I ordered a product on Amazon on 23th January, 2017 and it get cancelled on 29th January, 2017. The amount was refunded by the amazon.In on 7th Febuary, 2017, but still I haven't get the refund amount.

Amazon.in gave the refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 551381.
Refund Reference # 75260827038011734577238.

But I haven't get the refund yet, even raised a complaint .

    Hello,
    I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank having an account with CRN :[protected] .
    I had opened an account in September 2016 through the Bank’s representative in my company. At the time of account opening they informed me being a Salary Account I can have zero balance or otherwise maintain minimum 10000 balance in account and i did that.
    But this month, I have been charged for TBMS without prior information. Also, no message post deduction of amount from my account.

    When I contact customer care I was told that I have to maintain a minimum balance of 50, 000 every month. How can be they so irresponsible. The same was told when I visited the branch in airoli .Also, they told me that they don't have direct contact with their Bank’s representative in my company than tell me where should i go?Why there is ambiguity?
    Why I was not informed this during the time of account opening? If was informed in the first place I would have maintain the amount. I want to know that why they didn't tell me before about this thing. Representative in bank also told that deduction for the month of January month will also happen. Why the hell I am not getting any messages regarding such information.
    Such a big fraud from Kotak Mahindra Bank. I am demanding an explanation right away, because I am frustrated with the service which you are providing. Which sort of service is this.
    I strictly need my money to be back in my account. Planning to take this issue to higher level and will going to close my account. It’s the fault on bank’s part so why should I pay for this?

      I hold a saving bank account with Kotak.

      Account no : [protected]

      Branch : Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad

      My current residence : Bangalore

      The above account was opened as a link to mutual fund account.

      Since I had an HDFC account already, I was not interested to open another SB account. But your sales executives insisted that it is must and also as it is Zero balance account i need not worry about minimum balance.

      Later i started getting SMS stating that the Average balance was not maintained and the penalty was debited, I have been contacting your branches at Hubli and Bangalore, to help resolve this issue.

      But none even tried to help me. it seems they were more interested in penalty rather the customer.

      call centre advised to go the branch and branch advised to call the call center.

      I request you to kindly waive the penalty so that i can operate the account.

      PS: I am a classic customer at HDFC bank, ( minimum account balance maintained above 1L )

        Hi I am getting collection calls for the past one week from Kotak Mahindra Bank G-9 Vikash Puri Phone #[protected]. From Mr. Vikram Singh -Emp Code -TCA632 and Mr. Santosh Kumar.

        As per my best knowledge i have no due pending for any Credit Card company. This is a clear case of stolen id. However the bank employee are calling me every day. I request the concerned department to take action against such calls. And if they have any supporting documents as proof of my due pending on them . Then kindly approach me via proper channel instead of calling me on my phone. I also have my latest CIBEL report and there is no such outstanding dept .

          Hi Kotak Team,

          The worst experience I had with the kotak team. 6 Months before i was opened salary account, due to some organization issues, my salary was on hold so i didn't get the salary with respect to the kotak corporate account. For not maintaining the account balance, they are going to charge the maintenance fees for the financial year. They send a notification letter to my residential address. I'm frustrated because of the Bank relationships with the customer. While opening the account, then why the kotak representatives are telling like zero balance account. Please don't misguide the people.

          Even i have a account with HDFC bank, don't even do any transactions for past 6 months. But their commitments and care towards the customer is excellent.

            I have opened my saving account ( CRN:[protected] and NPS account as per the scheme wherein my account will be zero balance account, after account opening ECS for the NPS account was not deducting so i talked to the Deepshikha from Kotak gurgaon branch in April 2016 as as per her instructions to visit branch i visited branch and met the branch manager and he assured me he will look into the issue and will speak to concern team and will enable my ECS for the same. As again next month Standing instructions was not processed so i visited branch and met branch manager now he told me that his branch is not NPS enabled so i need to visit other Vasant kunj branch, after i visited that branch they told me that i have to go to my home branch only to enable this and then again i went and meet the manage of my branch, again he assured me and asked me to want and he will enable the SI. and i visited branch many times but nothing was done and then from July onwards Annual maintenance charges were deducted form my account and again i visited branch and told branch manager regarding the same he told me as SI was not deducted charges were levied and if i visit JMD branch Gurgaon and enable the SI he will reverse the charges so i went all the way to Gurgaon branch to submit the SI form and then submitted the acknowledge to branch manager and assured me that he will reverse the charges, but after one month when charges were not reversed again i visited branch and then he told be that my account is not zero balance account and he can not do anything and i can close the account and go away.

            This is very bad attitude and unprofessional response from the bank, i had to spend lot money and time to visit the branch so many times, hence i request you to reverse the charges with interest as soon as possible and also change the home branch.

            When I opened my account (AC NO.[protected] with Kotak mahindra bank the persone told this is zero balance account. but bank charge me Rs. 4160/-. for unoperating account charges and i dident get any SMS OR CALL from bank. This is cheating and fraud with customer. Rs. 4160/- is not a small amt. I request bank to refund the charges

                I sent an email with complaint 4 month back in Nov 2016. A ticket was opened and closed after month time with no response. Then again I sent another email asking why it was closed and ticket is still open since then. I Don't get response from nodal officer neither any of the mgmt that I marked as below.

