Dear sir/madam.
Your bank was charg me ₹.118 which i not required service.
But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account. As it can be clearly seen in the screenshot attached with this mail that i have charge. Kindly explan to me the reason for the leving of this charges and refund me the charges hence wrongfully debited to my account.

    Yesterday I recd. Call from [protected] kotak recovery department. The lady use rude language and blame on me that someone not pay credit card amt. And my aadhar card is with bank. So she call me for that. I told her I don't know anyone but she threat me on the name of police. I want to take legal action and want justice on this nuisance of bank.

      Hi... I m very disappointed with the customer service u provide ... I don't think it's right to take access of my savings account without my approval... My total salary is blocked because I have a due for just a month on credit card... There is not at all a proper service given to the customer they are asking me to clear total outstanding balance of 28000 ... How can a person pay that if his savings is blocked... It's robbing people and cheap tricks... I asked them to hold the minimum balance but still they are stubborn with there policies... Hence I need an explanation on this or will take this to consumer court...

          Hi, i was having a loan od 35000 against a washing machine i brought last year for my mother. A emi was bounced for the month of may it was the second last emi and later on i paid the emi 3500rs to their executive (piyush gaur) along with the bouncing charges of rs 750 which he didn't submitted to the bank. Then i thought the issue is resolved untill i opened the bank website on 1st of june which was showing amounts 1998.68 as pending and 3500 as emi of the month june. I paid that money as well. And i thought that it was all over. But i started getting calls and messages from the bank right after that as they told me I've this and that remaining balance on my account. I told their executives everything and it was taking a great amount of toll and i was very concerned about all these things. Couldn't sleep at nights. For almost a month. And between all this small amounts of money were getting deducted from my bank account and i was unable to put money in that account. I suffered a loss there as well as I'll have to pay penalties to the bank for not putting minimum balance in it. I've paid around 3400 rs over my emi of 3500 and still getting asked for money

            I had given m complaint on 14/07/2022, but there is no good response from Kotak Bank, since I have complained, it has started bothering me even more, three to four people a day whatsapp and call from different numbers. I have already complained that I have given below

            According to the bank employee, I made the payment but did not close my account, did fraud with me, now the bank employee says that mail id is wrong, they are threatening, I got upset with them, their branches do not help, if they call in the call center, then they speak Employee left we can not do anything please help hey Kotak Mahindra Bank employee Sandeep Kumar Singh whose mail id is sandeepkumar.[protected]@kotak.com This letter came from mail still my account was not closed. And he's troubling too much

                I have applied composite house loan as I want to pursue my life time dream of owning a house in my native place. I did choose a plot of my budget and provided all the documents to the bank along with 8-9 empty cheque leaves of my bank account. I paid the legal fees and technical fees along with the Mortgage challan fees in cash and issued a cheque of processing fees of 15000+ rupees. With that, I paid total bank charges of Rs.52000 /-approximately. The bank took more than 3 months to process the loan by saying they will take hardly 1 month to process the loan and disburse the amount. Meanwhile, the due date of 3 months for the unregistered plot agreement is expired. After which all of the my hard earned money was stuck with the land seller and the bank. I had to convince the seller after facing lot many issues to provide some more time for the registration. While the bank is not at all concerning about the processing of loan and finally when the agreement is overdue, they have told me that they are not issuing the loan because of few technical issues.
                During this entire period of around 4 months, I roamed around the bank lot many times and provided all the documents requested. But at the end, everything including all of my time and money is waste of time. On top of it, I had to face the seller with empty pockets. Finally, after roaming around the bank multiple times, they gave the documents back in which few of the copies were missing. they didn't return the cheque leaves(including the processing fee cheque leaf issued and the all the empty cheque leaves). They paid the mortgage challan amount to the sub-registrar dept., even before they had complete clearance from their end. I had been told to wait for the refund to get from the dept.., when it is not my fault.

                Even now to take back my application, am roaming around the bank for cheque leaves and the refund amount.

