They sent me message on daily basis that open zero balank account on kotak mahindra but I am not interested on that and got irritated though i also dont have any account in that bank.

    I want to know about the charges has been taken for my Kotak card. Reference has been attached in this mail.

    Every times it has been told like, card is lifetime free card. There is no annual charges . After that we believe these guys and took the card. Now after using 1 year, they will take annual fees.

    These guys always lie for the first time to sell their card. They should have to be loyal to their customer. Every time i asked to the credit card dept., if any annual fees, i don't want the card. They confirmed me always there is no charge it seems.

    I have attached one mail, where they have given me one more offer, if I will upgrade my card. That also will be lifetime free card.

    First of all I don’t need any of your card. Please deactivate/ block my card lifetime. I don’t need your card at anymore.

    And one more thing, I wont pay single penny for this. If you guys wont cancel the charges whatever you have charged me, then I should have to go to consumer forum, with all proof.

    Thanks for your great service. I didn’t expect that from Kotak. I have an loan also with kotak. But they don’t do anything like credit card dept.

      I have been recieving atleast 5 to 6 calls everyday for the past 2 weeks regards credit card. I have told many times to the sales executive that i don't want and pls update the same in your system. But still they continue to call me everyday and it's very annoying.
      Even today I politely asked them to update in their system, they agreed and sent me link which is by the way seeking the approval message for the credit card. I asked them that it's a approval message with link. They said yes, madam but this is the process just screenshot it and caption it as cancel and WhatsApp me. I did the same but later another person called saying this is the verification/conformation call for regarding ur credit card cancellation. Nd then sent me another message in which it's clearly mentioned that this otp is to process your kotak credit Card application.
      The sales lady was on to me asking me to tell her the OTP saying as we enter the OTP u will recieve a cancellation confirmation message. Thus i said her that this otp is not for cancellation but for approval she argued a while and hung up the call.
      This is not a good way to treat a customer. Pls stop fooling people.

      Pls look into the problem and resolve i don't want any further calls from sales team.

        I received a call on 15th June 2022 at 16:00 stating that I am eligible to apply for a credit card where there are no charges as it is a pre approved card.

        I have a voice recording of the same. If required can submit you the same where the sales executive person is clearly stating that it is completely free.

        Hence I applied for the same.

        Attaching herewith screenshots of application where also it states that the charges are 0.

        I received the above credit card on 17th June 2022 at 10:15 am through Bluedart.

        I did not have opened the envelope yet for the same.

        I received a call on 22nd June 2022 at 18:45 stating that it has charges of Rs. 199 per month.

        I was not able to record her voice call as I was travelling.

        I applied for the card as and will help me increase my cibil score.

        I request you to kindly look into this matter and give me this card for free as promised earlier or else resolve this matter at your end with refund as you feel appropriate.

          Deducting Money Without my permission

          I am using zero balance account. They deducted 590 rs many times without sending any information. I need an immediate solution and I need my money back....

          I Have Taken Personal Loan From Kotak Bank And EMI Date Is 02 of The Month And Kotak Mahindra Bank Taken ECS Charges On 21/06/2022 of June EMI of Remark of 05 Jun ECS BOUNCE Charge, But My June EMI Already Debited From My Account On 02/06/2022 And I Have Not Any Extra Loan From Kotak Bank. Bank Has Debited Wrong AMT From My Account. So Please Request To Please Recheck Account And Reverse My Wrongly Debited Amt Of 590/-.               Hi,

              This email is in reference to the Credit Report I received on 13th June, 2022 where I found incorrect data being reported which negatively affects my credit ratings.

              Below are the details about the discrepancy I found

              1. It shows 3 active accounts and 1 overdue account out of 6 accounts, which is incorrect.

              2. Background: The account which shows active for KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK was a credit card, surprisingly issued under my name on 15th Mar'2016 with a Credit limit of 50, 000/-.

              3. Now, let me explain: The fact of the matter, this card never got delivered to me and therefore the amount I owe has always remained constant, Rs.7.90/-, let's round it off to Rs.8.00.

              4. Since the card was never delivered, there is no activity on that card, but KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK wants me to pay on a card that never reached me.

              5. I had no details about this card, I got the complete card number through the credit report I received.

              6. Now, because they were so adamant to get Rs.8.00 from me for the UNUSED AND UNDELIEVERED CREDIT CARD, I somehow managed to reach KOTAK CUSTOMER CARE and made the NEFT payment with the details provided by the Customer Care Representative, apparently, NEFT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT, BUT THE PAYMENT RETURNED.

              Request you to kindly look into it and make the necessary changes to avoid negative impact on my credit report.

                Hi, I had a credit card issued by Kotak Mahindra Bank in the year 2015 and the account was settled in the year 2021 however, I'm being chased and hounded by different people claiming to be working for Kotak Mahindra Bank asking me to pay the remainder amount that was left after the account was settled. Pathetic!

                This is what has happed till date...

