I am writing this mail regarding my policy – [protected] from Kotak General Insurance,
on 2nd may 2017, I met with accident while saving dog and I got hit with electric pole, on May 03, 2017 when I was in hyundai chinhat lucknow to repair my car, they told me that survivor will come and check then they will start the process of repair, at 4 pm survivor came, then I told survivor that earlier also I met with accident, after that survivor checked my policy and told me that I had taken NCB in my policy, that means this policy is not valid, he told me first I have to return back that NCB amount to company then they will process,
I was shocked, I called customer care in kotak genral insurance they told me that I have to return that NCB that was mentioned policy i got a discount of Rs.2212 for "no claim bonus" then this policy will be valid, Now problem start from here when I paid NCB (no clam bonus ) now they told me that they will not give claim, why still they are not giving clam ?
one more important thing I would like to tell that at the time of policy I was taking though “athar abbas†he had just taken cheque and didn’t ask any question like “ have you taken any claim earlier “ . even he had not taken any my signature in any documents .
I would like to ask nowâ€, how I would know about NCB, what is that ?
at the time of clam you are telling this policy is not valid but why sales person didn’t told me all this .
In this policy forgery signature are made by sales man, I promise you if you will see the copy of original application the signature will not match
.
even he didn’t ask me any other detail. Like my email id, ect
I want my original copy of application so that i can show you and make you clear, i also want company take action for this forgery sale done by your salesman

I have request to you kindly give me one question's answer.
1> Transaction happened Rs.20K on 9th of March 2017 and PayZapp refund Rs10K on 14th of Apr 2017 on the basis of fraud transaction
Please read below comment from your side. This is pradeep comment

We wish to inform you that the online transaction is secured by VBV and also the Kotak bank will never call card holders to reveal their confidential card details, OTP, VBV for no promo/limit.We are also reiterating the same in our regular customer awareness SMS and E-mails."]
2> PayZapp refunded 10K on the behalf of fraud transaction and you guys are saying it is secure transaction and contact with merchant.
I have no relation and account with payzapp and Payzapp is denied to sharing any information how to communicate with merchant.
Kindly return my amount Rs.10K ASAP its 100 % fraud transaction If this is not fraud transaction give me proof: after 1 month 4 days why refund 10 k Payzzap.
