I am a eING customer with CRN 35450015, My salary account was converted into saving account without any intimation for continuation of the account or charge details,
No Letter or intimation was sent for the same. have raised a complaint with Customer care 1-[protected] and have not received any response for this yet,
Also along with the account was offered a Life time free no maintenance Credit card, but again without any intimation the there is a charge for Non usage of Credit card applied.
have raised a complaint for this too 1-[protected], But again in a popular Kotak customer servicing standards, have not received any resolution for this too.
As a staff, an Current account was opened for reimbursement without intimation to us, now the account needs to be closed, no process for closure of this account over mail/ customer care, the customer is expected to give a account closure letter in the branch,
While account was opened without account opening forms and enforced to clients, why is closure not handled?
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Rs. 800+ charge for other atm withdraws.
10000+ charge for not maintaining a minimum balance.
1000+ for delayed credit card payments.
One purchase= service tax+conversion charge+interest charge+actual mrp….

Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst banking services. And wost credit card services. They don't even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice.
