It is extremely shocking and embarrassing for me to Mention this the treatment I received from RECOVERY/COLLECTION DEPARTMENT was extremely unethical & ruthless. I have been clearly received a DEATH THREAT from one person among 100 calls saying "Murder dalta tera
mera paisa nahi diya toh."

I hope this forum is visible to everybody here and I need to highlight the situation is I have been using KOTAK Credit Card since 2017
and I've never faced any financial hardship in my life but due to lockdown and its after effects on my business, I had to shut down my business completely.
I have been still paying & managing how much I could but now due to limited or lets say zero resources I'm unable to pay or keep up even minimum payments towards every banks.
This is the first time I have ever asked for a little co operation from the bank but in return I get a death threat from the debt recovering parties
and RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM KOTAK BANK CUSTOMER CARE

Every customer of any bank is not using any free money
we pay interest to use that money but we still get harassment from you people. Been a customer since 2017 with good payment record but this situation is the first time due to lockdown .
I sincerely hope we can come to some agreement regarding credit card settlement and the threat I got yesterday.

    On 12 August 2022 I made a recharge for my jio number 8368****32 through Freecharge app of amount 666₹. After some time i got a message that the Transaction failed and amount of 666₹ deducted from my kotak account which is still not refunded after 8 days. The UPI transaction ID is OCMRAM[protected] please resolve this issue and also refund my money as early as possible. Thanks in anticipation.

      I told them am not interested... But forcefully they created a policy...

      So please cancel my policy..

        Hello sir, Good afternoon,

        I am a software engineer, I worked in Gandhinagar and I live in surat, I have opened my Kotak bank account to coordinate bank employees. after opening my bank account. after 3-4 days someone who transaction 15000 rupees, when I see this I'm shocked for this and thinking about someone who does illegal transaction or fake transaction. At that time I was a transfer amount to my other axis bank account.

        The next day Nasik's cyber cell contacted me and insisted. I return that amount that was by mistake someone who does this. that time I was thinking amount this and that was right and I agreed about this. and replay to him yes sir last day I received 15000 INR and now i will return that amount he is also giving me 500 INR for my honesty gift and after I Return money using NEFT AND IMPS.

        After returning that amount to the main account holder whose bank is located on Naski main road SARASWAT BANK. I have proof of this and the bank statement right now.

        After Refunding the whole amount. SHEKHAR KESHAVRAO ODHEKER didn't get back a complaint from the bank. therefore the Kotak bank holds my 15000.90 rupees from my account without contacting me
        no call, no notice. I visited my nearest Kotak bank branch to learn about this but unfortunately, I didn't get any idea or any solution and so I wasted 1 hour on this process. At this time 15000.90 rupees is my hold. Now I am really worried about when it will be relieved. I have no idea about it. and the bank did not contact me and didn't follow up with that complaint and share with my contact no. This accident made me disbelief for Kotak bank regarding my privacy and its service to the consumer. Kotak bank only focuses on their services only daily and send me 5-10 email about bank services like loans, Mutual funds schemes, personal loan, credit card etc and contact me so many time and they told me my information and give me the belief to I am calling from bank credit card depart.

        My complaint is nowadays banks only focus only to sell our services only. to contact so many times and in so many ways like phone msg, emails, phone calls etc.

        But if someone complains about this the bank is not follow up on this issue. even though I have submitted my documents, contact no, and email id, as well. but the bank is not contacting me and holds my amount sednly.

        I appreciate this job. my other concern is the bank is not follow up on the complaints on daily basis. or weekly basis how to help our customer and its money. they held my money lasted more than one month.

        if any bank and company organization that makes for this type of rule like if someone complains. we are not verified to first our customer direct we are holed money our customer bank account.

        I request you to please check this incident and help me last 15 days have not slept properly at night am really worried about my money which is now holed and I am not able to use it. and also the bank will not provide me with any interest for my holding amount. even in my life first time has seen this type of service.

          This morning I got a call from an advocate stating j have dues left with citi finance and as it's taken over by Kotak Mahindra, they have filed a case against me as there are dues pending. The person asked to visit a branch within 2 hrs and pay the amount otherwise the FIR will be registered against me. He also gave me steps how to pay using online use the BillDesk option for Kotak. I denied the payment, after couple of hrs one lady called stating she is Seema (Branch Manager); and wanted to know if I've made the payment as the case is in hold. I asked her to send ne an email however she was insisted on visiting a branch and they will send an email to the branch, i feel this is fraud and they are looting people in Kotak Banks name. I just wanted to know if these calls are genuine and if Kotak has authorised these agencies to collect money.

