I had asked for a gift card (value INR 11000) to be delivered to my address on 11th April 2016. The card was not delivered in 3 weeks, so I called up the home branch. 2 requests had been raised for tracking and delivering the card (1-[protected], 1-[protected]).
It's been 8 months and I've still not received the card. I recently raised another request on 6th December (not sure of the request number) to get the card delivered. When I call the customer service for the status update, I'm told that the home branch is handling it. When I call the home branch, nobody picks up the call (numbers are[protected]/04).
If you cannot provide services to your customers and take so long for such a simple request, then please let me know so that I change my serving bank and tell the same to my family and friends.
