Kotak Charging Fraudulently in sake of service charges

I have sent many emails to kotak Mahindra Bank regarding fraudulent transaction which is happening in my account by Kotak Bank, I have not received satisfactory resolution after several follow ups.

Pathetic banking services, they charge for unknown reason from your account.

After writing several email, they even didn't tried to resolve.

They are actually earning by making such irrelevant charges...

I have a an account in kotak bank and i'm using this account from since to yet and m issue start from the day one, when i use to login to on net banking its shown some error and when i word with the customer representative he ask me for verification so given my all detail but the denied and told me to contact with that particular guy who took your information .which is don't possible and in this year 2017 January month the charged me twice...

Credit card status being processed

Didnt get any communication regarding account

We have a bank account in Syndicate Bank Dev Nagar, New Delhi branch. Kotak mahindra bank cheque book not delivered

I have requested for Cheque book on 22 Dec 2016, till I didn't received my cheque book on my address. Even thought didn't get message from Bank that Cheque book has been delivered on so an so Courier.

And When I visited to bank they said it has been delivered, you have to contact to that Courier company but i don't know and didn't get message from bank your cheque book has been delivery and Courier tracking number or ref id....

I (sushma from Hyderabad )was applied for kotak zero balance account.after apllying i received a call from kotalk call center and they sent executive to collect the documents and they given a kotak link and asked to transfer amount of 5000/- wich was done by me on 26 dec 16. and since it is almost 12-15 days no body responding for the status and i am not understanding where my 5000/- gone .kindly consider as serious issue and take action...

Fraud Done

I Received a hoax call by someone posing as bank officials asking the pin number of credit card and when gave them the wrong one they asked to give the right one so thinking that they were indeed bank.officials I gave them the pin number. But realising I had been duped I informed Kotak about it. in the earlier days they told me not to pay the bill but now it is asking/forcing to pay the amount which they themselves told us not to pay. br...

Debit card and non maintenance charges

I opened a saving account in Kotak in July 2016, the representative told me that i will recieve the debit card and othe documents within one week.. But till today January 2017, i did not recieve my debit card and other credentials.

Not received Debit card even after a month i logged lost

Its high time and I am completely frustrated with the kind of service I got from you people.

I reported my loss of card on 4th Dec and from that I am literally requesting that it should be dispatched to Bangalore branch.
everytime I call up customer care for an update they say they will take it up and it will there in 3-4 working...

Refund TBMS charges

Kotak Mahindra bank has deducted my balnce 4 time. I would like to know the reason. As per RBI guide line bank should not charge any such amount for low balance.

Deducting the money from the account without any intimation

Kotak mahindra bank deducted my money about INR 2932 for non maintenance of minimum balance with out any intimation. I did not get any assistance from their end even after raising a complaint also, instead I got irresponsible answers from the Tanvi Mehta service officer of Kotak bank contact number: [protected]. And now she is not ready to answer my calls also.
please arrange my refund from the bank.
At least I need perfect explanation...

Does not wish to continue with kotak credit card

I don't even applied for credit card but how careless people you are you have send me credit card without my permission. I want to block my credit card as I don't want to use it. This is the way you deal with your customers? Kindly block it as soon as possible.
