Got a call from Kotak Mahindra, Noida branch at 8:39PM during night and the senior recovery manager Mr. Vashistha stated that he had different ways to recover the bad dues without asking whether he is speaking to right person or not. They have been threatening to anyone like that they are from FBI and they can do justice for anything.
Despite of telling him that this shouldn't be right time for discussion, he kept on going to explain what he can do next.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid amount of rs 5000 for opening a saving account online on 22dec 2016,
Its has been more than a month, I havet received my account JS01937, from one months the status in online it shows application in progress, I need a account immediately or refund mt.money back.

    Kotak mahindra Bank, with whom I have been banking since past few years have in routine done goofups.

    The latest one which I wish to highlight is as foll :

    Our outward forex remittance dt. 18th Jan 2017 which was not executed inspite of our confirmation at agreed price by their forex department Mr. Vijay Iyyer.

    On 17th, even after continuosly calling Ms. Suveera, she didnt even answered the call and to top it no call back was done. My only reason to call her was to book my trade, documents were submitted on 16th Jan 2017, which later I called up Mr. Vijay to coordinate internally with Ms. Suveera and go ahead.

    I was confirmed a price by Mr. Vijay and was also assured that the trade will be executed. ( Confirmed by Ms. Suveera & Mr. Vijay )

    As my account was not debited till 19th morning, I called up the bank to know the status and was shocked to hear that the trade was not executed due to technical error but the same will be done today at my agreed rates of yesterday ( As per telecon with Ms. Suveera ).

    To know more I called up Mr. Vijay who was unavailable over phone, When he called up again, my interaction with Mr. Vijay Iyyer left a very bitter taste, unprofessional approach, . I was informed by Mr. Vijay that the forex backoffice of Kotak got confused and so rejected the trade, simply because THEY THOUGHT it was a duplicate trade.

    This is height of incompetence and sheer negligence... The staffs checked the amount only and not the rest of important documents which were submitted to understand that this was a different invoice against which payment was to be done.

    Today I was / am being forced to execute same transaction at 20 paise more than my agreed price, which is literally a threat when I am asked if I want to execute or not. ITS SO BLANK OPTION and SOLUTION your people have for your customer.

    It seems that the change of old staffs have also changed the attitude of bank towards their customers.

    Because of negligence of the bank I am suffering loss, monetary as well as my reputation has been dented.

    Hope that the bank takes some corrective measures to instill confidence and some customer care ethics and values in their employees.

      My sister has been receiving calls from a guy named vinoth who claims to be working as a system admin in Kotak Mahindra bank Bangalore. I believe the Kotak bank gave landline for the workers not to make any personal or prank calls with other people. The contact number that I received calls from: [protected]

      when i tried to confront him regarding this issue, to stop the call. The seriousness he wasnt aware, like what could a person do to stop this. The only thing i want is to stop this kinda things happening in a well known Banking sector.

      We have done required for 25 nos cheque on dt. 10 Jan 16 ref. no. is CHK6706157 today on dt.17 we have not received we ask customer care of kotak mahindra bank they will give wrong blue dart courier tracking no.[protected] which not find on tracking. we need cheque book urgently kindly confirm when delivered the same as early as possible.

            Hello my self Deep Badiani from Surat ( Gujarat ) Its been 10 days and i have asked to open current account of my firm in your bank ( kotak bank surat piplod branch in IBC ) . The guy name Pravin who was handling us and asked all the documents which needed and i submitted all the documents which was been asked frm him but after that he said in 2 days account will get open when ever i called him he said today 100% u will get your account no. And today its 10 days and still he is fooling me arround. I just want to say u one thing i[censored] cant handel ur customers than shut down your bank. Worst service worst experience. I said that it was urgent than also you all delayes and wasted my time really worst experience. Hope to see you positive reply from you or else i have many banka you are not the only one.

              I am totally harrass from kotak bank services regarding my current account was opened at 27th Oct 2016 to till today i have been complaints and requests to kotak customer care and also aproached to branch as Branch manager and my ARM but all failed and i was harassed till today.                 The worst bank I have ever gone through almost 40 days not yet resolved a small complaint just I'll b ready to loot money but not ready for customers satisfaction. My account got wrongly deducted for which the escalations team reverted back and told that annual ATM card maintenance got deducted twice and I'll b reverted back with 2300 rs in a day and again its almost 20 days past no reversal Due that insufficient balance even by Ecs got bounced and even fr that bank charged me but customer can't charge a bank fr there fault . Even after several calls to customer care no proper response from kotak bank.

                      Hi,
                      My name is krishna Prasad B. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in ING vysya bank. I left the job after few months and joined some other company my salary account also changed to another bank. But I was used ING bank after that also but ING bank is changed to kotak bank later and without basic information they have changed IFSC codes every thing there is no new IFSC codes available in google also due to that I was unable to do fund transfer so stopped transactions for 1 month. Now my account is showing -3000/- rs negative balance. There is no intimation regarding new changes. How this will do without basic information.

