I am purushottam I am holding Kotak Bank account and credit card:

I have get call from bank side on 9th of March 2017 from +91-[protected], He is asking our OTP, He has already hold the all card details, But I have not share any Information I have raised a dispute on 9th of march #[protected].I have call to customer care same time for fraud transaction after that blocked the card. Kotak C C told me Lodge FIR and sent me copy in branch.I have provide FIR copy on 20th of March.I have get mail two times your dispute closed also I have called to customer care last 20 day in 10 times but not get proper response and satisfy answer.

Today customer care person called you can communicate to merchant.

Also I have call to payzapp customer care :He is told me if any request from bank side we are lible to provide full details and support ASAP, Payzapp C C support me and he saying regarding your card transaction I have full proof details as details of transaction and if this question ask to me as Kotak Bank or police department or merchant then we will provide the details, He has told me your are not a merchant nor police department and not a bank side.Because bank have legal team for taking action to fraud person and police have authority to know the against your dispute and FIR.

Why closed the request against my dispute bethout providing solution.
Bank why not take necessary legal action against this transaction

Why bank told me go to police and cyber crime police ans communicate to merchant.

Kindly provide details of below points and provide solution.
1 If I have told to C C and provide dispute form and FIR copy of Kotak this is fraud transaction why not take action after blocking the card.
2 If same time dispute raised why not communicate merchant for this transaction for getting details and take necessary action after provide FIR copy.
3 merchant have hold the transaction two to three day.
4 Bank have reserve privilege for asking transaction details and take and charge criminal case.
5 Bank always told me go to police station and crime cell Both are saying we are taking action on lots of amount in laks.
6 I have called to payzzap customer care he told me they have full details about this transaction.
I am too foretasted and disappoint of bank behavior.

Kindly suggest what we should and please refund my amount ASAP.
I had raise a compliant in 9th April about my fraud transaction still I did not received my amount bank account. Lot of time I had spoken with yes bank team they guys are not responded to complaint properly. I need my money created yo my bank account as soon as possible. Kindly I am requesting you to help me on the same to resolve my complaint.

I have request to you kindly give me one question's answer.

1> Transaction happened Rs.20K on 9th of March 2017 and PayZapp refund Rs10K on 14th of Apr 2017 on the basis of fraud transaction
Please read below comment from your side. This is pradeep comment
["As per our records, there is transaction done on 10th March, 2017 INR. 20, 000.00 done at PayZapp and the same is debited from your card account and the same is billed to you. We wish to inform you that the online transaction is secured by VBV and also the Kotak bank will never call card holders to reveal their confidential card details, OTP, VBV for no promo/limit.We are also reiterating the same in our regular customer awareness SMS and E-mails."]

2> PayZapp refunded 10K on the behalf of fraud transaction and you guys are saying it is secure transaction and contact with merchant.

I have no relation and account with payzapp and Payzapp is denied to sharing any information how to communicate with merchant.

Kindly return my amount Rs.10K ASAP its 100 % fraud transaction If this is not fraud transaction give me proof: after 1 month 4 days why refund 10 k Payzzap.

Kotak bank support saying that the online transaction is secured by VBV and customer is liable to pay the amount and communicate to merchant!

If this is online transaction is secured by VBV so which behave PayZZap refund INR 10 K on 14th April 2017. means after more than a month

Please give me one answer!!!

    Sir, i submit mysurrender request of my kotakinsurance policy no 01738892 on dated 12/04/2017 and 18/05/2017. I submit all documents required by companey like my aadhaar card, pan card, bank varification letter, my college identy card, etc but company decline my request by flimsy ground 'signature not match with old signature" f four times (Dated 14/04/2017, 22/04/2017, 24/04/2017 and24/05/2017) company declined my surrender request.       I was charged unjustly by kotak mahindra bank on two occasions :
      1) not making any transactions for the last three months, for which i was charged rs.460 without any prior intimation
      2). I was charged on a monthly basis for weekly balance alerts on sms, without any prior intimation. I was not even asked whether want this service or not. I was rs. 17.25 every month for the past two years.

