Dear Sir,

While i was working in a previous company i was opened a salaried account with ING vyasa bank by company itself. Account no. is[protected]. I left company around 2years back and since then i teared away all documents related to the bank in 2015 only. Since then till one year no messages flashed on my mobile from any bank regarding any issue. In between ING Vyasa bank merged with Kotak Mahindra bank. They started sending me messages related to my account with false AMB charges with some amoount in negative. After 2years, this monday(24/04/2017), i got a message from KM Bank that your salaried account will automatically be converted into a savings account if you will not mantain AMB of Rs. 10000/-.(image attached). So i ran today towards bank to close my account in sector 22 gurgaon branch but the official refused the closure of account saying that the account is deactive and you have to deposit around Rs. 6000/- and only after that your account will be closed.
My areas of concerned are as follows :

1. If it is a salaried account which maintains on ZERO BALANCE then how can a balance in negative showed to me by KMB.
2. If at all bank is converting my salaried account automatically to savings account then a simple intimation via mail/phone has to happen.
3. If my account was converted into a savings account previously then why i got a message now that if salary will not be credited then the account will be converted into savings account. That means still the account should be a salaried account with ZERO BALANCE and i can close the account with no money in it. Which is as per them in Negative amount.
4. Upon asking how the salaried account converts into savings account, he replied that without intimation we automatically convert the account after 3months then 6months and then etc etc, he tried to cover up the issue.
5. I opened my account with ING vyasa bank and i didn't want to have an account with KMB so how KMB can decide my AMB when it was already a salaried account.

So i request you to please solve my issue with KMB as i do not want the account to run further.
Rs.6000/- is a big amount of money which is hard earned from blood and sweat of an employee and these false charges from bank like KMB make a LOOT of the Common people.
Please, I want to close my account since today only as it was salaried account and i have not even used it since 1year.

Hi,

Mail received from bank that service request is registered and then within seconds got a mail that service request is closed successfully without solving.
Seriously pathetic from KMB point of view.

    This is the details of my case... On the 4th april 2017 morning my purse got robbed from my side hand bag i was travelling from virar to elphiston when i reached santacruz i got a text alert that my account is been debited with 10, 000/-at 11.46am following with the other transactions which went to a total of 85000/- in the due time i called up the customer service at 11.49am which did not connect again and again i tried the call but it did not connect.. If so would have had happened the card would have been blocked and i would not face a loss of such a big amount.. I called the same number using another unknown person number so it got connect had asked the card number which was not there with me at that time because my card was robbed.. I called my dad and took the number and then blocked it still i get a message that its been temporarily deactivated and will be actived in another 24hrs after lot of request to the customer service they permenantly blocked my card.. It was too late till then... After all this i have filed an fir at the police station.. The police verifed and took my statement about the case and later late evening filed and fir.. Next day i had gone to my home branch to inform them about the same.. Where i have given all the details of the case but they just checked the complain request and said will follow up.. No extra information or help was provided apart from the service request no and said will help in the police procedure if they need... After all this also till 10th april there was no conversation happened i was back to back fetching for my updated but nothing positive.. From my kotak friend and my corporate kotak officer i get the information that my card is under insurance cover... Therefore reading the terms and conditions i went to speak to the branch manager he asked me to submit the required documents which the manager promised me will be processed after being updated from the police.. Only after receiving the noc from the police they will see what they can do, they will process it... But very instantly i get a call from the operation manager that the insurance is been denied from the product team and when i asked her a mail.. She sent me from her id saying that i am representator so everything will be done from my end.. I asked her to ask the manager to call me.. I am still waiting..

      Sir mene ek zifi zccount khulwaya tha jisme mene ek cheque diya tha 5000 ka jo signature mismatch ki bajah se cancel ho gya aur fir dowara se ek dusra cheque diya jo account se debit ho gya but abhi mere zifi account me credit nhi hua hai one month hone wala hai me kitni bar branch noida sec 16 gya but koi mujhe solution nahi mila so plz solve my problem jisne account open kiya wo bhi achhe se nhi kuch bhi bta raha.

      I have already raised a concern on this issue to the customer care thru email. So far no response.