                I was contacted by a person named Sandeep from New Delhi stating that he works for Kotak Mahindra Bank and it was brought to my notice that I seem to have missed making payments towards my credit card account, I asked for further details and I was provided with the card number and the amount due, I informed Sandeep that I'd not be able to make a payment in full towards the outstanding balance and hence he suggested that he can check with his team and let me know if they can provide a settlement offer. I was okay with it and hence it was agreed that once the account is settled the same will reflect in my credit report. I was told that it will take some time to release the offer letter, so I should go ahead and make the payment, however, I was a bit skeptical and hence I said that I'll visit the branch, collect the offer letter first and then make the payment accordingly. Sandeep was fine with it, however, when I reached the bank, I was informed by the security guard that all Kotak Mahindra Bank branches are operational on all days of week except for Friday's, I called up Sandeep and told him about this and informed him that I'll visit the same branch again by tomorrow afternoon. Next day, I was at the branch for about 2 hours, however, I still didn't get the offer letter, hence I left and informed Sandeep about it, I was told that I shall get it by tomorrow via email. I was fine it. Next day {i.e}[protected] I got a call from Sandeep and was told that I should make the payment via the link he shared with me earlier via WhatsApp. I had still not received the settlement letter, however, I still went ahead with it because, I wanted to get this account settled as soon as possible, in the meantime I got an email from KMB with a copy of the settlement offer attached. I called up Sandeep stating that the letter was issued / prepared on the[protected] and the due date mentioned for the first payment was[protected], would that create a problem later, because the first paymentof INR. 7000/- was made on the[protected]. He said that should not be an issue as there was a delay from their end. The next payment was made on[protected] {INR. 9072/-}, I called up Sandeep and informed him that I've made both the payments now and when I can expect the same to reflect in my credit report, he said that it will take approximately 20-30 days. Post which I didn't have any conversation with him, however, after a couple of months I get a call from a lady stating that I have not made a payment towards my KMB CC, I called up Sandeep again and explained him everything, post which he took all the details from me and said that now you won't get any calls and it is his responsibility to close the account. A couple of days back, I got a call from another guy singing the same song and I lost it, I shared the settlement letter with him and he had the audacity to say that the payment towards the first installment was not made on time, I shared all the messages with him and asked himone logical question: When the letter was prepared on the[protected], sent to me via email on[protected], how on earth can I make a payment on the[protected], I guess he realized that he has made a fool of himself and stopped contacting me, however, I'm not satisfied because any TOM DICK and HARRY calls me and states that I'm a CULPRIT. I want this to END. ONCE AND FOR ALL.

                I've all the WhatsApp chats archived.

                Do let me know what can be done in this case because contacting KMB is of no use because I do not have the CRN, the mobile no and the email id that was registered on that CC account.

                    opposite nityanand hotel bus stop name amerbrass some emergency I was directly leave the job without reason but now my bank account on hold because of not final settlement done
                    My last working day was July 2021. I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
                    It has been more than 1 yearsince i have resigned from the bank, still i haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter and f&f settlement. This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can't treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers. I am fed up with sending mails and remainders regarding the issue.
                    Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that i could get my relieving letter and f&f settlement at the earliest.

                        I purchased iPhone 13 on January 29 2022 using my Kotak Bank Debit Card. There was an offer NoEMIOnlyCashbck that when used Kotak bank debit card i will be receiving cashback of 6000 within 120 days of the transaction. Its been more than 120 days and cashback is not received yet. Called kotak bank the customer support was rude and asked me to contact merchant.

                        I contacted merchant who is pine labs and they sent mail in writing that cashback is banks responsibility. I am attaching my receipt of payment and in that it is clearly mentioned

                        "You are entitled for a cashback of Rs. 6000 on card. It will be posted in Customer account n 120 days from the last date of the action month on a best effort basis to all and active card members accounts only"

                          Today I transferred 16000/ in my account. But only ₹5300/ was updated as my account balance. Remaining ₹10700 was updated as my lien and i am not able to withdraw that amount. Please help me with this.

                            I am trying to apply for "Kotak IndiGo Ka-ching 6E Rewards XL" card since past two weeks but Indigo’s site is not working properly.
                            When I put in my OTP, it says OTP entered is not valid. On rare occasion, when it accepts the OTP, It shows an error on the next step when you fill in your name, DOB, email ID, etc.
                            Such a bad and disappointing customer experience by both Kotak and Indigo.

                              This is so pathetic 😡😤
                              I have lost my credit card, so i blocked it
                              now bill of previous month is generated and i am not able to pay it off
                              when calling to customer care number starting with 1860 it's promoting as if there is no balance in my mobile number, but i have unlimited plan and also recharged with talktime only to make call and it connected, but so many questions asked
                              Even though i have entered correct MPIN its saying wrong for three times
                              The after i cut call to see charges of 3rs
                              But my problem is not solved yet
                              This is worst customer care service...😡😤

                                  I have opened an online 811 account on kotak mahindra bank but offline kyc is not done. So my account is closed and the bank member reached my house and give me information you have to opened 10 k maintained account then you got refund your money which is stucked on previous account. And the bank member told you having alfa on your account not worry for maintaing account they deduct my money . But the main issue i haven't recieve my previous account money many a time i reached branched many times i wrote application for demand draft of money
