Unable to activate ATM/Debit card

Unable to activate Debit card. Not receive the Pin kit. Taking long time. Went to ATM, not worked. Went to Bank they were unable to serve me well, not satisfactory answers, trying to ignore, Called to customer care three times. Every time they are giving different answers. The CCE told that my ATM is not valid, wrongly issued. Second time another person told that all are fine, there is no issues with my card.

Credit card fraud to card given by Kotak Mahindra Bank

Credit card charged with out using or not even open the card with 12, 880/- later they changed to 7600/- saying me i used to pay the LIC premium. Later verified that premium is not used and back end people are done some manipulations.
Now the credit card dept is changing my email ids in there system and also personal details given to them.. Kindly help us how to solve this...

Issue with service of debit card

Saving account opening

Refund of my Amount.
