Kotak Mahindra Bank Complaints & Reviews

I had opened online saving account with Kotak on dated 23.12.2016. They had mention account will be open immediately but till now account has not been opened.
I have tried several times to contact customer care no. but never connected. I have also written to customer but did not received any response. Today I visited to branch, Manager replied he can't help as account has been opened online.
Really worst people worst bank....

I'm imran mughal I have a kotak bank credit card as well as bank account but kotak bank are very parcel to customer not helping the customer and very rude I have have this to customer care and email the managing director of the bank Mr uday kotak but from the last 25 day I didn't get any reply from the bank side I request u to pleased help me in this issue

I have applied for a new ace savings account from Kotak Mahindra Bank online, vide application tracking no: ra01992182. Got confirmation mail on same day 6th JAN, 2017 that my savings account opening application has been successfully processed. Bank representative will get in touch with me within 48 working hours to complete the account opening formalities at my correspondence address.

I am still waiting for the bank representative...

Got a call from Kotak Mahindra, Noida branch at 8:39PM during night and the senior recovery manager Mr. Vashistha stated that he had different ways to recover the bad dues without asking whether he is speaking to right person or not. They have been threatening to anyone like that they are from FBI and they can do justice for anything.
Despite of telling him that this shouldn't be right time for discussion, he kept on going to explain...

Our outward forex remittance dt. 18th Jan 2017 which was not executed inspite of our confirmation at agreed price by their forex department Mr. Vijay Iyyer.

On 17th, even after continuosly calling Ms. Suveera, she didnt even answered the call...

My sister has been receiving calls from a guy named vinoth who claims to be working as a system admin in Kotak Mahindra bank Bangalore. The worst bank I have ever gone through almost 40 days not yet resolved a small complaint just I'll b ready to loot money but not ready for customers satisfaction. My account got wrongly deducted for which the escalations team reverted back and told that annual ATM card maintenance got deducted twice and I'll b reverted back with 2300 rs in a day and again its almost 20 days past no reversal Due that insufficient balance even by Ecs got bounced...

I am using kotak urban card. I have spend more than 1 lakh in a year and gotten 10, 000 reward points. I have requested for cash against rewards through online. They are not giving my cash and not showing any redeem history in online portal. Even I have history for getting rewards points.
