I have downloaded your app ‎and opened kotak lite account. It is a zero balance account right... I had requested full kyc. Now your agent called me and told me i have to deposit immediately for kyc.. During account opening I was told that it would be a zero balance account and was forced to open an account as my son already had an existing account. The sales rep informed me that if he maintains his account then this account will have zero balance.
