Hi sir/madam,

On saturday (04/03/2017) i've used my debit card for purchase and it seems amount of rs. 24530 has been debited from my account, but the same has been cancelled in debit card pos machine (Transaction failed).

I've raised a service request sr#1-[protected] on 05/03/2017 for this issue. I got an update from the support team on 06/03/2017 stating that the issue has been raised to the relevant department.

As it's almost 10 days still my amount is not credited to my account. I didn't get any update from the support team as well on current status. Need to know which team is currently working on it? And how long it'll take to resolve the issue as i've provided you the cancellation slip.

    I have given an application for closing my savings account no ([protected])in fatehabad (hry)branch.there in the branch suggested me to withdraw all my balance amount in the above said account and deposit my cheque book and atm card with the branch and account will closed in 2 or 3 days automatically, i did the same and even today i am getting messages from the bank that i have to pay the non maintainance charges (rs 9200 ).for that account which i have already closed and returned cheque book and card to the bank

      Hello i dont need this salary account in kotak mahindra bank. Because i joined one company they only open my account but i got job in another company that'y i have to close my salary account and they putting a maintance charges too.. please close my salary account.. i didnt recieved the atm card and passbook.. i dont know the account number too.. please help me...

        My aspira salary account(No:[protected] was converted to savings account 2 years back. I was asked to maintain 10k since then and I have been doing so. But Rs.1610 is charged from my account for not maintaining it on March 2017. I contacted customer care, they said that I need to maintain 25k. My question is How the AMB limit went to 25k if I am told to maintain 10k from the bank side and even if it is justified from the bank why this is not informed to the customer about the AMB limit. I did not get any intimation by e-mail, SMS or by call whatsoever regarding the AMB limit.This is totally not acceptable. I regret for having an account with Kotak. Time for closure.

Its is registered in kodaks info. But they have not given me any information and they have laps my policy. Now they are behaving badly and not doing anything. Kindly do something as 3 lakh is not a small amount.

            Kotak bank approached me for a personal loan few months back through their dsa agents from andromeda. I was given wrong information about pre-closure t&c, insurance etc and they took my signatures on unfilled application forms saying same t&c will reflect in them once loan is approved. Once the loan was approved, i realized that some of the t&c were completely different from what were communicated to me and some crucial loan docs forged with my signature! I immediately brought this fraud to the attention of loan manager. He simply played a safe role and started avoiding my calls. After one month of calls which went unanswered, i escalated to kotak bank nodal officer with great hope of resolution with all facts. The hard fact hit me late that the nodal officer is also a bank representative and will only try to safeguard the interests of the bank and not the customer.in the mean time this led to some threatening calls from bank reps!!! In the name of internal enquiry the kotak bank nodal office delayed resolution for more than 3 months. Having no other option, i complained at banking ombudsman (Bo) office with undeniable evidences if fraud by kotak bank reps. The bank authorities tried to play the same delayed response game with bo's office. Finally the honorable bo found fault with the kotak bank and issued an order to the bank to close the loan without any charges and levied a penalty on the bank. At times i thought of fighting this case in a consumer forum also as i had undeniable evidences of fraud and forgery.

            Final word. Kotak bank lost a customer forever and many more through word of mouth. Extremely unethical and unprofessional banking practices.

            Piece of advise:
            1. Do not believe in dsas. Always approach the banks directly for loans.

            2. Never sign on blank application papers even if you are in a hurry. Anything can be printed on them which can be used against you.

            3. Go through official t&c doc first before going for the loan.

            4. Approach the banking ombudsman office with proper evidences immediately if bank is delaying a resolution by more than a month.

              My company(CG) is corporate customer of Kotak Life Insurance. Kotak financial advisers do come to our office for guidance on financial investment.

              On 18th Nov 2016 they had come to our office, They insisted and sold me ULIP plan without giving me full transparency against the plan and swiped my credit card for Rs. 60, 000 without giving me much time to think over it. When i check the sold plan on internet then i came to know that i have been cheated. When i confronted on the same day on 18-Nov-16 with them then they become ready to cancel the ULIP and convinced me for taking some thing else and promised me to refund of Rs. 39, 499/-
              I took them Term plan from them for premium 20, 501/-

              I am expecting refund of Rs. 39, 499.00 from Kotak Life Insurance from 6th Dec 2016 against the excess payment made to them.

              Kotak provided me ARN number and they are saying that they have refunded the amount to my standard charted credit card Ref no. 75503726341010453856891.

              However when i checked with my bank for the payment. They denied the credit against the ARN number.

              From month of December i am chasing Kotak Life Insurance and Standard Credit card department. Kotak Life Insurance says refund is processed from side and Standard Charted says there is no refund.

