs 110000/-. I described about the settlement and told him to talk with your past/ collect representative and check the statement clearly but he totally refuse to talk with them due to reason of our senior protocol they can't be able to talk with any junior executives.

    You are requested to please look at this matter at your end and clear my outstanding asap.

    Otherwise i'll raise the complaint and lodge an fir agaist kotak mahindra bank and your representative.

      Dear sir,
      Myself from dr. K. Sundiresan, i am a veterinarian by profession. I was working in bangalore, so my salary a/c was in kotak mahindra bank. My a/c no. [protected] somehow they registered my name for credit card, but i left the job & the city before i got any card, i didn’t receive any credit card. But for past 6 months they keep on calling me & saying there is a balance in my credit card & if i don’t pay they will issue civil charges.
      I have not received the card, not used the card in single time, and not seen the card. But now they are torturing me through mails, calls. I called customer care no[protected]. But no response. I even tried to address them through online email form, but that’s not working too.
      Kindly do the needful.

      I'm sher Bahadur Chand(a/a [protected] ) I have salary account and regularly salary credit in my account but in this month 10 and 11 june rs 690 and 690 amounts had been deducted from my account. Ression shows non maintains charge, I have complained many times by mail by call visiting bank but problem remains same till now. Why?. Reply asap

        I have made payment through mvisa to tata sky on june 19, 2017.. No body has clue where money has gone and now kotak bank is telling me to wait for 45 days to resolve query... Amount is 697... I am getting confusing information from call centre... First call i was told that it will get resolved in 5 day and in consecutive call it became 45 days... I am losing confidence...           Hello, i am from belgharia. B15th june i got a call from kitak mahibdra old mutual life insurance shakespeare sarani branch for job offering as a recruitment hr. I went to their office & gave interview. Hr rakhi santrs told. Same thing to me & said about training.. They charged me 1100 for recruitment training. But during training i heard that i was hired for insurance agent profile. That's truely cheating. They are really fraud.

            Hello,

            Without informing me kotak bank has deduct around 1400 rupees from my account. Before deposit 10, 000 rupees they did't inform me. Now when i check my statment i m shoicked to see 1400 deduction by kotank bank. I just want my 1400 rupees back into my account because there is not my fault.
            If not respved asap, will lodge complaint in consumer as well as in civil police station as fraud by bank

            Dear Fawwaz,
            Thank you for banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
            We understand the concern shared by you with regards to Non-Maintenance charges levied to your account.
            We would like to inform you that Salary accounts are opened with a “Zero balance” balance feature on a condition of continues salary credits on monthly basis.
            In-case if the salary is not being credited for two continuous months, then “Zero Balance” feature is revoked and the account attracts “non-maintenance of balance” charges.
            As per your account type i.e. Aspira salary account, an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of Rs. 25, 000 needs to be maintained on daily basis from the month the salary is not credited.
            This communication is sent in statement of accounts on the registered email address, besides a separate email is sent informing to maintain the required average monthly balance following RBI guideline.
            For more clarification, please refer the below link which explains the applicable general schedule of features and charges

            Note charges levied are as per old general schedule of features and charges, where in you had to maintain Rs. 25, 000 as per the AMB if there were no salary credits in your account.
            As per the revised general schedule of features and charges w.e.f April 1st, 2017 in case salary is not sighted or product AMB not maintained for 2 consecutive months, the account shall be converted to Corporate Salary EDGE Account and General Schedule of features and Charges for Corporate Salary EDGE Account shall be applicable.
            Hence, as per revised general schedule of features and charges w.e.f April 1st, 2017 you need to maintain Rs 10, 000 as AMB if there are no salary credit in your account.

              Hi this abubakr from mumbai i opened account in kotak before a month then i applied for debit card then i got msg from kotak 31 may 17 your card dispatched but still i didnt get my card i complaint may b 5 time but no solution my cnr num is[protected] i think kotak is playing with customers whenever i m calling to kotak then they r saying u will receive your card within 5 days but still no solution its very stupid service and more more more poor service

                Hello,
                I made a wrong imps transaction on[protected] from kotak mahindra to icici bank. I have raised complaint regarding the same on same day. I went to both the bank and talk to them. They both are pointing to each other and saying that action has to be done from other side. Still now i did not get any proper response from both end. Please let me know how can i deal with this issue.

