Unauthorized Transaction for Rs. 135000 made in my account without my consent.
An amount of Rs. 13500 on 17th December was unethical debited from my saving account without any authorization or consent from my side. This issue was already raised to Customer care of Kotak Mahindra bank, who were not able to provide proper explanation for the same.

Regarding my saving account status.

I have requested to open my saving account in Pune, which i submitted form & gave a cheque to your sales person Mr. Aniket.

Cheque was cleared on last week itself but still i have not received any confirmation message from you. I also called Mr. Aniket but he is on leave & he said he will forward his boss no to me. But he failed to do the same....

Wrongly amount debited but still not credited

I have done shopping from d-mart ranip (Ahmedabad) on dated (10/dec/2016). I have debited amount -3, 063. 09. But transaction is failed and my account is debited.

I can't understand if banks with such big names and reputations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank are defying RBI directives and employing goons in the name of recovery agents for harassing and ill-treating responsible consumers of India. I have been receiving calls from recovery agents allegedly employed by Phoenix ARC Private Limited in relation to card number [protected] which does not even belong to me. Not received new cheque book after 12 days of request

Deduction in my kotak bank a/c no. 646010030523

Dear sir,

There are 3 transactions happened in my a/c no.[protected] on dated 2nd december and it is mentioned min bal non maintenance charges for sep & oct (amounts are rs. 805 & 805) then again on 6 december bank deducted rs. 1610. so total rs. 3220 deducted from my a/c with out any information and my approval.

This is zero balance a/c, then how can they deduct this amount without my permission?

Account opening trouble

I had submitted my application for account opening at Rohini sector 18, Delhi branch on 19th November and rs. 11000 was deducted from my SBI account on 30th November but my account has still not opened up. Bank officials keeps on giving false assurances that account will be opened today or tomorrow but account still not opened. I had submitted my complaint through email on 3rd December but have found no satisfactory solution....
