My Unsecured OD account is reflecting NIL balance all of a sudden since 1 week and I m losing business as my cheques are bouncing. I've visited your bank several times and met your officials however no one seems to know what is to be done to resolve it including your regional head and the loan dept manager. Today they say there is no account existing whatsoever. I need a quick urgent response to this as my business is suffering. Please call to know my account no.

    I started a salary account from kotak mahindra bank. And their bank members called me and told me we are providing a gift that's a life time free credit card without annual fee.

    But after one year they have deducted a sum of rs. 499 + service tax of 75, thats leads to negative balance so again overlimit fee of 500..

    So totally around rs.1074/- when am contacting their customer care they simply telling go and refer the link in online for annual fee charges.

    Since 26th of july 2016 to till date i am calling them for reversal amount. But there is no proper reply from them.

    Everyday i am calling them but there is no proper response one time they are telling me we will revert time check after some time.. After checking balance while contacting them. Some one will attend the call and process is taking from starting itself.

    Truly tired of calling them getting tired and irritated..

    A worst service, no proper response provided by kmb.

      I have savings account no. xxxxxxxxxx with the name of nandkishor ghadi maintained with your bank. recently i have complaint about min bal non maintenance charges that have been deducted from my salary account (zero balance account) and the issue is sorted out and i got my refund back and i thanks for that. but again there have been a unfair deductions from my account on part of min bal non maintenance charges.
      I would like to request a refund of charges that have been applied to my salary account (zero balance account).

        Hi i am a kotak mahindra bank credit card user, and my card number [protected] and i have recently received a call from some collections team to pay my outstanding amount inr41600, to which i agreed and said yes, but then i am getting calls from a number [protected] and there is a guy abusing very badly without understanding he is talking to a female, this is outrageous. Please tell me the concerned person to speak to as these people are calling people i hardly know and abusing them too.

          Naseem shaikh from kotak mahindra bank's collection team has started calling me for a debt collection of barclay credit card which i owned in[protected] to which i was making regular payments and disputed one payment. after the dispute i have not been contacted for that card.
          Last to last week naseem called me in the afternoon stating that kotak mahindra bank has taken over barclay's accounts and that i owe them 27000 rupees. i informed naseem about the dispute and requested him to call me back the next day in the morning because i do a night shift and have to sleep in the noon.
          He did not call me then but yesterday again in the afternoon. it was very irritating when he kept repeating the same things and was not ready to stop. i had to use an unprofessional language because he threatened to call the vp of my company and my younger sister who have nothing to do with this outstanding amount. i abruptly disconnected the call, put the phone on silent and slept. when i got up in the evening to go to work, i had 52 missed calls from naseem's number.
          Since i did not respond to his phone calls, he called my company and asked to speak to the vp in a very unprofessional manner. he also disclosed the reason for his call to my company. it was very disturbing to know that he disclosed my personal information at my workplace. this is an absolute case of harassment to which i am going to lodge a police complaint, please take necessary actions if you can.

                    With due regrets I am facing this really painful inconvenience in my account. I have observed for EVERY Refund transaction, my account gives problem.

                    Just now two more instances are in pipe-line. These are with Amazon this time. I have got confirmation from Amazon for both transactions that there is no problem at their end. Following are two reference numbers for the two refund transactions:
                    1. Rs. 389/- 26 June 2016 Authorization code for sale transaction 352829
                    Refund Reference # 74332746178617783625196

                    2. Rs.22875.00/- on 21 June 2016 4:24 PM. Reference no.: 74332746174617329841079

                    When I contacted the customer care service of Kotak, the agent said again it will take a month for these transactions to get reflected in my account. Do I have to wait for a month every time there is some refund process??!!

                    Before this too in one of my refund transaction through a merchant in Bali, the refund took 1 month.

                    In availing back my hard-earned money, I am compelled to spend so much money in phone calls to track each transaction. This is really painful!!

                    I have mailed their officials, called at local branch. All they say is only "backend team" can resolve this. Nobody knows how to contact the concerned team.

                      This is regarding the double time deduct my non maintenance amount. in this June month they deduct 977rs from my account stating that this is non-maintenance for month April. so i visit the Kalyani nagar branch for this query and they said and explain me the same thing i accepted. so i degrade my Acc into 10000 this degrading process takes around 7 days. with in that they again deduct 977 rs second time from my account without any NOTIFICATION? why this is happened second time i need the clarification and i want that amount back. kalyani nagar Pune branch guy's miss guide me about that amount. i had more than 50K+ transaction every month. and this is very bad in Kotak bank for corporate customer.