                Bank should have issued the loan or not before the due of plot agreement. They can't waste an individual's time by making up everything and taking all the fees.

                I had to go through lot of stress mentally and physically to make this happen while they are so reckless about the processing.

                Please help me resolve it.

                  The kotak mahindra bank officer called me 10 times for plz take life time free credit card... They said at the time of taken. After that i didn't used that card, but they sended annual charges 821 rupess with gst. I compailnted to cancel my cc. But they said, pay due amount after we camcel your credit card, .. I talked customer care service.. About reversal charges with gst ref 1-[protected]. Until now they are sended due amount statement daily .. I called to ccare they said every two days plz call after two days.. But no one solved my problem

                    But none of the customer's care or bank are helping me 13 July I raised the issue today's 26 July but no response from the bank .

                      Hi I am ex kotak credit card holder (CRN[protected] Phone [protected].
                      Bank has levied me incorrect charges & i followed up for 8 months and stopped making payment post that. They did all nuisance threatening; abusing; harassment. I am fighting case legally as i have all documented properly for years. Multiple kotak teams approached me with multiple offers for settlement; as i want to leave peaceful life i thought of chosing one. Discussion started on June 2022 & there were some confusion from their end and provided another settlement letter in July 2022. I was supposed to make payment by 26th July 2022. I have asked them (Deepesh [protected]) to share their official ID; initially he agreed. Later he refused & when i replied to the settlement letter i received they replied my offer was declined in July 2022. When i asked them when offer is rejected in June 2022; how did they send offer in July 2022 they dont have answer for it. I escalated it to Lakshman [protected]. I am fighting legally as I have all documented properly; despite which I chose to settlement as I dont want to waste my time. I have paid 80000 (in multiple shots; everytime someone will come and say once i make payment issue will be resolved; but they will abscond post getting money from me) for outstanding amount of 120716. Request someone to pitch in to resolve this issue.

                          My name is Sarika Sharma I am holding the Kotak Mahindra credit card, 4363XXXXXXXX9325, In the month of July ( 22 July 2022) is the due date of the payment but for some reason, I am not able to pay the amount, The recovery agent has WhatsApp me and started writing abusing language I told her that I will pay in a month last, Every month I pay my dues on time but due to some reason I not able to pay this month's dues. I have the screenshot which I am attaching ( Payment bharnae ki aukat nai hoti ha to credit card nahi lena chahiya) and many more bad language they have used, WhatsApp number is [protected], [protected] as per bank or RBI guidelines no recovery agent can use foul language or give harassment call to any customer.

                            My name is Sarika Sharma I am holding the Kotak Mahindra credit card, 4363XXXXXXXX9325, This month 22 July 22 is the due date of the payment but for some reason, I am not able to pay the amount, The recovery agent has called and WhatsApp me and started writing abusing language, I have the screenshot ( Payment bharnae ki aukat nai hoti ha to credit card nahi lena chahiya, and many more bad language they have used, WhatsApp number is [protected], [protected] as per bank or RBI guideline no recovery agent can use foul language or give harassment call to any customer.

                                Respected Sir,

                                With much regret I am writing this letter to you . Off late every year for 3 months I receive abusive calls from Kotak representatives. I have sent mails regarding the same earlier also but to no avail. It was only after I lodged a complaint in consumer forum that the calls stopped. This year however again they have started harassing me and my family again especially one agent by the name of Sakshi ( Ph -[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected])She is constantly calling my previous work place and abusing and threatening.
                                Your agent is so threatening that my toddler is now terrified of my landline ringing and cries out of fear of abuses.
                                My mother in law is so terrified of them that she now refuses to pick up any call coz she knew she will be hurled abuses and also threatened to be taken to the police station . She is old and agile and I think that all this is definitely not in the training curriculum of KOTAK. However, I once again am forced to take the help pf consumer forum and would request you to also take roper steps to stop this kind of harassment. I also requested the agents to follow up with me via email but on a daily basis they would call 20 times on my cell number and around 15 times on my landline. I have changed my work place but still they would keep calling my previous employer and cause harassment .