        I Mrs Prajakta Suresh Utekar had purchased Alto and taken car loan which i have repayed on October 2016 .But still i have not received the NOC whereas I had made a call in customer service also nearly 5months back . They said they will revert back but still waiting for there reply.Very pathetic service from Kotak mahindra prime ltd . Without fail every month i receive call for any loan requirement but not any single call for NOC . My agreement no is CF -7417750, LOAN AMOUNT WAS 264005/-.           I had went to make the DD in Hospet and I asked the staff to make a DD in favour of so n so payable at Koppal branch Karnataka, that person without informing anything made the DD payable at Hospet branch and after making it he told there is no branch at Koppal so made the DD of Hospet branch Karnataka, and told that the third party to whom I will give the DD he will clear it from any branch, I took the DD to third party, he rejected the DD and gave back, what's next I had to cancel the DD by paying the DD charges twice, i.e while making DD and cancelling the DD. It was a horrible experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank Hospet branch Karnataka India

          Please revert me ASAP from all three account otherwise it can be treated as cheating...
          I am director for 2 LLPs and 1 Pvt. Ltd., Kotak Mahindra bank is deducting huge amount without my any consent from all three accounts. Their relationship manager's email is also bouncing and the same for customer care. I strongly not suggest to go to them for any startup current account. Will update more conversation in this.

Can any one help me out for the same or this bank is fake and pathetic service.               [protected] this is my kotak salary account. I opened it in delhi and after i quit the job. I called customer care regarding closing of the account since i has a 1500 negative balance. They told me i can close it without negative balance since i used bank for more than 6 month. But i told them i want to use this account again as salary account for a other company. They said yes and promised would not charge anymore balance. But after salary got credited they again put my 2000 on hold. I called them again and they said my salary was credited from internet banking. I went to branch and they told me neft accepted when the salary is credited. My salary got credited throught neft and it will in the future. If you are going to charge and steal my money then i want to close my account. Even today i deposited 5000 and my balance shows 2936 and where is my other amount again. Why are you keep doing this? My alternate number is [protected] and my registered email id is [protected]@hotmail.com. I cant tolerate anymore. Stope it i even went to kotak branch and they said everything is ok but i keep seeing lot charges and deduction.

                This is Gowlikar Kalyan kumar Account.number:[protected] Banjarahills branch.

                As iam maintaining an account since 2012 in ING and my salary got stopped in 2013 due to change of job i have got lossed 3500Rs From Dec -2016 to till date in Kotak due to non maintaining of minimum balance in the account with out a prior intimation and let me the process of refund of money as i have sent couple of emails to (salaryhelpdesk.[protected]@kotak.com). I haven't received updated from them.

                i hope you understand the situation of loosing 3500rs with any intimation.

                    I have been banking with kotak for more than 5 years. I recently spoke to your customer service department and asked about my account. They said I can convert my account into NRI or nro for no charges and my account balance is nil. I also indicated them asking about a negative balance in my account. They told me everything is taken care of and they will send DHL courier guy to collect my documents to convert account into NRI or nro. I recently transferred 3050 from other account and I cannot see the amount in my current account. kindly assist me with the same as I m doing follow up from long time.

                      There is no any response from bank after that bank EMI pending from Me 2 and represents my cheque to bank account if monthly EMI already cleared as per agreement date. In ever month we get message from your EMI not receive but already cleared EMI every 10, Every month cheque represents 2-3 time. This is third quality bank. No any friends for suggest for kotak mahindra bank.

                        I have invested my funds with ing vyasya bank after merger with kotak mahendra bank I asked link rd malad west branch about my holding statement
                        from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017 as it has been matured but they are not able to provide & asked to call costumer care os bank they said to call kotak securities their email provided online says they donot asses that ID so call costumer cate but that no. only provide details for credit & debit cards net banking & phone banking now donot where to go whom to ask ?

                          Dear Sir
                          This is regarding closure of my personal loan. Loan No ISPL79072
                          Its been more than 40 days I am asking for the foreclosure letter from Kotak Bank through mail & calls, Still I am not able to receive the letter & they keep on charging me on daily basis. I have lost more than Rs.4000 & valuable time.

                          In this regard I have sent him several mails & calls, but no response. After 35 days of my request they sent me a letter with 4% charges on principal amount. On call & repeated mails i have not received any solution till today.