                        I got a credit card with crn 95139271 last year. I instantly cancelled as i was not happy with the limit. I got a confirmation from kotak bank that card has been cancelled. Now after 1 year they have come up with annual fee on my cancelled card. And now they saying that the card is not cancelled and still active. Even not ready to reverse the charges.
                        I request to please reverse the charges else ready to face the consequences.

                        I think either you dont understand english language or dont read properly.
                        please read it carefully i said the card cancellation request was already processed year ago when i received the card. even got the confirmation for the same. how can you charge annual fee on the cancelled card. please refund the charges soon. you confirmed the card cancelled. really fail to understand you fraud activities.

                          I am rahul. Without informing me kotak bank has deduct around 1400 rupees from my account. Before deposit 10, 000 rupees they did't inform me that they are going to charge 690 rupees from march but after deposit 10, 000 in april they charged 18 + 690 + 690 rupees from my account. I have deposit 10, 000 in april still they charged of april. I just want my 1400 rupees back into my account because there is not my fault.

                            I am fade up with kotak mahindra bank since last few months, no response

                            Recently i faced problem with the bank i. E.

                            As on 20th june’16 my account balance was rs 1271/-and as on 22.06.15 balance is zero even i have not done any transaction.

                            Without any transaction how account balance became zero?

                            Why standing instruction of rs 1000/- has been failed even though the balance was there in my account?

                            I have sent mail to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 22nd june'16 but no one has response till date even i spoke to their representative but no answer

                              Refund amount 299 Rs. still not credited to my account. I did total 1856 Rs. payment for amazon.in from my account number[protected] using ING Vysya Debit card ending with 1009 on 23rd May 2016 with reference number[protected]. One of the order of 299 Rs. was cancelled so I am expecting refund from them which is processed by amazon.in at 31st May 2016.

                              I already sent approx 5-6 mails regarding the above explained but still no resolution happened.

                              Last response from Bank was as follows:

                              Thank you for banking with us. It is our constant endeavour to make your banking experience easy, safe and rewarding.

                              This has reference to your email dated June 09, 2016.

                                I have a salary account in Kotak bank. Initially my billing address was company's address(Mumbai). Later I was relocated to Pune.

                                Then I visited local branch and submitted my companies letter pad to change my billing address from Mumbai office to Pune office the refused to do so.

                                When I asked the same with the People's officer they refused saying that we wont accept any letter pad as Prof.

                                Then how they opened my account with company address for the first time? Cheaters...

                                They need just an account... They wont even bother about customer...

                                  On 11.06.2016 i purchased an aircooler from amazon.In... Next day i cancelled it
                                  I should get the refund... Amazon is telling me that they have processed the refund on 13.06.2016... By now the amount of 4199 should b there in my account... But it is not... The bank is giving me different answers... Someone is saying it will take 2 days/7 days/10 days
                                  Now they r telling me it will take 45 days
                                  This has become a joke...
                                  I want my money back asap
                                  This bank has misleaded me many... They r a cheat

                                    TBMS charges in salary account.

                                    I am pradeep with account number [protected]. Past few months i have charged for tbms, since this is a salary and zero balance account. A complete fraud is this from kotak bank. Planning to take this issue to higher level and will try fullest to move my company's account to some other bank.

                                    I have opened saving account with (3 in 1 account) in kotak goregaon east branh in december 2014. I have also applied for auto sweep facility during the application which is also confirmed by branch. However same is not updated in system accordingly till 4th feb 2016 when i get to know that i am receiving normal saving interest instead of term deposit interest rates. I have complained about it and it was activated around 10th feb but what about interest prior to that period.

                                    Branch as well as customer care is not taking my complaint.

I have applied pf before one year dated 05.06.2016 i sent all documents from india post vide tracking number eh[protected]in but not rec. I have recevied a massage that your case is rejected i was going kotak life insurance office yamuna nagar but the branch manger sanjeev gulati and isha gaba they told me i could not help in this matter sir you plz look after into the matter i suffer from 7 yrs i am your ex employee i want all my pf amount with intrest transfer in my bank a/c for account verification i already send the all documents balance is credited or not. So please kindly check it and reply back.