                                  उपरोक्त विषय में आपको अवगत करना है की हमारी कंपनी ने दिसम्बर 2018 में रोहित ऑटो व्हीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से गाड़ी खरीदी थी ! हमने रोहित ऑटो व्हीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सेल्स पर्सन हरिंदर से 12 +D फाॅर्स टेम्पो ट्रैवलर की डिमांड की थी और उन्होंने मुझे टैम्पो ट्रैवलर दिया और उसकी सिटींग कैपेसिटी के बारे में नहीं बताया जब गाड़ी रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के बाद मेरे पास गाड़ी की RC अप्रैल 2019 में आई तब मुझे पता चला की गाड़ी 17 + D सीटर है फिर मैंने रोहित ऑटो व्हील्स को इस बारे में सूचित किया की मैंने आपसे 12 + D सीटर गाड़ी मांगी थी और अपने मुझे 17 + D सीटर क्यों दी है | जिसके बाद उन्होंने हमे यह आश्वासन दिया की गाड़ी रजिस्ट्रेशन टाइम पर क्लेरिकल मिस्टेक हुई है हम इसे ठीक करा देंगे | यह सब अप्रैल 2019 से अगस्त 2019 तक चला इसी बीच जब हमने तहकीकात की तो यह पता चला की रोहित ऑटो व्हीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने यह कार्य और गाड़ियों में भी किया है | अगस्त 2019 में जब हमने कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड से पूछताछ की तब हमे यह जानकारी मिली की बैंक और शोरूम की मिलीभगत से धोखाधड़ी की गयी है | क्यूँकि शोरूम द्वारा ही बैंक को हमसे मिलवाया गया था | हमे सस्ती गाड़ी दी गई और लोन डिस्बर्से करने के लिए महंगी गाड़ी का डुप्लीकेट बिल लगाया गया है | हमने गाड़ी रोहित ऑटो व्हील्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड दिल्ली से गाड़ी ली है जबकि हमे बिल रोहित ऑटो व्हील्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड फरीदाबाद का दिया गया | जब हमने बैंक को इस बारे में सूचित किया तब उन्होंने हमे यह बोले की बैंक के सेल्स पर्सन और डीलर से बात करें | उसके बाद हमने बैंक को सूचित किया की हम आपका ECS मेंडेट हटा देंगे | तब भी बैंक द्वारा कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है | जब बैंक द्वारा कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की गई तब हमने अगस्त 2019 में बैंक का ECS मेंडेट स्टॉप कर दिया और आगे की किस्ते NEFT द्वारा दी |

                                  रोहित ऑटोव्हीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा हमने गाड़ी का बिल Rs.13, 78, 217/- का दिया है जो की ओरिजिनल बिल है और शोरूम ने बैंक से लोन अमाउंट डिस्बर्स करने के लिए Rs.15, 73, 217/- का डुप्लीकेट बिल बैंक में जमा किया है | रोहित ऑटो व्हीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा एक गाड़ी के 3 बिल बनाये गए जिसमे से 2 बिल ओरिजनल थे और 1 बिल नकली था जो की बैंक में रोहित ऑटो व्हील्स द्वारा लोन की राशि प्राप्त करने के लिए जमा किया गया ! इस कार्य में रोहित ऑटो व्हील्स और कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड सम्मलित हैं हमे Rs.13, 78, 217/- की गाड़ी दी गई और उसके ऊपर Rs.14, 00, 000/- का लोन किया गया | जिसमे हमने डाउन पेमेंट भी जमा की थी | हमने कुछ डाउन पेमेंट कैश और कुछ अकाउंट ट्रांसफर की थी | डाउन पेमेंट देने के बावजूद बैंक ने गाड़ी पर गाड़ी की कीमत से ज्यादा लोन किया और हमे बताये बिना शोरूम को अमाउंट डिस्बर्स भी कर दिया | यह सब कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड और रोहित ऑटोव्हील्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की मिली भगत से किया गया जिसकी हमे सूचना अगस्त मैं हुई | हमने तभी बैंक का ECS Mandate स्टॉप करवाया और बैंक को इस धोखा धड़ी के बारे में सूचित किया | बैंक द्वारा इस शिकायत पर कोई भी करवाई नहीं की गयी तब हमने बैंक से बिल, इन्शुरन्स और गेटपास जैसे कागज मांगे जो लोन डिस्बर्स करते हुए बैंक को चाहिए होते हैं | बैंक द्वारा मुझे वह कागज भी नहीं दिए गए और हमेशा पैसो की डिमांड करते रहते थे |