      Initially the branch was of ing vyasa bank which was later taken over by kotak mahindra bank.
      Isfc code of the branch is vysa0005860 it is located in pancheel park in south delhi

      I was charged incorrectly twice by kotak mahindra bank for the online transaction of 5650inr...it's already been more than10 days so far no revert from bank or from their customer service department..and when I call them they put it on hold and never comes back infact customer service is so poor they had disconnected the my call several times..

        I have paid an kotak life agent Rs.21000 for a product on 21/3/2017.At the time of verification call I realized that the product was not matched to verification officer and agent.Then I told to officer revert my money also complained to near branch Mohali 3 B2, to reverse my money on 31 st March'17.After then I have contacted customer care officer several times, they told me we will call you after sometimes, never call me back.Written to customer care by mail, they told me wait for seven days and finally written to nodal officer level 2 and the status is same.Now I am writing here and definitely some one answered that we will look the matter, but the problem will same. Actually I have chosen wrong bank, by the way I am using this bank over 6 years.My complain no is SR#1 [protected].

          I had requested for a Demand Draft (ref no[protected] to be delivered at my residence on Friday, May 26. I raised the request around 11.30 am and was assured that it will be sent the same day. I explained to the 2-3 people I spoke with at Kotak that this was very very important as I had a deadline for May 27th and the bank would be closed for two days.

          The DD was for Shikshantar School to facilitate facilitate an admission for a friend's son. To make this happen, I spent three hours coordinating with Kotak - first figuring how it will be done then going back from office to my residence and dropping of the cheque. I followed up during the day and was told that it would be dropped off by 8pm. I had a long day at work and only got back at 8.30pm. the dd was still not there. I called your HELPLINE - [protected] - spoke to Ritesh who got a supervisor Vijayn Adidravida to speak to me. He had no solution but said he will check and call me back. He called back later and said that it was not delivered because I was in Gurgaon and the DD was to be made in Delhi and only same city requests are honoured the same day. However, the money has been debited from my account. I called Damyanti Yadav, the relationship manager ([protected]) who said I should sms her or send an email and she will only look at it on Monday morning. I have cancelled the Demand Draft. it is no longer needed. In all, I wasted over 4 hours coordinating this whole thing and at the end I have not been able to meet my commitment.

          I would like to point out the following:
          Kotak sends me complete ######## emails with utter irrelevant nonsense but absolutely no attempt was made to call me to say even once that the DD would not be delivered that evening
          3 different executives told me that the DD would be delivered to me the same day
          There seems to be only a system to push emails and sms' down the throats of customers but no tracking system for service requests
          I was hoping Kotak would be a better experience but it is the same as any other lousy bank.

          It is very disappointing that Kotak Bank could not even meet a simple commitment.

          Please do not bother sending me any message or email saying that you are "sorry for the inconvenience". This has cost me a very dear friendship and a child his admission.

          Make sure that you now raise a cancellation request for the DD as it will not be required on Monday and reverse the money back into my account.

          It will be better to make this a more constructive dialogue and instead send an executive who can help close this account.

          A very very terrible experience and I never want to bank with a bank that has such a hopeless understanding of customer service and cannot deliver on its own commitment.

            Have made an application for opening a current account its been more than a month, and the branch haven't provided me even the details of account no

            An amt of 51000 has already been deducted from my account

            When i asked the manager he said there is some issue with account opening and it will take time but he is not telling me how long it will take
            Also if there was issue in account opening why the hell do your stupid banking company deduct the amt

            I am continuously following up with the manager but he is fooling me

            He assured me that he will transfer back the amt in my bank but its been many days he just keep on tellinh me aaj karata hu

            Please me out of this as we are a startup and we dont have so many fund to keep it blocked in this nonsense

            This is the worst banking experience in my life
            Even the govt banks are better than you guys

            I have account in ur bank ...my atm card is not working since 1 week plsss help..