                  I have done imps transaction from kotak mahindra to hdfc bank on[protected] rupees of 6000. Unfortunately that was wrong transaction. I have raised a complaint on the same day to kotak. Still i did not get any proper response from both the bank. I went to both the bank and talk to them, both are pointing to each other saying that it has to do from their side. Please let me know how can i deal with it.

                    This is to inform you that i have not yet received the refund of the cancelled ticket which was cancelled by me on 7th june 2017.

                    The details of which is mentioned as below:

                    Cancelled date – 07/06/2017
                    Cancellation id – [protected]
                    Refund amount – rs. 2, 015
                    Refund status – refunded
                    Refund date – 13/06/2017

                    The reservation was made from secunderabad to howrah in train no. 12836, class - 2 ac.

                    Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 13.06.2017, but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. It’s more than 10 days have passed but i have not received the refund.

                    Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.

                    Hope for a swift action from your side.

                      I was trying to do the payment but the same is getting credited back to my account and receiving an sms stating that ifsc code error, spoken with customer care complained lot of times still no response from them, now collections team is calling me and harrazing me for doing the payment, how can i do the payment when it is crediting back, i am from a reputed family and these types of things are really hurting me a lot, i am saying them that i am ready to do the payment but when i was asking about my issue they are not ready to provide resolution nor giving me an alternate option for doing payment.

                        I have transferred amount 2871/- through my kotak mahindra bank account ([protected]) to state bank of india ([protected]) on april 3rd 2017 with reference number[protected]. But still didn't received to destination account and not reversed to kotak account too. I have reached to both sbi stonehoupet branch, nellore and kotak bank, nellore no one is responding helping me. Kotak mahindra bank saying from my side transaction got success from sbi (State bank india) is saying we didnt recived the amount. I am not sure where it got strucked. Please check and take it as my request.

                          Hi, i am very shocked after getting cibil report, i don't have any account of kotak mahendra bank but y cibil report shows that i have a lone account with kotak mahendra bank from 2006 and lone amount rs.18800/- interest rs.900/- due from 2006 interesting is kotak mahendra bank have started there service from 2014-15 so how is it possible to get lone from the bank on 2006!!! And 2nd interesting thing is lone dues from 2006 but any executive of the bank or recovery cell or others didn't call me for recover the lone, in this period of 11 years i didn't know about this lone... I am very sorry to say, this is my bad luck... Now i am expecting to clear the issue and releaf me.

                            Dear team,

                            This is regarding the due payment of my loan no spln60330569

                            I have taken loan from you this month but it was horrible experience with kotak bank
                            I was charge some amount for late payment (Other late fee st and finance charge all) so i have called few days before when my loan was updated by you and mr vijesh & nayana you team has confirmed me that i can pay remaining payment emi on 10 july 2017. I got the statement and found that charges has not been removed so i again contacted to your customer care and told her to remove this charge. I was not been informed about these charges neither by mail nor by sms or call. So i will not pay these charges with me rudely and her behavior was not professional.
                            Who will responsible my cbil score.
                            Now i am frustrated from this kindly resolve it asap

                            I have tried so many time to close this matter but i think your team is not interested to sort out this problem.
                            I don't want to go for further action if you sort out it so it would be great for me if you could do it as soon as possible.

                              Kotak bank is the world's very worst bank. It charge our valuable money unnecessarily. Like a mask robber.

                              My account number is[protected] they take unnecessary money every month. Last month also they take money then i call the customer care. They say you didn't maintain the mab. So, if you maintain the mab we can return your amount. I already maintain mab amount this month but they take money again from my account.

                              Totally they take (Rs 677.81, 12.19, 517.50) 1207.50 rs

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that, abn amro credit card nos: [protected], has been settled by me on 5th jan'2008, by paying cash amount of rs.10, 000/- towards the reference letter,

                                It's disappointing to get repeated phone calls & see repeated mails on this matter from kotak mahindra bank (On behalf of abn amro).