                                  हमने गाड़ी की क़िस्त मार्च 2020 तक दी उसके बाद कोरोना महामारी के कारण सरकार द्वारा लॉक डाउन लगा गया | जिसकी वजह से बैंक द्वारा मॉनेटोरियम अप्रैल 2020 से अगस्त 2020 तक दिया गया |जैसे की हमारा टेम्पो ट्रैवलर टूरिस्ट में चलता है और कोरोना की वजह से बहार से आने वाले यात्रियों का आवागमन बंद हो गया था जिस कारण हमारा बिज़नेस अप्रैल 2020 से मार्च 2022 तक नहीं चला | जब हमने बैंक के एग्जीक्यूटिव रोहित को सूचित किया की आपका जितना भी बकाया है उसका डिटेल हमे बताये तब इन्होने हमे कोई भी आश्वासन नहीं दिया | क्यूंकि दो साल से खड़ी गाड़ी ख़राब हो गयी थी और जब हम गाड़ी ठीक करने के लिए गए तो इन्होने गाड़ी रास्ते में रोक दी और पैसो की डिमांड करी तब हमने बैंक में 29 अप्रैल 2022 को 2 लाख रुपए जमा किये और रोहित कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड का एग्जीक्यूटिव ने 50000 गाड़ी छोड़ने की एवज में मांगे जिसमे इनके सीनियर अधिकारी भी शामिल थे | इसके बाद इन्होने हमे अगले 10 दिन तक गाड़ी चलने की अनुमति पत्र दिया और यह भी कहा की आपको 10 तारीख से पहले Rs.50, 000/- जमा करने हैं और आपको प्रत्येक महीने 50, 000 देने होंगे तब आपको गाड़ी चलने का अनुमति पत्र मिलेगा इसकी बदले में रोहित, शोभित, नितीश, गुंजन, पुनीत और उनके सीनियर अधिकारी ने हमसे 50, 000 की घूस ली है | हमने Rs.50, 000/- 10 तरीक से पहले जमा किये को इन लोगो से अनुमति पत्र प्राप्त किया | जब हमने जून माह में रोहित कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक लिमिटेड के एग्जीक्यूटिव को Rs.50, 000/- लेने की बात कही तो इन्होने मुझसे 1 लाख रूपये की मांग करी | तब हमने बैंक के लेटर हेड पर इनसे लिखित में माँगा की आप कितने पैसो की डिमांड कर रहे हो | तब मैंने 08 जून को 2022 को बैंक में 1 लाख जमा किये जिसके बाद बैंक द्वारा 1 माह 10 दिन का अनुमति पत्र मिला | यह लोग हमे बार बार धमकी देते हैं की आपकी गाड़ी उठा लेंगे और घूस मांगते हैं | अब बैंक के अधिकारी और एक्सेक्यूटिवेस ने हमे परेशान करना चालू कर दिया है | ये लोग मिलकर हमे मेंटली डिस्टर्ब करते हैं | इन लोगो का जब मन करता है रास्ते मैं गाड़ी रुकवा लेते हैं और पैसे मांगते हैं गाड़ी में बैठे हुए यात्रियों को भी परेशान करते हैं |
