Dear sir,
I am, amitabh basu of delhi having current account no. [protected] with ghazipur, delhi - 110096 in the name of a. B. Services and the account is operated by me only.
I happened to use my debit card no. [protected] at kotak mahindra bank atm (Location at 2 x rd, gandhinagar, majestic, bangalore) on 28th jan 2017 at 22. O4 hrs to withdraw rs. 4000/- from my above account.
My transaction not matured and received printed slip
(Record no. 132695) from kotak mahindra aqtm with comments as "system error, please contact bank".
However, immediately i received an sms alert on my mobile [protected] from pnb at 10:04:54 on 28.01.2017 that a/c xxxxxxxx00002114 has been debited with rs. 4020 on[protected]:10:41 thru atm / upi (Without indicating any balance amount figure). Helpline [protected] from am-pnbsms.
To cross check my account balance, immediately i used my same debit card at same atm & received same message as "system error, please contact bank" (As per record no. 132696)
Then, i had gone to another sbi atm nearby (Location sudarshan lodge - at gandhinagar, majestic, bangalore) and tried for account balance. The slip bearing txn. No. 7501, reference no.[protected] on 01/28/17 time 22:10 term : s1nz[protected] confirms[protected] eft / cash - wdl / d 4020 as debited / withdrawn with available balance figure.
Then i withdrew rs. 4500/- and balance appeared on screen with deduction of both (Rs. 4020 + rs. 4520) amount.
Then and then, i contacted pnb customer care no.[protected] and had spoken to your executive named mr. Ashraf (???). After listening my entire case, he advised me to contact customer care after 4.00 am on 29th jan 2017.
Once again, i contacted pnb customer care on 29th jan 2017 around 8.45 hrs and had spoken to ms. Manshi (???) who had given me a complained no. As heb015981.
She assured me that case will be dissolved maxm. Within 7 working days. However, same will be communicated to you by a sms within 3 days time.
Subsequently, i received a sms message stating that - "dear customer, complaint registered successfully with sr. No. A[protected] for amount of rs. 4020.00. Quote sr. No. For future reference" - from am - pnbsms at 08:34:58 am on 29.01.2017.
Subsequently, from 1st feb 2017 on wards, i contacted pnb customer care almost everyday but sorry to bring to your kind notice that my case is still open / unsolved.
As i am a sr. Citizen and quite worried for my money back to my account immediately with a sms message.
I contacted my original bank - pnb gazipur branch on return to delhi on 4th feb 2017 but they expressed their helplessness in this regard and asked me to contact only pnb customer care.

Note : no proper category for debit card related complaint not available. Please include same. However, i had to indicate banks only against complaint towards wrong debit of my money through other bank atm to my debit card withdrawal
