      Loan sanctioned but amount not received .

      Worst response from representatives. They call us back "N" number of times while in the process of collecting the documents for loans. But once collected and sanctioned, they will never bother about the customer. My loan agreement has been sanctioned on 15th of feb 2017. Till now i have not received the loan amount in my account.       Kotak mahindra bank is one of the fraud bank experience of my life fooling customer to an extent an almost blackmailing on terms of civil will get spoil an so on also the miss behavior by the service executive an surprisingly no knowledge of the bank at all as i spoke to around 6 different executive giving 6 different answer an reason an if no answer disconnecting the call i have been forced to pay the charges.

        Dear sir/madam, I am dhamodharan selvaraj acc.no.[protected]. having a salary account with Kotak for VISHWAJYOTHI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. As it is a salary account it is zero balance account but they have deduced the amount for non maintenance charges for the month of June, July and September October 2016. the amount is deduced in December 2016. Actually I mailed to many representatives and salary account department also I spoke they are not reversing the amount I am getting salary from the same company for last two years but they say it is not salary. Kindly take action and give me back my amount soon.

        My account was recently open with kotak bank my complaint is all bank staff are sefish very poor services and second no complaint is again and again demand of signatures in any kind of work. And my third complaint is when any work in bank when I ask some thing about any the whole staff say u talk to those person who open your account.

          I have been using Kotak account for past more than one year now and in November, I submitted an application for the change of Debit card but since the address on my profile was an old address because my company shifted office from Delhi to Faridabad so I didn't get my debit card. Then went to the bank and got my address changed. I applied for a cheque book and I got it but when it came to Debit card I am getting no response from the Bank. I have now applied for my debit card for so many timed (approx. 4 times in 2 months) but still haven't received and am unable to reach to customer care too. Can any one please help me with this problem?

            I have applied for personal loan, they have collected 10 cheques and got sign in agreement in 5 days. They also saying loan got approved initially post that there is not response from bank I called and asked after 1 week they said it was in loan dispersal team will get in 5 days. It was taken hardly a month I didn't receive any response from the bank I called and asked about the status they are saying the request was declined. They are not sure what they are doing for showing sales and marketing techniques they are doing false promising like loan approved and agreement sign getting relevant details and make fool of customer.

            The bank does not following BSCBI. Don't take personal loan from this bank frustrated. very poor service.

                I am writing this mail as i am aggrieved by recent incident in Kota Mahindra Main Branch C-scheme Jaipur Raj.

                1. I have visited branch on dated 21.01.17 in morning at 10.15 AM for registration in Jaipur Marathon.

                2. A staff meeting was going on while i have entered the Branch.

                3. I have asked for marathon form; from front desk, and completed entire formalities

                4. Post completion i was asked to deposit rupee 1200/- at cash counter in the account of [protected]

                5. I have waited there for 20 Minutes as some expert cashier has to handle the transaction .

                6. I have provided entire set of document to him, but he return the cash slip along with entire form stating that only deposition of fee is required, rest formalities can be done at marathon center at the time of kit collection ( One day prior to Race day ) i have wasted 40 Minute in your branch for the purpose which was not served.

                7. On the day of Kit collection( 4th Feb) i was surprised to find that my name and entry was no where mention, while inquired the same i have learnt that my form was missing.

                8. To understand the need of hour, i have re-register my self by paying cash and lot of obligation as registration were already closed two days prior.

                9. Today i have visited your branch for refund of my amount, as they were fail to collect my form.

                10. As a shocker of day, every damn body in your bank was blaming me for not knowing the process.

                11. My fee refund application was also denied, as they found it objectionable to write or questioning bank. They want application to be submitted in the way the desire.

                I am submitting copy of below...
                1. Fee deposit slip.
                2. Form not found confirmation from marathon team.
                3. ID card OSV and CTC done by your bank staff.
                4. Refund request letter.

                  We have current account with mahim west branch having accountno.[protected].Three months back we have apply for online banking.
                  But still we can only able to add the new account no but not able to do any transcations.15 days back we have already submitted additional paper for online banking to sumedh rai, deputy manager.Also we are regularly follow up with him but till date unable to reslove the problem.This is the worst service from kotak bank.

                  I have been receiving harressing collection calls even after informing that the card will be paid by march 15 when i will get the funds. The representative was very rude and said Tumhari aukaat nahi hai toh use kyu kiya and was abusive.

                  Request you to please get this calls stopped till March 15 or else i will have to complaint it to RBI

                    I was using kotak credit card since 2014, i made all my payments on time but still my credit limit was not enhanced (This is not the matter), in 2016 i changed my company & salary from company was irregular hence i was not able to make my payment on time, than suddenly a guy from kotak bank came and informed me about settlement amount was 13000 inr, i made the payment of 13000 inr with late payment and service tax, my account should be closed, but still kotak bank is sending me emails, sms to make payment.
                    Till i dont have a proper answer for my email, calls, social media. Now i dont know whome to contact.
                    Worst bank experience in lifetime

                      I have been called today from Kotak Mahindra Bank, the head office, situated at Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata. The person calling, introduced himself as an HR recruiter of the bank. He said that my CV has been shortlisted for an interview with them for the post of the TEAM MANAGER. The interview is scheduled for tomorrow . Having read the above comments and posts, I am doubtful about the veracity of the information given to me by the man, who called me. I cannot decide if I should go for the interview or not.

                        I applied for a savings account online on 28th Nov. I have not received my Debit Card and Cheque Book even after 80+ days of application. I followed up more than 10 times with the branch just to get my CRN and account number int he 3rd week of December. But it is useless without cheque book or debit card.