                          October 2015 I applied for a personal loan (SPLN[protected] at Kotak Mahindra bank, till date they haven't set up the ECS inspite of submitted the form and 3 cheques 4 times to them. And then they charge late fees and all the other penalties. I finally managed to get the balance transfer sanctioned /at ICICI bank after convincing them that the delay was not from my end, and now its been 15 days I haven't got the foreclosure letter from them and I am paying interest at both banks. Plus they want to charge 5% foreclosure charges.

                            Sir, I hold savings account S.B. A/c No :[protected] with ING Vysya Bank Khammam Br. Telangana state..At the time of opening a SB A/c. the proofs that I subitted was Voter Id.in which my name has been entered as Shreenivas R kondapalli in english where as the name in telugu version is correctly spelled as Srinivasa Rao.Kondapally.

                            I have approached the bank with necessary evidences to get my name as per the proofs.I have no idea how my name was entered in the application form by the bank officials.Now they tell me one thing that has been taken as per the proof submitted.

                            It sounds illogical how do they deny my declaration and other proofs that I offer to submit for verification.
                            Kindly provide me necessary details to get it done at the earliest.

                              I was enrolled in Kotak PO for PGDBRM course in 2013 for that Kotak offered a loan of Rs. 3, 50, 000 which I have taken considering it to be education loan. However, they converted the education loan taken for that course into a personal loan amount. Due to this interest rate was increased compared to education loan. The scheme was that EMI's will be deducted from my salary after joining the bank and course completion in 2014. Every month Rs. 9350 was deducted from my salary account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Trouble started when I had constantly asked Bank Managers to change my sales profile and transfer my branch. I could not continue sales profile and daily commuting of 1 hr due to health issue. But they didn't pay heed to my concerned. They made me report to HR department in Jun, 2015 after many mails. I went to HR department at Connaught Place, Delhi Office for continuously one month. However, HR was also not supportive towards my concerns. I stopped reporting to HR from August 2015 due to bad health. They terminated my service in September, 2015. As my salary stopped coming, I faced financial crisis to pay the EMI's. I payed EMI properly till Dec 2015 but after that I couldn't pay the EMI's timely due to financial crunch. Meanwhile, I had asked Kotak for the foreclosure of the Loan account by doing some settlement. They never provided the settlement amount and kept on charging interest, late payment charges etc. I somehow managed to pay EMI' s till August, 2016 and after that I stopped paying them. I have sent many mails for the settlement of this loan asking them to waive off interest and allow only principal due. They never provided that and every time assigned a new loan officer for my account. In November, 2016 I received a court notice from Kotak to show myself at District Judge in Chennai. This was after I was constantly in touch with loan officer for the settlement. Loan officer asked me to pay 3 month EMI together and he will provided the final amount after that. But again the loan officer was changed and I have to explain the whole situation to the new person. Meanwhile they also encashed the security deposit cheque provided during Loan disbursement and debited 3 months EMI from it also in November, 2016. So altogether I had payed 6 months EMI together. They never stopped charging interest charges, late payement fees etc during this time. So, the total charges accumulated to be around Rs. 11400 /- I have asked new loan officer to provide the settlement amount due to my financial situation. He could just waive off the above charges as the final settlement. Kotak loan dept is the worst department among all the department. At one time I am in constantly touch with loan officer for settlement, the other time I am getting court notice to show myself in Chennai. I am very stressed due to all these. First of all I dont have any income and secondly Kotak is handling the settlement in very unprofessional way. I dont know what can be done here?

At one time I am in constantly touch with loan officer for settlement, the other time I am getting court notice to show myself in Chennai. I am very stressed due to all these. First of all I dont have any income and secondly Kotak is handling the settlement in very unprofessional way. I dont know what can be done here?

                                Made a complaint before 10 days but still no reply from ur end.i paid Rd.5000/- for creating zero balance account but neither my account created nor the money refunded back .no response no updates. Not knowing where to contact.i applied zero balance account for A.S rao nagar branch secunderabad.
                                Kindly refund my money.and please take as a serious issue

                                    I have sent many emails to kotak Mahindra Bank regarding fraudulent transaction which is happening in my account by Kotak Bank, I have not received satisfactory resolution after several follow ups.

                                    Pathetic banking services, they charge for unknown reason from your account.

                                    After writing several email, they even didn't tried to resolve.

                                    They are actually earning by making such irrelevant charges on regular basis. Without reason.

                                    Am an Kotak account holder with account number [protected], i hAve attempted to withdraw 3500Rs from Andhra bank ATM at 6:58 pm today. I did not receive any cash but my account have been debited with 2000RS. Please help me to get my money back.

                                      Kindly be informed that above mentioned loans were close and dues were credited to your bank early december 2016. However i did not receive the property papers when i visited your loan department in pune. I was told that they had received only part of the property documents from their head office. Earlier even your staff has made me take extra rounds of your office for foreclosure letter etc. It is hard to believe the a bank like yours which portrays itself as reputed private sector bank would indulge in the harassment of its customers.in this digital age your bank always says things will be done in seven or ten working days. There is surely something rotten in your system, the top management is slack and should be reprimanded. Customers are to be treated with respect and you should value their time too. Lame excuses such as delays due to demobilization etc are just excuse for incompetence and negligence. If you do not give my property papers at the earliest i shall seek consumer courts assistance to set things right.