            Kotak bank has issued "Kotak group secure one" policy on my name without any authorization. Money has been deducted from my Kotak bank account without any permission. I'm trying to reach out to them by call and mail but hasn't received any response yet. Kotak bank is just harassing its customers.

                Credit card Bill cycle change

                My due date is 26th on every month, i will get my salary on Every month end. So i cant able to Pay my Bill on due date. i requested Customer service and escalation desk too, they are telling they cant change the due date because its their company norms. Kindly help me to change my due date on 1st week of the month....

                I have been a Kotak user for several years and I had been offered the league platinum credit card so I started using that card I had used the card in an emergency situation for around 40k amount but soon after I wanted to convert that into EMI but it was showing under maintenance then I called customer care they told me that my card is blocked I asked the reason but they said they couldn't tell and I had to pay the whole outstanding amount.
                It was really very bad experience with Kotak as instead of solving my problem they were saying please apply for a new credit card after 6 months. Why should I use such type of card again?

                    I already closed my kotak credit card on Decemeber 2020 but still Iam getting mail of statement and message to Pay Rs.1350.
                    I contacted the Kotak Employee who are the Point of contact for closing the credit card at these times but he is also telling like they are unable to see the card in their system and they have no other answer why iam getting this message and the customer care representative ask me to pay the amount as the card is still active. But the card is not showing in my kotak bank netbanking or App. I get a letter at the time of closing to confirm the amount. But they didnt give me NOC as they told me like Kotak will not provide NOC for credit cadds.It's totally a bad behavior from Kotak bank. PLEASE HELP.

                      I have a kotak credit card. I haven't done any transaction on my credit card then too bank leived me a auto Debit failure charges of 500 + GST
                      I haven't been notified about auto debit payment by email or sms.
                      They continue to put charges on me for consecutive 2 months

                        You have debited the amount which is not related to anything.

                        I have been paying a Consumer durable loan of 2875/- with ID CFB[protected]Loan am aware off), after that, at the same time, I had a balance of 1643/-, which you have debited and made my balance 0/- with ID CFB[protected]which I don't even know), and after that, my friend did 2 UPI transaction t check off 300, immediately after the transfer my Balance again is showing 0/- and showing the deduction with the same ID: CFB 14885021, considering CFB should be consumer durable loan, I tried to make a 10/- UPI transition, and again its showing 0/- balance with again same ID : CFB 14885021 !!

                        Strange, what the hell is 10/- EMI for, and what is that ID that I'm not even aware of?

                        Please resolve this soon, no phone banking officer attends the call, or even tried to resolve it, only saying that they will always call back and ignore it.

                        One of the worst banking services I have seen, to hell with your bank, JUST GIVE MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK!

                            UPI payments are blocked

                            I'm unable to make payments through UPI from my account and i am not receiving the amount from others to the account through UPI
                            I'm getting an error message that UPI is blocked due to security reasons

                            Lines are usually marked against your account due to unpaid dues. Please clear the same to release the lien and make the balance available for withdrawal. But still 15 days even though i have fulfilled by

                              Property seized by Kotak bank with inappropriate order, where as loan taken in citi financial without proper documentation and investigation forcefully chased elderly people outside house using abusive language, along with local police support. They used such filthy languages on us what if we had committed suicide

                                Kotak Mahindra credit card deptt is total fraud, firstly they give very low reward points as compared to other bank cc and on top of that they make every possible means of not giving the reward points .I have been using the kotak credit card for more than 4 plus yrs now and this is 3rd time i am getting milestone rewards but everytime they are giving lot of trouble in giving the reward points .I have completed my milestone this time too but they have intentionally added my 30th jul trx in August month as a result of which my app is shwoing as milestone not achieved This is fraudster 420 which is not acceptable, Earlier also they had done similar fraudster by charging incorrectly making wrong charges and i had to call them 10 times to make it corrected .In last 4 days i have called 10 plus tumes and spoekn for more than 3 hrs plus everytime they keep in hold an dthen commit to call back today and tomorrow and also updating my milestone reward points being achived and to be seen in the app but they havent done it till date and they are giving false commitmnets and top of thet their customer care excutives talk rudely whereas most of them are hardly 10th or 12 th pass this is the kind of deptt they have and the seniors give fake commitments doesnt mark me cc in mail where they ahve raised a complaint they simply dont want to give any reward points to their customers which is anyway much lesser than many other bank credit cards and harass the customer with their dirty tricks This is not acceptable I cant keeep calling them daily to discuss this last year to get the milestone rewards i had to call them for almost a month on every day i am nt going to tolearte it anymire i need justice and my milestone reward points asap and to be visible in my app .