              Fraudulent transaction from my account (ATM withdrawal) has happened on 13-apr-17. Since then i am following you constantly.
              I have already raised the complaint and still didn't get money back.

              what is the issue with Kotak I am not getting.I am still waiting.
              I am suffering like anything to get my own money back which was stolen from
              Kotak Account.I am frustated with this Kotak Bank and its working process.
              No one has the accountability to take the matter to closure.
              You dont understand the pain of lossing 3 lacs 20 thousand of my hard
              earned money from salary account of Kotak Bank.
              I am awkward that how bank is dealing this case. 84 days are already over.
              It was my big mistake that i trusted in Kotak Bank and had kept my money in
              this Bank.

                  Hi Got a mail yesterday to my IBM email id from so called Kotak agents stating non repayment of a LOAN taken. Now today someone with mobile number (Initially a guy who pretends to be a Cop then a Bank representative named Kiran) +91 [protected] had called my manager and told him that I have LOAN amount pending about 1.57 lakhs and there has been a non-bailable warrant issued against me should I chose not to pay. When I called back on that number I was told that LOAN was given to in 2008 when I used to work in Accenture. I told them clearly that I know where my LOANs are you ###### and I have never dealt any business with you guys. Most of all I never worked in Accenture. I threatened him back to lodge a complaint in police station and he was like sir give me your date of birth and I will check back and remove your name if it wasn't you.

                  Please take serious action against these ######## who using your bank name to threaten people. if no response from you guys then I am gonna highlight this issue on Public FORUMs like FB, Linkedin etc.

                    I am writing this mail regarding my policy – [protected] from Kotak General Insurance,

                    on 2nd may 2017, I met with accident while saving dog and I got hit with electric pole, on May 03, 2017 when I was in hyundai chinhat lucknow to repair my car, they told me that survivor will come and check then they will start the process of repair, at 4 pm survivor came, then I told survivor that earlier also I met with accident, after that survivor checked my policy and told me that I had taken NCB in my policy, that means this policy is not valid, he told me first I have to return back that NCB amount to company then they will process,

                    I was shocked, I called customer care in kotak genral insurance they told me that I have to return that NCB that was mentioned policy i got a discount of Rs.2212 for "no claim bonus" then this policy will be valid, Now problem start from here when I paid NCB (no clam bonus ) now they told me that they will not give claim, why still they are not giving clam ?

                    one more important thing I would like to tell that at the time of policy I was taking though “athar abbas” he had just taken cheque and didn’t ask any question like “ have you taken any claim earlier “ . even he had not taken any my signature in any documents .

                    I would like to ask now”, how I would know about NCB, what is that ?

                    at the time of clam you are telling this policy is not valid but why sales person didn’t told me all this .


                    In this policy forgery signature are made by sales man, I promise you if you will see the copy of original application the signature will not match
                    .
                    even he didn’t ask me any other detail. Like my email id, ect

                    I want my original copy of application so that i can show you and make you clear, i also want company take action for this forgery sale done by your salesman

                      I mohit jain having a current account in kotak mahindra bank navyug market ghaziabad on 20th may 2017 i have droped a cheque of rs 5000 of axis bank chandni chowk delhi on 21st may 2017 sunday theaft take place in bank drop box in absence of security guard. Security guard was not there thief enter into bank premises and with their equipment break the drop box area where all cheque were lying my client who has given me cheque of rs 5000 was enchased today i. E on 24 may 2017 for rs 15000 now when i went to bank i have enquirer them about my bank statement there no cheque of rs 15000 but my client says that cheque wich i have given to you has been enchased i went to manager room mr anshuman garg he told me about the robbery showed me the video clip i asked him you must have intimate your client about it so that they can stop the cheque by their personal bank he answer me we have 14000 account in my branch whom should i intimate now you can do fir against bank of theif now i need amount rs 15000 which due to the security guard and bank officials loss taken place

                        They are misusing my mobile number and provided the same to all marketing companies related to kotak. Everyday i get call asking for kotak credit card and so many smss, demat etc. I called them they are denying it and not replying to emails or providing any resolutions.
                        I submit all the related evidence of the promotional calls, sms and the correspondence emails for which there was no response at all.