                          Kindly look at this matter, I feel like its a monopoly & open robbery by KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK Bank.

                            I am a client of your bank for the past 8 years and hold a Savings account in your Thane West branch. I had requested to add my spouse to my existing account 3 weeks back, I was promised by the Customer Care Officer (Mr. Machendra, Airoli, Navi Mumbai Branch)
                            that the process will take 5 to 7 business days. Its been 3 weeks i have not received any update about the same. Also after calling multiple times the call goes unanswered. This is not the first time such issue happened last year Nov i tried to open NRE Account with the same branch through Mrs. Divya Shetty she took 4 months to open the account.
                            Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Kotak mahindra bank faulty web software give losses to its customers. Thier support team and management is horrible. Closing this fraud bank accounts will save your money.

                            Kotak Bank is the worst as compare to any other bank. They take lots of money from the customers. This fraud banks should be closed for a better society. Their Personal Loan, Credit Card, Debit Card and all other services as really bad. Their Website does not update the amount transaction immediately. We need to wait for minimum 48 hours to see all the important updates. They have so many hidden charges on Credit Cards and even salary accounts. I do not recommend this bank to anybody. Close all your accounts and don't allow others get cheated by this fraud business bank.

                              I have had the most pathetic experience with Kotak Mahindra bank. I transferred the amt of Rs 3500 on 6- March. By mistake, the amount got transferred into some other person 's account who has account with Icici bank. I placed the request in customer care on 7- March morning against complain reference 1/[protected] and even after 42 days bank still does not have any update. I also visited home branch in Old Rajinder nagar and relationship officer told me jo legal action lena hai le lo. I have savings account in 4 banks including Oriental bank of commerce n SBI but have never faced any concern.
                              Is this the service no 1 private bank is providing us.

                                Kotak bank is the worst as compare to any other bank. They take lots of money from the customers. This fraud banks should be closed for a better society. Their personal loan, credit card, debit card and all other services as really bad. Their website does not update the amount transaction immediately. We need to wait for minimum 48 hours to see all the important updates. They have so many hidden charges on credit cards and even salary accounts. I do not recommend this bank to anybody. Close all your accounts and don't allow others get cheated by this fraud business bank. They have taken all my money and not letting me use it. I paid all their bills and still, they are blocking my account. I have no money when i needed. They provide worst service. They have stolen all my salary and not letting me withdraw my salary.

                                  Kotak mahindra bank faulty web software give losses to its customers. Thier support team and management is horrible. Closing this fraud bank accounts will save your money.

                                  Rs. 800+ charge for other atm withdraws.

                                  10000+ charge for not maintaining a minimum balance.

                                  1000+ for delayed credit card payments.

                                  One purchase= service tax+conversion charge+interest charge+actual mrp….

They don't even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice.

                                    I have applied for Kotak 811 account online on 3rd April and funded the account online.
                                    My customer tracking id is JS02449406, Transaction id is 208956.

                                    Then I got call from Kotak Mahindra that my application has been received and their representative will come to us for document collection on 6th April.

                                    After that 11 days has been passed and no one has come up for the document collection. Whenever I try to call customer care, they are simple telling that we are processing your request and you will get call from us within 48/72 hours for further process.
                                    My complaint reference no. is 1-[protected].

                                    Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      To whom so ever it may concern, i master yash who has complaint to kotak mahindra bank regarding staff changing of vile parle as they are no t reponding to any one as they said there audit is going on i have attach 2 photos where i came there is no person in branch @1:34.also i have complaint regarding my non maintenance balance as they are charged me 450 rs instead of my minimum balace is greater than 50% so they have to charged me 350 rs, 2 times they are charged with me more instead of im talk to branch manager naveen they i m refund this amount but there is no response to my complaint.so i have file pition againt kotak mahindra bank vile parle regarding calculation of penalty amount.please need the full fill and contact me on my number.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am highly disappointed by the service of Kotak bank. Last year I have closed the Demat account. Also I got the amount back which was deducted for the same as I was not using it. Again this year an amount of about 900 rs was deducted from my Kotak account in the name of Demat. When I called customer care they are saying my demat account is still operating. Every time I cant waste my time in vising branch for the same reason. Please help!