                        I have reached out to the call center, branch, senior leaders (online channel head) but they do not respond - so much for customer centricity.

                        I filed a complaint on their website after 80 days but did not even get an acknowledgement - so convenient for the bank, I will not be surprised if they say in future that there is no record.

                        I visited the branch 3 times. I even requested to cancel my account out of disgust but did not even get support for that.

                          My name is Chetan Pawle, I had purchased one item from flipkart, by using kotak debit card on 14th FEB 2017, I had completed the payment. But because of some reason, I cancelled my order. Flipkart had reimbursed the amount same day after cancellation. I got the message from Flipkart stating, your amount is reimbursed, please contact your bank for any delay.

                          I had email the same to Kotak help-desk. But today is the 8th day. I still not received my amount. I reach out to them via every way. But this people are unreachable.

                          Such worst employee services, I had never faced before in my life.

                          I request you people to look into it.

                              I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank having an account with CRN :[protected] .
                              I had opened an account in September 2016 through the Bank’s representative in my company. At the time of account opening they informed me being a Salary Account I can have zero balance or otherwise maintain minimum 10000 balance in account and i did that.
                              But this month, I have been charged for TBMS without prior information. Also, no message post deduction of amount from my account.

                              When I contact customer care I was told that I have to maintain a minimum balance of 50, 000 every month. How can be they so irresponsible. The same was told when I visited the branch in airoli .Also, they told me that they don't have direct contact with their Bank’s representative in my company than tell me where should i go?Why there is ambiguity?
                              Why I was not informed this during the time of account opening? If was informed in the first place I would have maintain the amount. I want to know that why they didn't tell me before about this thing. Representative in bank also told that deduction for the month of January month will also happen. Why the hell I am not getting any messages regarding such information.
                              Such a big fraud from Kotak Mahindra Bank. I am demanding an explanation right away, because I am frustrated with the service which you are providing. Which sort of service is this.
                              I strictly need my money to be back in my account. Planning to take this issue to higher level and will going to close my account. It’s the fault on bank’s part so why should I pay for this?

                                I hold a saving bank account with Kotak.

                                Branch : Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad

                                My current residence : Bangalore

                                The above account was opened as a link to mutual fund account.

                                Since I had an HDFC account already, I was not interested to open another SB account. But your sales executives insisted that it is must and also as it is Zero balance account i need not worry about minimum balance.

                                Later i started getting SMS stating that the Average balance was not maintained and the penalty was debited, I have been contacting your branches at Hubli and Bangalore, to help resolve this issue.

                                But none even tried to help me. it seems they were more interested in penalty rather the customer.

                                call centre advised to go the branch and branch advised to call the call center.

                                I request you to kindly waive the penalty so that i can operate the account.

                                PS: I am a classic customer at HDFC bank, ( minimum account balance maintained above 1L )

                                  Hi I am getting collection calls for the past one week from Kotak Mahindra Bank G-9 Vikash Puri Phone #[protected]. From Mr. Vikram Singh -Emp Code -TCA632 and Mr. Santosh Kumar.

                                  As per my best knowledge i have no due pending for any Credit Card company. This is a clear case of stolen id. However the bank employee are calling me every day. I request the concerned department to take action against such calls. And if they have any supporting documents as proof of my due pending on them . Then kindly approach me via proper channel instead of calling me on my phone. I also have my latest CIBEL report and there is no such outstanding dept .

                                    Hi Kotak Team,

                                    The worst experience I had with the kotak team. 6 Months before i was opened salary account, due to some organization issues, my salary was on hold so i didn't get the salary with respect to the kotak corporate account. For not maintaining the account balance, they are going to charge the maintenance fees for the financial year. They send a notification letter to my residential address. I'm frustrated because of the Bank relationships with the customer. While opening the account, then why the kotak representatives are telling like zero balance account. Please don't misguide the people.

                                    Even i have a account with HDFC bank, don't even do any transactions for past 6 months. But their commitments and care towards the customer is excellent.

                                      I have opened my saving account ( CRN:[protected] and NPS account as per the scheme wherein my account will be zero balance account, after account opening ECS for the NPS account was not deducting so i talked to the Deepshikha from Kotak gurgaon branch in April 2016 as as per her instructions to visit branch i visited branch and met the branch manager and he assured me he will look into the issue and will speak to concern team and will enable my ECS for the same. As again next month Standing instructions was not processed so i visited branch and met branch manager now he told me that his branch is not NPS enabled so i need to visit other Vasant kunj branch, after i visited that branch they told me that i have to go to my home branch only to enable this and then again i went and meet the manage of my branch, again he assured me and asked me to want and he will enable the SI. and i visited branch many times but nothing was done and then from July onwards Annual maintenance charges were deducted form my account and again i visited branch and told branch manager regarding the same he told me as SI was not deducted charges were levied and if i visit JMD branch Gurgaon and enable the SI he will reverse the charges so i went all the way to Gurgaon branch to submit the SI form and then submitted the acknowledge to branch manager and assured me that he will reverse the charges, but after one month when charges were not reversed again i visited branch and then he told be that my account is not zero balance account and he can not do anything and i can close the account and go away.

                                      This is very bad attitude and unprofessional response from the bank, i had to spend lot money and time to visit the branch so many times, hence i request you to reverse the charges with interest as soon as possible and also change the home branch.
                                      Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      When I opened my account (AC NO.[protected] with Kotak mahindra bank the persone told this is zero balance account. but bank charge me Rs. 4160/-. for unoperating account charges and i dident get any SMS OR CALL from bank. This is cheating and fraud with customer. Rs. 4160/- is not a small amt. I request bank to refund the charges
