Hi kotak,

I am also facing this problem, there are tbms charges, cw charges, decl charges, non kotak atm charges.

What are all these? Without information how you are doing this unnecessary transaction. I am loosing 2000 rupees every month. Pls resolve and credit amount which you have debit, i am very unhappy in this bank for this kind o[censored]nneccessary deduction.

I will close account in kotak go with other and i will proceed with legal option also if you do not resolve this. No other banks are doing such thing, i am facing only with this.

    Sir i am ANISH KUMAR my account number is - [protected] on 02 dec 2016 bank deducted Rs 1380 from my kotak salary account without any notification . Now i am out of town and i have no money in my account i facing many problems . And the kotak customer care no[protected] is always bsy i try to connect with the customer care department but the no is always busy from last 4days and i try to contact my branch of lajpat nagar[protected] they not pick my number from last 4days . I file an email complaint but they not respond my complaint . I am no satisfied by kotak Mahindra bank . Please refund my money .

    I am ANISH KUMAR my account number is [protected]. On 02 dec 2016 bank deducted Rs 1380 from my salary account without giving me any information and notification . I am out of town and i have no money in my account and facing problems . The response of customer care dep is, 0℅ no response and KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK customer care services are very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very poooooor... I am not satisfied with your bank and your services no one pick my call from last 5days of lajpat nagar branch[protected]. And you all india kotak customer care number[protected] is busy from last 5days. I also file a complaint on KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK Email customer care service but i am not get any response from them. i am out of station and i have no money in my pocket. I want my money back. They think common men is fool they don't know the power of aam admi... I belong to middle class family and this amount is big for me which you deducted in few seconds ... I am not satisfied with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK and Customer care service overall full team of the bank. So please refund my amount and don't make fool to common peoples who attached with your bank .

      I had a salary account with kotak mahindra, then switched to another company, that company had salary account in hdfc, i had around 1500 rs balance in my kotak account, now these kotak guys converted my salary account into savings account without informing me and deducted whole 1500 in the name of low balance charges and my balance is now zero, there is not even uniformity in their charges, its 900 one month 600 for another month, how can such a company be like a theif all other banks inform before making it a savjng and inform abt low maintenance charges. I demand a complete roll back and a payout of the money, while coming to it company campuses they beg us to open accounts and dnt reveal these details

        Kotak mahindra bank suffering me from emi bounce charges from last month, my crn 37589493 as i am having 2 emi for 4th dated, as i agree that last month both emi bounced and i am liable to charges. The intelligence of kotak mahindra is instead of taking bounce charges single time they taking twice, i. E., they exactly charging on the same day when i keep exact amount for emi. For eg: i kept 15500 from both emi, they debited rs. 432, one got cleared and another got bounced, for the bounced one again they are charging when there is sufficient fund there for next clearing. Instead of charging rs. 864 they charged more than rs. 2000 no of bounces increased bcoz of charges deducted when amount is ready for clearing. Kindly stop this kind of looting customers money and give us justice.

          Hi,

          Myself zeal karwa my crn no. Is 67141228. I would like to request a refund of all the charges which have levied to my account. These are all unfair charges. There was no communication from kotak bank side for deducting the charges. They are deducting the amount from my account without informing me. They should have informed me for low balance in account. I would have taken the action. But no! They want to generate revenue from fradulent steps, by deducting money without informing customer. Every bank helps there customers, they suggest which is in the favor of customer, but in kotak bank case this is not the situation. Instead of helping their customers they are taking the advantage of money in there accounti!
          Same is the case with my credit card, i would not like to repeat the situation. All the charges from start to end should be reversed.

          I want the refund of all charges which is been deducted from my account. Please repay this money within 1 week.

I accepted, but after all the verifications, they decided to cancel my application without telling me anything about it. After about a month, they called again with the same offer. I declined, but after repeated such calls i agreed to give it another try. This time, i got sent two credit cards, both with an annual maintenance...

            All your employees are bunch of crooks... They neither pick calls nor responded on whatsapp...

            Not expecting any response from your side...

            Just learn from kotak bank how to make fool and loot some one..
            3 days before, my account was showing rs. 81/- balance, and now it becomes zero (0)...
            Next month, they will implement fine for not keeping adequate balance...

            I had submitted account closure form in karol bagh branch on 1-nov-2016... After that they did not move a inch... Still waiting for account closure... Wastage of time to deal with you...

            It means no one has processed my bank account closure form... All they want to loot the customer..

            Also, my credit card is yet to be closed.. Even i have deposited all dues.. But no one is entertaining... (Credit card [protected])..

            Even after paying my all dues and requesting too much to customer care executives... i am not getting my credit card closed..

            Every time, i receive mobile number of executive ...
            Even several times calling him, he did not move an inch... Even not responding on whats app...

            After every 15 days, they implement some charges etc ...

            Need some action against these lethargic people ..

                I have the honor to stat that I have a saving account with kotak mahindra and for the insurance policy I have been advised one of your insurance team. They suggested that for three lakh policy my premium will be 4500 I got agree and I did it.but without my acknowledgement they made it 10 lakh policy with premium of 6700 which I don't want.

                I don't have any problems for the policy. But before making any changes that to without my acknowledgement you are not suppose to make any changes and deduct money from my account which you did.

                  I have a salary accout with KOTAK bank and recently I have bought an home appliance from BajajFinserv EMI. In OCT 2016, my kotak salary account was not credited with salary as I was on Leave without Pay and Bajaj has tried to debit emi from my account twice & both failed.

                  I am charged 977+977 for each month without intimation of maintaining the minimum balance today. I have been a customer for this bank from 2013 but now suddenly instead of paying interest on deposit to their customers they are charging us without inform about the conversion of salary account to savings.

