I am Nehal Kumar Mishra, I initially registered for a Jifi Saver account but reading all the negative issues highlighted here I was afraid and I wanted to close the account prior to its creation.

Hence I created a service request SR#:1-[protected] which was created at around 9.20am on 09-September-2016, yet these people at Kotak Mahindra Bank went ahead and created an account at the same day ie, 09-September-2016...

Refund not happening for failure transaction, help line is not reachable

Personal Loan - Cheated on foreclosure

I will suggest everyone not to take loan from Kotak. My personal advise do not bank with Kotak. Its a un-professional bank. I took loan from ING, with commitment of zero foreclosure. It got merged with Kotak. After 2 years I went to foreclose my loan. First they took 1 month to send me my foreclosure letter. So I have to pay additional interest of 1 month. Credit card issue

Firstly i will suggest everyone not to go for a kotak mahindra bank credit card. Charges on closed credit cards

I have a saving account and a credit card with Kotak ( CRN#[protected].

I had cancelled my a year before and now I have received a message stating I have to pay some annual maintenance charges on my credit card. When enquired it was told that the card was blocked and is still active.

My concern is that, why should I pay any amounts for a cancelled card. If it is still active, why did Kotak do not have a responsibility...

No online recharge and amount deducted

I have recieved a calls from this no. [protected] regarding some dept... But they are calling like 50 times back to back... And using filthy languages... Kindly stop this... Harrasing people is ill leagl. They are calling some random people that i only know asking them to pay money... Harrasing them also calling them 20 times a third person who is not related to this matter atall is not correct.

Waiting for an approval from 13 days