                                It is giving me a mental torture & unnecessary disturbance to lead a normal life.

                                In spite of settling the credit card ([protected]), on 5th jan'2008, even till today (15th jun'2017) my name is featuring in defaulter's list & repeated phone calls & mails on this regards from your bank.

                                This is badly affecting my credentials.

                                Pls help me to resolve this issue, credit card: [protected], once for all as well as to remove my name from the defaulter list.

                                  We have opened our current account with kotak bank from last 6 months considering facility of net banking. But we are enable to use this facility. It is informed to odhav (Ahmedabad) branch 8-10 time. But still not solved

                                  During opening of account, kotak executive has informed us so many benefits o[censored]se. But nothing to use after opening this account. We are not getting any support regarding result oriented solution

                                  We need regularly net banking for our firm transaction and we are facing very much problem. Please do needfully to resolve this net banking problem as soon as...

                                  Net banking problem is regarding transaction only. During transfer money, we are getting alert as alarm form and we are not able to submit transaction of money transfer

                                    Why do have marks just from zero and no minus marks!?!? Even sbi is far better than you in operating speed... I applied for a current account in march, which took one month to activate... I applied for dmat and sip the v. Same time along with my application for current account... It took your bank two months to process my dmat which i got only in may end and yet to get my sip... So it takes you 75+ days to give your customer a sip account and so for i have not yet received it. Better shut down ur bank, because even public sector banks are much faster than you. Your employees doesnt attend my calls. I visited the branch 4 times personally in the last two months to speed up the process. Nothing happened so far. Who wil bear the loss i incurred!?!? Will u!?!?

                                      I blocked my credit card and selected with option "no replacement required" as per the attached screen shot.

                                      But i have charged 100 rs + service tax, why should i pay his charges when i haven't requested for replacement. I have similar issues in my previous statements.

                                      Eg: ccp (Card protection plans), with out my approval the service is renewal, for this i asked for disconnection of service before renewal of my service. Same thing is complained with consumer help line today.

                                      They are many many wrongly charged and hidden from statements.

                                        This is to inform you that we your existing current account holder at kabir plaza, sub plot no. K-1 to k-5 vadodara-390009 gujarat, india. Ifsc - kkbk000843 is highly unsatisfied by your service. I would like give the explanation in detail.
                                        We were given the surety to open an current account at your kotak bank by offering interest on the said accounts by m/s kinjal majmudar - mobile number [protected] convincing us by telling that non of the bank is offering interest on current account but we will surely be giving you. But after the account was opened she refused to give interest & said that the above management refused to offer the interest & said sorry for that.
                                        All together we have deposited the amount of approx 30-35 lakhs in our seven accounts
                                        1) eshanti heights association
                                        2) eshanti heights tower a association
                                        3) eshanti heights tower b association
                                        4) eshanti heights tower c association
                                        5) eshanti heights tower d association
                                        6) eshanti heights tower e association
                                        7) eshanti heights tower f association.
                                        Though we were fooled by your employ we then even continued the accounts with your bank. But then after for the transfer of names in the said accounts we are highly suffering till date from the follow up we started on 21/03/2017. The employees who are involved in it are 1) mr gaurang patel - mobile [protected], 2) mr ashish - mobile [protected], 3) mr mazhar hussain - mobile [protected], & above all the branch manager is also involved in it where they are demanding some unauthorised deals for the completion of work in time.
                                        We have visited personal to the branch for atleast not less than 10 times and meet all these persons & even they have visited our site once but no results till date.
                                        Even the drafting which you demanded was done 3-4 times because of some or the other reason the drafting once approved by this persons get unapproved by their seniors.
                                        Because of such misconduct we have shifted our one account to another bank & further we are forced to transfer our rest of accounts also in another bank by your authorities. Please do take the immediate action on it give customer satisfaction. It was necessary to bring to your notice so i thaught to send you this mail. Please take necessary action and call me on my mobile number [protected].