You always deduct unexpected money from my account. Please refund my amount i am out of town right now and have neeed of money.                       I guess keeping relations with kotak mahindra was a foolish decision, you guys have deducted 609 rupees with even notifying me earlier on the name of monthly minimum balance that of watching the account for days with cash in it. It's a salary account and I would request my money back other I will have to lodge a consumer complaint and give guys a good lesson about what happens when you take money unannounced.

                        I have personal loan in Kotak. I want to close loan. Bank is forcefully charging me 5 percent additional charges for this. As per RBI, there won't b any charges for foreclosure. Please let me know, the procedure to fight against the bank. I have already told to their customer care executive that I can bear such high charges for foreclosure, which were never informed to me while taking the loan. Still they are saying that it's intra bank process. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

                          I have a account in kotak bank, when I go to bank to withdrawl money, but bank branch (Mahavir Enclave, Dwarka, Janakpuri) can't gave proper money at queue customer . bank service is very slow and bad.customers not happy with kotak bank service, many people go in the bank without the queue by showing something appointment to withdrawl the money, but when I contact to bank customer executive, they told there is nothing like that to take appointment to withdrawl money, and Many of the people take money as he/she want, but they can't gave proper money to queue customers after 3 to 4 hour his/her turn.In last I want to say that please do something about this and take any strict action.

                            What the hell is this??? I got some amount credited to my account and you guys deducted Rs.1500 before even sending me the credit msg!!! I want my money back asap as this is a very cheap way of earning money. It was a salary account and Since May the salary was not credited in the account. But it surely doesn't mean that you guys deduct money like this. I am not going to give you a single buck. When a company opens a salary account of his employee it do not mention anywhere about this kind of deductions neither the bank representative tells us. So you have no right to deduct any money !! Return my money asap as I'm lodging a complaint with Consumer forum.

                              I had a/c in kotak bank from 2011 and i am also having a credit card of kotak mahindra.

                              I have stolen my credit card on month of sep 2016 and i have requested to block that card and dispatch for new one. They have sent my credit card to old address.

                              Then i called to customer service about my case and they said that my address is not updated in system. I asked about procedure to change my address, they told me that you can change the address via net banking and it will be updated within 48-72 hrs. After that they can dispatch my credit card on new address.

                              Already i have updated my new address by net banking before few days. Still i waited and after 3 days i called to customer service again. Than what happened someone says that you have to send email to cc. [protected]@kotak.com with attachment address proof and id proof, after that my address will be updated in credit card. No a problem i sent an email to same address on 16-sep-2016 as below:
                              “team,
                              I have requested to change the address on customer service. So please find the docs of address proof.

                              Thanks”

                              Still i did not receive my credit card and i called to customer service again after 10 days. I got a new answer from customer services guys. Now she said that you did not mention the complaint number in email that’s why address is not updated……..
                              On the same day “24-sep-2016” i send an email to cc. [protected]@kotak.com as below:
                              “team,
                              Please update my address and dispatch the card as new address:
                              Request no: 1-[protected]

                              Thanks”

                              Still neither i got my credit card nor any response from kotak team.

                              After some days my credit card has been removed from my net banking and also my liability.

                              After a month i got a call from collection team, they said you have dues the credit card payment from last two months. I discussed about my case to mr. Bharat and asked to him that how do i pay when i do not have credit card number. Then he said in a confident tone “no worry sir and sorry for inconvenience”, he will be resolved my case as well settled down each and everything (Late payment fee, finance charges, over limit charge due to nonpayment) then he called a conference call with someone “name of nishant as manager of customer service”.

                              Then next day he picked the payment by cash from my address. After collect the payment when i called to him by tomorrow about credit card status. He did not reply my phone and sms. As of now number is going switch off from last 20 days.

                              I called many times to customer service, when i asked about floor manager then he said no one is here “no team leader and no manager”. Till now same thing is repeating with me that my address is not updated to credit card. Now customer service has only stupid answer. They are saying that you should change the address again just edit and click update. When i tried the same then i was getting below error.

                              On the same address which is updated on net banking i have received my new debit card and cheque book on month of sep 2016.

                              All guys are fake in kotak team and no one is responsible. Now i will put a legal action against kotak bank. Why should i pay below charges to kotak?

                              Kotak is over charging as below to me from september
                              1. Overlimit fee 500.00
                              2. Auto debit failure fee 500.00
                              3. Late payment fee 700.00
                              4. Interest charges on above fee

                                The bank is always charging me tbms charges every month without informing me ..last time they told me that 100 something rs approx was deducted for every year by customer account for services of net banking. then why they are charging me always every month 2 and 3 times with little little amount.i also attached my bank statement here ..kindly take some action regarding this ..and return my money of tbms from the date i opened my account.it is my money which i am earning by my hard word over here..

                                  My mobile got stolen two months back, then i called customer call to lock it and it is done. Later i got another mobile and asked for unlock my mobile banking but they said to submit written letter to any branch of kotak. i have given them 5.11.2016 in the Dhayari branch meanwhile called to customer care to start the further process in the branch. After that i have received mail that my request processed and closed. But i tried in my mobile it is not unlocked. Same time Dhayari branch person called me and said "for unlocking you should contact customer care". Then i called customer care and they said"visit the branch". What to do now??? i understand one thing kotak bank and customer care is not taking responsible to solve the issue at all.

                                  Without My approval you had added one assist insurance on My credit card and now when i am calling One assist Representative they are forcing me to take insurance not ready to cancel insurance, this is not at all acceptable