                          This mail is regarding to credit card transaction happened on 22nd may.
                          My younger brother was playing "Clash royal" game on my mobile and accidentally he clicked on some "buy now" button for game credits of Rs 800 which was directly deducted from my credit card account since it is attached to my google services. But before doing any transaction I didn't get any confirmation message or OTP on my mobile. For every online purchase kotak credit card asks for OTP but at this transaction, i didnt get a single otp or message. I request you to look into this issue.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am karthick, chennai. Having salary account in kotak. I am doing good mainatanenece my acount by atm cash taking and card swipping, but the bank charged me 690 rs illegally and and unnessasary. This is very poor and ridiculous and cheating. So i need my money back the same amount. Otherwise it will become very big issue. My uncle is a lawyer, and who will help me with this issue by legally. And the company have to face this issue.
                              I am going to close my account in kotak by pushing our md.

                                This month bank deducted amb non maintenance charges. As per our knowledge salary account is '0' balance account, request to you please refund all employees deducted balance. Account details are as per below mentioned.

                                  This is highly disappointed that inspire o[censored]sing zero balance account they have deducted 353 rs as TBMS charges without informing .Its my salary account why should I keep balance it's totally my choice to assure amount or not. Will discontinue my account soon. Without my permission or without even informing how can you deduct my amount to zero. It just your way of grabbing money from your customer. Kotak bank you are taking full advantage of low balance.. You have to refund my amount by any sense.Ruchita [protected]

                                  i want 15000 fraud money from kotak bank. i have fir in ghatkopar police mr kalikar police directly reply i not get my money. police not even verify or inspect they are just sitting and heat there sit. bank is blamming me that i have share my detail that why this fraud happen. i have clearly mention in fir and bank application i have not share my detail then also they are not hearing. from my account sms alert dedution is show but then also i have not received this from transaction sms in my phone . bank rly sms is gone in mobile but they not not provide me detail of sms when send. please help me for my money refund
                                  15000 amount debit without sms alert. bank rly we are not liable to. i have account in bank, bank is protecting money and if he not attent proper security so why bank is nnot liable to pay fraud money

                                    I booked a ticket online 19/05/2017 on IRCTC App, but the ticket was booking canceled, and amount was debit my Kotak Mahindra Bank account, amount is 2725.27 + 2725.27, two time debited to my account, and my amount 5450.54 not returned to my account, do please return my amount to my account. I am also sharing the photo copy canceled booking and bank statement. Please see this and reply soon..

                                      Actually for urgent purpose am giving a call to them but there is no response they are attending the call informing its busy call after some time atleast they didnt charge for that every time its charging it s a worst service

                                      My closing balance shown here 3000 range but current balance is zero whats the issue any way every month you are debiting the money from my account for fine charge not balance maintanance what happened now? its my credit card amount whats the issue i need my money back .i need the issue resolved immediateley

                                        We had the following fd’s with kotak bank :
                                        4-mar-16 kotak bank [protected] 49, 000.00 rkp/kdp 390 days 8.4% maturity 28-mar-17
                                        4-mar-16 kotak bank [protected] 19, 000.00 rkp/kdp 390 days 8.4% maturity 28-mar-17
                                        8-mar-16 kotak bank [protected] 49, 000.00 rkp/kdp 390 days maturity 1-apr-17

                                        The 1st and 2nd. Deposits matured on 28th march 17 & the 3rd. Deposit matured on 1st april 17.
                                        As per the instructions given by us we wanted the maturity amount of all the 3 deposits to be credited to our s/b a/c no [protected]. The total amount being rs. 1, 17, 000/-
                                        However th amount credited to our a/c is rs.1, 16, 259/- as under :
                                        1. On 4/4/2017 sweep transfer rs. 3221/74
                                        2. On 11/4/17 rs. 19, 000/-
                                        3. On 11/4/17 rs. 45, 037/29
                                        —
                                        Amt. Credited to s/b a/c rs. 1, 16, 259/-
                                        Hence an amount of rs 741/- has not been credited to our a/c.
                                        It is 1.5 mths since we are following up this issue with m/s amit singh, mr. Malcom and branch manager mr. Vikrant. Except assurances there is no resolution of our complain.