              I had registered the complaint with Standard Chartered on phone banking but nothing worked out in one month time then suggested to submit dispute form but there is no resolution from them in two months.

                My credit card no: [protected] my credit limit is Rs.20000 I am using this card last 4 years but I am not receiving statement properly regarding this I already given complaint in customer care but there after also statement is not coming properly last one year I am not using this card some collection exeutives called and inform me some amount I will pay that amount minimum Rs.4000 to Rs.5000 per month last december 2016 I checked my balance in customer care they said my outstading balance is Rs.25000 I said i am not intrested to continue this card I will go for settlement one person called me talked about settlement they commit me Rs.10000 as settlement amount and they give 2 installment I agreed and I paid that 1st installment then next month January 2017 no one called me I called that executive he not attend the phone after that in February 2017 another executive called me I asked settlement letter without settlement letter I will not pay he said he will go and get my settlement letter in his office after that no one came.. yesterday one operson called me he saying I want to pay Rs.11000 I said I will not pay Rs.11000 I will Rs.5000 this what you guys committed but thay using abusing languages and they not listening my word..Please take appropriate action and do the needful.

                  The worst bank i am dealing with. I am ali enterprises(Contact no [protected]) having account in chawri bazar. i was in need of APEDA license for which i needed a certificate from your bank (In prescribed format available at official site of Apeda) that i am having bank account in your bank but your bank branch manager denied to provide me that certificate.
                  And without that certificate APEDA which is an government body not going to provide that certificate to me.
                  Help to resolve it soon.

                        I am not receiving any response from the bank post-settlement of the credit card since a long a time. I have settled my kotak bank credit card about 9 months but unfortunately, the settlement details are not reflecting in my cibil score.
                        Person contacted from bank: kartik manoharan (Contact:[protected] e - mail: karthik. [protected]@kotak.com) & no response post settling the card.
                        Initially, he has communicated that "once you made the payment your account will get zeroised the same will reflect in cibil within 90 working days".
                        Did rigorous follow up with mr. Karthik through the mail, but ended in vain. I feel that he has done injustice to me. I would like to have the following from the bank:
                        1) noc letter from the bank
                        2) zeroised statement as committed

                            I opened Salary account in Kotak, they suggested me that if the salary does not credit for 3 months it will change into saving account .but now the debit 1034 rupees from my account, they misguided saying just open the account and No Charges Applicable until i Activate my account charges. I'm frustrated because of the Bank. Please take necessary action and money refund my money to my account. Otherwise i will close my account

                              I opened Salary account in Kotak, they suggested me that if i quit my job or the a/c didnt deposit money for 3 months.it wil automatically change into saving account. When i told that I was not interested in that, they misguided saying just open the account and "No Charges Applicable until i Activate my account" Eventhough I didn't follow any steps to activate my demat account and neither use it, for past 2 times they have charged 1034 rps for non maintenance min balance. I'm frustrated because of the Bank Please take necessary action and refund my money. Otherwise i gonna get my money and deactive my account

                                  I have an account in Kotak Mahindra bank. It was a salary account earlier and I have placed a request in Feb/March of 2016 to convert it to a basic account which has 1000rs minimum balance maintenance requirement. I also got call saying they are changing my account type. I have always maintained more than 10K balance in my account. The account mostly remains inactive. Now, when I checked my account few days back I see that they are deducting hefty amount from my account every month. I want my money back. Customer care only gives me reference number. I never get any reply what so ever. They have a pathetic banking system. After I had raised this concern with customer care; they have again deducted fee from my account twice. This is harassment and I need my money back!

                                      I had deposited, on 19/01/2017 cheque no. 000016 for Rs 5, 000/- drawn from ( HDFC BANK LTd.) for collecting the proceeds in my savings account number [protected] with you.

                                      I regret to note that even after the passing of more Two months, the amount of cheque has not been credited to my account so far. And even i made a complain of one of the staff of their bank. My branch name- Gurgaon Mehrauli Gurgaon Road and Ref. No. / CRN no. :[protected].

                                      You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to get the amount of cheque credited to my savings account immediately.

                                        I was working in a company in delhi few years bank and my salary account was with kotak mahindra bank

                                        I left that company and withdrawn whole amount, I thought as i have left that company they will close my account, But recently i found government linked my LPG subsidy account with same bank

                                        But since now i am not maintaining that account they have deducted my whole ammount

                                        Now my question is why they did not closed my account when i have left that company

                                        there has been fraud transaction in my account of Rs 770 and 53 today

                                        CRN no is[protected] i have lodged a complain and blocked debit card but customer care didn't responded well i have requested a call back from manager or someone scenior

                                        request you please look into it and do the need fun
