I had taken a personal loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank in mid 2014, referring Loan Account No. – SPLN[protected] with a loan amount of Rs. 5, 00, 000/-. Respected Sir,

I have a Bank account in Kotak Mahindra bank. My CRN No is 7221072. The Bank is permanently keeping Rs.1.00 Lakhs in sweep in deposit account for a interest of 6% and not releasing the money though I need it. They say you can cancell the account.

Sir, The primary rule is that no body is authorize to touch others money. So, this sweep in FD by Kotak Bank may be viewed seriously and against banking...

Kotak Mahindra Bank do charge late payment amount for credit card as half of my bill amount. They are saying they will take the request for reversal. but the reversal amount will not reflected in your current generated bill amount.

Excessive Interest charged by the Bank.

Addition of new beneficiary

A/c No[protected] Patiala Branch. Even after 10 attempts I failed to add beneficuery. I mentioned correct IFSc code of PNB the mall patiala and also tried second search option mentioning Branch name/city, but it states Not found. What kind of poor software you have put in which could not locate the IFSC code in in 10 attempts.
