I had a/c in kotak bank from 2011 and i am also having a credit card of kotak mahindra.

I have stolen my credit card on month of sep 2016 and i have requested to block that card and dispatch for new one. They have sent my credit card to old address.

Tbms charges charging kotak and we are suffering

The bank is always charging me tbms charges every month without informing me ..last time they told me that 100 something rs approx was deducted for every year by customer account for services of net banking. then why they are charging me always every month 2 and 3 times with little little amount.i also attached my bank statement here ..kindly take some action regarding this ..and return my money of tbms from the date i opened my account.it...

Very worst service against complaint

Incorrect Charges / Fraud

I am a Kotak mahindra bank customer .. I have purchased fuel by swiping the debit card at Petrol Pump thinking there will be no Surcharge because As per RBI all charges has been waived off and all banks are following the same Rule however Kotak Mahindra bank has its own rules he does not follow RBI .. They have charged me 11.50/- As a surcharge and when i spoke to them they simply denied as they can not waive off this fee...

Rude behavior of the staff with the consumers

CRM of the bank is worst as far is seen. They do not know how to talk to a customer and that too a female consumer.They speak badly to the consumers and also try to impose their illegal words on consumers. What they do is that they are partially changing the curreny notes.They first provide the facility to their known ones.What do they think?? The public standing out in the queues are stupid. Public waits out the bank thinking...

TMBS charges applied for my kotak salary account without any information

Money deducted twice- Complaint taking so much time for action

Overcharging in debit card