                I sent an email to all heads of Kotak including CEO or country head in CC. but no response yet.

                one officer tell me to keep 50, 000 and another officer tell me to keep 10, 000 and I also get call to open 0 balane account in kotak. They don't even k now what product they have at first place and eating my money like rats in banking system.

                #kotak #mahindra #bank has fraud business services in all sectors. Debit cards and debit cards many other fraud services including life insurance. They charge more money illegally. Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst banking services. And wost credit card services. They don't even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice.

                  I have raise a request that Rs 3000/- has been charged twice from my account Customer Id[protected] on 03/01/2017 when i paid at Forturne Park Hotel at Rajkot as per the Hotel Accounts team they have charged only once also I have swipe the card only once.

                  I have already raise the request at netbanking, i got mail that the same will be solved within 7 days but when i talked at customer care they are agreeing that money is not deposited in hotel Account but it will take upto 31 to 45 days and also not getting reverted on mail. Request you to help to get the refund of Rs 3000 asap as if there is any issue it is between bank and VISA organization why should my funds are getting block from more than 2 months.

                    My name is Francis and I was about to travel out of country last June and needed a credit card and so i checked the same with the Kiosk at Accenture premises. The person said I must open account (zero balance)only then credit card will be issued. I told him I already have salary account with another bank and hence cannot change it to kotak and he said it is fine. The person promised to issue credit card within a week as I was about to travel abroad. About 3 weeks later I received call from kotak regarding verification for CC and i told them i cannot provide any docs as Im not in country. Because of the false promise made by the sales person I had submitted the new account form and CC form and CC was not processed. Recently i started receiving charges leived on my account saying I have low balance - I was initially told it was zero balance account. Im not sure if the representatives dont have enough knowledge or if the bank is wantedly making false promises to levy charges and loot money later. I have noticed similar cases with many collegues in my company too. May be its time this should be looked into as a scam by the bank.

                        My salary credited in my Kotak Account on[protected] and they immediately debited INR 14, 421/- without any prior information. I'm only bread earner of my family of 4 and such deduction is so painful for me as I'm completely depend on my salary.
                        They did not take any fruitful action till 13th Feb 2017 after making several requests by mail as well as talks with Kotak Customer care.
                        It shows how unprofessional Bank is this.

                              Ankit Agarwal, account holder of Great Kotak Bank, which had done extraordinary care for his customer like me. I had given a request to kotak customer care for 4 Individual FD ( no link ) from saving account and they have given the extra care and book for 6 Fixed deposits because of which my passbooks shows very beautiful with debit and credit entries of reversed transaction ( failed txn).
                              Kotak customer care executive and MANAGER, had given me all the details over the phone without any verification on non registered mobile number, which shows very high security level of my account.
                              still the great services were not over.
                              After pointing out kotak mistake, executive had called me on my registered mobile on LATE EVENING and started directly blaming that sir this your sweep in account hence it has been done, executive and manager both were saying that, but actually it was saving account.
                              executive had also changed the kotak basic saving account policy (i.e. you will get 6 % on a normal saving account on maintaining balance of more than 1L.
                              Than I as an customer trained the executive about the policy and conditions of kotak bank. This helps customer to create leadership quality ( after training to arrogant customer care executive. Bank is giving us opportunity to trained their executive as an trainer and listen their blaaaaa blaaaa)
                              now manager and executive had given me promise 3 thrice that I will receive a call within 30 min but 30 mins is not over in 2 days also.
                              Further escalation has been moved to our chief manager from kotak bank, he apologized for this mistake like this his duty and trying to explain me that this human error. So I request to him, that I don't want to continue any relationship with kotak because of such great service from kotak.
                              He requested to continue with kotak and he make sure that this would not repeat in future and he promised me to waive 150 some charge from my account upfront. But still I don't want to continue my account with that bank I explained the reason to chief manager of kotak bank.
                              Still he requested to continue with bank than I given him one condition on which I can continue my relationship with kotak bank. but even that has not been fulfilled from more than 40 days aprox.
                              So, now I am looking for compensation of 50, 000 for their such memorable and good service from kotak bank.

                                Kindly close my saving account as this was salary account before & now this is not active & I am not happy with the services. i am calling customer care no. many times in past but there is only waiting for the agent. i need this should close immidaitely & i should not get any charges on that as this was salary account ( zero balance ) as fake info given by Bank staff on the time of account opening

                                  I have account in Kotak-Palam, New Delhi branch and a kids account in the name of my son Himang Sharma which I wanted to close.
                                  For the last more than two months i am running branch to branch but unable to close the account. The home branch did not accept the application on 3 occasions saying the server is not working. At last after one moth of hectic effort the Dwarka branch accepted the application but said that they will close the account later.It is now almost one month the account is not closed.

                                      Few days i survived very bad service of your bank.my account no.[protected] i am shivam kumar.
                                      Issue is this i used your account on 2yrs but any charges deduction not done of avearage balance mantain charges in last 11dec2016 i got a mail of weekly statement.                                         Hi, I am Pradip Nandwna my a/c no - [protected] .On 10 Jan 2017, Kotak Mahindra bank deducted Rs1366 from my salary account without any notification. I am facing many problems. Customer care service is very poooooor i will not get any response from them. I want to close this account after refunding my deduction amount. I have visited kotak branch located at C G Road, Ahmedabad. There is no proper response from bank. i also try to contact with all india kotak mahindra bank customer care department[protected] the number is always busy.
